气动产品标准体系及标准指标比对研究

摘要:该文简要介绍国内外气动行业标准化发展现状,阐述了气动产品标准体系及标准指标比对研究的基本情况。以气缸产品为例,介绍了国际、国外和国内现行的主要标准情况及其现状。并将气缸产品的国际标准和行业标准进行试验方法和技术要求的标准指标对比,得出我国行业标准和国际标准在气缸产品标准指标方面的差异性。

Abstract: This article analyzes the current development status of pneumatic products standardization at home and abroad, and describes basic situation of research on standard system and standard index comparison of pneumatic products. A cylinder is taken as the sample, the general situation of domestic and overseas standards of cylinders are introduced, and the difference of standard index comparison between international and industry standards is found, which involves the test method and technical requirements.

浮子引导阀与燃油电磁阀联合测试装置的设计

摘要: 针对新机列装使用单位后,普遍缺乏燃油附件地面检测设备的现实问题,设计研发了一套燃油电磁阀与浮子引导阀联合测试装置。该文在简要介绍燃油电磁阀与浮子阀基本工作原理的基础上,详细说明了加输油测试系统和电控系统的组成与工作原理,给出了电控系统硬件和软件部分的实现方法。样机实际使用表明:该测试装置能够满足俩型燃油附件所有性能指标的测试要求,完全达到了设计目标。

Design of Joint Test Device for Fuel Solenoid Valve and Float Pilot Valve

Abstract: In view of the fact that the new aircraft units are used, it is common to lack the fuel accessory inspection equipment. A set of combined test equipment for fuel solenoid valve and float pilot valve is designed. This paper briefly introduces basic work in fuel solenoid valve and the the float valve on the original, detailed description of the composition and principle of plus oil test system and electric control system, gives the realization method of hardware and software. The practical application shows that the test equipment can meet the test requirements of two fuel accessories, fully meet the design goals.

液压支架用大流量安全阀的阀芯结构改进及流场仿真分析

摘要: 大流量安全阀的阀芯卸油孔的合理设计对其性能的影响比较大,阀芯卸油孔设计太大,会对出口处的密封圈产生非常大的冲击,减少阀的使用寿命;若阀芯卸油孔的面积设计小,流量达不到设计要求,当顶板突然来压时,安全阀不能快速卸荷,从而对立柱影响非常大。因此,对于传统的单排卸荷口,设计出了双排出油孔的阀芯结构,将两种阀芯流道模型在Fluent软件下仿真,由速度和压力云图可知双排卸油孔安全阀阀芯性能更好。

Flow Field Simulation Analysis and Spool Structure Improvement of Large-flow

Relief Valve for Hydraulic Support

Abstract: The reasonable design of the oil discharge hole of the spool of the large flow relief valve plays an important role to its performance. Valve core oil discharge hole design which is too large will have a great impact on the sealing ring at the exit and reducing the service life of the valve; If the valve core out of the hole area design is small, the flow can not meet the design requirements. When the roof suddenly come to pressure, the safety valve can not be quickly unloaded. Thus the impact on the column is very large. Therefore, for the traditional single row unloading port, the spool structure with double discharge holes is designed. The two spool flow model is simulated under the Fluent software. The speed and pressure nephogram show that the performance of the double row oil unloading hole safety valve spool is better than the single drain hole.

某恒定压装置设计计算及仿真研究

摘要: 根据某型主燃油机械液压系统的技术要求,采用电液伺服阀产生控制油供往伺服燃油泵控制腔,某型主燃油机械液压系统需设计一个恒定压装置,该恒定压装置输出4MPa的定压油,电液伺服阀对4MPa定压油进行调整,并输送到伺服燃油泵从而对伺服燃油泵的工作状态进行控制。基于上述的要求,介绍了某恒定压装置的功能、性能要求和结构原理,从而对某恒定压装置进行设计计算及仿真研究,总结了恒定压装置的适用范围,对恒定压装置特性的研究具有一定的参考和指导意义。

Design Calculation and Simulation Research of a Constant Pressure Device

Abstract: According to the requirements of a certain type of main fuel mechanical hydraulic system, the Electro-hydraulic servo value control oil supply to the servo fuel control chamber, a main fuel mechanical hydraulic system requires to design a constant pressure device, and this constant pressure device can output 4 MPa constant pressure oil, electro-hydraulic servo value 4 MPa constant pressure oil to be adjusted and delivered to the servo fuel pump to control the working status of the servo fuel pump. Based on the above requirements, the function, performance, requirements and structural principle of a certain constant pressure device are introduced. The design calculation and simulation research of a constant pressure device will be carried out. The applicable range of constant pressure device is summarized. Research has some reference and guiding significance.

小型电磁插装阀流量-压差特性研究

摘要:该小型电磁插装阀可作为换向阀的先导阀使用,其流量-压差特性直接影响主阀的换向性能。论文完成了插装阀的流道设计,对插装阀的流道压差进行了计算。因为小型电磁插装阀流道结构较复杂,流体多次拐弯,其流道沿程及局部压力损失计算是否可行,需通过仿真和试验进行验证,该文建立了插装阀流道的三维模型,在流体仿真软件Fluent中对其流量-压差特性进行了仿真分析,搭建了电磁插装阀流量-压差特性试验台,通过试验验证了计算和仿真分析在该类小型阀中只适用于流体流速较小的情况,对该类小型阀的设计有参考价值。

Research on Small Solenoid Cartridge Valve Flow-presssure Characteristic

Abstract: The small solenoid cartridge valve is used in driving hydraulic shift valve, the characteristic of flow-pressure directly affect shift valves commutation performance. In this paper, the design of fluid channel is finished, the design calculation of cartridge valve pressure differentials is done. Due to the complicated structure of the small solenoid cartridge valve, it is necessary to verify the flow path and local pressure loss calculation through simulation and experiment, the three-dimensional model of cartridge valve fluid channel is established, The characteristic of flow-pressure is investigated using commercial software, Fluent, The test bench of solenoid cartridge valve is established, the flow-pressure characteristic is tested, the test shows that the calculation and simulation analysis are only applicable to low flow velocity in this kind of small valve. It provides a reference for the design of the small valve.

摘要:该文详细阐述了PIV的构成、工作原理和发展历程,介绍了PIV在旋涡泵性能测试试验中的应用。PIV测试技术是当今流体力学研究中比较尖端的一项技术,具有传统流体测量技术所没有的测量精度高、操作简便等优点。经试验验证,该试验台能够达到旋涡泵性能测试的目的,具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract: This paper elaborates on the composition, working principle and development history of PIV, and introduces the application of PIV in the performance test of vortex pump. PIV test technology is a relatively advanced technology in the research of fluid mechanics. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and easy operation compared to traditional fluid measurement technology. It has been verified by experiments that it can achieve the purpose of vortex pump performance test and has a good promotion value.

飞行器舵面模拟负载系统的设计研究

摘要:为模拟飞行器舵面的负载特性,为地面试验提供技术支持,该文提供了一种可实现舵面负载模拟系统的设计方法:利用弹簧钢板的弯曲力矩模拟舵面铰链力矩,通过调整弹性钢板压板位置改变系统结构刚度,通过增减惯量盘实现转动惯量的调整。经过试验验证,该系统与真实舵面负载特性保持一致,具有良好的工程应用价值。

Design and Research of Simulated Load System for Vehicle Rudders

Abstract: In order to simulate the load characteristics of vehicle rudder and provide technical assistance for ground tests, this paper provides a design method of air rudder simulation load system. The bending moment of steel spring plate is used to simulate the hinge moment of rudder, the structural stiffness is changed by adjusting the position of elastic plate, and adjusting moment of inertia is realized by increasing or decreasing the inertia disk. The test results show the system is consistent with the rudder load characteristics and has good engineering application value.

反渗透海水淡化中脉动能的利用方法及特性研究

摘要:提出了利用脉动能交换器将反渗透海水淡化技术与喷雾干燥制盐技术进行耦合,通过海水淡化与制盐的联合生产来实现节能降耗和浓盐水零排放的新方法。搭建了脉动能交换器的实验平台,研制出了旨在将反渗透海水淡化中脉动高压海水的不利脉动转化为喷雾干燥制盐中所需的有利脉动的脉动能交换器;并对脉动能交换器在不同的工作压力下的工作特性进行了探究,实验结果表明该方法是有效的。

Study on Utilization Method and the Properties of fluctuation Energy in Integrated

Technology of Seawater Desalination and Salt Making

Abstract: A new method of energy saving and zero discharge of concentrated salt water was presented by coupling the reverse osmosis seawater desalination technology with spray drying and salt making technology through the power converter. An experimental platform for the power converter was built, and the power converter was developed to transform the adverse pulsation of the fluctuating high pressure seawater in the reverse osmosis seawater desalination SWRO into the favorable pulse needed for spray drying. The properties of the power converter under different working pressures were explored. Its results showed that the method was effective.

装载机行走静液压传动系统特性仿真与试验研究

摘要:静液压传动装置已被逐渐用于装载机的行走系统中,是由液压泵和液压马达组成的闭式液压传动系统。该文分析了装载机静液压传动系统的组成及工作原理,针对某4吨装载机研究了一种单泵-双马达行走静液传动系统。在AMESim环境下建立仿真模型,分析了静液压传动系统的特性。此外,还提出了一种针对单泵-双马达静液传动系统的变量调节规律,并将该规律在已经构建模型的基础上进行了仿真模拟。进行了某4吨装载机牵引特性试验,将仿真结果与整机试验进行对比,从而验证了静液传动系统仿真和变量调节规律的正确性。

Simulation Analysis and Experimental Study on Characteristics for Loader Traveling

Hydrostatic Transmission System

Abstract: Hydrostatic transmission has been gradually used in the loaders traveling system, which is a closed hydraulic transmission system composed of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor. The composition and working principle of the hydrostatic transmission system is analyzed in this paper and a hydrostatic transmission system with a single pump and dual-motor has been studied for a 4 ton loader. A simulation model is established under AMESim environment in order to analyze the characteristics of the hydrostatic transmission system. A variable regulation law for the single pump and dual-motor hydrostatic transmission system is proposed, and the law is simulated on the basis of the constructed model. The traction characteristic test of a 4 ton loader was carried out, and the simulation results were compared with the whole machine test to verify the correctness of the simulation and variable adjustment law of the hydrostatic transmission system.

液压破碎锤换向阀空蚀问题分析

摘要:以出现空蚀问题的某型号液压破碎锤为研究对象,利用AMESim软件,搭建了液压破碎锤的仿真模型,并通过仿真研究,得到该型号液压破碎锤冲击活塞、换向阀的运动规律,以及活塞腔的压力变化曲线。仿真结果显示,活塞处于打击点时,换向阀已经关闭, 换向阀存在提前换向的现象,该液压破碎锤锤体活塞和换向阀的动作未能较好的匹配。通过分析活塞与换向阀运动规律,换向阀提前换向使活塞后腔产生负压。为此修改模型参数,将换向信号孔内径减小,达到消除提前换向和后腔负压的目的。当锤体活塞打击钎杆时,换向阀仍有2.64 mm的开度,能让高压油进入活塞后腔。应用实际后,空蚀问题得到解决,且冲击性能得到提高。

摘要: 针对乙烯空分装置离心式空气压缩机在夏季使用时经常发生自动保护停机故障,分析出其产生原因是发动机冷却系统能力不足,不能满足空气压缩机组散热要求,导致循环水温度高。通过对冷却系统进行技术改造,消除了压缩机停机故障,提高了设备的使用效率,保障了机组的正常运行。

Abstract: The automatic protection stop failure of the centrifugal air compressor for the ethylene air separation unit is often occurred during the summer use, the reason is that the engine cooling system is insufficient, cant meet the air compressor heat dissipation requirements, the temperature of circulating water is high. Technological transformation of the cooling system is carried out, the compressor down failure was relieved, improve the use efficiency of the equipment, ensure the normal operation of the unit.

自动化轻气炮中单向阀的分析与设计

摘要:分析了单向阀在自动化轻气炮中的作用原理并提出了设计要求,利用AMESim软件对轻气炮和单向阀进行建模,采用控制变量法研究阀体直径、入口直径、弹簧刚度和弹簧预压缩等参数对轻气炮系统性能和单向阀响应特性的影响,总结出各参数对充气时间、延时开启时间、弹簧平衡位置等参数的影响规律。根据轻气炮设计要求选择了单向阀阀体直径8mm,入口直径4mm,弹簧刚度55N/mm,初始压缩1.6mm为制造参数,并根据该参数设计了套筒活塞式单向阀的机械模型。

Analysis and Design of Check Valve for Automated Light Gas Gun

Abstract: The function and design requirements of check valve in automatic light gas gun are analyzed. The light gas gun and the check valve is modeled in AMESim software, the control variable method is used to study the effects of valve body diameter, inlet diameter, spring stiffness and spring precompression on the performance of the light gas gun system and the response characteristics of the check valve. The influence of the variables on the inflating time, the delay opening time and the balance position of spring are summarized. Valve body diameter 8 mm, inlet diameter 4 mm, spring stiffness 55 N/mm, initial compression 1.6 mm are selected as the manufacturing parameters of the check valve, and the sleeve piston check valve is designed according to the engineering requirements.

过盈配合公差对镶嵌式机械密封性能的影响研究

摘要:采用有限差分和有限元相结合的方法,通过建立耦合模型,分析镶嵌式流体动压型机械密封的配合公差对密封性能的影响。通过计算表明,选定的四种配合公差对机械密封的密封性能影响较小;配合公差对密封性能的影响与镶嵌结构和材料有关。针对该次计算结果和日常使用所遇到问题,建议在满足安全裕量的情况下,宜选取低级别的配合公差,并确保用于过盈连接的金属与密封环材料具有相同或非常接近的膨胀系数;针对过盈配合连接件内部的残余应力问题,可先对组件进行热处理,经处理后再对密封端面进行研磨。在经过上述处理后,可大大降低镶嵌式机械密封由于过盈而导致的失效风险。

The Influence of Interference Fit Tolerance on Mosaic Type Mechanical

Seal Performance

Abstract: By combination of finite difference and element method, the mathematic model was developed. The effect of the interference fit on mechanical seal performance was analyzed. It is found that the performance has been less affected by the fit tolerance. And the performance was concerned with the structure of interference fit and the material of the mechanical ring. Based on the calculating data and problems in use of the mosaic hydrodynamic mechanical seal, it is suitable to select the low level coordination tolerance and it has adequate safety allowance. The material of the metal and seal ring should maintain the same or close coefficients of expansion. For the problem of the residual stresses of the mosaic structure, the mosaic mechanical seal should undergo heat treatment first. Lap the surface of the mechanical seal ring after heat treatment. By taking these effective measures, the risk of the sealing failure can be significantly reduced.

摘要:该文立足于工厂实际,以YOTCGP650型液力偶合器为例,进行了调速型液力偶合器的故障监测系统的设计研究。该文设计了调速型液力偶合器故障监测系统,包括测试参数的选择、测试点的确定、硬件的配置、故障标准的确定,基于LabVIEW软件开发了调速型液力偶合器的故障监测平台。目的在于减少故障发生率,节省维修费用和维修时间,以提高调速型液力偶合器的工作效率和运行可靠性。同时,为调速型液力偶合器的管理和维修人员提供参考,能够产生巨大的潜在经济效益,具有巨大的研究价值和现实意义。

Abstract: This paper is based on reality and it is studies and designs the fault monitoring system of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling taking YOTCGP650 hydrodynamic coupling as an example. it designs the fault monitoring system of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling. it includes selection of test parameters, determination of test points, configuration of hardware, determination of failure standards and it develops the fault monitoring platform of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling based on the LabVIEW software. The aim is to reduce the rate of failure, save the maintenance costs and maintenance time in order to improve the working efficiency and reliability of the variable speed hydrodynamic coupling. Meanwhile, it provides reference for management and maintenance man and it produces huge potential economic benefits, great research value and practical significance.

摘要:该文建立了某型号列车高速齿轮箱轴端直通式迷宫密封3-D模型,通过CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)雷诺平均Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程及k-ε湍流模型数值仿真了迷宫密封流场变化情况并分析了迷宫密封的机理。总结了高速齿轮箱迷宫密封应用及研究现状,针对前人对高速齿轮箱迷宫密封空腔流场及密封结构的研究结果,提出了当前研究所存在的问题并对高速齿轮箱迷宫密封进一步发展趋势进行探讨。以期为高速齿轮箱迷宫密封应用与研究提供参考。

Summarize on the Labyrinth Seal Research for High Speed Gear Box

Abstract: This study build a 3-D model of train high speed gearbox shaft end straight-through labyrinth sea, and the Reynolds average Navier-Stokes (N-S) equation and k-ε turbulence model of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was utilized to numerically calculate the flow field changes and seal principle were obtained. In addition, the high speed gear box labyrinth seal application and research status was analyzed. We put forward the problems existing in the research institute after summarizes the research of labyrinth seal cavity flow field and the sealing structure by predecessor. This paper for the further research and application of high speed gear box labyrinth seal to provide the reference.

聚氨酯材料液压密封的磨损加速试验方法浅析

摘要: 采用针盘式往复摩擦仪和液压密封测试机对聚氨酯液压密封进行耐磨性能分析,与现场实际磨损情况进行比较,来确定液压密封的磨损加速试验方法;但是采用液压密封测试机有显著压缩量,采用降低磨损的变色和氧化铝颗粒液压油经往复型针盘式摩擦仪测试则密封面的磨损加速系数2.1~3.4。此实验有益于液压密封耐磨加速实验损设计和PU密封件设计。

The Brief Analysis on Accelerated Wear Testing  Method of Polyurethane Hydraulic Seal

Abstract: The wear characteristics of polyurethane (PU) hydraulic seal were tested by seal tester and a pin-on-plate reciprocating tribo-tester, and compared to field data. Although a significant compression set was observed, the discolored lubricant and the lubricant with alumina particles used for testing using the pin-on-plate reciprocating tribo-tester. The height decrease data showed that the wear was accelerated by factors of 2.1~3.4 and the experiment could be available for designing of reliable accelerated life testing for hydraulics.

平面式机械密封的密封特性分析

摘要:针对机械密封系统的密封性和使用寿命短的问题,根据平面机械密封结构原理建立几何模型,利用数理分析、ANSYS应力分析以及样机试验数据分析对平面机械密封性能的影响因素进行判定。分析结果显示:对于密封腔内径为76.2 mm的孔径,弹簧比压设定为0.24 MPa,摩擦系数应小于0.05,当密封腔内压力高达35 MPa时,密封环相对转速应小于60 r/min,当密封腔内压力减小至15 MPa时,密封环相对转速可达100 r/min,如能合理调节弹簧比压、密封面摩擦系数、密封腔压力以及密封环相对转速,可大大提高密封系统的使用寿命。

Sealing Performance Analysis of the Plane Mechanical Seal

Abstract: According to the problem of the sealing and service life of mechanical seal system, the geometrical model was established according to the principle of plane mechanical seal structure, and the influence factors of plane mechanical seal performance were determined by mathematical analysis, ANSYS and prototype test data analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the diameter of the chamber diameter of the sealed cavity is 76.2 mm, the spring ratio is 0.24 MPa, and the friction coefficient should be less than 0.05, when the pressure in the sealing chamber is as high as 35 MPa, the relative speed of the sealing ring should be less than 60 r/min. When the pressure in the sealing chamber is reduced to 15 MPa, the relative speed of the sealing ring can reach 100 r/min. If the pressure of spring ratio, the friction coefficient of sealing surface, sealing chamber pressure and the relative speed of the sealing ring can be adjusted reasonably, the service life of the sealing system can be greatly improved.
