高压水射流技术的应用现状与发展前景

摘要: 高压水射流是一项一直以来备受行业广泛关注的应用技术,它借助于液体增压原理经特定喷嘴或增压设备将机械能转换为压力能并经由喷嘴小孔形成具有较高能量的射流来解决一系列工程性问题。文章论述了不同种类的高压水射流及其工作原理,对该技术在清洗除锈、水切割、破岩粉碎等领域的应用现状和工艺特点作以梳理,并展望了该项技术的研究趋势与发展前景,期望对进一步探索高压水射流的深层机理及扩展其应用范围提供可借鉴的研究思路。

The Application Status and Development Prospects of High Pressure Water Jet Technology

Abstract:  High pressure water jet is an application technology that has been widely focused on by related industry. It uses the principle of liquid booster to convert mechanical energy into pressure energy through a specific nozzle or booster device and solves a series of engineering problems by forming jets with higher energy through nozzle orifices. The article discusses different types of high-pressure water jets and their working principles and reviews the application status and process characteristics of this technology in the areas of cleaning and rust removal, water cutting and rock fragmentation. Meanwhile, the research trend and development prospect of the technology are predicted. It provides useful references and research ideas for the further exploration of high pressure water jet mechanism and the extension of its application range.

核电站带压堵漏技术中的风险识别与管理

摘要: 为了识别核电站带压堵漏技术中的风险,基于风险分类管理方法,探索了核电站带压堵漏过程中的风险识别分类,并制定相应的管理政策,建立风险及应对措施数据库,创建高风险作业许可证管理系统。结果表明通过对核电站带压堵漏过程中的风险进行识别分类识别,能够很好的指导核电站带压堵漏高风险作业的开展,确保人员及设备和系统的安全。经过现场的带压堵漏工作实施,验证了该风险识别分类管理活动具有很好的工程应用意义。

Risk Identification and Management on Pressure Plugging Technology for Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:  In order to identify the plant of the online leak sealing technology risk, based on the risk classification management, explores the plant classification of the risk identification in the process of online leak sealing, and formulate corresponding management policy, establishing database of the risks and countermeasures, create high-risk operation license management system. Results show that through to the plant which can identify the risk in the process of online leak sealing classification, can be a good guide plant the development of the online leak sealing high-risk operations, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment and systems. It is proved that this risk identification classification management activity is of great significance in engineering application.

超长行程液压缸结构设计

Abstract:  Under some working conditions, the stroke of single-stage hydraulic cylinder can reach 5~20 m, and the deflection and deformation of parts are large because of the long length. The structure design and processing method of conventional hydraulic cylinder are not applicable. Therefore, a new type of built-in displacement sensor structure and a new type of buffer device are designed in this paper, which are suitable for the application of ultra-long-stroke hydraulic cylinder.

液力变矩器滚铆机上下料液压控制系统的设计与研究

摘要: 为了提高和实现液力变矩器滚铆机加工的自动化程度和稳定性,该文针对滚铆机上下料进行控制系统设计。选用三菱PLC对滚铆机的I/O口分配和接线以及自动和手动上下料的运动进行程序控制设计,从而大大提高滚铆机上下料系统自动化水平,继而对汽车液力变矩器的制造技术和应用具有一定促进作用。

Design and Research on Loading and Unloading Hydraulic Control System of

Torque Converter Rolling Riveting Machine

Abstract:  In order to improve and realize the automation degree and stability of the rolling riveting machine of torque converter, the control system for the loading and unloading of the rolling riveting machine is designed. The Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the I/O port distribution and wiring of the riveting machine and the automatic and manual loading and unloading movement, so as to greatly improve the automation level of the loading and unloading system of the rolling riveting machine, and then the manufacturing of the automotive hydraulic torque converter. Technology and applications have a certain role in promoting.

基于压力释放过程研究的闭式电动液压伺服

系统技术改进

摘要: 对闭式电动液压伺服系统压力释放过程进行建模仿真和试验研究,验证并明确了伺服阀上面级油滤的清洁程度与伺服阀稳态内部消耗量以及系统压力释放时间的关联性。进而提出将闭式电动液压伺服系统的压力释放时间作为伺服阀清洁程度的一种新的表征方式用以检测电动液压伺服系统的健康程度及可靠性,并对伺服机构相关结构进行设计改进。

Technical Improvement Base on Closed Electro-hydraulic Servo System Pressure Relief Process

Abstract:  Simulation and experiments of the pressure relief process on the closed electro-hydraulic servo system are implemented based on AMEsim, showing that the heavily clogging of servo-valves internal filter may influence the servo-valves leakage and the systems pressure relief time significantly. Therefore, an abnormally increased pressure relief time can be used to indicate servo-valves internal filters clogging level and to further monitor electro-hydraulic servo systems health.

TBM液压推进系统设计及同步控制特性研究

摘要: 以深圳轨道交通8号线梧桐山隧道双护盾TBM为研究对象,对双护盾TBM的主推进液压系统进行系统设计,并分析了双护盾TBM的液压推进系统的工作原理,依托双护盾TBM同步控制试验平台对双护盾TBM推进油缸的同步控制特性进行研究,研究表明该文设计的这种双护盾TBM推进系统抗干扰能力强,响应迅速,稳态性能好,该文的研究可以为深圳地铁类似工程双护盾TBM设计提供有益的参考。

Design and Synchronization Control Characteristics of TBM Hydraulic Propulsion System

Abstract:  Taking double shield TBM of Wutongshan Tunnel of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 8 as the research object, this paper designs the main propulsion hydraulic system of double shield TBM, analyses principle of hydraulic propulsion system, and studies the synchronous control characteristics of double shield TBM propulsion cylinder combined with double shield TBM synchronous control test platform. The research shows that the double shield TBM propulsion system proposed in this paper. The system has strong anti-jamming ability, fast response and good steady-state performance. The research in this paper can provide reference for similar engineering TBM design.

通过改变转速实现液压泵恒功率控制的研究

Research on Hydraulic Pump Constant Power Control by Changing the Rotating Speed

Abstract:  In this paper, the research on constant power control by changing the rotational speed is based on the original electric proportional variable pump through the swing angle constant power control, replaced by a quantitative pump, permanent magnet motor and frequency converter. The variable frequency permanent magnet motor shifting is controlled by the programmable controller to realize constant power control.

液压四足机器人单腿阀控缸位置自适应控制研究

摘要: 针对传统液压四足机器人电液伺服阀控缸系统的非线性、参数时变性、控制误差大等问题,提出了一种基于位置闭环控制的模型参考自适应控制算法。以液压四足机器人为研究背景,介绍了单腿整体结构及组成;然后,建立液压四足机器人电液伺服阀控缸控制系统模型、传递函数,并设计模型参考自适应控制器;最后,结合AMESim-MATLAB软件搭建四足机器人电液伺服阀控缸系统的控制模型,并对搭建好的测试平台进行实验。实验表明基于电液位置伺服系统的液压四足机器人阀控缸位置控制系统模型的合理性,阀控缸位置跟踪效果好、响应速度快、误差小、鲁棒性强,验证了所设计的位置闭环控制的模型参考自适应控制算法的可行性。

Study on Position Adaptive Control of Single Leg Valve Control Cylinder

for Hydraulic Four-legged Robot

Abstract:  Aiming at the problems of nonlinearity, parameter time variability and large control error of electro-hydraulic servo valve control cylinder system of traditional hydraulic quadruped robot, an model reference adaptive control algorithm based on position closed-loop control is proposed. Taking the hydraulic quadruped robot as the research background, the single leg whole structure and composition are introduced. Then, the model and transfer function of the electro-hydraulic servo valve control system and the model reference adaptive controller are established. Combined with AMESim-MATLAB software, the control model of electro-hydraulic servo valve control cylinder system for quadruped robot is constructed, and the model is simulated by joint experiment. Simulation results show that the model of valve control system of hydraulic quadruped robot based on electro-hydraulic position servo system is reasonable, the position tracking effect of valve control cylinder is good, the response speed is fast, the error is small and the robustness is strong, and the feasibility of the model reference adaptive control algorithm for position closed-loop control is verified.

一种集成Herschel-Quincke管的双调谐内插管

扩张室液压脉动衰减器的设计与分析

摘要: 目前,基于平面波理论的一维解析法已成为气体消声器声学特性研究中最常使用的计算方法,现将其推广到简单扩张室(SEC)和双调谐扩张室(DTETC)压力脉动衰减器的理论建模,并与实验测量结果进行对比,证明了该理论在截止频率范围内用于液压系统也是可行的。之后,应用该理论对设计的一种集成Herschel-Quincke管(HQ管)的双调谐内插管扩张室液压脉动衰减器进行声学模拟,并对可能影响传递损失(TL)的HQ管分支管道长度以及截面积进行了参数化分析。最后,将这种新型结构与SECDTETC脉动衰减器的传递损失性能进行了对比比较。

Design and Analysis of a Double-tuned Extended-tube Expansion Chamber

Hydraulic Noise Suppressor Integrated a Herschel-Quincke Tube

Abstract:  Nowadays, the one-dimensional (1D) analytical approach based on plane wave theory has become the most commonly method in the study of acoustic characteristics of gas mufflers and now it is extended to the theoretical modeling of simple expansion chamber (SEC) and double-tuned extended-tube chamber (DTETC) which are used as hydraulic noise suppressors. Besides, the theoretical calculated results were compared with the experimental results, which proves that this theory is also applicable to hydraulic systems within the cut-off frequency. Then, this approach was applied to the acoustic simulation of a DTETC hydraulic noise suppressor integrated a Herschel-Quincke (HQ) tube, and the parametric analysis of the HQ tubes branch pipe length and section area which may affect the transmission loss (TL) was carried out. Finally, the comparison of the TL of this new configuration with that of SEC and DTETC was put forward.

摘要: 液压混合动力做为新型混合动力系统,以液压蓄能器为储能元件,通过液压泵/液压马达实现蓄能器中液压能与车辆动能之间转换,具有能量转换密度大、转换效率高的特点。目前,液压混合动力技术已逐步应用于汽车动力系统,国内外研究者通过极限环理论对液压混合动力汽车系统的动态特性进行了大量分析研究。该文根据液压混合动力汽车的系统原理图建立其数学模型,并通过极限环理论对平衡点的稳定性进行研究分析。该研究对提高液压混合动力汽车的稳定性具有重要意义。

一种矿用液压挖掘机铲斗开闭液压控制系统设计

摘要: 该文综述了一种矿用液压挖掘机铲斗开闭液压控制系统的设计,在矿用液压挖掘机挖掘过程中,铲斗打开后,铲斗斗体自重产生了巨大势能,同时,在闭斗过程中会产生剧烈的冲击。通过分析以上铲斗工作工况,设计计算和选择了带有差动功能的主控制阀、带固定节流口的单向节流阀,同时把有杆腔次级压力阀设置于开闭斗油缸处,完成了一种矿用液压挖掘机铲斗开闭液压控制系统的设计。现场应用显示该系统充分利用了铲斗斗体自重势能,减缓了闭斗冲击;同时,铲斗在不同的打开状态下,仍能快速闭斗,减少了整机的功率输出,起到节能作用。

The Design of a Shovel Flap Hydraulics System for Mining Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract:  The paper reviewed a shovel flap hydraulic system of mining hydraulic excavator. When the mining hydraulic excavator is working, the weight of the bucket produces potential energy after bucket opening, and acute strike will take place when closing bucket. Through analyzing the case, author calculated and secluded the control valve with differential function, throttle/check valve, and set second pressure valve on shovel flap cylinder, so finished a shovel flap hydraulic system of mining hydraulic excavator. The application of a certain mining hydraulic excavator show that the system can fully reuse of the energy and quickly close the bucket when bucket is on different opening station. So the system can fully reuse of the energy and decreased the output of the engine.

水射流增压器往复密封件疲劳寿命分析

摘要: 水射流增压器内超高压往复密封件易发生疲劳断裂,迫使水射流系统停机维护,造成一定经济损失。应用ABAQUSFE-SAFE对密封件建立有限元模型并进行联合仿真,找到密封件最易产生疲劳裂纹的危险点。对比UHMWPEPA6两种不同材料的密封件在不同压力下的疲劳寿命,为密封件结构设计和材料选择提供一定的参考。

Fatigue Life Analysis of Reciprocating Seals for Water Jet Supercharge

Abstract:  The ultra-high pressure reciprocating seals in the water jet supercharger are prone to fatigue fracture, which forces the water jet system to stop and maintain, resulting in a certain economic loss. To find the most dangerous point of fatigue cracks, the finite element model of the seals was established by ABAQUS and FE-SAFE. Comparing the fatigue life of two different materials of UHMWPE and PA6 under different pressure, it provides a reference for structural design and material selection of seals.

In this paper, we introduce the working principle of the hydraulic system, and analyze the faults such as frequent damage of the pressure gauge, abnormal noise at the accumulator, the system can not maintain pressure, difficulty in adjusting the speed of the cylinder, and difficulty in synchronization. The detailed troubleshooting scheme is given, which has a high practical value

探讨气源子系统压力流量控制方案

摘要: 该文主要介绍某民用飞机当地面发动机滑油散热引射时,空调、防冰和除雨系统均不供气;当防冰和除雨系统工作时,空调系统不供气,系统要求消耗的供气量不变。基于以上设计要求,制定了气源子系统从飞机发动机十级压气机引出高温高压空气,经过压力调节/关断活门,将压力调整为一个固定值,然后通过限流文氏管,再将流量限定在一个稳定值后供给空调、防冰等用气系统的控制方案。该文对气源子系统的压力流量控制方案过程做了分析,并对其设计步骤及要点进行了介绍。

Abstract:  This article mainly introduces a civil aircraft when the ground engine oil cooling, the air conditioning, anti-ice and rain removal system are not gas. When the anti-ice and rain removal system work, the air conditioning system is not gas. The system requires consumption Supply volume unchanged. Based on the above design requirements, developed a gas source subsystem from the aircraft engine ten compressor lead high temperature and high pressure air, through the pressure regulation/shut off the valve, the pressure is adjusted to a fixed value, and then through the flow limit Venturi, Limited to a stable value after the supply of air conditioning, anti-ice and other gas system control program. Abstract:  Troubles from anti-seismic tests of nuclear grade straight stroke pneumatic actuators, feedback from users information and combined with practical design experience are used in giving the improvement measures for strengthening the anti-seismic performances of the nuclear straight stroke pneumatic actuators. A comprehensive analysis of improving the working principles and developing the research idea. To improve the structure from four aspects: reducing weight to reducing the center of gravity, increasing the fixed bracket, improving the material and strengthening the pipeline accessories. With the introduction of advanced design experiences, the structural rigidity and anti-seismic performance of the pneumatic actuators have been improved. It has been recognized by users and has been put into operation in the relevant nuclear power projects.

摘要: 该文对两种典型连接器自动对接装置进行了介绍及对比分析。针对液压马达驱动式三自由度机器人方案,建立了系统数学模型,通过仿真分析,判定系统稳定性,并对控制误差进行分析;针对摆杆随动式对接系统,介绍了系统组成结构、对中工作原理、对接性能。最后对两种方案的优缺点进行分析,给出了推荐的应用场合。该文可供连接器自动对接装置设计提供参考,也可供其他类似有对接需求的场合提供技术借鉴。

Comparative Analysis of Two Typical Connector Auto-docking Devices

Abstract:  Two typical connector automatic docking devices are introduced and compared. Aiming at the scheme of hydraulic motor-driven three-degree-of-freedom robot, the mathematical model of the system is established, and the stability of the system is judged and the control error is analyzed by simulation analysis. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed, and the recommended application occasions are given. This paper can provide a reference for the design of automatic docking device of connectors, and also provide technical reference for other similar occasions with docking requirements.
