五柱塞往复泵曲轴轴承的多体动力学分析

摘要:为了研究高压工况下柱塞往复泵曲轴轴承的动力学性能,联合应用ADAMSAMESim软件建立五柱塞往复泵机液耦合作用的多体动力学模型,并采用ANSYS软件对曲轴做柔性化处理,最终建立计算数据动态传输的柱塞往复泵虚拟样机模型。研究结果显示:曲轴两端同型号轴承在同工况下的运行轨迹并非完全相同,且轴承保持架径向偏移区域主要位于柱塞液压力作用方向;滚子与内外圈的接触力为一对相互作用力,且滚子与保持架之间的碰撞力非常小。该文通过建立五柱塞往复泵虚拟样机模型,可以获得往复泵曲轴滚动轴承的内部动态特性,对其优化设计、故障诊断具有指导意义。

Multi-body Dynamics Analysis of Crankshaft Bearings for Five

Plunger Reciprocating Pump

Abstract:In order to study a plunger reciprocating pump crankshaft bearing dynamic characteristics under high pressure conditions, ADAMS and AMESim software are used to establish the mechanical-hydraulic coupling multi-body dynamics model of the five plunger reciprocating pump. The crankshaft is treated flexibly by ANSYS software and virtual prototype model is built by the calculating data dynamic transmission between them finally. The results show that there are differences between the two ends of the crankshaft with the same type of bearing in the same working condition, and the radial displacement of the cage is mainly located in the direction of the plunger hydraulic pressure; The contact force between the roller and the inner and outer rings is approximately a pair of interaction forces and periodically fluctuates, and the impact force between the roller and cage is very small. In this paper, a virtual prototype model of reciprocating five plunger pump is established, and the internal performance of reciprocating pump crankshaft rolling bearings can be obtained, and has guiding significance for its optimization design and fault diagnosis.

应用蓄能器实现液压支腿自适应柔性支撑

摘要:在工程车辆中,常用双作用油缸与液控单向阀组成液压支腿实现对工程车辆的支撑作用。在工程应用中,认为液压油是不可压缩的,液压支腿对车辆的支撑接近于刚性支撑。在某些工况下,车辆希望液压支腿提供柔性支撑,即液压支腿提供的支撑力在一定的范围。本文介绍一种简易方法,通过对原液压回路进行适当改造,增加蓄能器以实现液压支腿的自适应柔性支撑。

Adaptive Flexible Steady Implemented by Hydraulic Outrigger with Accumulator

Abstract: Hydraulic outrigger assembled by double acting cylinder and pilot operated check valves is usually used to sustain engineering vehicles. In engineering industry, hydraulic oil is usually considered as incompressible, and the vehicles sustained by hydraulic outrigger are close to rigidity. On some conditions, hydraulic outrigger is supposed to be flexible by vehicles which means hydraulic outrigger can provide variable sustain force. A simple method which is adding an accumulator to make hydraulic outrigger be an adaptive flexible steady on the original hydraulic principle by appropriate alteration is introduced in this paper.

密封用铜垫片氧化过程分析及合金元素对其抗氧化性能的影响

摘要:铜在高温条件下极易氧化,而铜的氧化物不具备保护性,当向纯铜中加入合金元素后将不同程度的提高铜的抗氧化性,延长其使用寿命。该文主要研究了6 N铜在673 K不同氧化时间的表面形貌及在573 K-873 K温度范围内的氧化动力学曲线,同时介绍了不同合金元素对铜高温抗氧化性能的影响。

Analysis of Oxidation Process of Copper Gaskets for Sealing and Influence

of Alloy Elements on Oxidation Resistance

Abstract:  Copper is easily oxidized under high temperature conditions, but copper oxides are not protective. The addition of alloying elements to pure copper will increase the oxidation resistance of copper in different degrees and extend its service life. In this paper, the surface morphology of 6 N copper at different oxidation times at 673 K and the oxidation kinetics curves in the temperature range of 573 K-873 K are studied.At the same time, the influence of different alloying elements on the high temperature oxidation resistance of copper is also introduced.

基于Fluent的静压轴承结构优化及温度特性研究

摘要: 针对静压轴承油膜温升问题,在原有的矩形油腔基础上提出了梯形油腔结构。建立两种油腔流体模型,并利用ANSYS Fluent软件,在相同的转速、相同的油膜厚度及相同的油腔承载面积下,探索分析了两种油腔油膜的温度场,并总结两种腔形油膜的温度分布规律。分析结果表明:相同面积下,梯形油腔流体油膜的温升明显低于矩形油腔流体油膜的温升。即证明将矩形油腔改进为梯形油腔有利于静压轴承的降温,为轴承结构优化提供了依据。

Study on Structure Optimization and Temperature Characteristics of Hydrostatic

Bearing Based on Fluent

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of oil film temperature rise of hydrostatic bearing, a trapezoidal oil chamber structure is proposed based on the original rectangular oil chamber. Two mathematical models of oil cavity fluid are established. Using ANSYS Fluent software, the temperature fields of the two oil films were explored and analyzed under the same rotational speed, the same oil film thickness and the same bearing area. And summarized the temperature distribution of two kinds of cavity oil film. Result show that the temperature of the oil film of the trapezoidal oil chamber is significantly lower than that of the rectangular oil chamber under the same conditions. It is proved that the improvement of the rectangular oil chamber to the trapezoidal oil chamber is beneficial to the cooling of the hydrostatic bearing, which provides the basis for the structural optimization of the bearing.

直驱式小型往复泵流量特性分析及优化

摘要:应用单向阀配流的直线驱动往复泵中,柱塞高频运动时单向阀吸排油动作对泵系统流量存在很大的影响。当泵系统的柱塞频率为100 Hz时,研究了单向阀对往复泵整体流量特性的影响规律,并对泵系统的关键参数进行优化。建立球阀的压力、流量和动力特性,以及应用该类型单向阀进行配流的往复泵系统的模型。将泵系统参数带入所建的模型后仿真,往复泵能完成吸排油。同时对泵参数进行优化,在减小泵闭死容积后,可加速压差的建立,延长吸排油周期。使出口单向阀弹簧刚度低于入口单向阀刚度,有助于改善单向阀的响应,减小出口单向阀的流量倒灌,使泵吸排油性能更好。

Flow Characteristics Analysis and Optimization of Linear Driving Minitype

Reciprocation Pump

Abstract:  In the linear driven pump applying check valves to rectification, the suction and discharge oil motion of check valve has the significant influence on reciprocation pump flow characteristics in a high piston frequencies. At 100Hz piston frequencies, the influence of check valves on the reciprocation pump flow characteristics is studied, and the key parameters of the pump system are optimized. The pressure, flow and dynamic property of ball poppet are established, and the pump system utilizing this type of check valves is modeled. The pump can suction and discharge oil when pump system parameters are taken in the model. Optimize the pump parameters. Reducing pump dead volume can speed up the establishment of the differential pressure and prolong the cycle of suction and discharge. Make export check valve spring stiffness is lower than the inlet check valve stiffness can improve the response of the valve, reduce the flow backward of export check valve, make the oil discharge performance better.

工业源VOCs减排过程与阀门密封的研究

摘要: 根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》的指引精神,分析当前大气污染现状和近几年大气环境治理的效果;诠释当前VOCs减排政策规划和十三五期间的减排目标,研究工业排放对大气环境的影响;探讨工业排放源流体设备的无组织排放特点;介绍阀门主要泄漏点的逸散特征,研究填料密封形式和低逸散技术、阀门中腔密封元件的设计选型、以及阀座密封结构特性与材料应用;解读国际成熟的工业VOCs排放标准和实验鉴证程序。

Research on the Process of VOCs Emission Reduction from

Industrial Sources and Valve Seal

Abstract:According to the guiding spirit of the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, this paper analyzes the current situation of air pollution and the effect of air pollution control in recent years, annotates the current VOCs emission reduction task plan and the emission reduction targets during the 13th Five-Year Plan, studies the impact of industrial emissions on the atmospheric environment. This paper discusses the characteristics of fugitive emission of valves used in fluid equipment, which is one of the industrial pollutant emission sources. This paper introduces the emission characteristics of the main leakage points of the valve, studies the packing seal form and fugitive emission technology, the design and selection of the sealing element in the valve cavity and the sealing structure characteristics and material application of the valve seat; This paper interprets the internationally mature industrial VOCs emission standards and experimental verification procedures.

城轨被动式液压制动系统可靠性分析

摘要: 主要介绍了城轨被动式液压制动系统的使用工况和工作原理;为提高系统可靠性,建立城轨被动式液压制动系统失效的故障树。根据故障树的相关理论,可以计算出城轨被动式液压制动系统的故障概率,并提出提高系统可靠性的措施。以上结果可以作为提高城轨被动式液压制动系统的可靠性和安全性的理论依据。

Reliability Analysis of Passive Hydraulic Braking System for Urban Rail Vehicle

Abstract:The paper mainly introduces the applying working condition and working principle of passive hydraulic braking system for urban rail vehicle, and establishes the fault tree of passive hydraulic braking system to improve system reliability. The failure probability of the passive hydraulic brake system for urban rail vehicle is obtained according to related theories of fault tree, and the measures to improve the reliability of the system are put forward. These results can become theoretical basis for improving the reliability and safety of passive hydraulic braking system for urban rail vehicle.

高液位控制阀节流槽流量特性和稳态液动力仿真研究

摘要: 节流槽在高液位控制阀实现液位控制功能时起到提高流量和压力控制精度的重要作用,为研究节流槽的流场在开关过程流量、压力的变化规律,掌握节流槽启闭的流量特性和稳态液动力规律,该文通过运用Solidworks软件建模,利用Fluent软件建立标准k-ε湍流模型对节流槽的流场进行了仿真,研究了流体流向为正方向和反方向时的节流槽流场。根据仿真数据,分析了不同切割角的圆缺型节流槽的流量与开度、压力的关系,为节流槽的设计和优化提供了理论依据。

Simulation Study on Flow Characteristics and Steady Flow Force of High Level

Control Valve Throttling Groove

Abstract:  Throttling groove plays an important role in improving the level of flow and pressure control when the liquid level control function is realized, In order to study the flow grooves and master grooves flow and steady flow force of law, This article through the use of solidworks software, using Fluent software to establish the  standard turbulence model of throttling groove flow simulation, study on the fluid flow throttling groove flow field as the positive and reverse direction. According to the simulation data, analysis of the relationship between the different cutting angle of segmental type grooves flow and opening pressure and provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of grooves.

Analysis and Study on Failure Mechanism of Mechanical Seals in Running

摘要:该文分析了渐开线外啮合斜齿轮流量计出现困油现象的根本原因,并且从理论上推导出消除困油现象的重合度公式,最终得出渐开线外啮合圆柱斜齿轮流量计不发生困油现象的临界螺旋角。按照临界条件建立流量计模型,并利用PumpLinx仿真软件对渐开线外啮合圆柱直齿轮流量计和渐开线外啮合圆柱斜齿轮流量计的流量脉动进行比较,说明渐开线外啮合圆柱斜齿轮流量计在减少流量脉动性上的优越性。

The Study on the Pulsation of a Involute External Gear Cylindrical Helical Gear Flowmeter

Abstract:  The paper analyzes the involute external gear cylindrical helical gear flowmeter appear the root cause of the phenomenon of trapped oil, and deduces to the formula of contact ratio in theory to eliminate the phenomenon of trapped oil, finally it is concluded that the critical helix Angle of involute external gear cylindrical helical gear flowmeter when without the phenomenon of trapped oil. Flowmeter model is established according to the critical condition, and take advantage of the PumpLinx simulation software to compare the flow pulsation of involute external gear cylindrical spur gear flowmeter with involute external gear cylindrical helical gear flowmeter, to introduce the superiority of involute external gear cylindrical helical gear flowmeter in reducing of the flow pulsation.

摘要: 该文通过实验的方法研究了转速对国产某型叶片泵配流盘摩擦副摩擦特性的影响。使用与泵的转子和配流盘相同的材料与工艺制作实验装置来模拟摩擦副的摩擦,利用摩擦试验机来采集摩擦系数,使用电子测微天平对摩擦前后试样的质量进行称重,对比数据并进行摩擦磨损分析,得到配流盘的摩擦系数和磨损率随着转速的增大而增大的结论。

Effect of Rotating Speed on Friction Characteristics of Vane Pump Friction Pairs

Abstract:  In this paper, the influence of rotational speed on the friction characteristics of valve plate pairs of a vane pump is studied experimentally. Using the same material and technology as the rotor and valve plate of the pump to simulate the friction of the friction pair, using the friction tester to collect the friction coefficient, using the electronic microbalance to weigh the sample before and after friction, comparing the data and analyzing the friction and wear, the friction coefficient and the friction coefficient of the valve plate are obtained. The wear rate increases with the increase of rotational speed.

摘要:复合驱动钻机绞车滚筒高低速离合器排气时间较长,针对这个问题,文章从滚筒离合器控制系统组成及原理为切入点,重点阐述了离合器充排气时间分析计算和气控系统方案的设计优化及试验,得出了本着对气控系统计进行小改动而实现缩短滚筒离合器排气时间的有效措施,满足油田使用要求,并为后续同类钻机滚筒离合器控制系统设计提供理论和试验依据。

Designing Optimization of Air Control System of DW Drums High/Low Speed

Abstract: The exhaust time of the high & low speed drum clutch of the combined drive rigs is much longer. Aiming at this question,this paper presents the control system composition and principle of the drum clutch as a breakthrough point. Then analysis and calculation on clutch charging time and exhaust time, and the optimal design and test of the air control system are mainly discussed. Thus, the effective measures to shorten the exhaust time of the drum clutch based on the small change of the air control system are obtained, which meet completely needs of oil field. And it presents theoretical and experimental basis for the design on the follow-up similar roller clutch control system.

油液混合动力液压挖掘机原理及系统研究综述

摘要:该文从混合动力能量源的组成、系统结构型式、能量回收与释放方式等方面阐述了液压挖掘机混合动力系统原理,并对比分析其各自的特点。将油液混合动力液压挖掘机系统以能量释放方式分为扭矩耦合式、流量耦合式的油液混合动力系统,分析其系统原理及控制方法,总结其节能原理及技术难点。在流量耦合式油液混合动力系统分析中,以合流位置的不同,将其分为泵前供油与泵后合流的流量耦合,并针对不同能量源产生的流量耦合问题,阐明基于蓄能器—液压缸型式的油液混合动力系统原理及特性。油液混合动力液压挖掘机的发展方向包括开发适应挖掘机作业工况的高性能且高性价比的新元件、优化能量管理策略及对能量回收对象的进一步研究。

Principle and Overview of Hydraulic Hybrid Excavator System

Abstract: In this paper, the principle of hybrid hydraulic excavator system is expounded and analysis from the aspects of the components of hybrid energy sources, the system structure and the way of energy recovery and release. Base on the way of energy release, the hydraulic hybrid excavator system is divided into torque-coupling type and flow-coupling type, analyzing their principle and control method to summarize the energy saving principle and technical difficulties. The flow-coupling type is also divided into oil supply type and oil confluence type base on the position of the confluence. The principle and characteristics of hydraulic hybrid excavator system base on accumulator-hydraulic cylinder is also discussed aiming to solve the problem of flow-coupling. According to the above, the development directions of hydraulic hybrid excavators are proposed, such as developing more high performance and cost-effective new components to suit the operating conditions of excavators, optimize the energy management strategy and further research on energy recovery objects.

摘要: 在彩涂板生产线中,板带纠偏装置是保证板带中心与印花机或热覆膜机对齐的关键装置,它是由电液伺服系统驱动,从而控制纠偏装置对齐板带。在实际应用中发现纠偏装置无法精确的控制纠偏辊的位置,尤其是在板带高速运行的时候,针对这个问题,对电液位置伺服系统进行了分析,在AMESim的基础上建立模型,通过对仿真结果的分析,为纠偏系统的设计和匹配提供了依据。

Analysis and Simulation of Electro- hydraulic Servo System for Belt

Abstract:  In the color plate production line, the strip correction device is to ensure that the center of the strip with the printing machine or thermal laminator alignment of the key device, which is driven by the electro-hydraulic servo system to control the correction device to align the plate. In the practical application, it is found that the correction device can not precisely control the position of the correction roller, especially when the plate is running at high speed. The analysis of the simulation results provides the basis for the design and matching of the correction system.

Research on Limit Switch for Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract:  This thesis studies a kind of two-stage telescopic cylinder with three oil port which can be controlled by sequence. This kind of cylinder can extend from the biggest bore to the smallest bore and retract from the smallest bore to the biggest bore. The pipe that connects the cylinder will not move with the movement of cylinder. Compared with normal sequence-controllable cylinder, the oil port of this new design is one less and cost effective. This new cylinder can also improve the safety factor.

泵控马达速度伺服系统建模与仿真分析

摘要: 泵控闭式系统工作效率高且油液不易被污染,因此大功率伺服系统都乐于采用此种控制方式。特别是电液比例变量泵和定量马达组成的闭式液压控制系统,在泵控闭式系统中最为常见。该文运用MATLAB软件Simulink模块和Simscape模块,建立了交流电动机驱动的电液比例变量泵控定量马达恒速控制系统时域仿真模型,取得了较好的仿真效果。通过仿真验证了泵马达流量耦合特性、负载突变干扰和变量泵输入转速扰动等因素对恒速控制性能的影响;并分析了电液比例方向阀和电动机驱动的模型简化对仿真性能的影响。

Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Speed Servo System with Pump

Controlled Hydraulic Motor

Abstract: Because of the high efficiency and the oil is not easy to be polluted, the high power servo system is willing to adopt pump controlled closed system. In particular, the closed hydraulic control system composed of the electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement pump and the fixed displacement motor is the most common. In this paper, the Simulink module and the Simscape module of MATLAB are used to establish the time domain simulation model of the constant speed control system. The variable pump is driven by the AC motor. The simulation result of time domain model is desirable. By simulation, the influence on constant speed control performance by flow coupling of pump and hydraulic motor, load disturbance and variable pump input speed disturbance is verified. The influence on model simplification of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and AC motor is analyzed.
