摘要: 转向性能是评价履带车辆整车性能的一个重要指标,根据瞬时转向中心偏移量、转向半径、转向角速度、转向阻力矩、牵引力、制动力等转向性能参数在不同类型地面的变化规律,对平地转向性能、斜坡转向性能研究的现状进行综述,在此基础上,提出了参数连续变化性、发动机参数、复杂路面工况、行走系统工作部件等对履带车辆转向性能影响的研究思路。

Overview of Tracked Vehicle Steering Performance for Hilly Areas

Abstract: The steering performance of tracked vehicles is one of the critical evaluating indexes to its vehicle performance. According to the change rules of the steering performance parameters including the offset of instantaneous turning center, steering radius, angular speed of steering, moment of resistance, tow force and braking force on different types of ground, the steering performance on flat and hilly areas are reviewed. The development in steering performance research of tracked vehicle is put forward form the effects of the continuous changed parameters, engine parameters, complex road conditions, working parts in running system.

基于智能自动化锁罐摇台液压系统设计

摘要: 锁罐摇台液压系统设计是一种典型的智能自动化控制系统。采用集中液压站控制,运用电比例技术,通过计算机程序控制,经过比例放大器控制电比例阀;脉冲式压力输出控制制动器补偿钢丝绳张力;运用蓄能器作辅助动力源,由充液阀与双联叶片泵的大泵配合充液;使用压力传感器和压力变送器反馈数字信号到计算机,实现实时监控。

Hydraulic System Design of Locker Shaker with Intelligent Automation

Abstract: The hydraulic system design of the lock tank rocker is a typical intelligent automatic control system. Adopt centralized hydraulic station control, transportation and power ratio technology, control through computer program, and control the proportional valve through the proportional amplifier; Pulse pressure output control brake compensation wire rope tension; The accumulator is used as the auxiliary power source, and the filling valve is matched with the large pump of the double blade pump. Use pressure sensors and pressure transmitters to feedback digital signals to the computer to achieve real-time monitoring.

并联作动筒密封接触仿真研究

摘要:该文对某型机飞控系统中双液压余度并联作动筒的密封接触进行了仿真分析研究。应用有限元接触分析的方法,分析了不同密封间隙、密封支撑结构形式和支撑圈布置的并联作动筒在受装配误差和力纷争影响时,活塞及其摩擦配对零件间接触应力的变化规律。仿真分析结果指导了并联作动筒的密封结构设计,并通过试验进行了验证,有效解决了作动筒活塞表面快速磨损导致的漏油问题。

Study on Contact Simulation of Parallel Cylinder Seal

Abstract: In this paper, the seal contact of a parallel cylinder in a certain flight control system is studied. Based on finite element contact analysis method, the contact stress between the piston and its friction pair parts with different seal gap, seal support structure and the supporting ring was analyzed when affected by assembly error and force between the pistons. The simulation results guided the design of the sealing structure of the parallel cylinder, which was verified by test. The oil leakage problem caused by the rapid wear of the piston surface was solved.

油泵用石墨密封环生产过程质量控制研究

Abstract: the oil pump is the main power elements for electro-hydraulic servo mechanism, which in control system of the launch vehicles . oil leakage of the oil pump will effect the servo mechanisms working. one of the main reasons of the oil leakage is the carbon seal ring, this arctile introduce the quality control method of the carbon seal rings produce process, conclude the raw material checkmanufacture of the standard artifactmechanical processing process and assembly process check, ensuring to manufacture the qualificated products.

轴向柱塞泵配流副压紧系数技术及试验研究

摘要:针对轴向柱塞泵配流副压紧力不匹配导致的“烧盘”问题,运用理论计算和CFD仿真分析方法,提出一种配流副压紧系数计算方法。该文基于某型号轴向柱塞泵配流副,利用Fluent软件建立了轴向柱塞泵三维仿真模型,运用滑移网格和动网格技术对轴向柱塞泵配流副流场进行了CFD动网格仿真分析,得到了不同时刻配流副压力变化规律,提取了配流副油膜压力云图变化角度,并计算了配流副360°压紧系数变化规律。通过理论计算、仿真分析和500小时台架满载可靠性试验,配流副表面磨损状态良好,配流副压紧系数计算方法得到验证。

Technology and Experimental Research on Compacting Coefficient of Valve-plate Pair for

Axial Piston Pump

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of “Burning plate” in valve-plate pair, a method for calculating compacting coefficient for valve-plate pair is put forward by using theoretical calculation and CFD simulation analysis method. Based on a certain type of axial pump, a 3D simulation model of axial piston pump is established by using Fluent. Based on this model, numerical simulation is performed on valve-plate pair flow field in axial piston pump by using the sliding mesh and dynamic mesh technique, obtained the regulation of oil film pressure in valve-plate pair at different time, drawed the pressure cloud map of the oil film in valve-plate pair, calculated the regulation of compacting coefficient for 360 degree in valve-plate pair. Through theoretical calculation, simulation and 500 hours bench full load reliability test, the wear condition of the valve-plate pair surface is well, and the calculation method of the compacting coefficient of valve-platea pair is verified.

基于相邻交叉耦合的四缸升降同步控制

摘要:针对四缸同步升降试验台的同步误差较大的问题,基于改进的相邻交叉耦合控制策略,结合液压缸位置误差和位置同步误差构造新的误差状态变量,采用系统辨识获得阀控缸模型参数,并结合滑模变结构控制算法,提出了四缸同步升降控制算法。四缸同步控制系统AMESim/Simulink联合仿真表明,该控制算法在液压缸精确跟踪输入信号的同时具有良好的同步控制效果,并且具有良好的鲁棒性。

Synchronization Control of Four-cylinder Lifting System Based on

Adjacent Cross-coupling

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large synchronization error of the four-cylinder synchronous lifting test Bench, based on the improved adjacent cross-coupling control strategy, combined with the hydraulic cylinder position error and position synchronization error to construct a new error state variable, the system identification is used to obtain the valve-controlled cylinder model parameters. Combined with the sliding mode variable structure control algorithm, four-cylinder synchronous lifting control algorithm is proposed. AMESim/Simulink joint simulation of four-cylinder synchronous control system shows that the control algorithm has good synchronization control effect while the hydraulic cylinder accurately tracks the input signal, and has good robustness.

二维液压泵吸油特性分析

摘要:针对二维液压泵吸油口存在旋转运动的现象,分析其具有自增压功能:油液经过流道后将机械能转换为压力能。应用CFD流场解析的方法,采用仿真软件对入口处的流道进行计算。结果表明,入口具有自增压能力,并且转速越高增压能力越强,但是局部漩涡会影响增压效果。

Suction Characteristics Analysis of Two-dimensional Hydraulic Pump

Abstract:According at the phenomenon of rotation movement in suction channel of Two-dimensional Pump, analysis of its Self-Pressurization function: the oil has been changed the imac energy into the pressure energy after passing through the flow channel. Using CFD flow analysis method, the suction channel is calculated with simulation software. The results show that the entrance has Self-Pressurization capacity, and the higher Rotating speed, the stronger Self-Pressurization capacity, But the local vortex will affect the Self-Pressurization effect.

液力变矩器滚铆机自动上下料系统设计与研究

摘要:为解决液力变矩器叶片固定滚铆机人工手动上下料效率较低这一难题,该文以YJH195冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮外环滚铆加工上下料为研究基础。通过对自动上下料的要求和原理分析,着重解决滚铆机自动上下料液压系统设计、滚铆工装及上下料辅具结构设计等问题。相比较原有手工上下料而言,通过对滚铆机自动上下料系统的设计与研究,使得滚铆生产过程精度和生产效率大大提高,从而对汽车液力变矩器的制造和应用具有一定的促进作用。

Design and Research of Automatic Loading and Unloading System for Rolling Riveting

Machine of Torque Converter

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual loading and unloading of the torque converter blade fixed rolling riveting machine, this paper takes YJH195 punch-welded torque converter turbine outer ring rolling riveting processing as the research basis. Through the analysis of the requirements and principles of automatic loading and unloading, this paper focuses on solving the problems of automatic loading and unloading hydraulic system design, rolling riveting tooling and structural design of loading and unloading aids. Compared with the original manual loading and unloading, through the design and research of the automatic loading and unloading system of the rolling riveting machine, the precision and production efficiency of the rolling riveting production process are greatly improved, which has certain requirements for the manufacture and application of the automotive hydraulic torque converter. it can promote the manufacturing and application of the automotive torque converter.

LVDT传感器在2D压力伺服阀中的应用

摘要:通过分析2D压力伺服阀结构及工作原理、LVDT传感器原理及调理电路,理论计算出二维活塞输出位移与输出压力的关系。比较实测压力值与计算压力值,得出结论:二维活塞输出位移与输出压力之间是线性关系。通过LVDT传感器闭环控制二维活塞输出位移,提高2D压力伺服阀压力输出的准确性和稳定性。

Application of LVDT Sensor for 2D Pressure Servo Valve

Abstract:  The relationship between the two dimensional piston displacement and the output pressure is obtained by calculating of the structure and working principle of 2D pressure servo valve and the principle and conditioning circuit of the LVDT sensor. The conclusion is that there is a linear relationship between the two dimensional piston displacement and the output pressure by comparing the measured pressure values with the calculated pressure values. The LVDT sensor is used to closed-loop control the displacement of the two dimensional piston output to improve the accuracy and stability of the pressure output of 2D pressure servo valve.

双定子泵/马达在传统速度回路中的应用分析

摘要:为了使传统速度控制回路在不增加液压元件的前提下可输出多种转速和转矩,采用了双定子泵和双定子马达作为系统的动力元件和执行元件。通过分析其新型液压回路的静态特性可知,多泵多马达速度控制回路不仅可输出多种转速和转矩,而且可实现多种恒功率和恒转矩输出,同时又实现了节能要求。为以后深入研究其他回路的动态特性和回路的设计应用提供了基础和参考。

Application of Double Stator Pump/Motor in Traditional Speed Loop

Abstract: In order to enable the conventional speed control circuit to output a variety of speeds and torques without adding hydraulic components, a dual stator pump and a dual stator motor are used as the power components and actuators of the system. By analyzing the static characteristics of the new hydraulic circuit, the multi-pump multi-motor speed control loop can not only output a variety of speeds and torques, but also achieve a variety of constant power and constant torque output, while achieving energy-saving requirements. It also provide a basis and reference for further study on the dynamic characteristics of other circuits and the design and application of the circuit.

通用型模块化伺服模拟负载平台设计

摘要:为解决某型伺服机构的生产研制中真实负载操作复杂,维护困难的问题,提出一种模块化模拟负载平台。通过建立负载数学模型、动态特性测试和谐振频率分析辨识,阐述了模拟负载平台的机械结构、加载控制、惯性负载模块、摩擦负载模块、弹性负载模块和总体方案,并针对性设计了摆角测量模块和力测量模块。经过研究及实践,得以生产出模拟负载平台并成功替代真实负载,动态性能高,测试效率高,满足地面半实物试验中对伺服系统动态特性测试的需求,具有良好的工程应用价值。

Abstract: Based on the background of the batch production research and design of one kind of servo system, one modular simulated load platform is represented in this paper to solve the problems such as operation complexity of the real load equipment and maintenance difficulties. By mathematic load modeling, dynamic characteristics testing and resonance frequency analysis, the mechanical structure, loading control, inertia load module design, elastic load module design and the general plan are introduced in this paper. And also the angular measurement module and force measurement module are designed specifically.By research and experiments, the simulated load platform which has the advantages such as high dynamic performance, high testing efficiency is carried out and can successfully replace the real load equipment. The platform has great application value which can fully meet the requirements of the servo system dynamic characteristics test in the semi-physical ground test.

卸荷溢流阀结构改进及稳定性试验

摘要:液压系统中卸荷溢流阀运用较为广泛,多运用于带蓄能器的液压系统或者高低压组合的双泵液压系统,主要作用为节约能耗,降低液压泵的磨损,提高液压泵的使用寿命。在常规液压系统中,卸荷溢流阀往往长时间处于卸荷状态,卸荷加载频率较低,导阀内部柱塞与滑阀的冲击小。在混凝土泵车液压系统中,摆动缸加载卸荷频率较高,导阀内部滑阀与柱塞冲击较大。BUCG06卸荷溢流阀由于受到导阀结构的限制,不能满足该工况。该文通过对导阀内部结构进行改进,以提高卸荷溢流阀在高频率加载卸荷时的压力稳定性。

Structure Improvement and Stability Test of Unloading Relief Valve

Abstract: The unloading relief valve is widely used in hydraulic system. It is mainly used in hydraulic system with accumulator or double pump system with high and low pressure combination, which mainly saves energy consumption, reduces the wear of hydraulic pump and improves the service life of hydraulic pump. In the conventional hydraulic system, the unloading relief valve is usually in the unloading state for a long time, the unloading loading frequency is low, and the impact of the plunger and slide valve inside the guide valve is small. In the hydraulic system of concrete pump truck, the load unloading frequency of swinging cylinder is higher, and the slide valve and plunger inside the guide valve have a greater impact. The BUCG06 unloading relief valve can not meet this working condition because of the limitation of the guide valve structure. In this paper, the internal structure of the pilot valve is improved to improve the pressure stability of the relief valve under high frequency loading.

摘要:随着电液比例控制技术的发展,对应常规液压控制阀,一般都有相应的电液比例阀。该文介绍一种在常规6通径叠加式减压阀的基础上改进而来的三通比例减压阀,此阀采用先导式结构,通过比例电磁铁控制先导阀压力,并在先导控制部分加入流量稳定器,保证比例减压功能的稳定性和精确性。此阀采用开环控制系统和力控制型比例电磁铁。

Design and Development of Pilot Three-way Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve

Abstract: With the development of elector-hydraulic proportional contorl technology, there are generaly corresesponding elector-hydraulic proportional valves corresponding to conventional hydraulic control valves. This paper introduces a three-way proportional pressure reducing valve which is improved on the basis of the conventional 6-diameter superposition pressure reducing valve. This valve adopts the pilot structure, controls the pressure of the pilo valve through the proportional electormagent, and adds a constant flow gauge in the pilot contor part to ensure the stability and accuracy of theproportional pressure reducing function. This valve uses the open loop control system, the electromagent control proportional electromagnet.

核电站换料系统某型机械密封改进研究

摘要:该文对影响重水堆换料系统某型机械密封性能关键参数进行了分析确认。主要分析了液膜厚度与机械密封端面开启力关系,锥度对密封性能的影响,最终分析认为机械密封端面开启力和不够,液膜厚度较薄且液膜不稳定,使得密封端面发生混合摩擦接触状态,密封扭矩增大,泄漏率过低。结合分析结果,对机械密封的动环端面进行修磨,增大动环端面锥度。修磨后转动力矩和泄漏率测试结果良好,达到了预期目的。该项目研究成果具有一定的推广价值。

Research on Improvement of Certain Type Mechanical Sealing

for Nuclear Power Plant Fuel Handling System

Abstract: In this paper, the key parameters affecting mechanical sealing performance of heavy water reactor fuel handling systemare analyzed. The paper mainly analyzes the relationship between the thickness of the liquid film and the opening force of the mechanical seal end surface, the influence of the taper on the sealing performance. The final analysis shows that the mechanical seal end surface opening force and liquid film thickness are not enough, the liquid film thickness is thin and the liquid film is unstable so that the sealing end surface has a mixed friction contact state, the sealing torque increased and the leakage rate too low. Combined with the analysis results, a pair of mechanical seal Rotor seal surface was repaired, increasing the cone angle of Rotor seal surface. The tests results show that the torque and leakage rate of are good and achieved the expected goal.The results of this study have certain popularization value.

Design of Potential Energy Recovery Scheme for Multi-cylinder Boom of Hybrid

Abstract: This project aims to design a new mixed storage device that comprises a piston accumulator and a gas cylinder, and a new potential energy recovering system that composed of two main and another auxiliary cylinders for the hydraulic excavator according to the principle of energy acceptance and release in accumulator. When the hydraulic excavator boom descends, the potential energy can be stored in the accumulator and then released to lift the boom again. Through lifting and descending the boom, the hydraulic excavator can recover and reuse the potential energy and eventually be energy-efficient.

一种便携式减压充氮设备的设计与应用

摘要:针对充氮设备输入压力小、充气效率低和不便于携带的问题,设计了一种便携式减压充氮设备。通过对内场和外场气源压力范围及发射筒输入口结构的分析,确定了充氮设备的整体设计方案,并对发射筒专用充气接头进行了详细设计。采用三级减压设计,实现了高压降至低压后输出压力和流量的稳定;设计四路输出阀和输出接口,实现了多个产品同时充气的功能;采用便携式机箱设计,方便了充氮设备的搬运。该设备已投入实际生产使用,应用结果表明:该设备结构紧凑、便于携带,实用性强,性能稳定,提高了工作效率。

Design and Application of Portable Pressure Reducing Nitrogen Filling Equipment

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low input pressure, low inflation efficiency and unportability of nitrogen filling equipment, a portable pressure reducing nitrogen filling equipment was designed. Through the analysis of the pressure range of the inner and outer field air source and the structure of the input port of the launcher, the over all scheme of nitrogen filling equipment is determined, and the special inflatable joint of the launcher is designed in detail. The three-level pressure-relief design is adopted to realize the stability of output pressure and flow after the high pressure drops to the low pressure. The four-way output valve and output interface are designed to realize the function of inflation of multiple products at the same time. Portable case design facilitates the handing of nitrogen-filled equipment. The equipment has been put into practical use, and the application results show that the equipment has compact structure, easy to carry, strong practicability, stable performance and improved work efficiency.

底卸式矿车液压清车系统的设计应用与优化

摘要:矿山采用底卸式矿车运输矿料过程中,由于矿料粘底导致卸载困难、矿车装载率降低等问题,严重影响正常生产。经工程技术人员设计专用液压清车系统,解决了原有问题,提高了矿车装载率及运输效率,避免了作业安全风险。但是,在使用中发现,原设计存在自锁效果不好、作业时噪声大、产生液压冲击等不足之处。通过现场观察液压清车全过程,以及对液压系统原理、液压元件结构等方面进行分析研究、找出了问题所在。采用平衡回路,对原有液压清车系统进行优化设计,满足了实际生产使用要求。

Abstract: In the process of ore material transportation by bottom dump car, the ore material is featured by large stickiness, which makes it hard to upload and reduces efficiency, thus having a bad effect on production. Thanks to the special hydraulic cleaning system designed by researchers, the loading rate and transportation efficiency have been increased significantly, and the risk of operation safety has also been avoided. However, the original system has the disadvantage of poor self-locking effect, big noise and hydraulic impact, after a thorough observation of the whole process of hydraulic cleaning car, and doing a research about the principle of hydraulic system and the structure of hydraulic components, the balance circuit is adopted to optimize the original hydraulic cleaning system, which meets the requirements of practical production.

摘要: 振动压路机由于振动工况复杂,频繁启动与制动,压实材料性能不稳定等,导致负载频繁波动,系统工作压力波动较大,且经常伴随有压力冲击,严重妨碍振动压路机工作性能,而对振动压路机振动液压系统工作压力影响因素众多且复杂。该文针对此种情况,通过理论推导分析并综合应用AMESimADAMS联合进行建模仿真及现场实验,对影响振动压路机振动液压系统工作压力的因素进行了分析论证,得出影响振动液压系统工作压力的主要因素,为振动系统的合理设计、可靠性提高及参数匹配等方面提供参考依据。

Abstract: Due to the complex vibration conditions of vibratory rollers, such as frequent startup and braking, and unstable properties of compacted materials, the load fluctuates frequently, and the working pressure of the system fluctuates greatly, often accompanied by pressure shock, which seriously restricts the working performance of vibratory rollers. Besides, the working pressure of vibratory hydraulic system of vibratory roller is influenced by many complicated factors. In view of this case, through theoretical derivation and analysis, in this study, AMESim and ADAMS are jointly applied for modeling, simulation and field experiment. The factors affecting the working pressure of the vibratory hydraulic system of the vibratory roller are analyzed and demonstrated. Main factors affecting the working pressure of the vibration hydraulic system are obtained. It provides reference for rational design, reliability improvement and parameter matching of the vibration system.

Failure Mechanism Analysis of an Aircraft Main Hydraulic Piston Pump

Abstract: The pressure drop alarm arose in an aircraft main hydraulic system, and check after emergency landing, it was found that the hydraulic piston pump of the main hydraulic system was disabled and therefore gave rise the pressure drop. In this paper, the failure mechanism of the main hydraulic piston pump was analyzed by disassembling and checking the faulty pump components, analyzing damage trace, checking design/manufacture quality, fracture and also wear debris.

某工程车液压系统发热故障分析

摘要:某车辆调试时出现发热异常,超出理论计算范围。以事前质量控制的定量分析为依据,对可能导致发热的因素进行逐个分析,确定是马达自带的三通调速阀选型不合理所致,提出选型方案。对液压系统进行分析,去掉三通调速阀也能满足系统运行,故去掉此阀,发热正常,在计算范围内。从本次分析解决问题体会到液压工作者在设计时做好事前质量控制对事后质量控制的重要性,是事后质量控制的依据。保证使用的各项参数,避免制造后再更改之,从而减少成本及缩短工期。

Analysis on Heating Fault of an Engineering Vehicle Hydraulic System

Abstract: The abnormal heat occurred and exceeded the theoretical calculation range when the inspection vehicle was debugged. Based on a quantitative analysis of the quality pre-control, the possible factors of heat were analyzed one by one to determine the reason comes from the unreasonable model of the three-way speed control valve of the motor. The selection scheme is proposed. By analysis of the hydraulic system, after removal of the three-way speed control valve, the system can run normally and the normal heating value was in the calculation range.

滑阀内泄漏控制方法的研究

摘要:针对滑阀理论计算、流场解析得出的内泄漏值均与试验实测值之间存在一定差异的现象,分析造成该现象的两个因素:开口倒角形状和形位公差。应用流场解析与试验相结合的方法,研究去毛刺后开口倒角形状对泄漏量的影响以及形位公差对泄漏量的影响,结果表明,形位公差对泄漏量的影响较大,并且倒圆角更有利于控制泄漏量。

Abstract: According to the differences of the internal leakage between the calculation, flow analysis and actual measured value. There are two factors: the shape of the open chamfered angle and the fitting tolerance. the influence of the shape of the chamfering angle on the leakage after the deburring and the effect of the fitting tolerance on the leakage are studied by the method of flow analysis and test. the result shows that the fitting tolerance has a great influence on the leakage, and the inverted fillet is more favorable for controlling the leakage.

整体式多路阀铸造工艺开发

摘要:整体式多路阀阀体的铸造工艺难度大,为开发新型整体式多路阀阀体铸件,通过铸件结构分析,砂芯优化与设计,浇注系统设计,补缩与激冷系统设计,模拟仿真确定铸造工艺方案;同时在阀体试制阶段采用3D打印砂芯,实际浇注验证铸造工艺,证明铸造工艺合格。通过应用铸造模拟仿真和3D打印砂芯快速试制和验证铸造工艺,避免直接开发模具后续发生更改造成模具报废,指导后续金属模具制作和批量生产,缩短样件开发周期,也为高难度整体式多路阀阀体铸件工艺开发提供新思路。

Development of Casting Technology for Integral Multi-Way Valve

Abstract: The casting process of integral multi-way valve body is very difficult. In order to develop a new type of integral multi-way valve body casting, Through the analysis of casting structure, optimization and design of sand core, design of gating system. The design scheme of casting process is determined by simulation technology. 3D printing sand core is used in the trial production stage of valve body. Practical pouring verifies the casting process and proves that the casting process is qualified. Casting simulation technology and 3D printing sand core were used to quickly verify the casting process. Application of casting simulation technology and 3D printing sand core to avoid die scrap caused by change, It can avoid the scrap of the mould caused by the change and guide the mould making, and shorten the development cycle of the sample, It also provides a new idea for the process development of high-difficulty integral multi-way valve body casting.

工程机械铸造多路阀阀体加工技术探究

摘要:铸造多路阀是工程机械的核心控制元件,主要零件之一是铸造阀体。而铸造阀体的加工质量是关键要素,直接影响液压多路阀工作性能及使用寿命。该文指出了铸造阀体加工的重要性,然后根据探索及验证,提出了几种比较成熟的铸造阀体加工技术,主要有阀芯孔多台阶沉割槽同步切削技术、片式阀体片间配合面以铣代磨技术、超深小直径流道机加工技术、成套化插装阀孔加工及检测技术、大直径长倍径阀芯孔珩铰技术、粗加工过程毛刺预防技术、热能去毛刺技术、阀孔单刃镗铰刀精密加工技术、阀孔防变形余量控制技术。

Study on Machining Technology of Casting Multi-way Valve Body for

Construction Machinery

Abstract: Casting multi-way valve is the core control element of hydraulic system of construction machinery, one of the primary parts is casting valve body.And the machining quality of casting valve body is key elements, directly affecting the working performance and service life of casting multi-way valve. This paper firstly points out the importance of casting valve body processing, then according to the exploration and verification, several mature casting valve body processing techniques are proposed. There are mainly synchronized cutting technology of multi-step cutting slot for valve core hole, milling technology for the fit surface between piece body replacing grinding technology, ultra-deep and small diameter flow processing technology, machining and testing technology for complete cartridge of valve hole, large diameter and long multiply ratio honing technology, prevention technology of burr during rough processing, thermal deburr technology, precision machining technology of valve hole single edge boring hinge cutter, control technology of anti-deformation margin of valve hole.
