液控单向阀的气穴旋涡现象和流量分析

摘要:应用Fluent软件对液控单向阀内部的流道进行三维模拟仿真,得到其在卸载时的压力分布、速度分布矢量图和带有速度分布矢量的压力分布图,分析了空化旋涡产生和影响,并对液控单向阀的阀芯周围的通油孔的数量进行了优化改进,发现通油孔数目的增加可以使旋涡区域的压强增加,减小了产生空化的可能,并随着通油孔数目的增加减小了阀芯节流口处的最大流速,并且使出口处的流量增加,为液控单向阀的设计提供了理论依据。

The Cavitation Vortex Phenomenon and Flow Analysis of the Pilot

Controlled Check Valve

Abstract:The application of Fluent software on the inside of the pilot controlled check valve internal 3D simulation,get the unloading pressure distribution, velocity distribution vector diagram and with the pressure of the velocity vector distribution, and analyzes the influence of cavitation vortex phenomenon, quantity of oil hole and valve control valve on the liquid around the optimized, found the number of oil hole can increase the pressure of eddies increases, reduced cavitation is possible, and as the number of oil hole increase to reduce the maximum velocity at the orifice of the valve, and the outlet of the flow increases, provides a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic control valve.

超临界二氧化碳高压反应釜釜体及密封结构研究

摘要:针对用于间歇式微孔发泡的超临界二氧化碳高压反应釜在高压环境中易出现破裂、过量变形以及漏气等问题,根据发泡需要达到的压力、温度以及高压反应釜的结构,运用有限元仿真软件对超临界二氧化碳高压反应釜进行仿真分析,得到反应釜的釜体和密封结构在设计压力(32 MPa)作用下的应力应变云图。研究结果表明:在设计压力作用下,反应釜釜体会产生一定量的变形,但变形量较小,最大应力出现在封头与筒体的连接处,小于材料的屈服极限,满足强度要求;泛塞封封唇处的直径小于弹簧直径,封唇与内壁的接触应力大于设计压力,满足密封要求。

Study on the Autoclave Body and Seal Structure of Supercritical Carbon

Dioxide Autoclave

Abstract: For supercritical carbon dioxide autoclave used for intermittent microcellular foaming in high pressure environment prone to rupture, excessive deformation, leakage and other problems, according to the pressure, temperature required by foaming and the structure of reactor, using finite element simulation software to analysis supercritical carbon dioxide autoclave, obtain the stress and strain of kettle body and sealing structure of reaction kettle under the design pressure (32 MPa). The results show that: under the design pressure, the body of autoclave experience a certain amount of deformation, but the deformation is smaller, the maximum stress occurs at the junction of head and shell,less than the yield limit of the material, meet the strength requirements; the diameter of seal lip on the spring energized seal less than the diameter of the spring. The contact stress of sealing lip and inner wall is greater than the design pressure, meet the requirements of the seal.

不同结构参数对水润滑滑动轴承动压效应的影响

摘要:水润滑滑动轴承在水液压柱塞泵/马达、潜水电机等海洋水下机械装备中应用广泛,其性能好坏对整机可靠性具有重要影响。对水润滑滑动轴承动压效应进行了理论分析,基于Reynolds方程建立了轴承动压效应的数学模型并通过有限差分法进行数值求解,系统分析了偏心率、半径间隙、宽径比等不同结构参数对轴承水膜压力分布、偏位角以及承载力的影响规律。仿真结果表明:水膜最大动压值及承载力随偏心率的增加而增大,偏位角则随偏心率的增加而减小;半径间隙的增大会使轴承承载力近似呈线性减小;增大宽径比有助于提高水膜动压承载能力,但承压增幅将不断减小。为水润滑滑动轴承的设计选型以及高可靠水液压元件、潜水电机等水下机械装备的研制提供参考。

The Influence of Structure Parameters on the Dynamic Pressure Effect of

Water-lubricated Journal Bearing

Abstract: Water-lubricated journal bearings are widely used in water hydraulic piston pumps/motors, submersible motors and other marine underwater mechanical equipment, their performance have important influence on the reliability of the whole machine. The paper analyzed the dynamic-pressure effect of water-lubricated journal bearings theoretically. Based on the Reynolds equation, established the mathematical model of dynamic-pressure bearing capacity and numerically calculated the dynamic pressure effect by use of finite difference. Analyzed the impact of journal bearings eccentricity, radius gap, as well as wide-diameter ratio on the water-film pressure distribution, yaw angle and bearing capacity. The results shown that with the increasing eccentricity, the maximum water film and bearing capacity were increased while yaw angle is decreased. The increasing radius gap will make the bearing capacity decrease approximately linearly. The increasing ratio of width and diameter is helpful to improve the dynamic loading capacity, but the increased range will decrease continuously. Not only it provides a reference for the water-lubricated journal bearings design and selection, but also advantages the development of high reliable water hydraulic pumps/motors, submersible motors and other underwater mechanical equipment.

节流槽个数对滑阀阀芯热变形的影响

摘要:针对节流温升及进出口压差导致滑阀阀芯变形引起卡滞的问题,采用FluentWorkbench分析软件对具有U形节流槽的滑阀、全周开口滑阀的液-固温度场和阀芯热变形进行数值计算。结果表明:在阀口附近及流束冲击壁面有局部高温,由此导致的阀芯变形量达数微米,最大可达到配合间隙(一般10μm左右)的50%。随着U形节流槽个数的增加,阀芯的变形量也会随之增大。全周开口时,阀芯变形量最大,滑阀阀芯的变形可能直接导致卡紧现象。当油液压力单独作用于阀芯时,其导致阀芯发生的变形量非常小,基本可以忽略不计。

Influence of the Throttle Groove Number on the Valve Spool Thermal Deformation

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of stagnation caused by the deformation of the valve spool caused by the temperature rise of the throttle and the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet, the solid-liquid temperature filed and spool thermal deformation ina spool valve with U-notch or full opening were figured by using the united softwares Fluent and Workbench. The result revealed that the highest temperature took place on the solid wall near the orifice and the impingement wall of the flowof the valve. The maximum deformation of the spool caused by the local high temperature could amount to several microns and could reach 50% of the matching clearance. With the increasing number of U-notches, the deformation of the spool would increase. When the spool valve was fullcircumference opening, the deformation was the largest and the deformation of the valve spool may directly cause the clamping phenomenon. When the flow pressure acted on the spool independently, the spool deformation was small and negligible.

附加压力切断阀的液压缸缓冲结构分析

摘要: 附加压力切断阀的液压缸缓冲装置是一种在环形间隙式缓冲装置的基础上增加一个压力切断阀的缓冲结构。液压缸进入缓冲阶段利用缓冲套与端盖之间的间隙,油液流过间隙时缓冲腔产生背压,通过压力切断阀限制缓冲腔的最高压力,达到平稳缓冲的目的。

The Buffer Structure Analysis of Hydraulic Cylinder with Pressure Cut-off Valve

Abstract: Buffer device of hydraulic cylinder with pressure cut-off valve is based on a kind of annular clearance buffer structure, adding a pressure cut-off valve. At the stage of buffering, the oil in hydraulic cylinder cross the gap between buffering sleeve and the cover, and set up pressure in buffer cavity. Meanwhile, pressure cut-off valve limit the highest pressure of buffer cavity to reach the purpose of smooth buffer.

二维(2D)活塞泵的设计与静力学仿真研究

摘要: 介绍了二维(2D)活塞泵的结构和工作原理,采用二维泵的技术,通过空间凸轮驱动,将活塞的周向旋转运动转化为活塞的轴向往复运动。同时在旋转的过程中,活塞槽和配流窗口实现了自配流工作;通过对二维泵进行了静力学分析和仿真,找到了凸轮受力变形量的范围、应力位置和应力大小;通过分析仿真结果,验证了此次结构设计的合理性,同时对凸轮的变形磨损问题进行定性分析,为后续更深入的研究与优化做了基础性工作。

Design and Statics Simulation Study of Two-dimensional (2D) Piston Pump

Abstract: The structure and the operating principle of the two-dimensional (2D) piston pump is introduced. Using the 2D pump technology, the circumferential rotation of the piston is transformed into the axial reciprocating motionthrough the drive of the space cam. In the meanwhile the piston slot and the flow window have realized self-distributionin the process of rotation. Then the range of the deformation, stress position and stress size of the cam are foundthrough the statics analysis and simulation of the two dimensional pump. Last The through the simulation results, the rationality of the structural design is verified, and the deformation and wear problems of the cam are qualitatively analyzed which is a basic work for further research and optimization.

基于Ansoft的盘式磁力耦合器的仿真研究

摘要:盘式磁力耦合器是一中新型的传动装置。根据盘式磁力耦合器的机械结构和工作原理,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对盘式磁力耦合器进行了三维建模和仿真分析,得出的磁感应强度云图和涡流密度矢量图验证了仿真设置的正确性,绘出了输出转矩与永磁体轴向长度、气隙和导体盘厚度所能传递力矩的影响曲线。为盘式磁力耦合器的设计提供了参考。

Simulation Research of Disc Magnetic Coupling Based on Ansoft Maxwell

Abstract:  Disk magnetic coupler is a new type of transmission device. According to the mechanical structure and working principle of disk magnetic coupler. using Three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis of disk magnetic coupler are carried out by using Ansoft Maxwell software. The magnetic induction intensity contours and eddy current density vector images validate the correctness of the simulation setup, and the influence curve of the output torque and the transmission moment of the axial length, air gap and the thickness of the conductor plate are drawn. This paper provides a reference for the design of disk magnetic coupler.

调速型液力偶合器叶片有限元分析

摘要:叶轮叶片作为调速型液力偶合器主要的传动途径,该文立足于实际,以YOTCGP650型液力偶合器为例,开展调速型液力偶合器叶轮叶片的有限元分析.研究调速型液力偶合器各叶片的受力和变形情况,找出叶片受力和变形最大的部位,为调速型液力偶合器的叶片优化修型和维修提供参考和指导,能够产生巨大的潜在经济效益,具有巨大的研究价值和现实意义。

Abstract:  Impeller blade is the main transmission way of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling. This paper is based on reality and it is analyzed by finite element taking YOTCGP650 hydrodynamic coupling as an example. It studies the force and deformation of each blade for variable speed hydrodynamic coupling and finds the largest part of the force and deformation of the blade. it provides reference for optimization and modification of blade and maintenance man and it produces huge potential economic benefits, great research value and practical significance.

摘要: 对影响比例电磁铁吸力的结构因素进行分析,确定衔铁端面与极靴端面的距离、极靴内侧锥面端部半径、衔铁锥面和极靴内侧锥面的锥角三个因素作为研究对象。建立比例电磁铁的二维模型,利用ANSOFT软件进行仿真研究,得出上述三个因素对比例电磁铁吸力影响的具体结论。设计正交试验来验证仿真的结果,试验结果与仿真结果相符,所得结论可以用于指导比例电磁铁结构设计。

Structure Factors Study on Influencing Proportional Solenoid Suction

Abstract:  Structure factors influencing suction of proportional solenoid were analyzed. The distance between end surface of the armature and end surface of the pole shoe, the radius of inner conical surface of the pole shoe, and the cone angle of conical surface of the armature and the pole shoe were considered as the study objects. Established 2d model of proportional solenoid, and used the software ANSOFT to do simulation research. Some specific conclusions were obtained that how three factors effected on suction of proportional solenoid. Designed orthogonal tests to verify the simulation results, and the test results were consistent with the simulation results. The conclusions can be used to guide the structure design of proportional solenoid.

干式螺杆真空泵转子热力耦合分析与冷却系统优化

摘要: 针对单齿等螺距渐开线型干式螺杆真空泵,采用有限元热力直接耦合的方法,在同时施加三种冷却结构的情况下,得到螺杆真空泵阴、阳转子的温度场和形变分布。计算结果表明:螺杆真空泵阴、阳转子温度场分布和形变分布近似相同;温度由进气端到排气端逐渐升高,转子径向形变由转子齿根圆向齿顶圆逐渐增大,轴向形变与未施加冷却结构的转子形变相比降低了约95%。另外,根据螺杆真空泵实际工作过程中泵壳生锈腐蚀、转子腐蚀磨损以及输送易燃易爆的危险气体等众多问题,将原本的直接水冷却系统改为间接水冷却系统,进一步延长真空泵的工作寿命,填补国内螺杆真空泵技术空白。

The Thermal-coupling Analysis and Cooling Structural Optimization of

Dry-type Screw Vacuum Pump

Abstract: For the single-tooth pitch involute dry-type screw vacuum pump, the finite element method of direct thermal-coupling analysis is used to establish a 3D model to obtain the temperature distributions and deformations of male and female rotors with three cooling structure. The numerical results show that the temperature distributions and deformations of two rotors are similar. The temperature gradually increases from inlet to outlet, the radial deformations gradually increases from dedendum circle to addendum circle, the axial deformations reduces about 95% compared with the rotors without cooling structure. In addition, according to some problems in the working process of the screw vacuum pump such as the pump casing corrosion and rust, rotors corrosion and wear, conveying inflammable and explosive dangerous gas and so on, optimize the cooling system to further extend the working life of the vacuum pump and to make contribution to the development of domestic vacuum pump.

多自由度教学机械手电气控制系统的研究

摘要: 针对传统电气、液压、气动等教学知识的抽象性,为方便学生能够更好地掌握知识,设计了一种基于电气传动式的教学机械手教具。介绍了气动式教学机械手的基本组成结构、控制要求,重点分析了机械手工作原理、气动回路、电气原理图、PLC梯形图及I/O分配表等,并利用三菱编程软件进行编程实验仿真。课堂实验验证了该教学工具及电气控制设计合理,并能够达到实际教学的要求。

Research on Electrical Control System of Multi-DOF Teaching Manipulator

Abstract:  Aiming at the abstraction of traditional electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other teaching knowledge, it is convenient for students to master knowledge better. A teaching tool for teaching manipulator based on electric transmission is designed. The basic structure and control requirements of pneumatic teaching manipulator are introduced, and the working principle, pneumatic loop and electrical schematic diagram of the manipulator are emphatically analyzed. The PLC trapezoid diagram and I/O distribution table are used to simulate the programming experiment. The classroom experiment proves that the design of the teaching tool and electrical control is reasonable and can meet the requirements of practical teaching.

汽车自动传动液电性能研究

摘要: 简要介绍了新能源汽车的发展趋势及对汽车自动传动液用油情况的影响,对自动传动液电性能进行详细分析,通过试验研究了不同基础油、添加剂以及氧化程度与电导率的关系。结果表明,自动传动液中基础油和添加剂的组成对油品电导率会产生一定的影响,并且油品的电导率会随着氧化老化的程度不断增加。

Abstract:  This paper briefly introduced the development trend of new energy vehicles and its impact on the use of automatic transmission oil, detailed analysis the electrical properties of the automatic transmission oil, study on the conductivity relationship between different base oils, additives, and oxidation degree. The results show that the composition of the base oil and additives in the automatic transmission fluid will have a certain influence on the conductivity of the oil, and the conductivity of the oil will increase with the degree of oxidation aging.

摘要:伺服液压缸要求具有低摩擦、高动态响应、低速无爬行等特性,普通接触型动密封伺服液压缸中密封件导向件的选用是关键因素之一。该文分析了伺服液压缸低速爬行原因,指出了克服爬行的措施,介绍了一种无油润滑导向件——DU套,搭建DU套伺服液压缸低速特性实验台,进行了直驱式泵控和伺服阀控两种低速实验,验证了DU套伺服液压缸良好的低速稳定性。

Study on Slow Moving Performance of Hydraulic Servo Cylinder

For ordinary contact dynamic sealing hydraulic servo cylinders, selection of seal guides was one of the key factors. This paper analyzed the causes of hydraulic servo cylinder crawling at low speed, pointed out the measures to overcome crawling, introduced an oil-free guide part——DU sleeve, set up DU sleeve hydraulic servo cylinder low speed characteristic test bench, carried out direct drive pump control and servo valve control experiments, verified the good low speed stability of DU sleeve hydraulic servo cylinder.

Abstract: The role of tilting mechanism is to ensure the working reliability of removable framework for supporting the upper roller. To former hydraulic system, the removable framework will not be controlled under the condition of breakage of hydraulic pipeline. A new hydraulic system is designed and analyzed, and pilot-controlled check valves are installed on tilting hydraulic cylinder. The long run of bending machine indicates that the safety and the working reliability of removable framework are improved.

一种水轮机新型检修密封的研制

摘要: 水轮机是水轮发电成套设备的主机,它与水轮发电机、电站控制设备、励磁系统、调速器等配套使用,组成水力发电站的主体。水轮机检修,主要指的是检查和维修水轮机,使水轮机得以正常的工作。随着科技的发展,水轮机的一些问题逐渐显露出来。目前,水轮发电机组采用的检修密封多采用带充气接头且空心的橡胶条结构。该结构基本能满足中、低水头水电站发电机组检修要求,但由于带充气嘴导致制造工艺复杂,采用中空结构造成承压能力较低,壁厚相对单薄存在破裂的风险,可靠性较低。对于高水头水电站,由于水压较高,该类型的检修密封难以满足使用要求。该文论述了一种水轮机新型检修密封的研制,弥补现有检修密封的不足。

Development of a New Type Overhaul Seal for Hydraulic Turbine

Abstract: The hydraulic turbine is the main engine of the complete set of hydroelectric power generating equipment. It is used in conjunction with hydro-generator, power station control equipment, excitation system, governor and so on, forming the main body of the hydropower station. Turbine overhaul, mainly refers to the inspection and maintenance of the turbine, so that the turbine can work properly. With the development of science and technology, some problems of hydraulic turbine gradually appear. At present, the overhaul seal of hydroelectric generating set is mostly hollow rubber strip structure with inflatable joint. The structure can basically meet the maintenance requirements of the generator set of low water head hydropower station, but because of the complicated manufacturing process caused by the inflatable nozzle, the pressure bearing capacity of the hollow structure is lower, the wall thickness is relatively thin and has the risk of rupture, and the reliability is low. For high water head hydropower station, because of high water pressure, this type of overhaul seal is difficult to meet the requirements. This paper deals with the development of a new type of overhaul seal for hydraulic turbine, which makes up for the deficiency of the existing overhaul seal.

挖掘机机电液联合仿真技术研究

摘要:通过AMESimSimulink联合仿真技术,可充分发挥AMESim针对液压、机械仿真建模优势,以及与Simulink实现复杂电控逻辑开发的优势,大大加快了挖掘机电控系统的开发进度。该文介绍了一款21吨挖掘机的AMESim机构模型搭建、液压系统建模,及与Simulink联合仿真的过程。通过联合仿真和实际测试数据的对比分析,不仅完善了物理模型,而且发现了控制策略中的一些缺陷并使其得以优化。同时有效地确定了控制程序中的基本参数,大大降低了下一步整机调试的风险,加快了调试进度。

Abstract: The development progress of the electronic control system of the excavator is greatly accelerated through the joint simulation technology of AMESim and Simulink, which can fully utilize the advantages of hydraulic and mechanical simulation modeling with AMESim, and realize the development of complex electronic control logic with Simulink. This paper introduces the construction of a 21-ton excavator AMESim mechanism model, hydraulic system model, and the joint simulation with Simulink. Through the comparative analysis of joint simulation and actual test data, not only the physical model is perfected, but also some defects in the control strategy are found and optimized. At the same time, the basic parameters in the control program are effectively determined, which greatly reduces the risk of the next machine debugging and speeds up the debugging progress.

电液步进液压缸在结晶器调宽系统的应用

摘要: 在钢坯连铸生产过程中,结晶器在线快速调宽技术是提高生产效率和金属收得率的关键。对现有的几种结晶器调宽方式进行了对比分析。对电液步进液压缸的结构特点、工作原理、特性及应用进行了详细介绍。设计了一种基于电液步进缸控制的结晶器调宽系统。改进后的结晶器调宽系统可以满足在线快速调宽要求,电控系统采用开环控制,简单可靠。具有控制精度高,响应速度快,抗干扰能力强,易于维护和故障率低等特点。经过一年半的热负荷运行,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。

Application of Electro-hydraulic Stepping Cylinder for Mould Width Adjustment

Abstract: In the production process of billet continuous casting, the rapid width adjustment of mould on line is the key to improve production efficiency and metal yield. Several methods of width adjustment of mould are compared and analyzed. The structure, working principle, characteristics and application of electro-hydraulic stepping hydraulic cylinder are introduced in detail. The improved mould width adjustment control system can meet the requirements of online rapid width adjustment with high control accuracy, fast response speed, strong anti-interference ability, easy maintenance and low fault rate. Electronic control system adopts open loop control, simple and reliable.

Influencing Analysis of Reservoir Pressurization System Fault on the
