AbstractThis paper introduces the composition and working principle of the pneumatic brake system, analyzes the current situation of the brake technology of the heavy-duty truck, and lists some test items and methods related to the safety performance of brake system of the heavy-duty truck. The failure modes, photos and characteristic curves are shared, which can provide reference for the supervision of heavy duty-truck and the quality control of vehicle and parts enterprises.

基于AMESimCNG双级减压阀动态特性的研究

  要:减压阀出口压力的稳定性是实现双燃料发动机天然气流量稳定供给的基础。基于某款CNG双级减压阀的结构及工作原理,应用AMESim数值仿真软件构建减压阀各个腔体仿真分析模型,研究减压阀压力流量特性及其动态特性;通过构建的减压阀工作测试平台,对比试验验证了仿真模型的正确性;通过改变仿真模型中各个参数的数值,研究各结构参数对减压阀动态特性的影响规律,为该减压阀的结构设计和参数优化提供理论。

Research on Dynamic Characteristics of a CNG Two-stage Regulator

Based on AMESim Software

AbstractThe stability of regulators outlet pressure provides the basis for the stable supply of natural gas flow in a diesel natural gas dual fuel engine. According to the structure and working principle of a CNG regulator, a simulation model of each cavity of the regulator is launched by AMESim software. Next, the static characteristic and dynamic characteristics of the regulator are studied. Based on the test platform built, comparative experiments are done to verify the correctness of the simulation model. Finally, the discovery of respective influence of the structural parameters on dynamic characteristics of the regulator provieds the beneficial help on design and optimization for the regulator .

基于AMESim蓄能器组的动态特性研究

  要:蓄能器具有提供能源、消除脉动、吸收液压冲击和回收能量的功能,在液压系统中具有非常重要的作用。随着液压技术的不断发展,重载、大流量的大型工程液压设备层出不穷,大容量蓄能器的需求也日益增多。然而,大容量蓄能器因惯性大、反应不灵敏,并且制造难度相对较大而制约着其发展。工程上通常采用蓄能器组代替单一大容量蓄能器,然而如何正确地选择蓄能器组最大化地发挥蓄能器的作用成了一个需要解决的问题。该文主要对多个小容量蓄能器并联构成的蓄能器组进行理论分析,建立相关零部件的数学模型,借助AMESim软件定量分析蓄能器组的动态特性,研究在不同频率加载的前提下蓄能器组的供油能力和抗管路压力波动能力。该文的研究将为选择合适的蓄能器组提供帮助。

Study on Multiple Accumulator in Hydraulic System Based on AMESim

AbstractWith the function of providing energy, eliminating fluctuation, absorbing hydraulic pulsation and recovering energy, accumulator plays an important rolein the hydraulic system. With the constant development of hydraulic technology,engineering equipment with overloading and mass flow emerges in endlessly, and the demand of large capacity of the accumulator is increasing. However, the difficulties in manufacturing of this kind of accumulator, large inertia and reaction insensitive also restrict its development.Engineering usually uses the accumulator group instead of a single large capacity of the accumulator. How to correctly choose the accumulator group and take full advantage of itneed to be solved. This article mainly discusses the theory analysis of accumulator group, which consists of small volume of accumulator, establishes relevant mathematical model, analysis the dynamic character of the accumulator group using the software of AMESim. Under the premise of the load in different frequency, study its ability of oil suppling and resisting line pressure fluctuations. This research will provide help for selecting suitable accumulator group in the future.

双联式燃油泵的结构设计及其实验研究

   要:该文介绍了双联式燃油泵的结构特征,提出了活塞与传动轴一体化设计的双活塞结构,即活塞既可改变容腔容积又能传递动力。详细阐述了双联式燃油泵的工作原理,并对样机进行了流量特性试验,得到了空载和负载流量特性曲线以及特定转速压力下的流量变化曲线。验证了双联式燃油泵的容积效率变化情况,并在特定条件下得到其容积效率曲线。

Structural Design and Experimental Study of Duplex Fuel Pump

AbstractThis paper introduces the structural characteristics of duplex fuel pump, and puts forward the double piston structure, which integrates the piston and the drive shaft, that is, the piston can change the volume of the cavity and transmit the power. And the working principle of the duplex fuel pump is described in detail. The flow characteristics of the prototype were tested, and the no-load and load flow characteristics curves and the flow rate curves under specific speed pressure were obtained. The volumetric efficiency of the duplex fuel pump is verified, and the volumetric efficiency curve is obtained under certain conditions.

AbstractTo design or optimize a hydrodynamic retarder, the CFD numerical calculation of the full fluid filling and the gas-liquid two-phase unsteady flow field was carried out. The results under typical working conditions were analyzed. The effect of main structure parameters on the braking torque was studied. The electro-hydraulic control system was simulated using AMESim and the dynamic process of oil filling was studied. The research work in this paper covered the partial key technologies of the design and calculation of hydrodynamic retarder.

Finite Element Analysis of Seal Ring on Spool with Different

Materials for Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

AbstractBased on the leakage problem of the solenoid valve spool, ANSYS finite element method is used to analyze the static structure of the valve core seal ring of different materials, and six kinds of materials commonly used in the sealing ring are calculated respectively, The maximum deformation and stress curves of them under different working conditions are obtained, which provide a reference for the selection of the sealing material of the solenoid valve spool.

GECONBR-41橡胶密封材料的改性研究

  要:研究了GECO/NBR-41复合材料的性能,对复合材料的硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐热性能、低温脆性、动态性能等进行了测试。结果表明:随着GECO并用比例的增加,复合材料的硫化速率加快,常规物理性能基本不变,耐热性略有下降,耐油性基本不变,低温性能显著改善。当GECO:NBR30:70时,复合材料的综合性能最好。

Study on Modification of NBR - 41 Rubber Sealing Material by GECO

AbstractThe properties of GECO / NBR-41 composites were studied. The vulcanization characteristics, physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance, low temperature brittleness and dynamic properties of the composites were tested. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of GECO, the vulcanization rate of the composites is accelerated, the conventional physical properties are basically the same, the heat resistance is slightly decreased, the oil resistance is basically the same, and the low temperature performance is improved remarkably. When GECO: NBR is 30:70, the composite has the best overall performance.

双螺旋摆动液压缸的设计

  要:双螺旋摆动液压缸是一种将活塞的直线运动转化为输出轴摆动的液压执行元件,它具有体积小、输出扭矩大、摆角精度高、安装方便等优点。介绍了双螺旋摆动液压缸的工作原理,推导出双螺旋摆动缸输出扭矩、输出转角的数学模型。根据一款摆动缸的性能要求,确定了摆动缸两级螺旋副的尺寸参数,并计算出摆动缸的实际输出扭矩及最大摆角。依照实验得到的数据结果,分析了摆动缸的输出扭矩与工作压力及摩擦等影响因素的关系。

Design of Double Helix Swing Hydraulic Cylinder

AbstractDouble helix swing hydraulic cylinder is hydraulic actuator which converts the linear motion of piston into swing of output rod. It has the advantages of small size, large output torque, high accuracy of swing angle and easy to assemble. Introduces the working principle of the double helix swing hydraulic cylinder, and derives the mathematical model of the output torque and the output Angle of the double helix swing hydraulic cylinder. Based on the performance requirements of one swing hydraulic cylinder,confirmed the dimensions of two level helix pair of the swing hydraulic cylinder,and calculated the actual output torque and maximum swing angle.According to the experimental data,analyzed the relationship between the output torque of swing hydraulic cylinder and working pressure , friction and other influencing factors.

一种无泄漏自补偿式液压系统设计及研究

  要:针对一种液压夹套式离合器在结合过程中的夹持压力受油温影响变化大,设计了一种无泄漏自补偿液压系统。采用了AMESim搭建液压系统模型进行仿真研究,并对产品进行试验研究。研究结果表明该系统确保离合器的夹持压力稳定在一小范围内而不受油温的影响。

AbstractThis paper introduces a no leakage and self-balance pressure Hydraulic Systemwhich is used to solve that the work-pressure of a Hydraulic metal thin-wall clutch great changes with a change in oil temperature. Through modeling and simulation of the system in AMESim, and experiment of the system, the function of the system is tested. The result of the study is that the system keeps a steady work-pressure of the clutch with a change in oil temperature.

Design of the O-ring Blowout Proof Structure for the Valve Seal

AbstractThe O-ring was blown during the experiment, which was used in the quick coupling plug with large diameter and high flow. The usability was lost caused by the accident. AbstractFor the malfunction of over heat on hydraulic system when hydraulic vehicle is employed to carrier plane on warship, using long-distance control valve on hydraulic pump is put forward. The problem of over heat on hydraulic system is conquered by using relief valve.

It has some characteristics, such as currency function, advanced technique, using convenienies, and also it offers certain reference value for the development and manufacture of similar products test-bed.

路轨两用车起升液压缸稳定性分析

  要:路轨两用车辆底盘的旋转装置是辅助车辆上下轨道的必要组成结构,而旋转装置中起升液压缸的稳定性是车辆安全上下轨道的前提与保障。为了研究起升液压缸的稳定性是否满足使用要求,该文首先基于ANSYS Workbench线性屈曲分析仿真方法对起升液压缸进行稳定性分析,求解其轴向临界屈曲载荷,查看屈曲状态,然后利用传统理论计算方法验证屈曲分析仿真方法的正确性,研究结果表明:轴向临界屈曲载荷大于实际工作载荷,起升液压缸满足使用要求,传统理论计算方法与仿真分析法相比相对比较保守,两者有12%的误差,仿真分析方法可行。研究验证了液压缸屈曲分析仿真方法的正确性,对有关液压缸的稳定性分析具有指导意义。

Stability Analysis of Lifting Hydraulic Cylinder for Rail Track

AbstractThe rotate device on the chassis of rail track is must assist device in the process of uppering and downing orbit for rail track, so the stability of lifting hydraulic of rotate device is premise and guarantee of uppering and downing orbit safely. In order to analyze whether the stability of lifting hydraulic meet quest, in this paper, based on the ANSYS Workbench linear buckling analysis simulation method, the stability of hydraulic cylinder is analyzed firstly, the axial critical buckling load and buckling state is solved, then used the traditional theoretical calculation method, the correctness of the simulation method of buckling analysis was verified. The results show that the axial critical buckling load is greater than the actual working load, the lifting hydraulic cylinder meets the requirement of using, compared with the simulation method, the traditional method is more conservative, there are 12% errors, and simulation analysis method is reliable. This study verified the correctness of simulation analysis, which has guiding significance to the stability analysis of hydraulic cylinder.

The system use heavy machinery repair personnel need to understand the causes of leakage of hydraulic cylinder, through the improvement of detection method, to construct the detection technology, in order to achieve the detection of work efficiency, satisfy the need of project work.

某型特种车辆液压系统油源回路故障模糊诊断方法研究

   要:液压系统是某型特种车辆的重要组成部分,液压系统中油源回路决定了液压系统能够正常工作。在实际过程中,油源回路会发生一种或多种故障,而故障原因往往又无法及时准确的定位,导致液压系统长时间处于瘫痪状态,严重影响装备发挥正常性能。该文结合油源回路的故障征兆,通过建立其模糊数学模型,确定了各故障征兆与故障原因之间的模糊隶属关系,从而确定了综合模糊隶属度,根据最大隶属度原则,确定了故障征兆所对应的故障原因的最大隶属度,从而判断出导致油源回路发生故障的原因,故障定位准确可靠,有效缩短了维修时间。

Study on the Fuzzy Diagnosis Method of Hydraulic System

AbstractHydraulic system is an important part of a special type of special vehicle, and the oil source circuit in the hydraulic system determines that the hydraulic system can work normally. In the actual process, the oil source circuit can produce one or more faults, and the cause of the problem is often unable to timely and accurate positioning, lead to the hydraulic system is paralyzed for a long time, the serious influence equipment normal performance into full play. Combining with oil source circuit fault symptom, through the establishment of the fuzzy mathematics model, identified the fuzzy subordinate relationship between fault signs and fault reasons, to determine the comprehensive fuzzy membership degree, according to the maximum membership degree principle, determine the fault symptoms that corresponds to the cause of the problem of maximum membership degree, so as to determine the cause of oil source circuit malfunction, accurate fault location, and effectively shorten the maintenance time.

AbstractFor extending the lifetime of the driving shaft, assemble a shaft sleeve between the contact area of drive shaft and framework oil seal. The shaft sleeve wich contact the framework oil seal uses ceramic coating to reduce surface roughness , meanwhile  improve the abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance of the parts surface. In this way, to improve the lifetime of the piston pump, and reduce the cost of manufacture.

基于CFD的轴向柱塞泵腔道设计优化

  要:该文以XB01VSO轴向柱塞泵腔道为研究对象,分析轴向柱塞泵腔道内的压力分布、速度特性等。轴向柱塞泵的腔道形状和方向变化决定了油液的流动状态,腔道的设计不合理会产生旋涡,造成油液回流,产生振动和噪声[1]。通过应用ANSYS CFX软件仿真分析结果,对轴向柱塞泵腔道进行优化改进,为轴向柱塞泵腔道的设计提供参考。

AbstractTaking the XB01VSO axial piston pump cavity as the research object, the pressure distribution and velocity characteristics of the axial piston pump cavity are analyzed. Axial piston pump cavity shape and direction of the change determines the flow of oil, cavity design unreasonable will produce a vortex, resulting in oil reflux, resulting in vibration and noise.By means of ANSYS CFX software simulation analysis results, the axial piston pump cavity is optimized and improved, which can provide reference for the design of axial piston pump cavity.
