气缸排气回收研究概述

摘要: 气动系统中最重要的执行元件——气缸,在工业中得到了广泛的应用,对气缸排气实行回收是节能的一种有效方法。基于当前的研究现状发现采用气罐回收的方式研究相对成熟,可节约近50%的气体,但对速度影响较大;使用能量转化装置回收排气的方法对速度影响较小,回收效率不高;而阀类元件和气缸组合的方式回收效率高、成本较低、适用范围广,可节约50%85%的气体。当前的发展方向是使用阀类元件和气缸组合的方式控制排气实现回收。

Overview on Cylinder Exhaust Recovery Research

Abstract:  Cylinder is the most important actuator in pneumatic systems which has been widely used in industry, it is an effective method of saving energy for the cylinder exhaust recycling. Based on the current research status, it is found that the research on the manner of tanks recovery is relatively mature, and the gas can be saved up to 50%, but the influence on velocity is greater; The method of using energy conversion device to recover exhaust gas has little influence on the speed and low recovery efficiency. The combination of valve components and cylinders has the advantages of high recovery efficiency, low cost and wide application range, can save 50%~85% of the gas. The current development direction is to use valve components and cylinder combination of exhaust control to achieve recovery.

基于双联泵的液压回路系统特性分析与研究

摘要: 针对传统定量泵控制的液压回路系统的不足,设计分析了一种将双联泵代替定量泵的新型液压回路系统。首先,介绍了双联泵工作的基本原理;然后以不同泵控液压回路系统为研究对象,分析对比了传统液压回路单个定量泵和新型液压回路双联泵在速度、功率、压力等特性的不同之处;最后利用AMESim搭建液压回路系统进行仿真,并进行相关实验测试,仿真与测试结果表明:双联泵控液压回路相比传统单个定量泵控回路,其控制效率高、减少功率损失,从而达到高效节能作用。

Characteristic Analysis and Research of Hydraulic Circuit System with Double Pump

Abstract:  Aiming at the shortage of hydraulic circuit system controlled by traditional quantitative pump, a new type of hydraulic circuit system which replaces double pump with quantitative pump is designed and analyzed. Firstly, the basic principle of double pump operation is introduced, then the difference of speed and power characteristics between single quantitative pump and new hydraulic circuit double pump in traditional hydraulic circuit is analyzed and compared with different pump-controlled hydraulic circuit system. Finally, the hydraulic loop system is used to simulate of the AMESim, and the relevant experimental test, simulation and test results show that the double pump control hydraulic circuit compared with the traditional single quantitative pump control circuit, its control efficiency is high, reduce power loss, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy saving effect.

微型高压压缩机菌状阀设计方法

摘要: 该文介绍了微型高压压缩机气阀的特点及菌状阀工程设计计算方法。通过对压缩机工作过程及气阀运动规律的分析,推导了菌状阀主要参数的工程计算方法并给出菌状阀关键尺寸确定原则及校核的戴维斯判据。一个实际的菌状气阀参数的设计计算例证了该方法的可靠性,并且所得结果足以满足工程需求。

Design Method of Mushroom Valve for High-pressure Micro-compressor

Abstract:  This paper describes the characteristics of the valvesofhigh-pressure micro-compressor and clarifies the engineering design calculation method of the mushroom valve. Through the analysis of the working process of the compressor and the law of the movement of the valve, the engineering calculation method of the main parameters of the mushroom valve is deduced and the determining principle and the Davis calibration criterion of the critical dimension of the valve are given. The design calculation of an actual mushroom valve parameter exemplifies the reliability of the method and the results are sufficient to meet the engineering requirements.

基于PumpLinx柱塞泵配流盘三角槽结构的优化

摘要: 在轴向柱塞泵中,配流盘作为最重要的元件之一,对于降低流量脉动和噪声有着至关重要的影响,该文主要针对轴向柱塞泵配流盘减震槽结构对泵内压力,流量产生的影响,对轴向柱塞泵的配流盘进行研究。通过设置不同形状配流盘减震槽的过流面积,在SolidWorks内对不同形状过流面积进行实体模型建模。该模型考虑到了油液的压缩性、柱塞副、配流副的泄露和流量倒灌对泵内流体产生的影响。通过PumpLinx对实体模型经行仿真,通过对比分析,仿真结果发现配流盘减震槽结构优化后,泵体内部的流量和压力脉动都有明显的降低,气蚀也有明显的降低。

The Optimization of Axis Pump Valve Plate Triangular Groove Structure

Based on PumpLinx

Abstract:  As one of the most important components in the axial pump, the valve plate plays an important role in reducing Flow ripple and noise. This paper mainly studies the influence of the damping groove structure of the valve plate of the axial pump on the pressure and flow in the axial pump. Through setting the over flow area of different shapes damping groove. Modeling solid model of the over flow area with different shapes is conducted in SolidWorks. The model takes into consideration the effects of the hydraulic compressibility, the leakage of the piston pair and low return fluid inside the pump. The simulation results of PumpLinx show that the flow and pressure ripple inside the pump are significantly reduced and the cavitation is also significantly reduced after the structural optimization of the damping groove structure of the valve plate.

液压滑阀V型节流槽内部空化流动仿真分析

摘要: 为了对修改湍流粘度后的空化模型在计算滑阀内部空化流动时的可行性进行验证,对液压滑阀V型节流槽内部空化流动采用这种模型进行了仿真分析,随着滑阀出口压力的不断变化,得到不同出口压力下的空化云图,并与实验测得的图像进行比较。在此基础上,分析了不同出口压力下阀口的压力分布,并与实验测得的压力进行比较。结果表明,该模型应用于滑阀V型节流槽内部空化流动计算得到的结果与实测数据基本吻合。

Simulation Analysis on Cavitation Flow in Hydraulic Spool Valve V Throttle Groove

Abstract:  In order to verify the feasibility of the cavitation model after modifying the turbulent viscosity in calculating the cavitation flow inside the spool valve, the internal cavitation flow of the V-type throttle groove of the hydraulic spool valve is simulated and analyzed. With the continuous change of the outlet pressure of the slide valve, the cavitation cloud map under different outlet pressures is obtained and compared with the experimentally measured image. On this basis, the pressure distribution of the valve port under different outlet pressures was analyzed and compared with the measured pressure. The results show that the model is applied to the calculation of the internal cavitation flow in the V-shaped throttle groove of the spool valve.

航空变量柱塞泵中开关电磁阀对其流量控制影响的分析

摘要: 分析了带有开关电磁阀的航空变量柱塞泵工作原理,建立开关电磁阀的数学模型,在此基础上以AMESim工程软件为平台搭建带有开关电磁阀的航空变量柱塞泵整体模型,并对开关电磁阀进行详细建模,仿真分析了电磁铁的线圈励磁电压、衔铁工作间隙、线圈匝数等主要参数对开关电磁阀的线圈电流及泵出口流量控制影响,该研究为开关电磁阀的设计及航空变量柱塞泵参数匹配提供了指导。

Analysis of the Influence of Switching Solenoid Valve on Flow

Abstract:  The working principle of the aircraft variable piston pump with switch solenoid valve is analyzed, the mathematical model of the switch solenoid valve is established, and on the basis of this, the overall model of the air variable piston pump with switch solenoid valve is built on the platform of AMESim engineering software, and the switch solenoid valve is modeled in detail. The influence of the main parameters of the coil excitation voltage, the clearance of the lead iron, and the number of coil turns on the control of the coil current of the switch solenoid valve and the output flow of the pump is analyzed.

新型卫星包带预紧力加载装置系统设计

摘要:  为了保证星箭解锁装置预紧力实现安全,均匀,稳定加载的要求,设计了一种预紧力加载装置系统,该系统的加载单元采用“平行导轨型加载单元”对星箭解锁装置施加预紧力的方法,此方法由“推压”的受力方式代替了“推拉”的受力方式,有效地实现了操作的可靠性和安全性,该装置的液压系统可实现单缸、双缸和三缸的自由加载,同时具有系统停机时的正常卸荷功能和掉电时的保压功能,该装置具有足够的强度和刚度,最小安全系数为3.13,满载状态加载单元变形0.045 mm

Design of a New Satellite Bag with Preload Force Loading Device System

Abstract:  In order to ensure the safe, uniform and stable loading requirements of the pre-tightening force of the star arrow unlocking device, a preloading force loading device system is designed. The loading unit of the system adopts a “parallel rail type loading unit” to apply a pre-tightening force to the star arrow unlocking device, and the method replaces the “push-pull” force receiving mode by the “pushing” force. It effectively realizes the reliability and safety of the operation. The hydraulic system of the device can realize the free loading of single cylinder, double cylinder and triple cylinder, and has the normal unloading function when the system is stopped and the pressure holding function when the power is off. The minimum safety factor is 3.13, the load state of the loading unit is 0.045 mm.

Abstract:  The paper researches on the cause of pressure fluctuation at the outlet of control valve. Based on the original control valve, through analysis and calculation, the way of setting throttle orifice plate and damp core in the booster pipe is put forward to control the pressure fluctuation at the outlet of the control valve. Through test verification, specific improvement and optimization measures are put forward to improve the performance of the control valve.

Roller-driving Hydraulic System of Three-roller Bending Machine

Abstract:  Bending machine is one kind of main equipments for making large ocean structures. Hydraulic motors are used to drive three working rollers. To solve the problem of high failure rate of hydraulic motors, the hydraulic working principle are analysed, and a new hydraulic system with complete oil filling and impaction reducing is designed. The results of half-year operation indicate that the new hydraulic has good characteristics.

伺服阀动态测试油缸尺寸设计

摘要: 文章提出了一种伺服阀动态测试油缸的设计方法,即通过对测试周期内的流量进行积分运算,根据测试周期内的流量体积来确定油缸的关键尺寸,包括活塞面积和行程,这样可以尽可能减小油缸容积,防止测试失真,同时也能防止活塞撞缸。最后根据尺寸分析了缸的固有频率。

Dimension Design of Servo Valve Dynamic Testing Cylinder

Abstract:  In this paper, a design method of dynamic testing cylinder for servo valve is put forward, which integrates the flow in the test cycle and determines the key dimensions of the cylinder, including piston area and stroke, according to the flow volume in the test cycle. This method can reduce the volume of the cylinder as much as possible, prevent the distortion of the test, and at the same time, it can also prevent piston from hitting cylinder. Finally, the natural frequency of the cylinder is analyzed according to its size.

甘蔗横向种植机施肥间距电液控制系统研究

摘要: 甘蔗横向种植具有用种少、单位面积出苗率较高,土地利用率高,且抗倒伏能力强等优势。针对现有横向甘蔗种植机施肥机构的转速不能跟踪行走速度的变化,导致施肥间距不均匀的问题,分析了施肥机构液压马达的转速、甘蔗横向种植机行走速度和施肥间距的关系,研究采用PLC控制电液比例节流调速回路的方法,对施肥机构液压马达的转速与甘蔗横向种植机行走速度进行匹配控制,实现对施肥间距的控制。仿真和实验结果表明:施肥机构的转速能够按照设定的目标值跟踪行走速度的变化,施肥间距能满足甘蔗横向种植的农艺要求。

Study on Electro-hydraulic Control System for Fertilization Spacing of Sugarcane Horizontal Planter

Abstract:  The horizontal type sugarcane planter has the advantages of less seed, high emergence rate of seeding per unit area, high land utilization rate, and strong lodging resistance.In view of the uneven fertilizing spacing problem caused by the mismatching between Fertilization institutions speed and the change of the walking speed, analyzes the relationship between the rotating speed of hydraulic motor, the walking speed of sugarcane planter and the spacing of fertilizer application. This paper adopts the method of controllingthe electro-hydraulic proportional throttling speed regulating loop by PLC to matching the rotating speed of hydraulic motor forfertilization institutions with the walking speed of the sugarcane planter, thus to realize the control of fertilization interval.The results of Simulation and experimental show that the rotating speed of the fertilization mechanism can track the change of walking speed according to the set target value, and the spacing of fertilization can meet the agronomic requirements of the horizontal planting of sugarcane.

基于AMESim的特种车液压系统温升计算与仿真

摘要: 不同温度下的液压油,其物理性质会发生变化,工作过程中液压油的温度随着系统热量的累积会逐渐升高,粘度降低,影响液压系统的输出特性。随着对液压系统精度和工作效率要求的不断提高,液压油液的温升问题也引起了人们的不断关注。利用AMESim软件建立了某特种车液压系统仿真模型,对展车和收车工作过程温升特性进行了仿真,分析了系统关键热源发热特性机理,并与理论计算结果和实测温升相对比。结果表明,相比于理论计算,仿真结果与实际温升更加接近,可以为液压系统设计和提高散热效率提供参考。

Temperature Rise Calculation and Simulation of Special Vehicle Hydraulic System

Based on AMESim

Abstract:  The properties of hydraulic oil at different temperatures can change during the working process. The temperature of the hydraulic oil gradually increases with the accumulation of heat in the system. On the other hand, the oil viscosity decreases, which affects the output characteristics of the system. With the continuous improvement of hydraulic system accuracy and work efficiency requirements, the temperature rise of hydraulic fluid also attracts peoples attention. A simulation model of the hydraulic system in the special vehicle is established by AMESim, which can reflect the thermal characteristics during the working process. Key heat sources and hot elements are analyzed with the calculation. As a result, compared with the calculation results, the simulation results are closer to the actual situation, which provides the basis for the design of hydraulic systems and the promotion of efficiency.

检修作业车三平台装置液压系统的设计

摘要: 该检修作业车三平台用于对铁路线路的DPT型接触网进行检修、维护和保养,根据检修作业车三平台需要平稳升降、水平伸缩、速度可调、复合动作等工作要求,采用负载敏感控制方式进行了三平台液压系统原理的设计,并对主要元件进行了技术参数的设计计算和功能设计,该液压系统能根据负载的变化随时调节泵的输出压力,但使输出流量保持恒定,确保动作的匀速平稳性,又能很好的减少油耗和系统发热,功能上能实现三平台平稳的垂直升降和水平伸缩。

Abstract:  Three platform for catenary of railway track maintenance, safeguard and maintenance, according to the maintenance car three platforms need smooth lift, horizontal expansion, speed adjustable, composite action, such as job requirement, the load sensitive control mode is used for three platform hydraulic system principle of design, and the main components for the design and calculation of technology parameters and function design, the hydraulic system can adjust the output pressure of the pump at any time according to the variation of load, but the output flow rate constant, to ensure that the action of uniform stability, but also very good to reduce fuel consumption and fever, system function can realize three platform smooth vertical and horizontal scaling.

摘要: 针对现有超长臂装载机的稳定性比普通臂装载机差,浮动下降过程整机晃动大的缺点,而提出一种能够有效地控制超长臂装载机浮动下降的时间,提升超长臂装载机的稳定性,使超长臂装载机的稳定性能达到普通臂效果;实际使用证明,随动控制阀控制效果良好,浮动下降速度稳定,适用于不同吨位的超长臂装载机,操作简单,在液压系统控制中可以广泛应用。

基于数控技术的电液龙门式机械手控制系统研究

摘要: 鉴于现代化数字控制技术简称“数控技术”,因传统现有自动化生产设备程度较低,该文结合PLC、液压技术、以及数控技术设计了一款自动化程度较高的电液龙门式码垛机器手。介绍了电液龙门式码垛机械手的基本结构和工作原理,重点设计并分析机械手液压回路、电气原理图、PLC梯形图及程序编写等,并利用西门子编程软件进行编程实验仿真。实验表明该码垛机械手及电气控制设计合理,能够实现预期的基本功能,并达到实际生产要求。

Research on the Control System of Electro-hydraulic Gantry Manipulator with

Number Control Technology

Abstract:  In view of the modern digital control technology short for “digital control technology”, due to the traditional existing automation production equipment is low, this paper combined with PLC, hydraulic technology, and numerical control technology designed a high degree of automation of electro-liquid gantry palletizing machine hands. This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the hydraulic man of electro-hydraulic gantry stacking, designs and analyzes the hydraulic circuit, electrical schematic, PLC ladder and program writing, and uses Siemens programming software to simulate the programming experiment. Experiments show that the stacking robot and electrical control design is reasonable, can achieve the expected basic function, and meet the actual production requirements.

摘要: 建立了1000吨轮胎式提梁机驱动系统变量泵和变量马达的数学模型,通过仿真分析了三种不同控制信号下提梁机驱动系统在坡道起动和平地启动的动态特性,得到了在不同工况下变量泵输入的特性参数,通过试验验证了仿真得到的参数能够降低驱动系统同步行走偏差。

Abstract:  The mathematical model of the variable displacement pump and variable motor of the 1000-ton tire-type beam-lifting machine drive system was established. The dynamic characteristics of the beam-lifting drive system of the three different control signals on the ramp start and the ground start were analyzed by simulation. The characteristic parameters of the anti-disturbance input of the lower variable pump are verified by experiments to reduce the deviation of the synchronous walking of the drive system.

Analysis and Experimental Study on Open-Close Characteristics of Double Pipeline

Explosion-proof Valve

Abstract:  This paper introduced structure and working principle of the double pipeline explosion-proof valve. The theoretical opening and closing characteristics are obtained by analyzing the force balance of the valve core. Then the test principle and method of a double pipeline explosion-proof valve test-bed are introduced in detail, and the opening and closing characteristics of the double pipeline explosion-proof valve are tested on the test-bed. Finally, the test data are processed and analyzed, and the test conclusion of the opening and closing characteristics of the double pipeline safety valve is obtained, which provides a reference for reliability evaluation and optimization system.

Exploration on the Structure of Cylinder Blasting Discharge Device for

Abstract:  According to the requirements of relevant standards, the cylinders of CNG long-tube Trailer need to be equipped with explosive releasing devices. In order to improve the safety and reliability of CNG long-tube trailer, this paper analyses the structures of various releasing devices which have been used in the market at present, summarizes their performance characteristics and existing problems, and puts forward the basis of the structures of these releasing devices. On the basis of this, a new type of blasting release device is designed. This paper has reference value for rational selection of blasting release device for CNG long tube trailer cylinder.

核电厂主蒸汽安全阀内漏原因分析及处理

摘要: 核电厂主蒸汽安全阀直接保护主蒸汽系统的安全,阀门密封面如果出现明显的蒸汽泄漏现象,将导致机组停堆,提高安全阀的密封可靠性尤其重要。通过分析,发现引起主蒸汽安全阀内漏的主要原因有:安全阀使用过程中整定压力逐渐变低、安全阀密封面逐渐变宽等。针对以上原因,探索了安全阀碟簧调整、安全阀阀芯机加工及更换、安全阀阀座研磨等方法,提高了主蒸汽安全阀的密封可靠性和长期运行的稳定性。

NPP Main Steam Safety Valve Inner-leakage Analysis and Solution

Abstract:  NPP Main Steam Safety Valves protect the safety of Main Steam System. If there is obvious steam leakage from the trim, the Unit shall be shut down. It is very important to improve the valve seat tightness reliability. Through analyzing, we found the causes of the safety valve inner leakage: the set pressure of the safety valve changed lower along with using, the seal surface changed wider, etc. For the upper causes, we had tried adjusted the belleville spring, machined the disc or replace it, machined the seat, etc. Through the upper actions, we had increased the valve seat tightness reliability and improved the valve long-term reliability.
