摘要: 该文介绍了管柱自动化处理系统常用的十大类设备,并说明了各种设备的特点、功能、结构分类。又介绍了管柱自动化处理系统整个钻井作业流程及各个设备在钻井作业流程中发挥的作用。接着介绍了管柱自动化处理系统的国内外发展现状,同时重点说明了目前配套设备齐全、使用情况良好的宝石机械的管柱自动化处理系统设备的油田现场的应用状态。结合国内外管柱自动化处理系统设备的生产和应用现状,指出了今后管柱自动化处理系统的3个发展趋势。

Research Present Situation and Development Trend Analysis of Pipeline Handling

System for Drill Rig

Abstract: Ten sorts equipments of pipeline automated handling system were introduced in the paper. At the same time, the characteristic and function and structure classification of each equipment of pipeline automated handling system. Then whole drilling operation flow were introduced of pipeline automated handling system and each equipment of pipeline automated handling system broken into playing function were introduced at the whole drilling operation flow. External and inland development present situation of pipeline automated handling system were introduced, at the same time it explained expressly the service condition of pipeline automated handling system which had having corollary complete equipment and condition of favorable service at oil field of BOMCO (Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd.) pipeline automated handling system. According to the external and inland manufacture & service present situation of pipeline automated handling system, it pointed out three trends of pipeline automated handling system in the future.

液压蓄能式风力发电机组蓄能发电系统的转速刚度的研究

摘要: 在液压蓄能式风力机组故障或无风时,蓄能器组代替液压泵单独作为动力源驱动变量马达带动同步发电机继续发电。该文以600 kW液压蓄能式风力发电机组的蓄能发电系统为研究对象,建立蓄能发电系统的数学模型和仿真模型,针对蓄能器为变压力动力源和同步发电机对于变量马达恒转速输出控制的要求,提出基于容积调速的PID控制方法,并通过仿真和实验分析PID参数以及负载阶跃变化对系统转速刚度的影响规律。研究结果为蓄能发电系统的转速控制和负载加载提供理论依据与参考。

Research on Rotational Stiffness of Storage Power Generation System of Hydraulic

Abstract: The case of hydraulic energy storage type wind turbine failure or no wind, accumulator group replaces hydraulic pump separately as power source and drives variable motor to drive the synchronous generator to continue to generate power. Based on the 600 kW hydraulic energy storage type of wind turbine energy storage power generation system as research object, establishing storage generating system of mathematic model and simulation model. Aiming synchronous generator constant speed and variable pressure power supply, a PID control method based on the volume control is put forward, and through the simulation and experimental analysis of PID parameters and load step changes of rotational speed of the system stiffness are studied. The research results provide theoretical basis about reference for the speed control and loading of energy storage power generation system.

摆杆刚度对连接器自动对接控制系统影响分析

摘要:该文建立了连接器自动对接装置液压伺服控制系统在刚性基座、柔性基座两种不同工况下的数学模型,并分别进行仿真了分析。依据仿真结果,摆杆刚度对控制稳定性和控制精度有较大影响;特别是在大风环境,摆杆、火箭在风载作用下加速摆动,二者间有一定相对运动速度,摆杆刚度对控制系统的动态跟踪精度影响更加明显。并由此得出,控制系统采用阀控液压缸方式时,摆杆必须满足必要的刚度条件。该文可对采用阀控液压缸方式实现连接器自动对接装置或各类底座刚性较差的类似产品的控制系统设计提供参考。

The Influence of Unbilical Arms Rigidity on Connector s Auto-docking Control System

Abstract: This paper establish two different mathematical models of connectors auto-docking control system which are based on the flexible base and the stiff basethen the system positional errors and velocity errors are simulated to determine the influence of unbilical arms rigidity on the stability and percision of this two systems. Especially in the wind environment swing rod and Rocket under the action of wind load accelerated swing Control accuracy will get worse. It is concluded that when the control system adopts valve control hydraulic cylinderthe pendulum must meet the necessary stiffness condition.The analysed and simulated results can be references for designing connectors auto-docking control system which uses valve control system or other similar products which has poor stiffness base.

电液混合动力轨道车制动能量回收率的研究

摘要:针对现有的电液混合动力轨道车,为提高其制动能量回收效率,利用AMESim建立液压再生制动模型,在保证制动性能的基础上,对电液轨道车制动初速、摩擦制动力以及蓄能器的参数对回收效率的影响进行分析。结果表明:制动初速越高,能量回收效率越低;摩擦制动力提供的比例越小,能量回收效率越高;蓄能器充气压力越大,容积越大,能量回收效率越高,为了提高能量回收效率,需对蓄能器参数进行合理选择。

Study on the Braking Energy Recovery Rate of Electro-hydraulic Hybrid Rail Vehicles

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of braking energy recovery, the hydraulic regenerative braking model is established by AMESim. The influence of the initial speed, the friction braking force and the parameters of the accumulator on the recovery efficiency are analyzed on the basis of guaranteeing the braking performance. The results show that the higher the initial speed of the braking, the lower the energy recovery efficiency the smaller the ratio of the friction braking force, the higher the energy recovery efficiency the greater the inflating pressure of the accumulator andthe larger the volume lead to the higher the energy recovery efficiency. Accumulator parameters need to be selected reasonably to improve energy recovery efficiency.

基于四开关阀错时调制的气动位置控制系统研究

摘要:为了解决高速开关阀自身存在的开关死区问题,提出了一种通过优化配置四个高速开关阀开关时机实现气动位置伺服控制的策略。该策略将充放气阀同时打开一段时间,并调节充放气阀关闭的时间差来调控腔内气压,这种策略避免了开关阀的半闭合状态,从而将位置控制的死区大幅减少。在此基础上,采用滑模控制器代替传统的PID控制器,解决气动系统存在的强非线性难以控制的问题。针对气动位置控制系统搭建了一个解析模型,通过仿真验证了错时调制策略的优越性。搭建了实物试验平台,开展了实物试验。结果表明,在采用该控制策略后,能够实现准确无超调且稳态误差低于0.5%的阶跃位置控制,并能够较好地跟踪上0.2Hz正弦指令信号。

Research on Pneumatic Servo Position Control System Based on Time

Interlaced Modulation with Four On-off Valves

Abstract: In order to solve the dead-zone problem of the high-speed on-off valve, a strategy of pneumatic position servo control is proposedwhich is realized by optimizing the switching time of four high-speed on-off valves. The strategy opens all valves at the same time and adjusts the time difference between the charging and discharging valves to control the air pressure. This strategy avoids the semi-closed state of the on-off valve, thus drastically reducing the dead-zone of the position control. Furthermore, the sliding mode controller is used to solve the strong nonlinear characteristics of the pneumatic system instead of the traditional PID controller. A model based on theoretical formulas is built for the pneumatic position control system, and the superiority of the Time Interlaced Modulation strategy is verified by simulation. The experiment platform is built and the testis carried out. The results show that the step position control can achieve accurate no overshoot and steady state error is less than 0.5%. The position control systemcan also track a 0.2 Hz sinusoidal signal.

一种基于气压传动的机械手及电气控制系统研究

摘要:针对传统工业自动化分拣效率低、成本高、人身安全难以保证等不足,提出了一种基于笛卡尔坐标式的气动码垛机器手系统设计策略。首先,根据实际需求分析了机械手工作流程,对机械手整体结构、气动回路系统、以及位置精确控制进行设计和计算;然后,结合主控器三菱PLC对控制系统伺服电机硬件选型、硬件接线、控制系统软件进行了设计;最后,利用软件MCGS设计了控制系统人机交互界面,并进行相关实验测试。实验数据结果表明该笛卡尔坐标式的气动码垛机器手结构及控制系统设计合理,能够达到预期效果。

Research on A Manipulator and Electrical Control System with Pneumatic Transmission

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings such as low efficiency of traditional industrial automation sorting, high cost and difficult to guarantee personal safety, a design strategy of pneumatic palletizing machine hand system based on Cartesian coordinate type is proposed. Firstly, the workflow of manipulator is analyzed according to the actual demand, and the whole structure of manipulator, pneumatic loop system and precise control of position are designed and calculated. Then, combined with the main controller Mitsubishi PLC, the hardware selection, hardware wiring and control system software of the servo motor of the control system are designed. Finally, The human-Computer interaction interface of the control system is designed by using the software MCGS, and the related experimental tests are carried out. The experimental data show that the Cartesian coordinate pneumatic palletizing machine hand structure and control system are designed reasonably and can achieve the desired results.

基于电液位置伺服系统机床滑台模糊自适应控制研究

摘要:针对传统电液位置伺服液压机床系统的非线性、强耦合、稳定性低等问题,提出了一种改进模糊自适应控制算法,使得机床滑台位置根据外界条件能够实时跟踪以达到稳定控制。首先,以华中数控组合机床为实例,对机床整体结构及功能进行介绍;然后,建立机床滑台控制模型、传递函数,并设计改进后的模糊自适应控制器;最后,结合AMESim-MATLAB软件搭建电液位置伺服系统滑台模糊自适应控制模型,并对搭建好的模型进行联合实验仿真和实际系统测试。测试实验结果表明,基于电液位置伺服系统的机床滑台模糊自适应算法相对于传统PID算法的位置跟踪效果好,位置控制响应速度快、误差小、鲁棒性强,验证了改进后的模糊自适应控制算法的可行性。

Study on Fuzzy Adaptive Control of Machine Tool Sliding Table with Electro-hydraulic

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of non-linearity, strong coupling and low stability of traditional electro-hydraulic position servo hydraulic machine tool system, an improved fuzzy adaptive control algorithm is proposed, so that the position of machine sliding table can be tracked in real time according to external conditions in order to achieve stable control. Firstly, taking the CNC combination machine tool of central China as an example, this paper introduces the whole structure and function of the machine tool, then establishes the control model and transfer function of the machine tool sliding table, and designs the improved fuzzy adaptive controller, and finally, combines the AMEsim-MATLAB software to build the fuzzy adaptive control model of the electro-hydraulic position servo system sliding table, The combined experimental simulation of the built model is carried out. The experimental results show that the fuzzy Adaptive algorithm of machine tool sliding table based on electro-hydraulic position servo system has good position tracking effect compared with the traditional PID algorithm, the position control response speed is fast, the error is small and the robustness is strong, and the feasibility of the improved fuzzy Adaptive control algorithm is verified.

摘要:为解决海洋地质勘查中的水下寻址、井口监视、钻杆夹持和取芯作业等工作,而研制了RGB32-100型海底基盘及控制系统,该系统具有高集成水下光电测控功能,同时水下液压系统可与深水水压动态平衡,保证液压钳作业稳定。该文对该系统的组成、功能和原理,为后续更深入的研究和完善此类型系统提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: in order to solve the marine geological exploration of the underwater, such as underwater addressing, wellhead monitor, drill tool clamp and coring work, to develop the RGB32-100 subsea template and control system, The system has a high integrated underwater monitor and control function, and the underwater hydraulic system can balance the water pressure dynamically in deep water to ensure the stability of the hydraulic clamp operation. this paper introduces composition, function and the principle of this system, to provide the reference and more in-depth research or improvement of this type of system in future.

低速大扭矩液压马达机械效率实验研究

摘要:机械效率是低速大扭矩液压马达最重要的技术指标之一,目前从定量的角度,综合研究影响机械效率的各种因素及其变化规律的报道很少。该文提出一种简便的实验方法,通过测量不同流量下低速大扭矩马达进出口及缸体油柱压力,定量研究影响机械效率的各种因素及其变化规律,结果表明:拌油损失可忽略不计;液阻损失与流量的二次方成正比;机械摩擦损失随着流量和压力的增大,开始呈下降趋势,然后缓慢上升,但变化幅度较小,当流量超过160 L/min后,占总损失的比例小于20%

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Efficiency of Low Speed Large Torque Hydraulic Motor

Abstract: Mechanical efficiency is one of the most important technology index of low speed large torque hydraulic motor, but the report from quantify and comprehensive study the factors and its law of mechanical efficiency is little recently. This paper put forward a simple experimental method ,study the factors and law of mechanical efficiency of low speed large torque hydraulic motor by test the press of inlet port, outlet port and cylinder block by means of adjust flow. Experimental results show that churning losses can be neglect, fluid resistance is direct ratio of the square of flow, and the mechanical friction losses is descend first and then ascend slow, but change range is small when flow160 L/min, proportion is less than 20% of overall losses.

摘要:该文基于波动力学理论分析了凿岩机冲击过程中能量传递特性,针对同一型号双控式液压凿岩机两个长度不同的活塞,通过实验分别测试了凿岩机在低、中、高三个档位下钎杆应力谱、冲击能、冲击频率,最后得出凿岩机活塞能量利用率。经分析该型号液压凿岩机宜在18.0MPa的冲击压力下选用短活塞来进行钻凿工作。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the energy transfer characteristics of hydraulic drill during impact process based on wave mechanics theory. Aiming at two pistons of different lengths in the same type of double-controlled hydraulic rock drill, the stress spectrum, impact energy and impact frequency of drill rod in low, middle and high gear are tested by experiments. Finally, the energy utilization ratio of piston is obtained. The analysis result shows that this type of hydraulic rock drill is suitable for drilling with short piston under 18.0 MPa impact pressure.

摘要: 针对一款工业机器人直线滑台定位精度不高、易发生振动等问题,基于AMESim仿真技术为该系统设计了PID控制器并基于遗传算法对控制器参数加以优化。经过时域和频域仿真分析检验,优化后的直线滑台定位精度、响应速度都有显著提升并具有足够的稳定裕度,实现了系统综合性能的优化。

Optimization of Hydraulic System of Sliding Table Based on AMESim and

Genetic Algorithm

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the positioning accuracy of an industrial robot linear sliding table is insufficient and vibration is prone to occur, the PID is designed based on simulation analysis by AMESim software to solve this problem. The parameters of the PID controller are optimized based on genetic algorithm. Through the simulation analysis in time domain and frequency domain, positioning accuracy and response speed of the linear sliding table are improved significantly, and the stability margin is sufficient. So the comprehensive performance of the system is optimized.

Thus, the optimum reference surface and the apt dimension chain would be decided in order to get the best process accuracy and lowest defective percentage.

基于电液传动的多功能机床结构及控制系统设计研究

摘要:针对现有液压机床加工工序单一、自动化生产效率、以及加工精度不足等缺点,为实现机床高效率、多功能加工生产,设计了一种基于电液(液压和电机)传动的多功能机床及控制系统。首先,设计了多功能机床的基本结构、工作原理及工位分布;然后对机床控制系统进行了整体设计,包括主控器PLC选型、电液元器件型号选择、I/O分配以及PLC控制系统梯形图设计编程;最后,结合实际程序编程和安装完成的机床控制系统进行了现场实验数据采集测试,测试数据结果表明:设计的电液传动多功能机床及控制系统稳定效果好,能够快速实现多工序加工,提高了生产效率。

Research on Structure and Control System Design of Multi-function Machine Tool with

Electro-hydraulic Transmission

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of single machining process, automatic production efficiency and insufficient machining precision, a multifunctional machine tool and control system based on electro-hydraulic (hydraulic and motor) transmission is designed to realize high efficiency and multifunction machining of machine tool. Firstly, the basic structure, working principle and position distribution of the multifunctional machine tool are designed, and then the overall design of the machine control system, including PLC selection of the main controller, selection of electro-hydraulic component model, and programming of ladder diagram design of PLC control system are presented. Finally, The test results show that the multifunctional machine tool and control system of the electro-hydraulic transmission is reasonable in design and can quickly realize multi-process processing, improve the production efficiency and meet the requirements of parts processing.

Abstract: Double-groove automatic binding machine is a kind of automatic equipment for packing large steel pipes. A process that the steel wire is drawn tense is important for succeeding to finish binding. Characteristics of the motors output speed and torque and systems overflow pressure influence on working of the motor are simulated and analysed.

液压冲击机构活塞泄漏量的影响因素权重分析

摘要: 为分析液压冲击机构泄漏量影响因素权重,结合同心及偏心环形缝隙流动理论,确定影响因素包括密封长度、间隙高度、均压槽的宽深比和数量、活塞偏心量以及压差等因素。通过正交试验搭建16组数学模型,基于计算流体力学数值模拟的方法,研究分析了环缝间隙内的流动状态。利用方差分析对仿真结果进行处理,结果表明间隙高度对液压冲击机构内泄漏影响最大;压差、均压槽宽深比、密封长度以及槽的数量对内泄漏量影响依次减小;活塞的偏心对泄漏量影响最小。这为液压冲击机构减少泄漏量的设计提供了参考。

Weight Analysis on Influence Factors of Piston Leakage for

Hydraulic Impact Mechanism

Abstract: Leakage hydraulic impact mechanism analysis for the factors affecting the amount of weight, combined with concentric and eccentric annular gap flow theory, determining the influencing factors including sealing gap length, height, the width of equalizing tank depth ratio and the quantity, the piston of eccentricity and pressure factors. Through the orthogonal test, 16 sets of mathematical models were built, and the flow state in the interstitial gap was analyzed based on the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics. The results show that the clearance height has the greatest influence on the leakage of hydraulic impact mechanism. The influence of pressure difference, average depth ratio, seal length and number of slots are less than that of internal leakage. The eccentricity of the piston has minimal impact on the leakage. This provides a reference for the design of hydraulic impact mechanism to reduce leakage.

摘要:为提高QLY轮式起重机控制驾驶室俯仰液压系统(简称:QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统)性能,该文介绍了QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统工作原理,并在此基础上对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统系统进行分析,利用AMESim软件对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统建立模型,对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统的参数进行设定,通过系统模型进行动态特性仿真,并且,通过理论计算验证了AMESim仿真的可行性,通过分析结果,来优化和完善QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统,同时为同类型产品提供设计依据。

Simulation and Optimization of Wheel Crane Cab Pitch Hydraulic System Based on AMESim

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of QLY wheeled crane control cab pitching hydraulic system, this paper introduces the working principle of QLY crane cab hydraulic system, and analyzes the hydraulic system of QLY crane cab on this basis, and uses AMESim software to hydraulic system of QLY crane cab. The system establishes the model, sets the parameters of the hydraulic system of the cab of QLY crane, simulates the dynamic characteristics through the system model, and verifies the feasibility of AMESim simulation through theoretical calculation. Through the analysis of the results, the hydraulic system of the cab of QLY crane is optimized and perfected, and the same type of products are provided. It is based on the basis.
