摘要:吊舱推进器是近年发展起来的一种新型的船舶推进装置,该装置可以节省船舶舱室空间,提高船舶的操作性能,减小船舶噪声和振动,因而具有极高的应用价值和广阔的市场应用前景。该文阐述了吊舱推进器的原理、结构、优缺点,介绍了当今世界上的几种主流吊舱推进器的类型和特性,分析了吊舱推进器广泛的应用前景。

Development and Application of Podded Propulsor

Abstract: The podded propulsor is a new type of ship propulsion device developed in recent years, which has the advantages such as saving cabin space, higher operation performance, lesser noise and vibration. Therefore the podded propulsor has such great application value and vast market of application prospect. This paper elaborates the podded propulsor in terms of principle, structure, advantages and disadvantages, then summarizes several types of the podded propulsor which are popular recently as well as their properties and also indicates the vast application prospect of podded propulsor.

基于CFD的三螺杆泵螺杆轴向力计算

摘要: SolidWorks软件中建立了三螺杆泵的流道模型,运用Fluent求解器对三螺杆泵腔室内的非定常流动进行数值模拟,得到了三螺杆泵进出口压差,螺杆与衬套间隙,对三螺杆泵螺杆轴向力的影响。计算结果表明:随着三螺杆泵进出口压差的增大,螺杆轴向力是线性增大的;随着螺杆与衬套间隙的增大,三螺杆泵的泄漏增大导致三螺杆泵螺杆轴向力减小;随着进出口压力差的不断增大,不同间隙条件下的三螺杆泵螺杆轴向力都是逐渐增大,但是不同间隙螺杆轴向力增大幅度不同,间隙越小,螺杆轴向力增大幅度越大。

Calculation of Three Screw Pump Screw Axial Force Based on CFD

Abstract: The flow channel model of the three-screw pump is established by SolidWorks software, fluent solver is used to simulate the unsteady flow in three-screw pump chamber. The influence of the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the three-screw pump and the gap between the screw and the bushing on the axial force of the screw of the three-screw pump is analyzed. The calculation results show that with the increase of the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the three-screw pump, the axial force of the screw increase linearly. As the gap increases, the three-screw pump due to leakage caused by the screw axial force suffered is gradually reduced. With the pressure difference between inlet and outlet increases, the axial force of the screw of the three-screw pump under different clearance conditions is gradually increased, but the increase of the axial force of the different clearance screws is different. The smaller the clearance, the greater the increase in the axial force of the screw.

基于粒子群算法的液压缓冲器优化设计

摘要: 该文以重物下落缓冲平台的液压缓冲器作为研究对象,建立并采用Runge-Kutta法求解缓冲系统动力学支配微分方程,模拟重物在缓冲器作用下的减速缓冲过程。之后以增大缓冲效率和降低系统压力为优化目标,通过粒子群算法优化阻尼孔孔径及孔间距,与以往等孔径等间距的经验设计相比,优化结构显著提高缓冲阻尼的效率,同时将系统最高压力控制在45 MPa以下。

Structural Optimization of Hydraulic Buffer Based on PSO Algorithm

Abstract: The hydraulic buffer in the falling-object buffering platform was studied and the corresponding dominating differential equations was solved with Runge-Kutta method in this paper, simulating the buffering dynamic process. The orifice diameters and distances of the hydraulic buffer were optimized to enhance the buffering efficiency and reduce the system pressure through particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Compared with the empirical design with uniform orifice diameters and distances, the optimized structure could notably improve the buffering efficiency and decrease the highest system pressure to less than 45 MPa.

摘要:该文提出了一种无窜流的液压换向回路。该回路对传统的液压换向回路进行了创新,利用新型梭阀对换向回路的油液进行导流,使得油液能够被置换回油箱形成全系统循环,对液压设备油液温度、污染度控制大为裨益,可有效提高液压设备的工作可靠性,降低设备故障。

A Hydraulic Reversing Loop with Channeling Free

Abstract: This paper presents a hydraulic reversing loop without channeling. which makes some innovations on the traditional one, presenting that the new shuttle valve is applied to guide the oil in the reversing loop, so that the oil can be replaced back to the tank to form circulation throughout the whole system, bringing many positive influences on the oil temperature and pollution managements of the hydraulic equipment, hereby effectively improving the working reliability and reduce the failure of it.

摘要:破碎锤作业是液压挖掘机最常见的作业方式,在矿山应用尤其广泛。但破碎锤回油管路设计是否合理,将直接影响着液压系统的清洁度,甚至液压元件的寿命,还可能会导致液态系统油温过高的问题。目前国内市场破碎锤品牌多而杂,各厂家技术水平参差不齐,未经挖掘机厂家确认自行给用户加装破碎锤管路的现象较为普遍。该文以大型液压挖掘机为例,对市场上常见的几种破碎锤回油管路布置存在的问题进行分析,通过设计计算和试验验证,提供一种合理的破碎锤回油管路布置方案,减少挖掘机装配破碎锤作业时破碎锤回油对液压系统污染,保护液压元件,解决破碎锤管路设计不合理导致液压油温高等系列问题。

导卫油缸密封改型研究与应用

摘要:随着液压技术的发展,液压系统中执行元件——液压缸的生产与使用也越来越普及。因使用工况的变化,液压缸在经过一段使用后密封达不到预定使用要求,导致密封损坏漏油,归根到底有时是原厂备件密封选型设计时没有考虑到使用工况变化,导致液压缸故障发生。该厂出口下导卫油缸就是因原厂密封设计不当,导致后期使用时故障频发。该研究通过对原厂密封进行改型,到达后期正常使用要求。

Research and Application on Modification of Guide Cylinder Seal

Abstract: With the development of hydraulic technology, the production and use of hydraulic cylinder, the actuator of hydraulic system, are more and more popular. Due to the change of working conditions, the seal of the hydraulic cylinder after a period of use fails to meet the preset requirements, leading to seal damage and oil leakage. In the final analysis, sometimes the original factory fails to take into account the change of working conditions when selecting the seal type of spare parts, resulting in the failure of the hydraulic cylinder. Our factory export guide guard cylinder is due to the original factory seal design is improper, resulting in the late use of frequent failure. In this study, the original seal was modified to meet the later normal use requirements.

松散岩样三轴夹持器的研制

摘要:为了便于测试地下松散岩样,研制了松散岩样三轴夹持器。其胶筒外围设有胶筒保护套,利于岩样充填均质而不损坏胶筒,且取下胶筒保护套即可用作普通的岩心夹持器,应用广泛,实用性强;其一端设有轴压柱塞,在实验过程中始终压紧岩样,不会造成压馈岩样影响实验的顺利进行。实验表明,该夹持器岩样充填均质,测试准确,可代替成形岩心进行测试。

A New Development of Triaxial Gripper for Loose Rock Sample

Abstract: In order to test underground loose rock sample conveniently, a triaxial gripper for loose rock sample is developed. The rubber cylinder is surrounded by a rubber cylinder protective sleeve, which is good for filling rock samples evenly without damaging the rubber cylinder. The rubber cylinder protective sleeve can be taken off from the triaxial gripper, and then it can be used as an ordinary core gripper. The triaxial gripper for loose rock sample can be widely used and has strong practicability. At one end of the triaxial gripper, an axially compressed plunger is installed, which always compresses the rock samples during the experiment process to keep the experiment running smoothly. Experiments show that the gripper can be filled evenly and test accurately, and loose rock sample can replace the formed core for testing using this equipment.

机电伺服系统极限环谐振现象的影响因素研究

摘要:针对机电伺服系统在低频模态负载状态发生极限环结构谐振现象进行机理分析,辨识负载效应模型,针对性进行避免极限环结构谐振的试验,并对试验效果进行分析。仿真和试验结果表明,该方法能使系统负载谐振频率得到提高,极限环结构谐振现象消失,显著改善伺服系统的动态性能。

Study on Influencing Factor of Limit Cycle Resonance Phenomenon for EMA

Abstract: In this paper, a principle of a limit cycle structural resonance is researched, aiming to solve the problem when an Electromechanical Actuator (EMA) Servo System works with a low frequency model load. This paper analyzes a load of an EMA servo system and the load effect modal. An investigation of the way to void the limit cycle structural resonance is proposed, comparing with the experimental results. From the simulation and the test results, this method can enhance the resonance frequency of a load system, and the limit cycle structural resonance will disappear. The dynamic properties of the EMA servo system will be improved efficiently.

一种无人转运小车的电液控制系统设计与应用

摘要: 针对物流系统自动化控制需求,设计一款基于PLC和液压控制技术的无人转运小车,使在货物运输时其具有自动扫描、自动分拣、自动转运的功能,提高了货物在传送带和立体货架仓库之间的转运效率和智能化程度。介绍了无人转运小车工作环境、基本组成结构、控制要求及组件,重点分析了无人转运小车工作流程、液压系统设计、PLC 控制系统选型及安装,并利用触摸屏软件进行仿真实验。实验数据验证了该控制系统下无人转运小车的工作性能良好及控制系统设计合理性,能够满足实际生产的要求。

Design and Application of Electro-hydraulic Control System for Unmanned Transfer Car

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of automatic control of logistics system,Design an unmanned transport car based on PLC and hydraulic drive,So that it has the functions of automatic scanning, automatic sorting and automatic transportation of goods,The transfer efficiency of the transfer vehicle between the conveyor belt and the three-dimensional shelf warehouse is improved.This paper introduces the basic structure, control requirements and auxiliary components of the control system of the unmanned transport vehicle.The work flow, hydraulic system design and PLC control program design of unmanned transport car are analyzed in detail.The simulation experiment is carried out by using touch screen software.The experimental data verify the good performance of the unmanned transport car under the control of the control system and the rationality of the design of the control system.And can meet the requirements of actual production.

摘要:针对提高大型插齿机的切削力、切削长度、切削速度及切削稳定性的需求,介绍了数控插齿机液压主驱动系统设计及改进方法。以数控插齿机主驱动功能需求为目标,提出了冲程长度、最大切削力、切削速度及功能需求等前提条件;以数控插齿机的液压主驱动系统为设计对象,有针对性地计算出了液压主驱动系统的液压缸、液压泵、主电机、伺服比例阀等主要元件的功能参数,并选择了相应的元件型号;进一步设计了液压原理图;总结调试运行中出现的断电上顶等问题,提出了可行的改进方案。该液压主驱动系统已成功应用于数控插齿机。液压主驱动系统的设计试验成功,为大型插齿机和中小型深孔插齿机的发展奠定了新的理论和实践基础。

Hydraulic Main Drive System Design and Analysis on Large CNC Gear Shaper

Abstract:According to the improve demand of the cutting force, cutting length, cutting speed and cutting stability of the large gear shaper, introduce the design and improvement method of the main drive system of the CNC gear shaper. Base on the demands of CNC gear shaper drive system, put forward the conditions of stroke length, maximum cutting force, cutting speed and function requirements of the premise; hydraulic CNC gear shaper main drive system as the design object, to calculate the parameters of the main components of the main function of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic drive system the main motor, hydraulic pump, servo proportional valve and chooses the corresponding component model; further design the hydraulic principle diagram; summarizes the debugging appear power on top and other issues, put forward feasible improvement scheme. The hydraulic main drive system has been successfully used in CNC gear shaper. The design of hydraulic main drive system is successful, which lays a new theoretical and practical foundation for the development of large gear shaper and small and medium-sized deep hole gear shaper.

摘要:国内装载机大多仍然使用定量系统,其溢流调速特性使得系统必然存在溢流、节流及中位损失。该文对定量系统装载机铲装作业时的液压系统能耗分布进行了详细的分析,得出了在国内装载机行业现有的技术及成本条件下,首先将转向泵升级为负载敏感变量泵是符合中国国情、顺应时代发展的必然选择。随后分析了定变量系统的节油机理,并对定变量系统的技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Most of domestic loaders still use fixed system. The characteristics of relief speed regulation make the system inevitably appear relief, throttling and neutral loss. This paper analyzes the distribution of energy consumption of the hydraulic system in detail during the shoveling and loading operation of the fixed system loader, and concludes that under the existing technology and cost conditions of the domestic loader industry, the first step is to upgrade the steering pump to a load sensing variable pump, which is in line with China's national conditions, and the inevitable choice to follow the development of the times. Then the oil-saving mechanism of the fixed-variable system are analyzed, and providing an outlook of the technology development trend of the fixed-variable system.

Deflection Fault Analysis and Improvement Measures of Transfer Machine

Abstract: This article analyzes the cause of deflection failure of the transfer machine. The load unbalance and the accumulation of synchronization errors cause the deflection of the transfer machine. By rearranging the position of the cylinders to reduce the load unbalance, eliminating the accumulation error by clean the synchronization error in each working period, thus avoiding the deflection fault of the transfer machine.

热轧宽带平整线液压系统的改进优化

摘要:梅钢热轧宽带平整线作为主轧线的配套生产装置,为酸轧、酸洗提供合格的中间产品,在生产高强钢、电工钢、汽车板等钢材时尤为重要。该文针对1422平整线液压系统存在的问题进行了分析、说明了改进措施,这些为后来1780平整线建设中的液压系统的设计、建设积累了经验,同时还进一步优化完善,取得了效果。也说明了一条平整生产线要能安全、可靠、经济地连续运行,其液压系统各组成部分均应做到科学、合理设计配备和现场布局。

Improvement and Optimization of Hydraulic System for Hot Strip Mill Wide Flat Line

Abstract: Skin pass mill, as a downstream production device of hot mill, provides qualified intermediate products for acid rolling and pickling. It is particularly important in the production of high strength steel, electrical steel, automobile plate and other steels. This article analyses the deficiency existing and improvement in the hydraulic system of 1422 skin pass mill which also provide evidence and experience for further 1780 skin pass mill line hydraulic system design. It shows that in order to keep a smooth production line running safely, reliably and economically, each component of its hydraulic system should be scientifically and reasonably designed, equipped and well implemented on-site.

摘要:通过对主轴轴承密封系统的沟槽、密封结构的分析和研究,找到了泄漏的根本原因即沟槽偏心,同时通过对现有密封结构的设计分析,认为密封设计不合理是泄漏的主要原因,也是解决泄漏问题的最有效措施,同时其他因素如温度、容积等也是一些不可忽略的原因,通过深入研究泄漏原因,提出了设计一种具有自动补偿的密封结构,从而从根本上解决困扰风电主轴轴承密封泄漏的难题。

Abstract:Through the analysis and research on the groove and sealing structure of the spindle bearing sealing system, the root cause of the leakage is found, that is, the groove eccentricity. It is also the most effective measure to solve the leakage problem. At the same time, other factors such as temperature and volume are also some reasons that cannot be ignored. 溢流阀性能实验液压教学实验台的故障分析与改进

摘要:针对液压溢流阀性能测试实验运行中出现压力表损坏及外管嘴喷溅油的问题,从实验原理、实验步骤及液压教学实验台结构上进行分析,找出了QCS003B型液压教学实验台出现上述问题的原因。分析了学生因操作不当所导致液压教学实验台系统过载,从而造成压力表损坏;由于学生操作二位三通电磁换向阀失误,导致外管嘴喷溅油。基于此,提出了液压教学实验台改进方案。改进后试验结果表明,改进后的液压教学实验台,运行良好,实验顺畅,消除了液压系统的过载及安全隐患,提高了实验教学质量,保证了实验教学进度。

Fault Analysis and Improvement of Hydraulic Teaching Experiment Table for Relief Valve

Abstract:Aiming at the pressure gauge damage and oil splashing of outside pipe nozzle problems occurring in the running of hydraulic overflow valve performance testing experiment, the analysis is done based on the experimental principle, experimental procedure and structure of hydraulic teaching experiment table, the reason for the above-mentioned QCS003B hydraulic teaching experiment table problems is found out. The students incorrect operation analyzed is the reason which causes hydraulic teaching experiment table system overloads, which causes damage to the pressure gauge. Due to students operational errors for two-position three way magnetic exchange valve, outside pipe nozzle is caused oil splashing. Based on this, the improvement for hydraulic teaching experiment table is put forward. The test result shows that: the improved hydraulic teaching experiment table is working well, experiment teaching work is smooth, the overload of hydraulic system and security problems are eliminated, which improves quality in experiment teaching and assures experiment teaching time.

2D液压阀旋转电磁铁零件加工工艺优化

摘要:新型2D液压阀上的旋转电磁铁出现了输出扭矩偏小,合格率较低的情况。该文针对此问题对扭矩偏小的具体原因进行了分析,是由于旋转电磁铁中软磁合金零件真空热处理后进行的机械加工工序导致零件磁性能降低造成的,并针对此问题对旋转电磁铁的加工工艺路线进行了优化,优化后的工艺路线不仅解决电磁铁扭矩合格率低的问题,提高加工效率,降低加工成本,同时有效地提高2D液压阀的可靠性。

Processing Optimization of 2D Hydraulic Valve Rotary Solenoid

Abstract: The rotary solenoid on the new 2D hydraulic valve has a problem of small output torque and low pass rate. In this paper, the specific reasons for the small torque are analyzed for this problem, which is caused by the mechanical processing of the soft magnetic alloy parts which in the rotary electromagnet result in low magnetic properties after the vacuum heat treatment. The processing route of the rotary solenoid is also optimized, the new route not only solves the above problem, improves processing efficiency, reduces processing cost, but effectively improves the reliability of the hydraulic valve.

20#钢与DT4C材料对阀用直流电磁铁吸力的影响研究

摘要:在Maxwell软件中建立了阀用直流电磁铁的仿真模型,分析了两种磁性材料对电磁铁吸力的影响,用电磁铁性能测试实验验证了仿真结果,结果表明:导磁材料全部由DT4C构成的电磁铁吸力最大,部分纯铁既有较大的电磁吸力,外壳又具有一定强度,全部20#钢由于吸力不足不适合做电磁铁。

The Effect of 20# Steel Material and DT4C Material on Solenoid Force

Abstract: A simulation model of the solenoid for hydraulic valve is established in Maxwell software. The effects of two magnetic materials on electromagnetic force are analyzed. The simulation results are verified by experiment of electromagnet. The results show that solenoids in which all magnetic materials consist of DT4C have the highest force.Solenoid consist of DT4C and 20# steel have enough force, whose shell has a certain strength. Solenoid whose all magnetic materials are 20# steel is not recommended due to lack of force.
