摘要: 液压油作为工业润滑油用量最大的油品,其应用非常广泛,随添加剂含量以及工作温度的逐渐升高,对橡胶材料的要求越来越严格。该文分析比较了目前橡胶相容性主要测试方法,同时对比国家、国际及OEM液压油标准对橡胶相容性的要求,判断其变化趋势,该结论对未来液压油的开发提供指导作用。

Development Trend of Hydraulic Oil for Elastomer Compatibility

Abstract:  Hydraulic oil, as the greatest amount of industrial lubricating oil, is widely used. With the increase of additive content and working temperature, the requirement for rubber materials becomes more and more stringent. This paper analyses and compares the main test methods of rubber compatibility at present, and compares the requirements of national, international and OEM hydraulic oil standards for elastomer compatibility, and judges its changing trend. This conclusion provides guidance for the future development of hydraulic oil.

土壤热脱附系统的控制策略及仿真

摘要: 当下,土壤污染问题日益显著,土壤的安全问题引起社会广泛关注,社会各界都在寻求一种安全可靠的土壤修复方法。土壤热脱附是一种广泛用于处理土壤挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的土壤修复方法。土壤热脱附修复涉及气体传输与流量控制问题。该文提出了一种将传统PID控制算法与Smith预估补偿器结合,同时联合气体流量相关计算的控制方法,有效地解决了土壤热脱附系统中温度滞后环节对系统稳定的问题,显着提高了系统的稳定性。根据仿真结果表明,提出的控制方法能显着增强系统的稳定性并能有效降低土壤中挥发性有机化合物。

Control Strategy and Simulation of Combustion Subsystem for Thermal Desorption Soil Remediation

Abstract:  At present, the problem of soil pollution is becoming more and more obvious, and the safety of soil has caused widespread concern in society. All sectors of society are seeking a safe and reliable method of soil remediation. Soil thermal desorption is a kind of the method of soil remediation to be widely used to process the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the soil, and it concerns the transmission and flowrate control of the gas and wasted gas. In this paper, a control algorithm based on traditional PID control algorithm combined with Smith predictor compensator and calculation on flow rate control of gas could effectively deal with the impact of large hysteresis in combustion system and significantly improve the stability of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed control method significantly enhanced system stability and effectively decrease the volatile organic compounds to be present in the soil.

Abstract:  In this paper, a aircraft hydraulic fluid servicing truck is designed. The trucks hydraulic principle and electric principle are described in detail. The hydraulic fluid servicing truck adopts two-stage filtration, flow measurement, electrical control and modular design and other technologies to realize the self-circling oil cleaning and filtration and the quantitative adding of hydraulicuil to the aircraft.

油气弹簧内缸筒气密性能改进

摘要: 针对油气弹簧内缸筒镀铬层渗气问题,深入研究了镀铬层的微观结构,采用了一种使铬层产生微观塑性变形从而解决渗气问题的方法——钢球滚压工艺,对滚压后的表面粗糙度、硬度、外圆尺寸、形位公差进行了检测,并进行了可靠性寿命试验,结果表明,采用新的滚压方法能有效解决铬层渗气问题,并能降低表面粗糙度,提高表面硬度。

Improvement on Air Tightness for Hydro-pneumatic Spring Cylinder

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of chromium plating on inner cylinder barrel of oil and gas spring, the microstructure of chromium plating layer was studied in depth. A method, steel ball rolling process, was adopted to solve the problem of chromium plating by micro plastic deformation. The surface roughness, hardness, cylindrical dimension and shape tolerance after rolling were tested, and the reliability life test was carried out. The new rolling method can effectively solve the problem of chromium layer gas permeation, reduce the surface roughness and improve the surface hardness.

基于ANSYS的城轨被动式液压制动系统设计

摘要: 主要介绍了城轨被动式液压制动系统的组成和工作原理;利用SECOManSIEMENS NX对城轨被动式液压制动系统进行三维建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS WORKBENCH对城轨被动式液压制动系统关键零部件进行受力分析,这对城轨被动式液压制动系统的选型设计具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:  This paper mainly introduces the composition and working principle of the urban rail passive hydraulic brake system. The three-dimensional modeling of the urban rail passive hydraulic brake system is carried out by SECOMan and SIEMENS NX. The stress analysis of the urban rail passive hydraulic brake is performed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH, which has a certain guiding significance for the selection and design of the urban rail passive hydraulic brake system.

转炉活动烟罩升降系统优化设计

摘要: 某炼钢厂转炉活动烟罩在使用过程中出现随液压缸活塞下滑,不能锁紧的故障,严重影响了正常炼钢工作。该文就产生这种现象的原因进行了分析,提出了原设计中存在的问题,并进行了优化改造,解决了转炉活动烟罩液压缸频繁损坏而导致烟罩下滑的故障,保证了生产任务的完成。

Optimum Design of Lifting System for Converter Smoke Hood

Abstract:  In the process of using, the movable smoke hood of a converter in a steel plant appears to slide with the piston of the hydraulic cylinder and cannot be locked tightly, which seriously affects the normal steelmaking work. In this paper, the reason of this phenomenon are analyzed, the existing problems in the original design are put forward, and the optimized transformation is carried out to solve the problem of smoke hood sliding down caused by frequent damage of the hydraulic cylinder of the converter mobile smoke hood, and to ensure the completion of the production task.

电液伺服三向六自由度地震模拟振动台研制

摘要: 采用4-2-1构型研制的电液伺服六自由度地震模拟振动台,台面尺寸设计为2.5*2.5米,承载能力为5吨。采用三参量控制方式开发控制系统和控制软件,实现了振动台的位移、速度、加速度控制。对建成后的地震模拟振动台进行了各项性能指标测试,结果表明该振动台能够实现高精度再现随机波(地震波)的位移、速度和加速度波形功能,各项技术指标都达到甚至超过设计指标。为结构和构件试验研究提供了重要的手段,也为今后的振动台建造提供了借鉴基础。

Development of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Six-Degree-of-Freedom Seismic Simulated Shaking Table

Abstract:  The electro-hydraulic servo six-degree-of-freedom seismic simulation shaking table with 4-2-1 configuration is designed. The size of the table is 2.5*2.5 meters and the bearing capacity is 5 tons. The control system and software are developed by using three-parameter control mode (the displacement, speed and acceleration control) is realized. The test results show that the shaking table can reproduce the displacement, velocity and acceleration waveforms with high precision, and all the technical indexes can reach or even exceed the design targets. It provides an important means for structural and component test research, and also provides a reference for shaking table construction in the future.

关于液压缸活塞螺纹副松脱的设计改进

摘要: 该文对工程机械某机型液压缸活塞与活塞杆用螺纹连接,以钢球和紧定螺钉来防松的失效模式进行分析,提出了在现场加工工艺满足设计要求的条件下,紧定螺钉设计选型不合理及防松处活塞杆硬度值偏低是导致活塞螺纹副防松连接失效的主要原因。从这两个方面出发,对紧定螺钉型式进行合理设计选型及合理提高活塞杆防松处的硬度值。并通过一定样本量的试验样机做震动试验来验证其改进措施。提高了液压缸活塞螺纹副连接防松的可靠性,降低了液压缸活塞螺纹副松脱的市场外反馈。

Improvement Design of Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Thread Pair Loose

Abstract:  In this paper, a hydraulic cylinder of a certain type of engineering machinery is connected with piston and piston rod by thread, and steel ball and set screw are used to prevent loose, and its failure mode is analyzed. Under the condition that the field processing technology meets the design requirements, the unreasonable design and selection of the set screw and the low hardness of the piston rod at the check point are put forward, which are the main reasons leading to the failure of the check connection of the piston thread pair. This paper considers from two aspects: reasonable design and selection of screw type and reasonable improvement of hardness value of piston rod check. The improvement measures are verified by vibration test of a certain sample size. By taking improvement measures, the reliability of the joint anti-loose of the piston thread pair of hydraulic cylinder is improved, and the out-of-market feedback of the piston thread pair of hydraulic cylinder is reduced.

开路式变量柱塞泵的研究

摘要: 近些年来,超高压、大流量泵受到液压行业人士的普遍关注。为了实现这一工况,液压系统通常利用增压器以提高系统压力,但此种方法使液压系统出现复杂化、成本变高等问题。由于开路式变量径向柱塞泵的结构特殊,故可通过多个泵串联实现高压、大流量的输出。变量机构采用限压式外反馈变量调节,可连续对泵的排量进行调节,文章对新型变量径向柱塞泵的稳态特性和动态特性进行了分析,并通过推导出的传递函数,对影响变量泵动态响应速度的因素进行了分析。

Research on Open-circuit Variable Displacement Piston Pump

Abstract:  In recent years, ultra-high pressure, high flow pumps have received widespread attention from the hydraulic industry. In order to achieve this condition, the hydraulic system usually uses a supercharger to increase the system pressure, but this method complicates the hydraulic system and increases the cost. Due to the special structure of the open-circuit variable radial piston pump, high-pressure, high-flow output can be realized by connecting a plurality of pumps in series. The variable mechanism adopts the pressure-limiting external feedback variable adjustment, which can continuously adjust the displacement of the pump. The paper analyzes the steady-state characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the new variable radial piston pump, and through the derived transfer function, Factors affecting the dynamic response speed of the variable pump were analyzed.

液力偶合器油环对设备振动的影响

摘要: 该文分析了液力偶合器输入、输出组件独立做动平衡,由于铝合金和32#透平油的比重差,去重后产生的油环导致了设备的振动。为了使液力偶合器的振动值满足要求,为此,根据理论计算和实际试验情况,就65GTYS偶合器的涡轮去重作了要求,以便合适地选配零件。

Effect of Oil Holeson Hydraulic Couplings Vibration

Abstract:  This essay analyses the dynamic balancing process of input and output parts, not complete set but individual assembly part. Due to a ratio slip between aluminum alloy and turbine oil #32, the weight-removing hole filled by turbine oil #32 leads to vibration of the hydraulic couplings. In order to make the vibration value of fluid couplings meet requirement of relevant standards, based on theoretical calculation and actual test condition, we here take the weight-removing of turbo wheel, hydraulic couplings demonstrate what has to be done in this process, which serves a better way for part matching.

不同织构几何参数对轴向柱塞泵配流副动压支承的影响研究

摘要: 针对轴向柱塞泵配流副的减摩降噪问题,将仿生学表面织构技术引入织构化配流副的研究,对织构化配流副瞬态受力进行分析,得出了瞬态受力动压方程;建立了矩形、圆弧形、三角形、等腰梯形四种典型织构的二维流场简化模型,运用Fluent仿真软件,得到四种织构都能产生动压支承,其中矩形织构的动压力最大;矩形织构和圆弧织构的最佳深径比都为15,三角织构和等腰梯形织构的最佳深径比为14,其中四种典型织构的动压力都随织构深径比的增加都呈现先增大后减小的变化规律,深径比对圆弧织构、等腰梯形织构的动压影响较小,矩形、三角形织构对深径比的变化较敏感,并且两个织构的富集将产生二次动压支承,因此,找到典型单织构的最佳深径比和织构富集的数目对织构化配流副减摩降噪相当关键。

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of reducing friction and noise of axial piston pump valve plate, the bionic surface texture technology is introduced into the study of textured valve plate, and the transient force of texture valve plate is analyzed, and the transient dynamic pressure equation is obtained. The simplified two-dimensional flow field model of four typical semicircular, triangular and isosceles trapezoid textures is presented. By using Fluent software, it is found that all four kinds of textures can produce dynamic pressure supports, in which the dynamic pressure of rectangular texture is the largest. The optimum depth to diameter ratio of rectangular texture and arc texture is 15, and the optimum depth to diameter ratio of triangular texture and isosceles trapezoid texture is 14. The ratio of depth to diameter increases first and then decreases with the increase of the ratio of depth to diameter. The influence of dynamic pressure on isosceles trapezoid texture is small, and rectangular and triangular textures are sensitive to the changes of ratio of depth to diameter. And the enrichment of two textures will result in secondary dynamic pressure support. Therefore, finding out the aspect ratio of typical single texture and the number of texture enrichment is very important for reducing friction and noise of textured valve plate.

液压优先阀动态特性优化研究

摘要: 介绍了某种液压优先阀的结构及工作原理,针对该阀在实际使用过程中遇到的性能缺陷进行试验研究并建立数学模型,分析影响优先阀动态输出特性的关键因素。利用AMESim软件搭建了仿真模型,定量的分析在相同工况下不同结构参数对优先阀动态输出特性的影响,并根据仿真结果提出优化方案。结果表明:减小阀口初始面积提高阀口动态变化能力能够提高优先阀动态输出性能。

Research on Dynamic Characteristics Optimization of Hydraulic Priority Valve

Abstract:  The structure and working principle of a certain hydraulic priority valve are introduced. The performance defects encountered in the actual use of the valve are tested and mathematical models are established to analyze the key factors affecting the dynamic output characteristics of the priority valve. The simulation model was built by AMESim software to quantitatively analyze the influence of different structural parameters on the dynamic output characteristics of the priority valve under the same working conditions, and the optimization scheme was proposed according to the simulation results. The results show that reducing the initial area of the valve port and improving the dynamic change of the valve port can improve the dynamic output performance of the priority valve.

摘要: 针对泵马达噪声大的问题,分析了配流盘减震槽配流机理,提出了一种减震组合槽计算方法。通过Fluent流场仿真对比分析,结果表明:应用此方法计算的减震槽过流面积与Fluent流场仿真结果相近,证明了计算模型的正确性,为配流盘减震槽设计、优化提供理论依据。

Research on Design of Vibration-isolating Slot for Axial Piston Pump/Motor Valve Plate

Abstract:  Arming at the noise of pump/motor, mechanism of vibration-isolating slot in valve plate was analyzed and calculation method for vibration-isolating slot design was proposed. Comparative analysis was done by Fluent which results showed that overflow area calculated by this method was close to that of flow simulation by Fluent and the correctness of the calculation model is proved which provided a theoretical basis for design and optimization of vibration-isolating slot in valve plate.

基于CFD的四象限运行内啮合齿轮单元内流场计算与分析

摘要: 基于CFD技术研究四象限运行内啮合齿轮单元的流场特性,采用CAE软件对四象限运行内啮合齿轮单元内流场进行几何建模,针对齿轮单元工作在液压泵和马达两种模式,应用Pumplinx软件的动网格模型和DOF自由度模型进行数值模拟和可视化研究,分析模型关键部位的流场特性,获得在液压泵模式下旋转域的速度、压力分布云图;分析了变转速、变压力工况下的流量特性曲线以及流量、压力脉动曲线;在同一模型下设置不同边界条件获得马达模式下齿轮轴最终稳定转速和力矩变化曲线,并分析了不同负载下的稳定转速值;利用数值仿真可以得到具有参考意义的齿轮单元流量特性曲线,为内啮合齿轮单元的开发和与永磁同步电机一体化融合提供技术支持。

Computation and Analysis of the Internal Flow Field for Four-quadrant Operating Internal Gear Unit Based on CFD

Abstract:  The flow field of the four-quadrant operating internal gear unit was studied based on CFD. A geometry of the internal flow filed in four-quadrant operating internal meshing gear unit was made. Numerical simulation were carried out and visualization results were obtained by using dynamic mesh model of Pumplinx and DOF model. The flow fields in the key area of the flow channel of the models were obtained. The velocity and pressure distribution contours of the rotating region in the hydraulic pump mode were got; Analysising of variable speed and variable pressure flow characteristics curve and flow/pressure fluctuation curve; Under the same model setting up different boundary conditions to obtain the final stable speed and torque curves of the gear shaft in the motor model; and the flow characteristic curves of the gear unit with reference value can be obtained by numerical simulation, which provides technical support for the development of the internal gear unit and the integration with the permanent magnet synchronous motor.

直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵中内齿圈静压支承油膜的性能分析

摘要: 采用间隙密封的直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的内齿圈在油液压力和齿轮啮合力的作用下, 其外壁对泵体内壁产生较大的压力,基于该问题首先对内齿圈进行了受力分析,其次在泵体内壁开设由矩形槽和V形槽构成的复合静压支承槽,并利用油膜静压支承原理减小内齿圈与泵体内壁直接接触所造成的磨损,最后建立了内齿圈静压支承油膜的承载力与承载刚度的数学模型,这将对进一步研究直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵提供一定的理论依据。

Analysis on the Inner Ring Hydrostatic Support Fluid Film Characteristics of Straight Conjugate Internal Gear Pump

Abstract:  The inner gear of the straight conjugate internal gear pump with gap seal under the action of oil pressure and gear meshing force, causing the external wall produces greater pressure on the inner wall of the pump body. Based on this problem, firstly, the force analysis of the inner gear was carried out. Secondly, a compound hydrostatic support groove composed of rectangular groove and V groove is set on the inner wall of the pump body, using the principle of the hydrostatic support reduces wear caused by directly contact between the external wall of inner gear and the inner wall of the pump body. Finally, the mathematical model of the bearing capacity and the stiffness of the hydrostatic support oil are established, which will provide some theoretical basis for the further study about the straight conjugate internal gear pump.

摘要:  结合具体的孔隙式粘滞阻尼器开发案例,重点探讨了采用CFD数值模拟与试验验证相结合的方法来指导阻尼器开发设计的可行性。结果表明仿真阻尼力和试验阻尼力的活塞运动速度相关性和活塞位移相关性表现均一致,各工况下的计算误差均控制在合理范围以内。所提出的先采用流体介质粘性试验数据拟合出本构模型特征参数,再基于CFD软件平台进行阻尼器力学性能数值模拟的方法能够比较准确的分析出阻尼器的基本力学规律,对控制设计偏差和指导现场试验具有实际意义。

Fault Diagnosis of Electromagnetic Directional Valve for Pneumatic Ball Valve

Abstract:  Fault tree analysis is applied to analyze the faults of electromagnetic directional valve used in pneumatic ball valve. The working principle of solenoid directional valve is introduced in detail. The fault tree model of the delayed switching of the solenoid directional valve is established. The fault analysis and location of the solenoid directional valve are carried out. The fault solving measures and suggestions are put forward. The theoretical basis and method are provided for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the solenoid directional valve.

摘要: 液压多路阀是工程机械液压系统的重要元件之一,用来控制液体流动方向、流量大小及压力高低。而液压多路阀阀芯孔加工质量是关键要素,直接影响液压多路阀工作性能及使用寿命。该文首先总结了液压多路阀阀芯孔3种加工工艺方案,然后根据探索及验证,提出了阀芯孔成套化铰孔技术、阀芯孔沉割槽高效加工技术、多冲程珩磨+单冲程珩铰精密加工技术。

And hydraulic valve core hole is one of the key parts of hydraulic multiway valve, its processing quality directly affecting the working performance and service life of hydraulic multi-way valve. In this paper, three types of processing technic schemes of hydraulic multi-way valve core hole are summarized, and then according to the exploration and verification, the technology of whole set of reaming valve hole, high efficiency processing technology of grooving valve hole, precision machining technology of multi-stroke honing and single-stroke honing are put forward.

摘要: 混凝土泵车的发展趋势是轻量化和长臂架。当重量每减轻1%,燃油消耗下降0.6%1%,在保持相同重量时,可以开发出更长的液压缸,开拓更大的市场需求,从而实现产品的高性能、轻量化和节能化。臂架液压缸的轻量化设计和加工工艺技术是混凝土泵车轻量化的关键技术之一,轻量化液压缸的开发不但可以提升液压缸设计和制造水平,还为长臂架泵车的发展创造了条件,使同样的底盘可以承载更长的臂架,提高了泵车在机械行业中的市场竞争力。

Design of Lightweight Boom Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract:  The development trend of concrete pump truck is lightweight and long boom. When the weight is reduced by 1%, the fuel consumption will be reduced by 0.6% to 1%. When maintaining the same weight, a longer cylinder can be developed to expand the market demand and achieve high performance, light weight and energy saving. The lightweight design and processing technology of the boom oil cylinder are one of the key technologies of lightweight concrete pump truck. The development of lightweight cylinder can not only improve the design and manufacture level of the hydraulic cylinder, but also create conditions for the development of the long arm pump truck, so that the same chassis can carry a longer boom and improve the pump truck in the machine. The Development of LUDV M7 Multi-way Valve and the Characteristics Analysis of the Pressure Compensation and Constant Proportional Flow-divided

Abstract:  Based on the development of LUDV M7 multi-way valve, the function of pressure compensation and the characteristic of constant proportional flow-divided are researched. By expounding the structure and the control mode of entities in detail, the working principle and functional characteristics of the pressure compensator in the condition of the variable load and the limited flow rate are analyzed. Finally, the structural design and manufacturing points of key parts are summarized. The test results show that the trial results of the test platform are completely consistent with the results of trial installation, which can satisfy the stability and responsiveness of the hydraulic system of Rotary Drilling Rig.
