摘要:工程教育专业认证以满足学生需要和社会发展为目标,旨在强化人才培养的社会适应能力,结果导向的创新型人才培养理念将决定和影响大学教学的课程设计。以《机械工程设计》课程为例,阐述该课程性质和培养目标,剖析逆向设计教学的过程和原则,构建结果导向的逆向设计教学的实施策略,为探索工科类专业课程的教学改革提供借鉴。

Curriculum Reverse Design Research in Mechanical Engineering Design Course with the

Background of Engineering Education Professional Certification

Abstract: Engineering education professional certification aims at satisfying the students requirements and social developments. The purpose is to strengthen the social adaptability of talent cultivation. This result-oriented concept of applicable talent cultivation would determine and affect the courses curriculum designs in the university teaching. Taking Mechanical Engineering Design Course as an example, this paper would describe the nature and objective of the course, analyze process and principles of the reverse teaching design and construct the implementation strategy of results-oriented reverse design teaching, The could provide valuable references for exploring the reform of engineering course teaching.

高温介质机械密封温度场分析

摘要:针对高温介质用双端面机械密封,采用有限元分析方法计算了在设计条件下,水作为冲洗介质时,高温侧密封环的温度场及其变化规律,采用理论手段验证了设计的有效性;在相同工作条件下,比较了分别采用水和油作为冲洗介质时,密封端面运行温度的高低。

Temperature Field Analysis of Mechanical Seal for High Temperature Medium

Abstract: For the high temperature medium mechanical seal with dual-seal structure, the temperature distribution and the seal face temperature variation law of the seal rings near high temperature medium was calculated by finite element method under design conditions, while flushing fluid is water. The reliability of the design was verified by the theory. Under the same working conditions, the operating temperature level of the seal face is compared with the use of water and oil as the flushing fluid.

长期贮存条件下的O形橡胶密封圈摩擦力变化研究

摘要:该文以常见胶料O形橡胶密封圈为研究点,研究对比了O形橡胶密封圈在经过长时间贮存后的摩擦力变化规律,为活动密封结构长期贮存后的使用提供了借鉴。为了更加快速的得出O形橡胶密封圈摩擦力随贮存时间的变化规律,该研究依据GB/T20028-2005《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶应用阿累尼乌斯图推算寿命和最高使用温度》对三元乙丙橡胶材料进行了热空气条件下的加速老化,得出了在径向动密封结构中,随着贮存时间的延长,O形橡胶密封圈与筒壁之间的动摩擦力存在变小趋势的结论。

Study on Friction Variation of O-ring Under Long-term Storage Condition

Abstract: Based on the common rubber O-ring as the research point, this paper studies and compares the friction change law of O-ring after long-term storage, which provides a reference for the use of movable seal structure after long-term storage. In order to get the change rule of friction force of O-ring with storage time more quickly, the accelerated aging of EPDM under hot air condition was carried out according to GB/T 20028-2005 “Application of Arrhenius diagram to Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber to Estimate Life and Maximum Service Temperature”. It is concluded that the dynamic friction between O-ring and cylinder wall decreases with the increase of storage time in radial dynamic seal structure.

电液联合校直机校直精度控制方法研究

摘要:轴类零件加工制造过程中存在弯曲变形,影响零件加工精度。为了满足生产使用需求,对零件进行校直具有重要意义。校直机按工作原理差异可分为液压和伺服校直机。前者精度较低,但结构简单、造价低,后者精度高,但制造成本相对高。基于此,提出了一种电液联合校直机,在保证精度的基础上降低设备的制造成本,同时避免校直过程中出现刚性冲击,确保了校直精度。

Research on Control Method of Straightening Accuracy for Electro-hydraulic

Straightening Machine

Abstract: Bending deformation exists in the manufacturing process of shaft parts, which affects the processing accuracy of parts. In order to meet the needs of production and use, straightening parts is of great significance. Straightening machine can be divided into hydraulic straightening machine and servo straightening machine according to the difference of working principle. The former has low precision, but simple structure and low cost. The latter has high precision but relatively high manufacturing cost. Based on this, this paper proposes an electro-hydraulic straightening machine, which can reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment on the basis of ensuring the accuracy, avoid rigid impact in the straightening process and ensure the straightening accuracy.

数字压力计校准结果的不确定度分析

摘要:该文按照JJG875-2005《数字压力计》检定规程和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,使用标准活塞式压力计,对校数字压力计校准结果进行误差分析,通过计算得到A类不确定度,通过分析得到B类不确定度,进而得到合成不确定度,对其测量结果进行了不确定度的分析与评定。

Uncertainty Analysis of Calibration Results for Digital Pressure Gauge

一种飞机刹车分配活门性能试验及分析

摘要:飞机刹车分配活门是飞机液压刹车系统的核心部件。在飞机滑行过程中,飞行员通过脚踏板来控制分配活门从而控制液压系统输出的刹车压力。由于其重要性需要定期维护检修。针对分配活门各项检测指标,研制了新型液压试验台,分别对分配活门的密封性、回油口的打开压力、特定流量下液压操作的工作性能和人工操作的可行性进行了多次重复试验,结果表明各项试验结果与理论值相比较,测量误差均在允许范围内,可以达到对刹车分配活门进行多项测试的目的,具有较好的推广价值。

Performance Test and Analysis of an Aircraft Brake Distribution Valve

Abstract: The aircraft brake distribution valve is the core component of the aircraft hydraulic brake system. During the taxiing of the aircraft, the pilot controls the distribution valve through the foot pedal to control the brake pressure output by the hydraulic system. Due to its importance, regular maintenance is required,A new hydraulic test rig is developed for the distribution of various detection indexes of the valve, and the sealing performance of the distribution valve, the opening pressure of the return port, the working performance of the hydraulic operation at a specific flow rate and the feasibility of manual operation are repeated several times. The test results show that the test results are compared with the theoretical values, and the measurement errors are within the allowable range. It can achieve the purpose of multiple tests on the brake distribution valve and has good promotion value.

Abstract: An interference structure seal surface appears leak exceeding the standard during the air-sealed test at normal temperature. In view of the phenomenon which led to the leakage exceeding, the influence factors were introduced, based on the structural principle of the direct-acting solenoid valve. Analyzing and locating the leakage causes, reasonable improvement measures were put forward, which can effectively improve the qualified rate and reliability of the valves.

空空导弹典型部位密封优化设计与试验验证

摘要:上舰空空导弹要求结构设计做到气密,电子舱作为控制中枢,对密封要求较高。工程实践表明,电子舱壳体开矩形口的部位是密封薄弱环节,如引信窗口、数据链窗口处,原有的矩形密封圈和单螺钉连接方式无法满足舰载环境下的气密要求。该文基于MSC Patran/Nastran分析了连接螺钉造成的结构变形,总结出原方案气密失效的原因,提出针对性的优化方案,并加工电子舱模拟件,开展气密性能试验,结果证明优化方案可行。

Seal Optimization and Test Verification of  Air-to-air Missile Typical Parts

Abstract: The air-to-air missile of the navy requires structural design to be airtight, and the electronic cabin as the control center has high requirements for sealing. The engineering practice shows that the part of the electronic compartment shell that opens the rectangular mouth is the weak part of the seal. For example, the fuse windows and the data link windows, the original rectangular seal ring and the single screw connection method cannot meet the airtight requirements under the shipboard environment. Based on MSC Patran/Nastran, this paper analyzes the structural deformation caused by the connecting screws, summarizes the causes of the airtight failure of the original scheme, proposes a targeted optimization scheme, and processes the electronic cabin simulation parts to carry out the airtight performance test. The results prove that the optimization scheme is feasible.

核电站电动和气动阀用密封填料的试验研究

摘要:为分析核电站电动和气动阀用密封填料在实际使用过程中的密封性能、开关阻力以及使用寿命等问题,研制了密封填料性能的测试设备,对电动阀、气动阀密封填料的密封性能、摩擦阻力及应力松弛进行试验研究。研究结果表明,V形组合密封填料比矩形密封填料具有良好的综合密封、载荷松弛和摩擦性能。

Abstract: In order to analyze the sealing performance, switch resistance and service life of sealing packing used in electric and pneumatic valves of nuclear power plant, a testing equipment for sealing performance of sealing packing was developed. The results show that the v-shaped composite sealing packing has better comprehensive sealing, load relaxation and friction performance than the rectangular sealing packing.

一种基于电液传动的运输机系统优化设计

摘要:针对现有的工业运输机系统中皮带张力不足、传输效率低下、安全性能不高等问题, 设计了一种基于电液传动全自动化生产的运输机皮带预紧系统。首先,就现有运输机传输系统存在的一些常见故障,设计了一套自动调整液压传输机皮带力的装置,并介绍了该装置的基本工作原理和系统控制要求;重点设计了该装置的电液回路系统、液压元件选型、以及PLC控制程序;最后,将优化设计后的电液系统回路进行仿真与实验,实验结果验证了该文设计的一种基于液压传动全自动生产的运输机皮带预紧装置可行性和有效性,解决了传输系皮带张力不足、传输效率低问题。

Optimum Design of Transport System with Electro-Hydraulic Drive

Abstract: In view of the problems of insufficient belt tension, low transmission and low safety performance in the existing industrial transporter system, a belt pretension system based on the full automation of Electro-Hydraulic transmission is designed. Firstly, on some common faults existing in the existing transport transmission system, a set of devices that automatically adjust the belt force of the hydraulic transporter is designed, and the basic working principle and system control requirements of the device are introduced. The simulation and experiment of the electrical fluid system circuit after optimization of the design verify the feasibility and effectiveness of a transport belt pretension device based on the automatic production of hydraulic transmission, and solve the problem of insufficient belt tension and low transmission efficiency in the transmission system.

摘要:该文通过研究分析目前升降工作台采用的手动液压系统原理,提出了升降工作台采用手动和电动双液压系统的方案,详细阐述了其液压原理和电气原理。该系统采用卸荷阀、安全阀、限位开关和熔断器保证了系统的安全性,采用控制箱面板控制和线控制的两种控制方式提高了系统的操作便捷性,有效地提高了升降工作台的性能。

Design of a Lifting Platform Hydraulic System

Abstract: This paper put forward a lifting platform using manual and electric dual hydraulic system scheme by research and analysis of the curren manual hydraulic system principle. Its hydraulic principle and electric principle are described in detail. The system adopts unloading valve,safty valve, limit switch and fuse to ensure the safety of the system. The system also adopts two control modes of control box panel control and line control to improve the operation convenience. The system is effectively improve performance of a lifting platform.

影响卸荷阀卸荷频率和负载端压力因素的仿真分析

摘要:电磁卸荷阀作为乳化液泵站中压力控制和过载保护的关键元件,对确保液压支架可靠工作,实现井下安全生产起到重要作用。为确保安全生产,常使机械式卸荷做为电磁式卸荷的备用方式运行。但经企业试验发现,当卸荷阀处于机械式卸荷工况下,卸荷阀寿命较短,且系统平稳性较差。AMESim仿真表明:卸荷阀出口背压和主阀半锥角主要影响卸荷频率;导阀座直径主要影响卸荷频率和负载端压力波动范围。故合理选择出口背压、主阀半锥角和导阀座直径对泵站的节能减震均有一定帮助。

Influence Factors Simulation of Electromagnetic Unloading Valve

Unloading Frequency and Load-end Pressure

Abstract: The electromagnetic unloading valve was selected as the key parts for pressure control and overload protection in the emulsion pump station. It plays an important role in ensuring the stability of hydraulic support and safety production. In order to ensure safe production, mechanical unloading is often used as the standby mode of electromagnetic unloading. Enterprise test found that the valve life and the system stability had been substantially limited if the unloading valve is under the mechanical unloading mode. In this paper, the influence of unloading frequency and load-end pressure are carried out by using AMESim software. The result indicate that back pressure of unloading valve and half-cone angle of main valve mainly affect the unloading frequency; pilot valve seat diameter affect the unloading frequency and load-end pressure. So reasonable selection of back pressure, main valve half-cone angle and pilot valve seat diameter is helpful for energy-saving and damping of pump station.

高速开关电磁阀测试台恒温控制

摘要:在共轨式柴油系统,用于同一柴油机不同气缸上的不同高速开关电磁阀,需要保证不同电磁阀的性能参数差异尽可能小。同时阀的性能参数与油温相关,在测验台测试不同高速开关电磁阀时,需要保证在不同环境温度下测试油温的一致性,才能保证测试结果的可对比性。测试台为稳定高速开关电磁阀快速动作时的压力,配置有大容积的共轨管,从而使温控装置的恒温油无法快速到达电磁阀,特别是在环境温度低时。因而提出一种在不同环境温度下,保证测试电磁阀时流经阀的油温一致的方法。并通过AMESim软件建立该方案的模型,进行仿真分析,获得系统的关键参数。

Constant Temperature Control of Test Bench for High Speed Switching Solenoid Valve

Abstract: In the common rail diesel system, the performance parameters of different high-speed switching solenoid valves on different cylinders of the same diesel engine are as small as possible. At the same time, the performance parameters of the valve are related to the oil temperature. When testing different high-speed switching solenoid valves, it is necessary to ensure the same oil temperature under different ambient temperatures, so as to ensure the comparability of test results. The test bench is equipped with a large volume of common rail pipe to stabilize the pressure when high-speed switching solenoid valve rapidly responds, so that the constant temperature oil of the temperature control device cannot reach the solenoid valve quickly, especially when the ambient temperature is low. A method is presented to ensure the same oil temperature through the solenoid valve at different ambient temperatures. AMESim is used to establish the model of the method and the simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the key parameters of the system.

基于ANSYS的液压集成块静力学分析

摘要:对液压集成块漏油原因进行分析,重点分析了集成块热处理工艺对集成块漏油的影响;利用SECOMan对某轧机层流冷却装置液压控制系统中翻转阀组的集成块进行三维建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS WORKBENCH对其进行静力学分析。根据分析结果可知,系统压力超过22 MPa时需要对集成块进行调质处理,这对编制集成块加工工艺流程具有一定指导意义。

Static Analysis of Hydraulic Manifold Block Based on ANSYS

Abstract: The causes of oil leakage in hydraulic manifold block are analyzed in this paper, and the influence of manifold block heat treatment process on the oil leakage is analyzed. The three-dimensional modeling of the manifold block of the a rolling mill laminar cooling device inverted valve group in the hydraulic control system is carried out by SECOMan. And static analysis was performed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH. According to the analysis results, it is necessary to quench and temper the manifold block when the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system exceeds 22 MPa, which has certain guiding significance for programming the manifold block processing process.

密封圈失效对作动筒工作压力的影响分析

摘要:某型飞机在飞行过程中出现前起落架放下功能故障,地面检查时故障不复现,分解过程中发现驱动前起落架收放的作动筒内橡胶密封圈断裂失效。文中结合橡胶密封圈的特性参数,作动筒的工作原理,建立了前起落架收放动态模型,针对放下过程中该失效密封圈对作动筒的工作压力影响进行仿真计算,进一步分析其对放下功能的影响,给出分析结论,为此次故障的原因调查提供了理论基础和技术支持。

Influence Analysis of Sealing Ring Failure on Actuator Working Pressure

Abstract: In the course of flight, the fault the nose landing gear retraction and release system occurred in a certain type of aircraft, and the fault of the ground inspection did not recur. During the decomposition, it was found that the rubber sealing ring in the actuating cylinder of the driving nose landing gear was broken and failed. In this paper, combined with the characteristic parameters of rubber sealing ring and the working principle of the actuator, the dynamic model of the nose landing gear is established. According to the simulation calculation of the influence of the sealing ring on the collecting and discharging function is further analyzed, and the analysis conclusion is given, which provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the investigation of the cause of the fault.

摘要:该文针对某型液压马达轴承保持架断裂故障,通过检查故障轴承发现轴承保持架存在偏铆等现象,确定轴承保持架为疲劳断裂;然后以保持架断裂作为顶事件建立故障树,并进行了逐一分析排查,找出导致轴承保持架断裂的直接原因为制造缺陷,并针对原因提出用实体保持架替代原冲浪型保持架的改进方案,通过试验考核验证,该方案可以有效解决轴承保持架断裂的故障。

一种清理伺服阀阀体节流边毛刺的方法

摘要:二维液压伺服阀出现了泄漏量严重超标,关键件阀体、阀芯报废率较高的现象,导致此现象的原因有两个,一是阀体节流边的毛刺未清理干净,阀体、阀芯配磨时径向配合间隙较大;二是阀体节流边的锐边被倒钝,两个原因最终归结为阀体节流边毛刺的清理问题,该文针对此问题改良清理毛刺工具,改进清理毛刺的工艺方法,不仅有效的提高二维液压伺服阀类产品的合格率,同时还可以将此方法推广应用到液压行业其它精密偶件上。

A Method for Cleaning the Burr on the Restriction Edge of Valve Body

Abstract: The leakage of two-dimensional hydraulic servo valve exceed the standard severely, and the rejection rate of the valve body and spool is high, there are two reasons for this phenomenon. One is that the burr on the restriction edge of the valve body is not cleaned up, and the fit clearance between the valve body and the spool is big when grinding, the other is that the burr on the restriction edge of the valve body is blunt, the two reasons ultimately boil down to the problem that the cleaning of the burr on the restriction edge. This paper improves the deburring tool and the deburring process, which not only effectively improves the qualified rate of two-dimensional hydraulic servo valve products, but also can be applied to other precision parts of hydraulic industry.

锥柱塞高温锰系磷化尺寸控制

摘要:为了保证能承受高速高载及冲击载荷的作用,锥柱塞的材料采用38CrMoAlA合金钢,热处理采取调质+表面氮化处理。氮化后锥面及球面经过磨削加工,表面粗糙度为Ra0.2。在进行高温锰系磷化时,磷化反应激烈,磷化过程难以控制。造成磷化晶粒粗大,膜层疏松,对锥柱塞基体金属的浸蚀严重,磷化后尺寸变化范围很大,无法满足锥柱塞与转子这一对摩擦副装配要求。通过加大对锥柱塞工作面的活化程度及表面调整工艺的改进,添加重金属盐,对磷化槽液进行DOE试验,得出了磷化槽液的最佳工作槽液参数,磷化后锥柱塞晶粒细致,孔隙均匀,尺寸公差控制在00.005 mm之间。

Dimension Control of Concial Piston with High Temperature Manganese Phosphating

Abstract: Concial piston is made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, which is currently quenched and tempered and nitrided to endure impact load while during high load and high velocity. During the process of high-temperature manganese phosphating, the phosphating process is difficult to be controlled as a result of intense phosphating reaction, which would lead to coarse phosphating crystals,loose film and serious etching of the matrix metal of conical piston. While the surface roughness of nitrided cone and sphere after grinding is 0.2, the size after phosphating changes too large to meet the assembly requirements of the friction pair of conical piston and cylinder block. The optimum parameter of phosphating solution, fine crystals, uniform pores,and dimensional tolerance between 0 and 0.005 mm were obtained through improved activation degree of working surface and surface adjustment process, the adjustment of heavy metal salt content and DOE test on the phosphating solution.

摘要:伺服作动器活塞杆装配松紧程度影响产品可靠性。针对活塞杆装配过程质量薄弱环节开展研究工作,通过改进活塞杆压装方式和控制减磨圈厚度的方法,实施改进方案,以数据分析为基础,按照PDCA流程开展工作,利用六西格玛方法中的Minitab软件分析,确保压装过程质量受控,实现产品质量提升。

Improve the Qualification Rate of Piston Rod Assembly

Abstract: The assembly tightness of servo actuator piston truss affects the reliability of products. Aiming at the quality weakness in the assembly process of piston truss, the research work is carried out, and the improvement scheme is implemented by improving the pressing method of movable tower rod and controlling the thickness of reducing bran ring, which is based on the numerical racking analysis and the work process is according to PDCA. Using Minitab software analysis of Six Sigma method to ensure the quality control of the pressing process and achieve product quality improvement.
