液压系统建模和仿真技术的现状与发展

摘要:随着机电液一体化技术的快速发展,液压系统工作时所能达到的动态响应特性和控制特性已成为该领域的技术人员需要重点突破的难题。该文简述了液压系统及仿真技术现状,并简要介绍了目前常用的国内外液压仿真软件。然后,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件通过对阀控非对称缸系统进行动力学分析,建立了该系统的非线性状态空间数学模型。其次,利用开环系统仿真来反映阀控非对称缸系统在伺服阀电压信号变化下的实际运行情况。最终,采用PID算法对系统进行闭环控制来对其跟踪性能进行分析。对液压系统进行仿真分析,为研究实际液压系统的动态响应特性和控制特性提供理论分析基础。

Status and Development of Hydraulic System Modeling and Simulation Technology

Abstract:With the rapid development of mechatronic-hydraulic integration technology, the dynamic response characteristics and control characteristics that can be achieved in hydraulic system operation have become a challenge for technicians in this field. The paper reviews the current status of hydraulic system and simulation technology, and briefly introduces the commonly used domestic and foreign hydraulic simulation software. Then, a nonlinear state-space mathematical model of the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system is established based on MATLAB/Simulink for dynamic analysis of the system. Next, the open-loop system simulation is used to reflect the actual operation of the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system with the change of servo valve voltage signal. Finally, a PID method is used for the closed-loop control of the system to analyze its tracking performance. Simulation analysis of hydraulic systems is performed to provide a theoretical analysis basis for studying the dynamic response characteristics and control characteristics of actual hydraulic systems.

插装阀圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的系列化设计计算

摘要:依托国家科技重大专项,对插装阀圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧系列化设计过程中的常用公式进行总结,异议之处给出倾向性见解,并进行理论分析、设计计算与试验验证。实践结果表明,计算方法及调整思路切实可行,所设计的系列化压缩弹簧均满足相应极限偏差要求,可为液压件压缩弹簧系列化设计提供有效参考。

Abstract: Based on the national science and technology major project, this paper summarized the common formulas in the serial design process of cylindrical spiral compression spring for cartridge valve, gave a biased opinion of where it is disagree, and further carried out theoretical analysis, design calculation and experimental verification. The practical results show that the calculation method and adjustment thought proposed in this paper is feasible, also the designed serial compression springs meet the corresponding limit deviation requirements perfectly, and it can provide effective reference for the series design of compression spring for hydraulic component.

感应电机和液压制动的新能源汽车协同制动建模与设计

摘要:在混合模式制动应用中,需要对电动机/发电机和液压阀进行控制,以满足驾驶员的制动需求。控制这些制动元件是通过调节电动机/发电机产生的电流和调节流向车轮制动缸的液压来实现的。文章对再生制动和液压制动系统即感应电机、逆变器、镍氢电池、控制器、压力源、压力控制单元和制动卡钳进行建模和设计。15 kW1500 r/min的感应电机配备一个减速齿轮,齿轮传动比为4,使用了能够产生40 bar液压的液压制动器。在电动机/发电机和液压电磁阀中,选择直接转矩控制和压力控制作为控制标准。在MATLAB/Simulink中开发了两个仿真模型来分析各个制动系统中控制策略的性能。结果表明:该控制系统在制动系统中引入转矩脉动和压力振荡,压力脉动的高频特性和车辆惯性的阻尼效应不影响车辆的制动性能,实验结果也证明了该模型的有效性。

Modeling and Design of Collaborative Braking for Electric and Hybrid

Electric Vehicles with Induction Motor and Hydraulic Braking

Abstract: In hybrid mode braking applications, it is necessary to control the motor/generator (M/G) and hydraulic valve to meet the braking requirements of the driver. Control of these brake elements is achieved by adjusting the current generated by M/G and regulating the hydraulic flow to the wheel brake cylinder. This paper aims to model and design regenerative and hydraulic braking systems, including induction motors, inverters, nickel-metal hydride batteries, controllers, pressure sources, pressure control units and brake calipers. A 15 kW, 1500 RPM induction motor with a reduction gear with a gear ratio of 4 uses hydraulic brakes capable of producing up to 40 bar of hydraulic pressure. In M/G and hydraulic solenoid valves, direct torque control and pressure control are selected as control standards. Two simulation models were developed in MATLAB/Simulink to analyze the performance of the control strategy in each braking system, and the correctness of the models was verified by experiments. The research results show that the control system introduces torque ripple and pressure oscillation into the braking system, but because of the high frequency characteristics of pressure ripple and the damping effect of vehicle inertia, these influences do not affect the braking performance of the vehicle. The experimental results also prove the effectiveness of the model.

锁渣球阀内部流场和阻力特性研究

摘要:为探索锁渣球阀启闭过程中的流场特性,利用仿真软件和试验测试为基础对球阀不同开度下流场流动状态分析,基于有限体积法和标准k-ε湍流模型,研究发现阀门在开度小于40°度范围,球阀内部流场复杂,流阻系数高、速度和压力有不同梯度变化,节流作用明显,随着阀门开度增加,阀门内部流场高压回流区减弱,流阻系数减小,球体附近漩涡逐渐减小直至消失,速度和压力分布逐渐趋于平缓状态,节流作用逐渐减弱,数值结果为进一步给管路系统选型和应用提供重要参考依据。

Study on Internal Flow Field and Resistance Characteristics of Slag Lock Ball Valve

Abstract: To explore the flow field in the process of slag ball valve open/close lock feature, using the simulation software and test on the basis of analyzing the different ball valve opening mean field flow state, based on the finite volume method and the standard K-epsilon turbulence model, the study found that the valve in the opening range is less than 40° degrees. Ball valve interior flow field is complex, high flow resistance coefficient, velocity and pressure gradient has different, throttling. With the increase of valve opening, the high pressure backflow zone in the flow field inside the valve weakens, the flow resistance coefficient decreases, the vortex near the sphere gradually decreases until it disappears, the velocity and pressure distribution gradually tends to be flat, and the throttling effect gradually weakens. The numerical results provide important reference for further selection and application of pipeline system.

水平垂直双向振动台性能测试和评价

摘要:该文以港口水工建筑技术国家工程实验室水平垂直双向振动台为研究对象,介绍了振动台的结构布局和控制系统,并对其进行了性能测试。在性能测试过程中,根据水平垂直双向振动台的工作能力曲线,选择125 Hz的正弦拍波进行峰值激振加速度测试;分别选取了人工地震波和天津地震波对振动台的地震波复现能力进行了测试。测试结果表明:水平垂直振动台的最大激振加速度可以达到设计要求;人工地震波和天津地震波的复现测试中,时程曲线与输入波形基本一致,测试反应谱和期望反应谱的误差在绝大多数频率范围内可控制在20%以内。

Performance Tests and Evaluation of Horizontal-vertical Bi-axial Shaker

Abstract: Taking Horizontal-Vertical bi-axial shaker for geotechnical centrifuge in Tianjin Research Institute for water Transport Engineering, M.O.T. as the research object, mechanical design scheme and control system have been introduced in this paper, and performance tests were carried out. In the process of performance test, according to the capacity curve of the shaker,125Hz sine beat wave was selected to test the maximum excitation acceleration; artificial seismic wave and Tianjin seismic wave were selected to test the waveform replication ability of the shaker. The test results show that: the maximum excitation acceleration of horizontal -vertical shaker can meet the design requirements; in the waveform replication test of artificial seismic wave and Tianjin seismic wave, the feedback waveform is basically consistent with the input waveform, and the error of response spectrum can be controlled within 20% in most frequency ranges.

梅钢热轧立辊润滑装置的设计优化与应用

摘要:热轧立辊润滑是通过若干喷嘴将净循环水和轧制润滑油的混合乳化液喷射到立辊的辊面上,以起到辊面和所轧制带钢间的润滑作用,最终达到改善热轧带钢通过立辊时的边部质量,减少边部毛刺缺陷和延长立辊在机使用周期的目的。该文简要介绍梅钢热轧新增立辊润滑装置在设计阶段的优化工作和调试过程中遇到的问题及解决方案。

Design Optimization and Application of Lubrication Device of

Abstract: Lubrication of hot rolling stand-up rolls refers to injecting a mixture of circulating water and rolling lubricating oil into the surface of the stand-up roll through several nozzles to lubricate the surface and the rolled strip. Finally, the edge quality of hot rolled strip passing through the vertical roller can be improved, reduced side burr defects and lengthen the roller change cycle. This paper briefly introduces the problems and solutions in the optimization and debugging of the new vertical roller running equipment in hot rolling of Meigang.

液压挖掘机铲斗轨迹高精度控制系统

医用离心泵负载特性研究与优化

摘要:针对某制药厂离心泵在实际工作中系统流量、扬程与理论设计值不匹配问题,以离心泵工作特性为理论基础,分析问题原因,提出优化方案,并综合比较两种方案的实用性;通过分析系统摩阻对离心泵工作特性曲线的影响,利用AMESim软件建立优化前后的仿真模型。实验结果显示系统仿真模型下的离心泵工作特性曲线与实际误差较小,证明仿真模型的准确性与可行性。研究结果表明,减小系统摩阻后,离心泵的工作特性有明显的改善,系统稳定性也有所提升,优化方案合理有效。

Abstract: In order to solve the mismatch on theoretical design value of system flow and head of centrifugal pump in a pharmaceutical plant in actual working, based on the theoretical basis of centrifugal pump operating characteristics, the causes of the problems are analyzed, the optimization schemes are put forward, and the practicability of the two schemes is comprehensively compared; by analyzing the influence of system friction on the operating characteristic curve of centrifugal pump, the simulation models before and after optimization are established by using AMESim software. The experimental results show that the operating characteristic curve and actual error of centrifugal pump under the system simulation model are small, which proves the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation model. The results show that the operating characteristics of centrifugal pump have been significantly improved and the system stability has also been improved after reducing the system friction. The optimization scheme is reasonable and effective.

南平贯流式水轮机在低水头工况下的内流特性分析

摘要:研究灯泡贯流式水轮机在低水头工况下的内流特性,以南平电站贯流式水轮机为研究对象,利用RNG k-ε湍流模型对全流道进行了数值计算,分析在低水头工况下机组全流道流动情况,并定量分析了转轮的径向力分布情况。结果表明:南平贯流式水轮机在低水头的工况下,机组内部流动紊乱,在尾水管中存在大量的涡,导致机组在运行不稳定;在低水头小开度工况会导致机组出力不足,在大开度工况下造成机组效率较低,对电站水资源造成浪费。贯流式水轮机偏离协联工况时会造成转轮区域径向力的不平衡,将会引起机组运行运行过程中的振动和噪声,甚至引起转轮叶片的裂纹,将会降低电站的安全性和经济性。则水电站运行中要做好水情预测,及时调节水轮机导叶和桨叶开度,提高电站水能利用率。

Abstract: The internal flow characteristics of bulb tubular turbine under low head condition are studied, taking the tubular turbine of Nanping Hydropower Station as the research object, the RNG k-ε turbulence model is used to calculate the whole flow passage, the flow situation of the whole channel of the unit under low head condition is analyzed, the radial force distribution of the runner is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that, under the working condition of low head of Nanping tubular turbine, internal flow disorder of the unit and there are a lot of vortices in the draft tube, resulting in unstable operation of the unit. Under the condition of low head and small opening, the output of the unit will be insufficient, under the condition of large opening, the efficiency of the unit is low, which wastes the water resources of the power station. When the tubular turbine deviates from the cooperative working condition, it will cause the imbalance of radial force in the runner area, it will cause vibration and noise during the operation of the unit, and even cause cracks in the runner blades, that will reduce the safety and economy of the power station. Water regime prediction should be done well in the operation of hydropower station, Adjust the opening of turbine guide vane and blade in time to improve the utilization rate of hydropower station water energy.

摘要:为了对某型号轴向柱塞变量泵两级压力+卸荷控制(PCX)系统进行设计,基于AMESim软件搭建了PCX控制仿真模型,对PCX控制的工作原理及相关参数的影响进行分析,得出了节流孔尺寸是影响PCX控制性能优劣的关键,最后,通过样机试验验证了相关设计参数的正确性。

Through analysis the working principle and the influence of relevant parameters for PCX control, the fixed orifice size is the key of PCX control performance. Finally, through the experiment verify the correctness of the related design.

某液压缸内置通油管处O形密封圈漏油问题的解决

摘要:该文针对某液压缸内置通油管处O形密封圈的漏油问题,通过FTA分析,原因定位于通油管和小导向套两零件密封间隙偏大,开式挡圈抗挤出性较差,在有杆腔高压油的反复挤压作用下发生挡圈变形、断裂失效,进而引起O形密封圈发生间隙挤出、断裂失效漏油。通过采用减小配合间隙、改进密封结构的措施,进行了加载循环可靠性试验验证。试验结果表明措施有效。

Abstract: This article aims at the oil leakage problem of the O-ring seal at the built-in oil pipe of a hydraulic cylinder, through FTA analysis, the reason is located in the large sealing gap between the two parts and the poor extrusion resistance of the open ring. Under the repeated extrusion of the high-pressure oil in the rod cavity, the open ring is broken, resulting in the clearance extrusion, fracture failure and oil leakage of the O-ring. Through the measures of reducing the fit clearance and improving the sealing structure, the tests are shows that the measures are effective.

摘要:双轴转台作为五轴立式加工中心的主要功能部件,其性能直接决定了机床的加工精度及加工性能。五轴立式加工中心双轴转台位于工作区正中心,大量冷却液、加工粉尘及金属屑极易污染工作台内部构件。同时由于双轴转台工作时两个回转轴会频繁且高速地进行往复摆动、回转,其内部液压、润滑、冷却构件所用液体介质存在较大泄漏风险,所以回转工作台设计过程中需要重点考虑整体密封结构设计及选用。重点介绍了五轴立式加工中心转台设计过程中关键的密封结构设计及选用,为双轴转台的密封结构设计选用提供参考。

Design and Selection of Sealing Structure for Double Axis Turntable of

Abstract: As the main functional component of the five axis vertical machining center, the performance of the double axis turntable directly determines the machining accuracy and performance of the machine tool. The double axis turntable of the five axis vertical machining center is located in the center of the working area. A large amount of coolant, machining dust and metal chips are very easy to pollute the internal components of the worktable. At the same time, because the two rotating shafts will swing and rotate frequently and at high speed when the double axis turntable works, there is a great risk of leakage of the liquid medium used in its internal hydraulic, lubrication and cooling components, so the design and selection of the overall sealing structure need to be considered in the design process of the rotating worktable. This paper focuses on the key sealing structure design and selection in the design of the turntable of the five axis vertical machining center, which provides a reference for the sealing structure design and selection of the two axis turntable.

五自由度气浮平台的自适应控制方法研究

摘要:针对五自由度气浮微重力平台动力学参数难以确定、重心漂移这两大应用难点,该文推导了线性化的动力学模型,并且使用自适应控制方法完成了参数自整定以及误差的渐进收敛。在实物实验中针对某一给定的跟踪任务,对比控制力矩法和自适应方法的结果表明,带有参数自适应的控制率不仅使得系统参数收敛,同时也极大提高了控制品质。虽然参数自适应方法已经在众多领域得到了应用,但是大多控制对象待辨识的参数数量较少或具备天然的参数线性结构,因此,该文是自适应控制在高维参数辨识问题上的一次重要实践,同时也证明了该文所推导的动力学方程与自适应率的正确性。

Research on Adaptive Control Method of 5-DOF Air Floating Platform

Abstract: In order to solve the two application problem of 5-DOF air floating microgravity platform, which are difficult to determine the dynamic parameters and center of gravity drift, a linearized dynamic model is derived in this paper, and the self-tuning parameters and the gradual convergence of errors are achieved by using the adaptive control method. In the physical experiment, for a given tracking task, the comparison between the control torque method and the adaptive method show s that the control rate with parameter adaptive not only makes the system parameters converge, but also greatly improves the control quality. Although the parameter adaptive method has been applied in many fields, most of the control objects have a small number of parameters to be identified or have a natural parameter linear structure. Therefore, this paper is an important practice of adaptive control in the problem of high-dimensional parameter identification, and also proved the correctness of the dynamic equation and the adaptive rate derived in this paper.

Design of Hydraulic Pipeline for Cantilever Roadheader

Abstract: The main actuators of the cantilever roadheader are driven by hydraulic pressure, and the hydraulic pipelines connect the hydraulic components to transmit hydraulic power. Whether the pipeline design is reasonable or not is directly related to the normal operation of the equipment. According to the characteristics of the hydraulic system of the cantilever roadheader, a set of hydraulic pipeline design methods are summarized from the aspects of parameter calculation and three-dimensional planning, and combined with engineering examples to provide reference for the design of the cantilever roadheader hydraulic pipeline.

Abstract: The embedded horizontal waste compressor belongs to the waste pretreatment equipment in the environmental sanitation machinery. It is mainly used for the compression and packaging of urban domestic waste, reducing the transportation cost and prolonging the service life of the landfill. Combined with the actual quality feedback cases of products, this paper focuses on the optimal design scheme and matching calculation of the four cylinder synchronous lifting system of the embedded horizontal waste compressor, which provides a reference case for engineers in the research and development of other similar hydraulic systems.

Abstract: When a lifting system opens the clamp to lower heavy objects after lifting in place, the load of opening the clamp is large, and there is a risk that the clamp will not open. This paper analyzes the reasons for the large load of the opening clamp, puts forward the corresponding improvement measures of the lifting hydraulic system, and carries out the test verification, which reduces the load of the opening clamp, avoids the risk that the clamp cannot be opened, improves the reliability of the system, and provides guidance for the design of the lifting hydraulic system.

天地差异性对低温保险阀压力点影响研究

摘要:针对低温保险阀飞行工况相比地面试验工况附加压力偏高0.02~0.03 MPa的现象,通过开展低温保险阀出口管路的流场仿真,提出了保险阀出口管路中的超音速流动及激波现象;在此基础上,通过连通管感知压力对保险阀压力点影响的定量分析及低温保险阀的天地差异性分析,认为低温保险阀压力点对连通管感知压力异常敏感,并当保险阀打开后,连通管感知出口管路中的气体压力,将使得保险阀压力点发生上漂/下漂;对于飞行工况,仿真结果表明,飞行工况连通管感知压力约0.02 MPa,使保险阀压力点发生上漂0.02 MPa,有效解释了多个型号低温保险阀飞行工况中附加压力偏高的现象。

Differentia Analysis between Space and Ground on Cryogenic Safety Valve

Abstract: The cryogenic safety valve's discharge pressure is 0.02~0.03 MPa more than the pressure in ground test. By the simulation of the safety valve opening, the results show that connection pipe pressure influences the safety valve dischanrge pressure remarkably. When the safety valve opens, connection pipe pressure will change because of the gas from the safety valve, the pressure change will affect the safety valve's discharge pressure. When the safety valve works in the space, connection pipe pressure will be more 0.02 MPa than the ground because of shock wave. This is the reason why the cryogenic safety valve's discharge pressure is 0.02~0.03 MPa more than the pressure in ground test.

Thermal Balance Analysis and Calculation of the Cutting Machine Hydraulic System

Abstract: This paper firstly introduces the principle of thermal balance of the cutting machine hydraulic system. Through the analysis of the heat absorption and heat dissipation calculation of this system, it guides the correct selection of coolers and the occasions of use, so that the system can achieve a reasonable thermal balance to ensure the reliable operation of the cutting machine hydraulic system. In addition, this paper also proposes four formulas for calculating the heat generation of a hydraulic system, as well as the calculation methods for the heat dissipation of the oil tank and the cooling area of the cooler, and carries out thermal balance calculations for a specific cutting machine hydraulic system.

摘要:工程机械液压缸在实际的工作过程中,由于设计人员考虑不周或操作人员使用不当,在使用一段时间后液压缸会出现一些不常发生的故障,致使液压缸的使用寿命大幅缩减。为了解决液压缸在工作过程中的特殊故障问题,对常见的几种特殊故障进行了分类。通过研究液压缸的故障描述,对引起液压缸特殊故障的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了预防改进方案;重新投入使用验证了改进方案的可行性。提出了关于液压缸设计、安装和维护的注意事项,提高了液压缸的稳定性和可靠性,为今后液压缸的优化设计提供了可靠依据。

Abstract: In the actual working process of the hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery, due to the designer's inconsiderate or the operator's improper use, the hydraulic cylinder will have some infrequent faults after a period of use, resulting in the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is greatly reduced. In order to solve the special fault problem of the hydraulic cylinder in the process of working, several common special faults are classified. By studying the fault description of the hydraulic cylinder, the cause of the special fault of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed in detail, and the prevention and improvement scheme is put forward. The feasibility of the improved scheme is verified by putting it into use again. The design, installation and maintenance of the hydraulic cylinder are put forward, which improves the stability and reliability of the hydraulic cylinder and provides a reliable basis for the optimization design of the hydraulic cylinder in the future.

关于受电弓阻尼器快速降弓低位无阻尼问题研究

摘要:气动控制受电弓升降弓动作过程,需要在受电弓降弓完成前的低位置提供强阻尼,减缓降弓自由落体的速度和冲量,避免冲量过大造成强撞击。因此特定阻尼性能的装置是性能保证的关键结构。该文通过对阻尼器故障件检测,结合发生阻尼失效受电弓的机械结构和现场情况。发现阻尼器失效的根本原因是尺寸变化所致。对故障阻尼器阻尼力(F-位移(S)曲线测量,表明阻尼器活塞杆尺寸的变化,直接引起阻尼力(F-位移(S)曲线上最大阻尼力区域偏移,造成降弓低位阻尼失效故障。研究表明:液压阻尼器活塞杆伸缩尺寸是影响阻尼器低位失效的根本原因,因此控制阻尼器的尺寸是保证阻尼器低位有效的关键。此外液压阻尼器是通过活塞杆伸缩驱动液压油的流动活塞孔的速度和量的大小来保证阻尼力的强弱,所以液压密封件和活塞杆的状态也会对阻尼性能造成影响。

The Research of Death-reaction Damper During Pantograph Landing

Process Fleetly at Low Position

Abstract: To control the action process of pantographic bow lifting, strong damping at the low position before pantographic bow falling is needed to slow down the speed and impulse of free-falling body of pantographic bow, It's to avoid the violent impact because of the excessive impulse of pantographic bow falling. Therefore, the damping device with specific performance is key constituent to ensure it. The root cause of pantograph damper failure is the size change of the length direction of the hydraulic piston rod. The reason analysis are shown by the mechanical structure of that pantograph and the result of field investigation. The relationship of displacement and damper damping force (F) -(S) curve was measured by professional institutions, The result put up the size change of its rod caused a migration of maximum damping arisen displacement of the curve. It's direct resulting in low damping malfunction. The above study shows that the size of of damper rod is root cause. Controlling the mounting size is key to ensure the specific performance. In addition, the hydraulic damper is to ensure the damping force through the piston rod expansion and transportation speed and quantity with the flow of hydraulic oil between piston hole. The performance of them would affect the damping performance.

基于CFX的粘滞阻尼器模型仿真分析与验证

摘要:粘滞阻尼器作为一种有效的消能减震器,在机械、军事、土木等众多领域得到广泛应用。该文以某大型设施提出的减振要求为基础,进行了一种粘滞阻尼器的开发设计,通过理论推导得到了不同孔径与间隙下的速度阻尼力关系。设计时结合CFX软件,有效地实现了粘滞阻尼器内部压力场的仿真,印证了理论公式推导的正确性,并通过试验进行了实物的有效验证。

Simulation and Validate of Hydrocylinder Based on CFX

Abstract: As an effective type of damper, hydrocylinder has been widely used in mechanical military construction and other fields. This paper is typically based on a damping requirement of a large facilities, which has developed a hydrocylender and by using theory derivation, this paper get the relationship between velocity and damping force under different sizes of holes and clearences. While designing, combining with CFX, this paper efficaciously achieve simulating the pressure field and confirm the validity of theory formula derivation, together with the verify of practicality experiment.

一种多路阀阀体深孔的简易有效珩磨方式

摘要:该文介绍了一种利用摇臂钻床对多路阀阀体深孔进行珩磨的加工方式。通过对刀具、夹具、辅具的设计改造,实现安装、定位、加工,满足多路阀阀体主阀孔的精加工技术要求。该珩磨方式简单、灵活、高效,非常适合小批量生产。已通过实践应用,反响良好!

A Simple and Effective Honing Method for Deep Hole of Multi-way Valve Body

Abstract: This paper introduces a machining method of honing the deep hole of multi-way valve body with radial drilling machine. Through the design and transformation of cutting tools, fixtures and auxiliary tools, the installation, positioning and processing are realized to meet the technical requirements of finishing the main valve hole of multi-way valve body. The honing method is simple, flexible and efficient, and is very suitable for small batch production. It has been applied in practice and has a good response!
