工程机械冷却风扇液压驱动系统匹配研究

摘要: 工程机械冷却风扇液压驱动系统由于其结构布置灵活、转速可实现无级调速且调速范围较宽等技术优势而被广泛应用。在对工程机械冷却风扇液压驱动系统组成及工作原理分析的基础上,推导出冷却风扇液压驱动系统的参数匹配方法;利用实例对此方法进行了进一步的验证,给出了冷却风扇液压驱动系统在参数匹配及使用中的注意事项。

Research on Hydraulic Drive System Matching for Engineering

Abstract:  The hydraulic drive system of engineering mechanical cooling fan has been widely used because of its flexible structure, stepless speed adjustment and wide range of speed regulation. Based on the analysis of hydraulic drive system and working principle of the cooling fan, the parameter matching method of the cooling fan hydraulic drive system is deduced . An example is given to verify the method, and the attention of the cooling fan hydraulic drive system in parameter matching and use is given.

基于2D技术的电磁换向阀设计与实验研究

摘要: 该文介绍了一种利用2D技术的新型电磁换向阀,该阀采用旋转电磁铁,通过传动机构使阀芯转动,同时阀芯上的高低压孔与阀体上的螺旋槽相配合构成伺服螺旋机构从而实现其双自由度运动,该阀结构简单,原理先进,产品体积小、重量轻,特别适合于对阀类体积、重量有严格要求的航空航天领域使用。

Design and Experimental Study of Solenoid Directional Control Valve with 2D Technology

Abstract:  This paper research a new type solenoid directional control valve with electric magnet based on 2D technology, the piston module was wheeled by transmission, the wheel was translated into axial movement. The structure of valve is simple, the elements is advanced, and the valve is smaller and lighter. It is very fit for plane and other equipment which need small and light valve mechanism.

液力变矩器叶片固定滚铆机主轴液压系统设计与研究

摘要: 为解决液力变矩器手工滚铆加工效率低这一难题,该文以YJH195中等型号冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮外环滚铆加工为研究基础。着重解决滚铆机主轴的平稳升降滚铆加工问题,该文在平衡阀基本平衡回路的液压系统基础上增加液控单向阀对其改进,并对主轴液压缸相关参数进行设计。通过对滚铆机主轴液压系统的设计与研究,对汽车液力变矩器的制造和应用具有一定的促进作用。

Design and Research on Spindle Hydraulic System of Blades Fixed Rolling

Riveting Machine for Torque Converter

Abstract:  In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual rolling riveting in torque converter, this paper is based on the outer ring rolling riveting of the YJH195 medium type torque converter. Focusing on solving the problem of smooth lifting and hoisting of the rolling riveting machine spindle, this paper adds the pilot check valve to improve the hydraulic system of the basic balance circuit of the balancing valve, and designs the relevant parameters of spindle hydraulic cylinder. Through the design and research of the hydraulic system of the machine spindle, it can promote the manufacturing and application of the automotive torque converter.

Abstract:  Hydraulic cylinder as a traditional actuator, its working state and life cycle has not been enough attention. By adding the intelligent power system, the working state of the hydraulic cylinder can be monitored remotely, which is conducive to the formation of an effective big data system, and also plays a positive role in promoting the optimal design and destocking of the hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. The good performance of the intelligent power unit is verified by testing the electro-hydraulic cylinder.

影响闭式液压伺服系统低频相位的非线性因素分析

摘要: 以某型飞行器伺服作动系统为研究对象,对低频负载条件下影响其相位特性的非线性因素进行分析,经过理论分析和工程验证,得到通过控制传动间隙和减小摩擦力矩可有效改善其相位特性的结论,为飞行器控制系统的优化设计和性能预测提供了理论支持,并具有较高的工程应用价值。

Analysis of Nonlinear Factors Affecting Closed Circuit Hydraulic Servo System

Low Frequency Phase

Abstract:  Based on a certain type of aircraft servo as the research object, the factors of effect on low frequency phase characteristic have been analyzed. The simulation model was established based on Lab AMESim, to accordingly analyze with the test verification of nonlinear factors in the performance of transmission friction. The obtained results that control transmission friction can be used to improve the servo phase characteristic provide a theoretical support for the optimum design and performance forecast of the electric hydraulic servo control system of air vehicle.

摘要: 密封可靠性是石油套管特殊螺纹接头最重要的性能指标之一,该文从结构设计、加工检测以及运输使用三个方面对特殊螺纹接头密封可靠性控制方法进行了详细的归纳总结和具体分析,给出了在选择螺纹结构、金属密封面形式、扭矩台肩设计、生产设备、加工工艺、检测检验方法以及运输和现场使用方面的注意事项和推荐选用的参数。为石油套管特殊螺纹接头生产企业提升产品性能和质量可靠性提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:  The sealing is one of the most important performance for casing premium connection. the methods controlling sealing property were analyzed and summarized in detail from the aspects of structure designprocessing inspectiontransportation and use. Reasonable parameters for controlling sealing performance were also recommended. some suggestions are given on improving product quality and performance for casing premium connection.

摘要: 液压系统的液压泵、蓄能器、液压马达、过滤器等主要元器件在工作中发生故障,会导致系统无法正常工作,需对其进行维修。为了检验元器件的维修效果,设计了一种维修检测台。实践表明,该检测台结构合理、功能丰富、可拓展性强,对于提高管理人员维修能力具有良好效果。

Abstract:  If there are malfunction in the main devices of hydraulic pressure system, such as hydraulic pump, accumulator, hydraulic motor and strainer, the system will work abnormally. And then it needs repairing. In order to test the repairing effect to devices, a repairing test platform is designed. The practice shows that the test platform has logical structure, plenty function and strong expandability, which has better effect on improving the repairing ability of managing persons.

基于单片机的两自由度冲压系统

摘要: 为了解决两自由度冲压系统连续冲击的控制问题,采用单片机来完成系统自动的连续运行。主要描述了两自由度冲压系统的工作原理,单片机的控制思想,系统的硬件电路以及系统总体工作流程,最终实现在单片机控制下的冲压系统的控制,大大提高了气动系统的工作效率。

Two-degree-of-freedom Stamping System with Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:  In order to solve the problem of automatic control of a two-degree-of-freedom pneumatic system, a one-chip computer is used to complete the automatic continuous operation of the system. The paper mainly describes the working principle of the two-degree-of-freedom pneumatic system, the control idea of the single-chip microcomputer, the hardware circuit of the system and the overall workflow of the system. Finally, the control of the pneumatic system under the control of the single-chip computer is realized, and the working efficiency of the pneumatic system is greatly improved.

变负荷重载四缸模糊PID同步控制分析及应用

摘要: 某钢厂工业炉升降系统是由比例阀控制四台油缸来实现同步运行,但在变负载变速度的工艺要求下,同步运动过程中出现的控制精度差,累计误差大,启停冲击大等问题。该文提出比例阀控缸同步系统,通过模糊PID实现PID参数在线自调整,从而使该液压系统能够实时最优匹配升降系统负载和速度的变化,实现了同步位置误差高,启停平稳无冲击,实际使用效果良好。

Analysis and Application on Four Cylinders Fuzzy PID Synchronization Control with

Variable and Heavy Load

Abstract:  The lifting system of an industrial furnace in a steel plant is controlled by four cylinders by proportional valves to achieve synchronous operation. under the technological requirements of variable load and variable speed, problems such as poor control accuracy, large cumulative error and large start-stop impact occur in the process of synchronous movement. In this paper, a proportional valve-controlled cylinder synchronization system is proposed. The PID parameters are self-adjusted online by using fuzzy PID, so that the hydraulic system can match the changes of load and speed of the lifting system in real time and achieve high synchronization position error, stable start-stop and no impact. The actual application effect is good.

超越负载工况下大吨位轮式起重机闭式

液压系统控制研究

摘要: 在超越负载工况下分析闭式液压系统转矩特性,指出作业时调节马达或泵排量涉及到施加在发动机上负功率的大小、吊装效率及安全隐患;提出一种新型控制技术用于控制超越负载工况下闭式液压系统,原理为在主系统内设置一平衡阀,利用主系统低压侧压力与外控控制系统压力相互关联控制平衡阀先导开启压力,控制平衡阀通过驱动油源流量,限制发动机超速;控制器采集马达转速传感器数据与设定值比较并对泵排量数据进行调整,使马达转速按设定值运转,提高发动机负功率吸收能力,防止出现“飞车”危险工况发生。

Abstract:  The torque characteristics of closed hydraulic system under over-load conditions are analyzedIt is pointed out that adjusting the motor or pump displacement during operation involves the amount of negative power applied to the engine.lifting efficiency and safety hazardProposed a new control technology for controlling closed hydraulic systems under load conditionsThe principle is to set a balance valve in the main system, and use the pressure of the low pressure side of the main system to correlate with the pressure of the external control system to control the pilot valve opening pressure, and control the balance valve to drive the oil source flowLimit engine overspeed; controller collects motor speed sensor data and set value comparison and adjust pump displacement data to make motor speed run according to set value, improve engine negative power absorption capacity, prevent "speed" dangerous conditions occur.

多传感器信息融合技术在液压系统

故障诊断中的应用

摘要: 针对单参数诊断复杂系统中出现的信息不完整和不确定性问题,提出基于BP神经网络和D-S证据理论的多传感器信息融合故障诊断方法。为了简化BP神经网络结构,首先利用两并行BP神经网络对故障数据进行诊断;之后,D-S通过证据理论融合局部诊断结果,实现对于不准确信息的准确判断,获得准确诊断结果。该方法适用于特定类型火箭发射器液压驱动伺服系统(HDSS)的故障诊断,实现了对于液压伺服驱动系统中主要部件的故障定位和诊断,有效提高了系统可靠性。

Application of Multi-sensor Information Fusion for Hydraulic System Fault Diagnosis

Abstract:  In order to solve the problem of incomplete and uncertain information in a single parameter diagnosis complex system, a multi sensor information fusion fault diagnosis method based on BP neural network and D-S evidence theory is proposed. In order to simplify the BP neural network structure, the two parallel BP neural network is used to diagnose the fault data. After that, the local diagnosis results are fused by the evidence theory to realize accurate inference of inaccurate information and obtain accurate diagnosis results. This method is suitable for the fault diagnosis of a specific type rocket launcher hydraulic drive servo system (HDSS). The fault location and diagnosis of the main components in the hydraulic servo drive system are realized, and the reliability of the system is effectively improved.

Design and Development of Compact Wind Power Braking Hydraulic System

Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement of high integration and high reliability of hydraulic braking system of wind turbine, the design of yaw brake and high speed shaft brake hydraulic system is carried out based on modular design idea. The hydraulic system can be divided into three modules: the power module, the function module and the auxiliary module. Different modules can be combined together according to the requirements of different operating conditions. Modular design can not only reduce costs, but also enable rapid response to the market customization.

一种大流量移动式膜渗透加湿装置的设计

摘要: 随着生活条件越来越好,国家经济越来越发达,国家开始重视对文物的保存,众所周知,文物都是历经几千年的历史流传至今,对现代人而言都是比较珍贵的,亚洲的气候属于高温高湿,低温低湿的环境势必会导致文物损坏,尤其对一些土质,陶瓷质地的文物会引起龟裂现象。该调湿装置使用膜渗透的加湿方式为文物加湿,使用低纯氮气进行加湿,可以满足加湿量大、低氧、恒湿、抗菌防腐、经久耐用的要求。

某飞机液压管路的流量冲击响应分析及故障诊断

摘要: 针对某型飞机液压管路吸油模块与扩口式直角接头连接处螺纹损坏,接头脱出及支架断裂的故障问题,建立了管道有限元动力学模型,进行了管道流量冲击响应分析。发现故障管道在流量冲击下,与吸油模块连接处出现了很大的响应位移,导致管道与吸油模块连接处出现很大应力,引起连接螺纹损坏和支架断裂,从而形成故障。最后,提出了对吸油模块和支架的刚度进行强化处理的改进措施,仿真计算结果表明,在相同的流量冲击下,管道与吸油模块连接处响应位移大大降低,有效地减小了支架和吸油模块的变形和应力,实际的飞机管路系统的改进效果表明了该文分析方法的正确性。

Analysis and Fault Diagnosis on the Flow Impact Response of a Certain Aircraft

Hydraulic Pipeline

Abstract:  In order to solve the problems of thread failure, joint escape and support fracture in connection of oil absorption module of hydraulic pipeline and right angle joint of flared type of aircraft, a finite element dynamic model of pipeline is established in this paper, and the impact response of pipeline flow is analyzed. It is found that there is a large response displacement at the connection with the oil absorption module under the impact of the flow rate, which leads to the great stress in the connection between the pipeline and the oil absorption module, the damage of the connection thread and the fracture of the support, resulting in the fault. Finally, the improved measures of strengthening the stiffness of the oil absorption module and the support are put forward, and the simulation results show that under the same flow impact, the response displacement of the connection between the pipeline and the oil absorption module is greatly reduced, and the deformation and stress of the support and oil absorption module are reduced effectively. The improvement effect of the actual aircraft pipeline system shows the correctness of the analysis method in this paper.

Study on Low Temperature Oil Leakage Fault of An Aero Hydraulic Pump

Abstract:  Oil leakage fault at the end face seal of a certain type of hydraulic pump during the cold test was analyzed in this paper. The face seal fault tree model was established. The simulation and test was done on possible impact factors such as seal structure, seal ring material and face seal gap. The cause and mechanism of sealing failure was determined. The solution was proposed and applied in practice.

装卸料机管嘴抱卡泄漏率超标原因分析及处理

摘要: 重水堆装卸料机依靠管嘴组件与反应堆通道抱卡在一起,换料时装卸料机与燃料通道相通,形成主回路的延伸,二者之间依靠管嘴静态密封圈实现密封。为了保证换料过程密封可靠,需要对管嘴抱卡泄漏率进行检测,满足泄漏标准才能执行打开压力边界的操作。该文通过介绍装卸料机管嘴抱卡的密封结构和密封原理及抱卡泄漏率测试原理,分析了影响管嘴抱卡泄漏率超标的原因及处理方法,提高了缺陷的定位和处理效率,降低了管嘴抱卡泄漏率超标缺陷的发生频率,并取得了较为理想的效果。

Analysis and Treatment on Fuelling Machine Snout Clamp Leakage Rate

Exceeding the Standard

Abstract:  In heavy water reactor, fuelling machine clamps on reactor channel forms the extension of the primary heat transport system and sealed by the static seal when refueling. In order to ensure the reliability of the seal, it is necessary to test the leakage rate of the snout clamp assembly,and the operation of opening the pressure boundary can be performed only if the leakage rate standard are met. The article introduces sealing structuresealing principle and the testing principle of the leakage rate of the snout clamp, analyzes the cause and treatment of the leakage rate exceeding the standard of the snout clamp,improves the location and treatments efficiency of the defects, and reduces the frequency of the leakage rate of exceeding the standard of the snout clamp, and it has achieved good effect.

高温锰系磷化液的检测准确性及测量系统分析

摘要: 用酸碱滴定分析法对高温锰系磷化槽液的总酸及游离酸值进行滴定,国际、国内标准是用指示剂颜色变化来作为总酸及游离酸值终点的判定,误差大,产品质量受影响。为了提高检测的准确性,规定滴定总酸、游离酸的PH值,采用PH计及PH标准缓冲溶液对PH值进行校正代替观察指示剂颜色的变化判断总酸、游离酸值。分析和排除影响指示剂变色的原因,规定检测温度,对取样和检测进行标准化,通过测量系统分析,滴定准确。

Analysis on Detection Accuracy and Measurement System for High-temperature

Manganese Phosphating Solution

Abstract:  Total acidity value and free acidity value of high-temperature manganese phosphating solution have been always determined by observing the color changing in an indicator while conducting the titrating of acid-base, which unavoidably gives arise to larger error and poor product quality. Therefore, in order to realize more accurate detection, PH values of total acidity and free acidity are specified, PH meter and standard PH buffer solution are applied for correction rather than observing the color changing in an indicator. Through analysis and elimination on factors which lead to the color changing in an indicator, as well as the specification of temperature and the standardization of sampling and detection, the titration as described is proved to be accurate via measurement system analysis.
