比例阀技术在连铸设备上的应用浅析

摘要: 该文对比例阀技术的使用特点进行了介绍,并对连铸机设备上使用比例阀技术的钢包升降液压系统、中间包升降液压系统和推钢机平移液压系统的原理、设计特点和使用工况进行了详细阐述,同时对比例阀技术在实际应用中出现的一些故障进行了分析。该文对比例阀技术在液压领域的广泛应用具有重要的指导意义。

Proportional Valve Technology Application Analysis in CCM

Abstract: The application characteristics of proportional valve technology was introduced. The principle, design characteristics and operating conditions of ladle lifting hydraulic system, tundish lifting hydraulic system and pusher translation hydraulic system of which the proportional valve technology was used in CCM were analyzed in detail. Some faults of proportional valve technology occurred in practical application were also analyzed. All above provided important guiding significance for the application of proportional valve technology in hydraulic field.

调速型液力偶合器故障统计研究及危害性分析

摘要: 该文立足于实际,以YOTCGP650型液力偶合器为例,开展调速型液力偶合器的故障危害性分析。调速型液力偶合器故障检测点是获得信息的门户,应该选择那些故障率较高、反应故障敏感和危害性较大的部位。因此,调速型液力偶合器的故障危害性研究,能够找出危害性较大的故障模式,确定调速型液力偶合器的主要故障点,为调速型液力偶合器的故障检测和故障维修提供参考和指导,具有巨大的研究价值和现实意义。

Fault Statistics Study and Perniciousness Analysis of Variable Speed Hydrodynamic Coupling

Abstract: This paper is based on reality and it is analyzed by fault perniciousness taking YOTCGP650 hydrodynamic coupling as an example. The fault detection point of Variable Speed Hydrodynamic Coupling is the gateway to obtain information. We should choose those high fault rate, more sensitive fault and high perniciousness point. It studies fault perniciousness for variable speed hydrodynamic coupling, it can find high perniciousness fault and it can determine the main fault point of Variable Speed Hydrodynamic Coupling. it provides reference for fault detection and fault maintenance of Variable Speed Hydrodynamic Coupling and it possesses great research value and practical significance.

液压活套控制机理研究

摘要: 在热连轧精轧机组中,活套是极其重要的核心设备,具有很重要的两项功能:①活套能维持一定板带套量功能,避免拉钢和堆钢,保证轧机轧制正常;②活套张力自动控制功能,能保持机架间张力恒定,提高产品尺寸精度,保证产品质量。而液压活套以其高灵敏性和快速性在现代热连轧工艺中得到广泛应用。该文对液压活套的几何结构和四通伺服阀控制系统进行分析梳理,首次揭示活套角和活套缸输出力的图形函数关系,列出活套伺服阀四通控制的静态方程。

The Research of Hydraulic Control System for Looper

Abstract: In the hot rolling mills, looper is the extremely core equipment, which has two functions: first, it is important to maintain a certain set of live in with a set of functions, to avoid drawing steel and steel pile, ensure normal rolling; two, automatic control of looper tension, can keep the tension constant, improve product precision and ensure the quality of products. The hydraulic looper is widely used in the modern hot continuous rolling process because of its high sensitivity and rapidity. In this paper, the geometric structure of hydraulic looper and the four way servo valve control system are analyzed and combed. For the first time, reveal the graphical function relation between looper angle and looper cylinder output force, and list the static equation of four way control of looper servo valve.

基于ZigBee拓扑结构的液压支架监控系统设计与研究

摘要: 液压支架作为综采面三机一体重要组成部分,工作环境恶劣,结合其实际工作情况,设计了嵌入式压力监控系统。该系统基于ZigBee拓扑结构,采用CC2530STR912构建压力传感通信网络,通过将μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统加载于STR912,完成储存压力信息、通信及报警等控制操作。由测试结果可知,嵌入式系统可有效避免煤尘对硬件的影响,测试压力精度偏差小于10 kNZigBee丢包率小于0.5%

Design and Research of Hydraulic Support Monitoring System Based on ZigBee Topology

Abstract: Hydraulic support is an important part of the three-machine integration of fully mechanized mining face, and its working environment is bad. Combined with its actual working conditions, an embedded pressure monitoring and control system is designed. The system is based on ZigBee topology and uses CC2530 and STR912 to construct pressure sensor communication network. By loading the real-time operating system of Mu C/OS-II into STR912, the system can store pressure information, communicate and alarm. The test results show that the embedded system can effectively avoid the influence of coal dust on hardware. The test pressure precision can be controlled within (+10 kN), and the loss rate of ZigBee is less than 0.5%.

基于极限工况的悬架蓄能器选型计算方法研究

摘要: 该文针对悬架液压系统中常用的皮囊式、隔膜式以及活塞式三种不同类型的蓄能器,分别介绍了每种蓄能器的结构特点与工作原理。基于理想气体状态方程,给出了蓄能器极限工作压力的确定原则,分析了极限工作压力与预充气体积、预充气压力、油气弹簧跳动量以及环境温度等因素之间的关系。最后,根据极限压力分析结果,总结了悬架蓄能器选型流程图,为蓄能器的选型提供理论依据。

Calculation Method of the Suspension Accumulator According to the

Limiting Working Condition

Abstract: The structure features and working principle of the frequently-used accumulators in the hydraulic suspension system are introduced in this paper, which includes the bag type, the diaphragm type and the piston type accumulator. The calculation method of the limiting working pressure for different accumulators is proposed based on the ideal gas state equation. The relationship among the limiting pressure, initial gas volume, gas pressure, hydro-pneumatic spring oscillations and the environmental temperature is also analyzed. Finally, according to the result the selection flow of the hydraulic suspension accumulator is summarized which will provide theory gist for the selection of the accumulator.

The Digital DPF Algorithm of Electro-hydraulic Servo Systems for

Control Vehicle Rudders

Abstract: A spring-mass physical model is proposed for vehicle rudders. The characteristic parameters are identified and the corresponding mathematical model for servo-mechanisms is derived. The servo-mechanisms control algorithm is studied using the digital DPF method. Then, simulation analysis and trial experiments are completed. The result shows that the digital DPF algorithm is effective it effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of the system.

溶液表面张力对反气泡稳定时间的影响

摘要:反气泡是产生于液体中并由一层气膜包裹液珠的特殊结构。影响反气泡稳定性的因素有温度、压强、电解质浓度、溶液黏度等,除此之外表面张力也是重要因素之一。通过实验发现,溶液表面张力的变化而变化的情况,当溶液的表面张力小于47 mN/m时,溶液开始产生反气泡;当溶液的表面张力在47~35 mN/m范围内时,反气泡稳定时间随表面张力减小而增大;当表面张力在35~34 mN/m 范围内时,反气泡稳定时间随表面张力减小而减小;当表面张力小于34 mN/m时,反气泡稳定时间趋于稳定。

The Effect of Solution Surface Tension on Lifetime of  Anti-bubble

Abstract: An anti-bubble is a special structure that is produced in liquid and is coated by a gas film. The lifetime of the anti-bubble is related to temperature, pressure, electrolyte concentration, viscosity and so on. Besides, surface tension of the solution is an important factor. According to the experiments, the lifetime of the anti-bubble changes along with the surface tension of the solution. When the surface tension of the solution σ is less than 47 mN/m, the anti-bubble could be generated in the solution. When the surface tension of the solution σ is in the range of 35 mN/m to 47 mN/m,the lifetime of the anti-bubble increases with the decreasing of the surface tension of the solution. When the surface tension of the solution σ is in the range of 34 mN/m to 35 mN/m, the lifetime of the anti-bubble decreases with the decreasing of the surface tension of the solution. When the surface tension of the solution σ is less than 34 mN/m, the lifetime of the anti-bubble is nearly stable.

基于气压传动的搬运机械手设计研究

摘要:为了适应新能源产业发展迅速及提高太阳能板生产效率,针对传统太阳能板生产效率低、自动生产技术不足,设计了一种基于PLC及气压传动技术的直角坐标式搬运机器手。首先,介绍了太阳能板生产流程,对搬运机械手的整体进行了设计,包括机械结构、电气元器件型号选择、气动回路设计、以及电气原理图设计安装。利用设计和安装完成的机械手系统进行了实验测试,测试结果表明:该码垛机械手及电气控制系统设计合理,能够实现太阳能板分拣功能,并达到实际生产要求。

Research on Design of Handling Manipulator with Pneumatic Transmission

Abstract: In order to adapt to the rapid development of the new energy industry and improve the production efficiency of solar panels, a rectangular-type palletizing robot hand based on PLC and pneumatic transmission technology is designed according to the low efficiency of traditional solar panels and the shortage of automatic production technology. Firstly, the production process of the solar panel is introduced, the whole of the sorting manipulator is designed, including the electric component model selection, the pneumatic circuit design, and the electrical cabinet and electrical schematic design and installation. The design and installation of the robot system carried out the experimental test, the test results show that: the palletizing manipulator and electrical control system design reasonable, can realize the solar panel sorting function, and meet the actual production requirements.

无障碍公交车门气动系统设计

摘要: 城市公共交通发展迅速,给人们的出行提供了很多便捷,但对于残疾人或携带婴儿车出行的弱势人群来说,如何顺利登上公交车成为他们面临的最大问题。该文设计了无障碍接驳板在公交车后门和站台间搭接出无障碍通道,并结合现有公交车车门驱动方式,设计出无障碍公交车门气动系统,采用占用空间较小的无杆气缸驱动接驳板伸缩,该气动系统可以实现公交车门启闭和接驳板驱动。

Design of Pneumatic System for Barrier-free Bus Door

Abstract: The rapid development of urban public transport provides a lot of convenience for people to travel, but for the handicapped or the disadvantaged people carrying stroller, how to successfully board the bus becomes the biggest problem they face. In this paper, the barrier-free feeder board is designed to connect the accessible access between the back door of the bus and the platform, and combined with the existing bus door driving mode, the design of the barrier-free bus door pneumatic system, the use of small space-consuming rod-free cylinder drive feeder plate expansion, the pneumatic system can realize the bus door opening and closing and feeder plate drive.

静液压推土机自动下线检测技术

摘要: 传统的静液压电控推土机下线检测方法是通过操作者进行推土试验,对液压管路及连接处的可靠性进行检测,需要投入大量的人力物力成本。该文介绍了一种对于静液压电控推土机的自动下线检测技术,通过特定的操作,可以触发嵌入到行走程序中的、基于MATLAB/Simulink开发的检测程序,不仅可以实现对液压系统的连续加载与卸载,实现压力保持和冲击,而且覆盖了全工况的全部压力范围,对液压管路的测试更加充分,也大大提高了下线检测的效率。

Automatic Offline Detection Technology of Hydrostatic Dozer

Abstract: The traditional hydrostatic electric control bulldozers off-line detection method is to perform the bulldozing test by the operator to detect the reliability of the hydraulic pipeline and the joint, and a large amount of human and material costs are required. This paper introduces an automatic offline detection technology for hydrostatic electric control bulldozers. Through specific operations, it can trigger the detection program based on MATLAB/Simulink embedded in the walking program, which can not only realize continuous loading of hydraulic system. With the unloading, the pressure maintenance and impact are achieved, and the entire pressure range of the whole working condition is covered, the testing of the hydraulic pipeline is more sufficient, and the efficiency of the offline detection is greatly improved.

基于STM32双向水压力同步加载系统的研究

摘要: 水压传动安全、防爆、无污染,在土木工程试验中常常采用水压力加载控制装置实现应力载荷的模拟。双向水压力同步加载系统可以模拟更为复杂、真实的载荷状况,在抗震三轴试验中具有非常重要的作用。该文针对双向水压力加载系统开展研究,利用步进电机+水压缸设计了双向水压力加载装置,在此基础上以PC为上位机、STM32为控制器完成测控系统设计,采用交叉耦合同步控制算法实现了双向加载的同步控制,最后输入同步加载波形以实验的方式验证了方案的可行性。该文提出的基于STM32双向水压力同步加载系统其输出水压力范围为0~1000 kPa,具有成本低、同步控制精度高等的优点。

Research on Bidirectional Synchronous Water-pressure Loading System Based on STM32

Abstract: Water-pressure transmission is safe, explosion-proof, and no pollution. In geological engineering tests, water-pressure loading control device is often used to simulate the stress load. Bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system can simulate more complex and real loading conditions, which plays a very important role in the triaxial test. A bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system is studied, using the step motor and the hydraulic cylinder to setup the loading device. System design taking PC as a host computer and STM32 as a controller is completed and the cross coupling algorithm is used to realize the synchronous control. The feasibility of the project is verified by experiment at last. In this paper, the proposed bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system based on STM32 can range from 0 to 1000 kPa, which has the advantages of low cost and high synchronization control accuracy.

风机风量调整电液伺服系统模糊PID控制器设计

摘要:引风机作为火电厂的重要辅助设备,多在高温、高压、强振动等恶劣环境下工作,对液压控制系统的可靠性和稳定性要求很高,因此调节引风机风量的电液伺服控制系统也必须具有较高的控制性能。通过设计基于模糊控制的PID控制器,用以提高系统的控制性能。与不加控制器和加入常规PID控制器对比分析,采用模糊PID控制在保证系统稳定的基础上,提高了系统的响应速度和控制精度。

Abstract: As an important auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant, many of them work under the harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure and strong vibration, the reliability and stability of the hydraulic control system are very high, so the electro-hydraulic servo control system of adjusting the air volume of the induced draft fan must have high control performance. The PID controller based on fuzzy control is designed to improve the control performance of the system. Compared with the controller and PID controller, Fuzzy PID control is used to improve the response speed and control accuracy of the system.

V形节流阀口瞬态空化特性研究

摘要: 采用Fluent中修正后的RNG k-ε湍流模型、壁面函数、Z-wart空化模型对滑阀V形节流口的空化特性进行数值计算。结果表明:V形阀口产生空化的主要原因是:油液在快速流经阀口时受到了强烈的剪切作用,导致内部微小气泡被释放出来,V形节流槽斜面逐渐生长起来的气泡在节流边脱落,这主要与边界层的分离现象有关。背压对气穴现象有明显的抑制作用,背压较高时空泡的脱落周期变短、空化范围明显减小,气穴位置移向靠近阀芯处。

The Study on Transient Cavitation Characteristics of the Valve Port with V-grooves

Abstract: The modified RNG k-ε turbulence model, wall function, and Z-wart cavitation model in Fluent are used to calculate the cavitation characteristics of the valve port with v-grooves. The result shows that the hydraulic oil fast-flowing through the valve port is subjected to intensive shearing, which resulting the release of tiny bubbles. The growing bubbles shed in the bevel of throttling grooves with v-grooves, which is related to the boundary layer separation. The back pressure has an obvious inhibitory effect on the cavitation phenomenon. As the back pressure is relatively high, the shedding cycle of the cavitation is shorter, the cavitation range decreases obviously, corresponding the position of the cavitation is moved to the valve spool.

The Effect of Balance Valve on the Stability Characteristic of Lifting Balance Circuit

Furthermore, the effect of balance valve structure parameters to the stability characteristic of circuit is researched. And the result of the research gives the theory evidence to the choose of balance valve.

Fault Analysis of Hydraulic Electromagnetic Valve for an Aircraft

Abstract: As an important component of hydraulic control system for the aircraft, the smoothing operation of the hydraulic electromagnetic valve plays a crucial role in aircraft safety. As for the fault problem of the wing flap for a certain aircraft, the fault phenomenon of the flap is analyzed in this paper. Based on the working principle of the hydraulic system, the performance of the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is detected, and the fault is reproduced. Further, the reason of the fault of the electromagnetic valve is determined. Moreover, an engineering guideline is proposed for routine maintenance of the flap hydraulic system.

摘要: 针对推土机上大流量多路阀因液动力大导致操纵力大的问题,设计了一种新型液压助力阀。该阀具有结构紧凑、操纵省力、控制精确等优点。根据实际工作条件分析了液压助力阀的结构和工作原理,并利用AMESim软件搭建该阀的仿真模型,得出模拟工况下的特性曲线。仿真研究表明,液压助力阀可以满足工程实际要求,阀口正开口度和圆形控制孔口直径对液压助力阀的响应特性有重要影响。研究工作为液压助力阀关键参数设计和性能预测提供了模型和数据支持。

Design of a New Hydraulic Support Valve

Abstract: In response with over-large control forces caused by great hydraulic powers from large-flow multiway valves of bulldozer, we designed a whole-new hydraulic support valve. Such valve has many advantages like compact structure, easy to operate and precise control. And according to actual working condition, we also made a series of analysis on structure and operation principle of such valve. And relying on AMESim, we successfully built up a simulation model accordingly and achieved a characteristic curve under simulation working condition. A series of simulation studies show that such valve can meet related engineering requirements. Besides that, the two factors-degree of valve-port positive opening and diameter of circular control orifice have great impacts on response characteristics of such support valve. The above research work has provided a series of useful models and data for subsequent key-parameter designing and performance predicting work.

摘要: 该文针对配流盘卸荷槽,尤其是圆弧形卸荷槽加工,提出利用车铣复合的新功能代码G68.1,建立三维空间平面,再利用功能代码G02实现空间平面内的圆弧插补加工,最后通过使用专用V形刀具就可以加工任意弧型卸荷槽,满足设计要求。

Processing Analysis on Circular Arc Unloading Groove of Piston Pump Spherical Valve Plate

Abstract: In this paper, a new function code G68.1 is proposed, which is used for the unloading groove of the valve plate, especially the circular arc unloading groove, and the three-dimensional space plane is established, and then the function code G02 is used to realize the circular interpolation in the space plane, finally, the arbitrary arc-type unloading groove can be machined by using the special V-shaped tools cutter to meet the design requirements.
