反渗透海水淡化动力转化方式浅析

摘 要:反渗透法是应用最广的海水淡化技术之一,成本控制和污染排放是这种技术面临的最大挑战。动力系统作用是将能源转化成海水的压能,在预处理、反渗透及能量回收等设备可以自主生产的情况下,动力系统是成本控制和减轻污染应重点研究的问题。该文对现有动力转化方式的归纳与分析,并提出了一些值得关注的研究方向。

AbstractReverse osmosis desalination is the most popular desalination technology, cost and contamination is the biggest challenge of reverse osmosis desalination. The function of power system is to convert energy sources to pressure; study focus is power system, while pretreatment equipment, RO module and energy recovery equipment etc. can be manufactured independently. The way of power conversion is summarized and analyzed in this paper, additionally studies needed for developing RO technologies are suggested.

往复轴用阶梯圈的台架试验及其寿命研究

  要:该文以往复轴用阶梯圈为研究对象,利用往复密封试验台架,测试了不同密封圈材料和不同工况条件下往复轴用阶梯圈的泄漏量、磨损率和挤出宽度等,研究了材料配方、试验压力和往复速度对轴用阶梯圈寿命的影响,并对密封失效原因进行了分析。结果发现,往复密封轴用阶梯圈具有良好的动密封性能,特别是高压下密封性能更佳。材料配方、试验压力和往复速度是影响往复轴用阶梯圈使用寿命的三个重要因素。

The Study on Life and Bench Test of Step-seal for Reciprocating Shaft

AbstractWith the step-seal used on reciprocating shaft as study target, the leakagewear rate and extrusion width were tested with different sealing material at different working condition by reciprocating seal test equipment. The effect of sealing materialtest pressure and reciprocating velocity on life of step-seal were studied. The cause of sealing failure was analysed.The result showed that the dynamic seal performance of step-seal was good, especially at high pressure. The sealing material formulatest pressure and reciprocating velocity were three key factors which affected the life of step-seal.

基于AMESim液压系统管路动态特性的研究

   要:该文对液压系统管路的动态特性开展研究,理论推导了管路谐振频率、管路传递矩阵等主要参数的计算表达式。引入基于AMESim软件的时域、频域分析方法,通过对经典管路水锤现象进行时域、频域对比分析,证明AMESim软件能有效的模拟管路的实际情况,并能真实的反映管路在时域和频域内的动态特性。在此基础上,将该方法应用于液压伺服系统液压源与伺服阀之间长管路的动态特性分析当中,探索管长、管径及管厚与管路谐振频率及相位差之间的关系。分析结果表明:随着液压管道长度的增加,管路谐振频率显著降低,相位差增大,系统响应时间变长;随着管道内径的增加,管道压力幅值比增加,而谐振频率及相位差变化不大;管道厚度对系统动态特性影响较小。该研究可为液压系统管路设计提供参考。

The Research on Pipeline Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic System based on AMESim

AbstractThis paper studied the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system pipeline, the arithmetical expression of pipe line resonance frequency, the transfer matrix were deduced.Through analyzing the phenomenon of water hammer in time domain, frequency domain, introduced the analytical method in time domain and frequency domain based on AMESim software,proofed that AMESim software could effectively simulate the actual situation of the pipeline, and reflect the real line dynamic characteristics in time domain and frequency domain.On this basis, analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the long pipe between hydraulic source and servo valve of hydraulic servo system by using this method, explored the relationship between the length, diameter, thickness of pipeline and the resonance frequency and phase difference of it.Analysis results show that:With the increase of hydraulic pipe length, pipe resonant frequency decreased significantly,but the phase difference and system response time increased;With the increase of pipe diameter, pipe pressure amplitude ratio increased significantly,the resonance frequency and phase difference changed a little;Pipe thickness had smaller influence on the system's dynamic characteristics.The study can provide reference for hydraulic system pipeline design.

阀控液压缸动力机构通用传递函数建模与分析

  要:根据力平衡和输出功率的关系定义了阀控液压缸的负载压力和负载流量,针对非匹配的阀控液压缸动力机构存在的压力突跳现象进行了分析,建立了阀控液压缸的传递函数模型,该模型具有通用性,分析了建模中的假设条件和建模误差,给出了阀控液压缸通用数学模型的适用范围。

AbstractAccording to the force balance law and the power matching of power mechanism, one form of definition of load pressure and load flow is given. On this basis, the pressure surge property of the unmatched valve-controlled cylinder is studied. A unified transfer function model is built to solve such kind of valve-controlled cylinder system. At the same time, the range of model application is presented according to the hypothesis condition and modeling error.

丘陵山地拖拉机四轮转向同步液压系统动态特性仿真

  要:针对某丘陵山地拖拉机转向功能要求,设计了一种四轮转向同步液压系统,介绍了丘陵山地拖拉机四轮转向同步液压系统的工作原理,基于AMESim建立了四轮转向同步液压系统的仿真模型,对转向系统转向过程的动态特性进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:四轮转向同步液压系统能够实现前轮转向和四轮转向两种模式,可以根据需求切换转向模式;采用四轮转向时,齿轮同步器能够按比例分配流量,即根据前后转向液压缸对流量的需求进行流量分配,从而使前后转向液压缸的活塞杆基本同时到达终点,实现转向同步。

Simulation on Dynamic Characteristics of Four Wheel Steering

AbstractAccording to the functional requirements of the steering system in hillside tractor, a kind of four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system is designed for the hillside tractor and its working principle is introduced. The simulation model of four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system is established based on AMESim. Meanwhile the dynamic characteristics of steering system are analyzed through the simulation results. It is found that front wheel steering and four wheel steering can be achieved through the four wheel steering synchronous hydraulic system, and these two steering modes can be switched flexibly according to the operating conditions. In this hydraulic system, the gear synchronizer could distribute the flow of front and rear steering hydraulic cylinders according to the demands of the mode of four wheel steering. Thereby, the piston rod of front and rear steering cylinders both reach destinations at the same time. Thus steering synchronization is achieved.

高温风机用机械密封装置及系统的设计研究

  要:针对高温风机使用工况,进行了集装式、双端面机械密封及循环冲洗系统的设计。采用有限元分析方法计算了介质侧密封环的温度分布,理论验证了设计的准确性;机械密封装置在风机上进行了常温和高温试验,试验结果表明,设计出的机械密封装置及系统完全能满足现场使用要求。

Design Research of Mechanical Seal Device and System for the High Temperature Blower

AbstractBased on working conditions of the high temperature blower, the cartridge dual mechanical seal and circulation flushing system was designed. The temperature distribution law of the seal rings near medium was calculated by finite element method; the accuracy of the design was verified by the theory. The mechanical seal device was tested on the blower at room temperature and high temperature; the test results showed that the mechanical seal device and the system can fully meet the requirements of the site.

基于迭代学习控制电液伺服力加载系统惯性力的补偿研究

   要:电液伺服力加载系统响应快、控制精度高,被广泛地应用在各类测试装置中。惯性是物理学中最基本的概念之一,在电液伺服力加载系统中惯性力主要由质量和加速度决定,质量和加速度越大产生的惯性力也就越大。在科学实验过程中,动态加载时较大的加速度会产生较大的惯性力,惯性力会影响力加载的控制精度,从而引起实验精度的下降。绝大多数情况下,惯性力与加载力相比相对比较小,完全可以忽略。然而在高频小载荷的加载场合,由于加速度大、加载力小,此时应考虑惯性力的影响。基于此,该文分析了高频小载荷条件下惯性力对加载力的影响,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了电液伺服力加载系统的数学模型,提出采用迭代学习控制的方案实现惯性力的补偿,以土工常用的电液伺服动三轴试验仪为例开展仿真研究,研究结果表明:迭代学习控制方案能较明显地提高动态加载的控制精度。

Compensation Research on Inertial Force of Electro-hydraulic Servo

AbstractElectro hydraulic servo loading system has been widely used in various kinds of testing devices because of its fast response and high control precision.Inertia is one of the most basic concepts in Physics,In the electro-hydraulic servo loading system, the inertia force is mainly determined by mass and acceleration,The greater the mass and acceleration, the greater the inertial force.In the course of scientific experiment,In the dynamic loading, the larger acceleration will produce larger inertia force, the inertia force will affect the control precision, which will lead to the decrease of the experimental precision.In most cases, the inertia force is relatively small compared with the loading force, which can be ignored.However, in the case of high frequency and small load, the influence of inertia force should be taken into account when the acceleration is large and the loading force is small.Based on this, this paper analyzes the influence of the inertia force on the loading force under the condition of high frequency and small load, and establishes the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system in Matlab/Simulink,Iterative learning control scheme is proposed to compensate the inertia force,The simulation research is carried out on the electro-hydraulic servo triaxial test instrument which is commonly used in geotechnical engineering,The results show that iterative learning control scheme can improve the control precision of dynamic loading obviously.

一种应用于全液压型风力发电机组的液力变速器

  要:设计了一种新型的液力变速器,结合了径向柱塞式变量泵、液压马达和液力变矩器的一些优点,将变量泵和变量马达进行有效地简化、变形和集成。缩短了油路长度,减少了截面变化的节流口数量,有效地减少了液压能量的沿程损失。通过调节液压油的排量大小,能够在较大范围内调节转速比变化,并且在极低的转速下也可以正常工作。基于AMESim软件,仿真分析了变速器中单个柱塞结构在各个运动状态下的液力特性,验证了新型变速机构的合理性。

Hydraulic Transmission for Full Hydraulic Type Wind Power Generating Set

AbstractThis paper designed a hydraulic transmission model, which combines the advantages of radial piston variable pump, hydraulic motor and hydraulic torque converter, so that variable pump and variable displacement motor can be effectively simplified,deformed and integrated.The length of the oil path is shortened, the number of the orifice of the cross section is reduced, and the loss of the hydraulic energy is effectively reduced.By adjusting the size of the displacement of hydraulic oil, speed ratio can be adjusted in a large range, and this model can work at very low speed.Based on the AMESim software, the hydraulic characteristics of a single piston structure in the transmission are simulated and analyzed,and the rationality of the new transmission mechanism is verified.

无油螺杆式空压机排气温度高的原因分析及改进

  要:某压气站无油螺杆式空压机由于高压转子抱死造成一级排气温度超高致空压机停机。经分析,高压转子部分特氟龙涂层脱落和两端轴承振动过大存在磨损是高压转子抱死的主要原因。通过改造后置过滤器滤芯固定杆、增加反吹气压力开关、空压机通讯升级、缩短盘车周期等有效的改进措施,提高空压机运行稳定性。

Analysis and Improvement of High Exhaust Temperature for Oil-free

 Screw Air Compressor

AbstractThe primary exhaust temperature of an oil-free screw air compress in a nature gas transmission station was too high to shut down because high pressure rotor braked. The main reason of high pressure rotor braking is that part of teflon coating fall off and vibration of bearings were too seriously. After some modification works, the stability of air compressor was improved, such as increasing fixed links of post filter element, adding pressure switch of blowback air, upgrading communication system of air compressor, shortening the running cycle of air compressor.

   要:整机封焊作为冲焊型液力变矩器制造的核心,决定着液力变矩器的可靠性、动平衡精度和使用寿命。该文结合公司气体保护焊在液力变矩器中的应用,提出一种整机封焊设备,利用四枪自动焊接方式,并配合定位机构保证变矩器的同轴度,不但提升了液力变矩器整机封焊效率,而且提高了焊接质量。

AbstractAs the core of welding-type torque converter manufacture, sealing weld of overall unit has influence the reliability, dynamic balance precision and service life of torque converter. This article is concerned about the application of gas shielded welding. We design an automatic sealing weld device with four welding guns. Coordinated with locating mechanism, the device could ensure the concentricity of torque converter. Furthermore, it could raise the welding efficiency and quality for torque converter.

   要:在液压系统中,一个非常重要的组成部件就是液压胶管总成。液压胶管总成运行的可靠性与否,直接关系着整个液压系统的顺畅运行,一旦液压胶管总成出现问题,都可能造成重大安全质量事故。该文着眼于笔者本人的工作实际,在实际工作中,分析可能造成液压胶管系统总成出现问题的影响因素,并结合工作实际,提出改善液压胶管可靠性的措施和建议。

  要:冲子弹性回弹是粉末液压机在制作大部分产品过程中不可避免的现象,有效地补偿冲子的弹性回弹是加工合格部件的保证。该文介绍了在液压伺服系统的基础上采用位置控制和力控制相结合方式来控制各伺服油缸协调运动,从而来实现弹性回弹的补偿。现场功能测试表明:压制产品的裂纹问题得到了解决。

AbstractPunch springback is the inevitable phenomenon of powder hydraulic press when it produces the most of the products, effectively compensate spring back of punch is guarantee to produce qualified parts. This article introduce the method that position control combined with force control to control coordinate movement of all servo cylinders based on hydraulic servo system, thus system achieves springback compensation. Field tests show that the crack issue of the pressed product is solved.

电反馈式伺服阀控制参数半物理整定方法

  要:针对目前电反馈伺服阀控制参数整定周期长、调试效果不理想的问题,介绍一种电反馈伺服阀控制参数的半物理整定方法。采用计算机数值模型代替真实模拟电路对伺服阀机械液压部分进行实时反馈控制;通过更改虚拟参数,得到半物理最优控制参数,并以此为依据调节实际模拟电路。试验表明,该方法相比直接调节模拟电路参数的方法具有参数调节范围大、调试及观测方便、调试数据实时保存等优点,适用于伺服阀研制开发阶段的结构参数优化试验,可以快速找到与当前结构参数匹配的控制参数,为新型电液伺服元件的研制提供技术支撑。

AbstractAiming at the problem that the control parameters tuning cycle of the electric feedback servo valve is long and the tuning result is not satisfactory, the semi-physical tuning method is introduced. Real-time feedback control of the mechanical and hydraulic part of the servo valve is realized by using the numerical model in the computer instead of the real analog circuit. The tuning of the control parameters are carried out by changing the virtual control parameters. The tuning process shows that this method has the advantages of large adjustment range of control parameters, convenient adjustment and observation, and real-time preservation of tuning data compared with traditional tuning method. Especially in the research and design stage of servo valve, matching control parameters can be quickly find for different combinations of structural parameters by this method which can provide technical supports to new electro-hydraulic servo components.

AbstractFor the current hydraulic teaching test is focusing too much on the performance test of hydraulic components, a comprehensive training system is designed.The system uses Siemens S7-200 PLC as controller, uses electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and sensor technology, as well as analog closed-loop control system to achieve automatic control and stepless adjustment of the motor speed and the opening height of the gate. This paper introduces the overall scheme design, analyzes experimental content, experimental process and innovative application.The system is benefit for the students to improve practice ability and inspire innovative consciousness, as well as promote their integrative skills of applying knowledge.

线圈匝数对高速开关电磁铁响应时间影响研究

  要:线圈匝数作为高速开关电磁铁的重要参数,其值的大小会直接影响电磁铁的响应时间。过少的线圈匝数会导致电磁铁吸力不够,不能推动负载运动;过多的线圈匝数会增大电感,短时间无法使线圈电流达到最大值,同样导致电磁铁吸力不够,因此确定高速开关电磁铁合适的线圈匝数尤为重要。建立高速开关电磁铁数学模型,分析高速开关电磁铁响应时间,针对负载为20N200N,频率响应为100Hz,行程为0.4mm的高速开关电磁铁,基于Ansoft Maxwell软件分析表明:在负载一定时,存在唯一满足响应时间最短的线圈匝数,可为实际的高速开关电磁铁线圈匝数设计提供理论依据。

Study on the Influence of Coil Turns on the Response Time for High-Speed Switching Electromagnet

AbstractCoil turns is an important parameter of high-speed switching electromagnet and the value of its size will directly affect the response time of the electromagnet. Too little number of turns of the coil leads to insufficient electromagnet suction, so can't drive load movement. Excessive number of turns of the coil increases inductor , which can't make coil current peak in a short period of time, which also causes inadequate electromagnet suction. Therefore, it is very important to find the appropriate coil turns of the high speed switching electromagnet. The mathematical model of high speed switch electromagnet is established and the response time of high speed switching electromagnet is analyzed. For high-speed switching electromagnet with the loads of 20N to 200N,the frequency response of 100Hz,the stroke of 0.4mm, a analysis based on Ansoft Maxwell software show that when the load is constant, there is only the number of turns of the coil with the shortest response time, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the actual high-speed switching solenoid coil turns.
