液力变矩器闭锁过程仿真与不同摩擦副热固耦合分析

  要:通过建立液力变矩器闭锁离合器的三维流固耦合模型,计算出整体温度场,模拟了闭锁离合器滑摩过程。建立动力传动系统的数学模型,基于Simulink解析闭锁滑摩过程中的各项参数变化,计算出了滑摩功。最终利用温度场分布以及闭锁过程的滑摩功的结果,在Workbench中分析了不同摩擦副的热流场变化情况。其中闭锁过程热固耦合分析可为车辆闭锁离合器的设计研究提供重要参考。

Simulation on the Lock-up Process of Hydraulic Torque Converter and

AbstractAiming to simulate the slipping and friction process of lock-up clutch of hydraulic torque converter, a three dimensional model with fluid-solid coupling was set up to obtain the overall temperature field distribution of the lock-up clutch. By establishing a mathematical model of clutch powertrain, the variations of parameters in the slipping and friction process were analyzed based on Simulink and the friction work was calculated. Finally, the variations of thermal flow field of different friction pairs were analyzed in Workbench through the results of temperature field distribution and friction work. The thermo-solid coupling analysis of the lock-up process in this paper can provide a valuable reference for the design of lock-up clutch for engineering vehicles

轴向柱塞泵壳体的低温变形分析与结构优化

  要:现有船舶、航空、航天等国防领域对轴向柱塞泵大范围环境温度下的运行性能提出了严峻的挑战。为获取低温工况下(-40°C)柱塞泵壳体热力学性能,该文对其低温变形行为及结构优化方法展开研究。该文首先用Inventor软件对柱塞泵壳体进行三维建模,然后根据柱塞泵工作环境确立了热边界条件,建立了考虑温度场分布的壳体热变形有限元模型,并对壳体各部位的应力特性及变形行为进行分析,最后提出了柱塞泵壳体结构优化方法以降低其变形量,仿真结构采用优化的壳体结构可减少端面处(最大变形处)变形量约20%

AbstractIn military areas, e. g., ships, aeronautics and astronautics, severe challenges have been put forward to fulfill the operating performance under environment temperatures with broad range. To obtain the thermodynamics performance of the piston pump at low temperature (-40°C), the cryogenics deformation behavior and structure optimization method of the pump shell are studied in this paper. Firstly, the 3D model of the piston pump shell is established by Inventor software. Secondly, the thermal boundary condition is constructed according to the working environment of plunger pump. The thermodynamics finite element model of the shell is established considering temperature field distribution, and then the stress characteristic and the deformation behavior of the shell are analyzed. Lastly, a structure optimization method is proposed to reduce the deformation. The simulation result shows that the deformation of the end plane (the part with most deformation) is reduced by 20% with the optimization method.

高压过滤器密封性能提高优化设计

   要:作为管路供气系统中过滤元件,高压过滤器密封性能的好坏直接影响系统的工作性能。为了提高过滤器的密封性能以满足长期使用的要求,对原有的过滤器结构进行了优化设计。通过更改异形垫圈的材料和采用双密封结构,提高了过滤器的密封性能,而且产品的可靠性和寿命也得到了提高。经过试验验证了设计的合理性,为后续高压过滤器密封性能的研究提供了理论和试验依据。

AbstractAs the filter element in the gas supply system of the pipeline, the sealing performance of high pressure filter directly influences the working performance of the system. In order to improve the sealing performance of the filter to meet the requirement of long-term use, so the original filter structure is optimized. Though changing the material of the special gasket and adopting the double seal structure, the sealing performance of the filter is improved. And the reliability and life of the filter are improved, too. The rationality of the design is verified by experiment, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the after study on sealing performance of the high pressure filter.

基于有限元分析的高温推力器电磁铁的仿真设计研究

   要:高温推力器作为各类航天器姿态控制的关键部件,为卫星、火箭、导弹等的轨道姿态控制提供了重要保障。电磁铁作为推力器阀芯的电磁驱动元件,其性能在很大程度上决定了推力器的整体性能。通过有限元分析对推力器电磁铁进行仿真设计研究,获得尺寸条件限制下性能最佳的电磁铁结构设计。在理论分析的基础上,通过对比样机电磁铁的试验数据与仿真数据,为高温推力器电磁铁的研究提供了理论依据。

Simulation Design Research on Electromagnet of High Temperature

AbstractAs a key component of various spacecrafts for attitude controlling, high temperature thrusters provide important guarantee for orbit attitude controlling of satellites, rocket and missile. As the electromagnetic driving element of valve in thruster, performance of electromagnet determines the overall performance of the thruster in large extent. Though finite element analysis of the simulation study on the thruster electromagnet, obtaining the best performance of electromagnet frame design under the size constraints. On the basic of theoretical analysis, by comparing the experimental data and simulation data of the electromagnet former, the result provides a theoretical basis for the research of electromagnet in high temperature thrusters.

客车气压制动回路快放阀压力响应特性研究

   要:建立了客车气压制动回路降压过程中制动气室、快放阀等主要部件的理论解析模型,依照国际标准设计了快放阀压力响应特性测试台架;分别通过仿真与试验,从压力响应时间和稳定性两个方面重点分析了快放阀排气口气隙大小和接口直径对压力响应特性的影响。通过对比分析,仿真结果和试验数据具有良好的一致性,验证了理论解析的正确性和试验设计的合理性,可作为气压制动回路设计与研究的参考。

Research on Pressure Response Characteristics of Quick

Release Valve for Bus Air Brake Circuit

AbstractMathematical model of chamber, quick release valve and other key components are developed during depressurization process of the bus air brake circuit. The quick release valve pressure response characteristics experimental system is build with reference to international standards. Respectively by simulation and experiment, the influence of the outlet gap size and interface diameter on pressure response characteristics are analyzed from two aspects of pressure response time and system stability. By the contrast analysis, the simulation results with experimental data have good consistency, which prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the rationality of the design of experiment. The results can be used as a reference for the design and analysis of air brake circuit.

起重机变幅液压系统仿真研究

  要:为有效解决随车起重机变幅液压系统臂架颤振的现象,该文从结构和液压角度上分析了该系统颤振的原因;同时应用AMESim仿真软件,构建了变幅平衡阀及变幅液压系统的仿真模型。通过对平衡阀关键参数的研究,提出了优化方案,并在变幅液压系统仿真模型上进行了验证,确保了优化方案的可行性。仿真结果表明该方案能够有效缓解臂架颤振的问题,为实际应用中变幅平衡阀的设计及优化提供了支撑。

Simulation Research on Luffing Hydraulic System for the Truck Crane

AbstractIn order to effectively solve the flutter phenomenon of the truck crane's arm, this paper analyzes the reasons from the structure and hydraulic point of view; moreover uses AMESim to construct the hydraulic model. Through the research on the key parameters of the counterbalance valve and validating the optimization scheme, ensuring the feasibility of the optimization scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively alleviate the vibration of the arm frame, and provide the support for the design and optimization of the counterbalance valve in the practical application.

AbstractThis paper researches the finite element analysis for titanium aluminum composite sheet metal hydroforming of camera basedon ABAQUS, studied the sheet metal thickness distribution in the forming process and the reduction ratio. The thickness distribution and thinning ratio of composite metal sheet in forming process is studied by means of the explicit analysis module, and the accuracy of the model is verified.

2D比例伺服阀数字控制器的设计与研究

  要:为了提高2D比例伺服阀的动态特性,电-机械转换器起到了关键的作用。该文采用空心杯直流电机作为该阀的电-机械转换器,并设计了一款基于STM32F405为控制核心的嵌入式数字控制器,并将控制器内嵌于阀的端盖中,实现了一体化,采用电流-位置双闭环PID控制算法实现了对电机转子的定位。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现空心杯电机转子的精确定位,并有效提高2D比例伺服阀的频率响应和阶跃响应。

AbstractIn order to improve the dynamic characteristics of 2D proportional servo valve, electro-mechanical converter plays a key role. This paper uses hollow cup DC motor as the valves electro-mechanical converter, and a design based on STM32F405 as the control core of the embedded digital controller, and the controller is embedded in the valve cover, to achieve the integration, the current position of double loop PID control algorithm to achieve the positioning of the motor rotor. The experimental results show that the system can realize the accurate positioning of the rotor of the hollow cup motor, and effectively improve the frequency response and step response of the 2D proportional servo valve.

  要:随着汽轮机技术不断发展,轴承载荷和温度不断升高,同时国家、国际标准及OEM规格对汽轮机油的空气释放性和泡沫特性要求都在提升,因而该文对汽轮机油主流标准中的空气释放性和泡沫特性要求进行对比分析,说明该性能的发展趋势,同时比较空气释放性和泡沫特性测试方法的特点及区别。通过对某电厂汽轮机油空气释放性和泡沫特性监测分析,探讨其空气分离性变差的原因。

AbstractWith the development of turbine technology, the load and temperature of the bearing is more higher. At the same time, the air release and foam characteristic requirements of the turbine oil are increasing in the international standard, national standard and OEM standard.Therefore, the air release and foam characteristic requirements method of main stream standards for turbine oil are compared and analysis, including the feature and difference of both test methods. After the analysis of the air release and foam characteristic data of the power station, the cause of the air separation property deterioration of turbine oil was discussed.

  要:以装载机典型工况重载提升为例,详细地分析了定量系统与负载敏感变量系统的能耗情况,得出在不同操作模式下,定量系统与变量系统在节能特性上有其各自的优势。并计算得出一个临界值,当重载提升时间低于临界值时,定量系统更加节能;高于临界值时,负载敏感变量系统的节能特性才能得到发挥。

AbstractBy lifting boom with heavy load of wheel loader typical workingcondition as an example,a detailed analysis of the energyconsumptionof fixed pump displacement system and load sensing system , under different operating modes, fixed pump displacement system and load sensing system has its own advantage in energy saving features. A critical value is calculated, when the lifting time is lower than the critical value, the fixed pump displacement system is more energy saving; when the lifting time is more than the critical value, load sensing system energy saving features is played well.

基于TMS320F283352D数字伺服阀控制器的设计

   要:2D数字伺服阀独特的结构使其具有体积小、重量轻、抗污染能力强等优点,但其性能在很大程度上取决于其控制器的性能。该文提出了2D数字伺服阀电-机械转换器的位置和电流双闭环控制原理,以TMS320F28335为主控芯片,用全桥驱动芯片DRV8432驱动电机,用电流检测传感器ACS712检测电流,设计了2D数字伺服阀的控制器,实现了2D数字伺服阀电—机械转换器的快速无失步地在任意位置定位,兼具高响应速度和分辨率,同时提高了集成度,减小了控制器的体积。该控制器具有良好的动静态特性,实验表明,电—机械转换器的频宽为250Hz,上升时间为5.3ms2D数字伺服阀的频宽为180Hz,上升时间为6.5ms

The Design of the 2D Digital Servo Valve Controller Based on TMS320F28335

AbstractThe special structure of the 2D digital servo valve has lots of advantages, such as small body size and weight, good anti-pollution ability, and so on. The performance of the 2D digital servo valve largely depends on the performance of its controller. This paper uses the position close-loop and the current close-loop control principle to design its controller. The TMS320F28335 is used as the master chip, the DRV8432 is used to drive the motor, and the current is detected by the current detection sensor ACS712.The design of the 2D digital servo valve controller, makes the electro-mechanical converter can be located in any position with high response speed and resolution. Also it reduces the size of the controller and improves the integration. The controller has a good performance in dynamic and static characteristics. Under the control of the controller, the bandwidth of the electro-mechanical converter is 250Hz, the rise time of the step response is 5.3ms, the bandwidth of the 2D digital servo valve is 180Hz, and the rise time of the step response is 6.5ms.

基于AMESim伺服直驱泵控缸系统

压力闭环控制特性分析

  要:通过对伺服直驱泵控缸电液伺服系统工作原理的分析,推导出压力闭环控制系统的数学模型,并在AMESim中搭建出压力闭环控制回路的仿真模型。通过仿真对比分析了泵控缸压力开环闭环的特性,并对影响压力闭环PID控制特性的重要参数(液压缸的泄漏系数、电机转矩灵敏度系数、PID参数)进行仿真分析。研究结果表明通过合理的选择,控制参数可以显著提高伺服直驱泵控缸压力闭环控制系统的动态特性。

AbstractFor servo direct drive pump controlled cylinder electrohydraulic servo system working principle is analyzed,The mathematical model of pressure closed loop control system is derived,and the simulation model of pressure closed loop control loop is built in AMESim.Through the simulation, the characteristics of pump controlled cylinder pressure open loop and closed loop are analyzed and compared,The simulation analysis of the important parameters (Leakage coefficient of hydraulic cylinder,sensitivity coefficient of motor torque, PID parameter)which affect the pressure closed-loop PID control characteristics.The research results show that through the reasonable choice of control parameters can significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of servo control cylinder pressure closed-loop control system of direct drive pump.

某型飞机压差信号器试验台设计

  要:针对目前民用飞机发动机供油系统压差信号器检测台检测方法的缺陷,该文设计了基于信号器的气密性和动压腔、静压腔压力差检测压差信号器性能的试验台。试验台由精密的压力表和压差表显示检测数据,通过直流稳压电源为检测信号灯及压差表传感器供电,使用特制密封接头连接压力信号器。通过实验证明该试验台能够准确测出飞机压差信号器的灵敏度,满足航修公司对压力信号器的检测要求,已在实际中取得良好的应用效果。

Test-bed Design of Differential Pressure Singles for an Aircraft

Abstract Aiming at the defects of the testing devices used to detect the pressure difference annunciator of fuel supply system of civil aircraft, we designed a new equipment based on the air tightness of the annunciator and the pressure difference between the dynamic oil chamber and the static oil chamber. The equipment uses precise pressure gage and differential pressure gauge to display the measured data and powers the signal lamps and the sensor of differential pressure gauge. It connects the pressure annunciator through the seal joint. The experiment shows that the equipment could accurately measure the sensitivity of the pressure difference annunciator and is satisfied the requirements of voyage repairing company which gains the better efficiency in practice.

小型通用飞机液压油泵车的设计

  要:根据航空兵部队对飞机液压系统保障的需求和现有油泵车的不足,该文利用新型液压元件和液压集成技术对油泵车的设计开展研究,设计了一个小型通用飞机液压油泵车。该油泵车具有体积小,操作简单的特点,且可适用于航空兵部队现役的所有机型。同时,通过外场测试,该小型油泵车可满足设计和使用要求。因此,若该装备投入使用后,可满足部队开展训练和执行多样化作战任务的保障需求,并提高飞机的维护保障效率,从而带来巨大的军事效益和经济效益。

铜管水平连铸保温炉液位气控系统研究

  要:针对铜管水平连铸系统保温炉液位气控系统精度不高,安全性差和残液利用率低的问题,提出利用电-气伺服系统代替原来的开关阀系统,为提高控制精度,加入了PID控制;对新系统进行数学建模,利用AMESim软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,改进后铸造腔液位波动量很小,最大误差为1.95mm,达到了很好的控制效果。

AbstractIn view of the problem that the accuracy of the gas control system is low, the safety is poor and the utilization rate of the residual liquid is low, proposed the use of electric-gas servo system instead of the original on-off valve system, in order to improve the control precision, PID control is added. Establishing a mathematical model of the new system, the use of AMESim software for simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the fluctuation of the liquid level of the improved cavity is very small and the maximum error is 1.95mm, which has achieved good control effect.

AbstractAs an important part of the aircraft, the aircraft landing gear system has an important influence on the safety of takeoff and landing. Therefore, the systematic analysis of the hydraulic control of aircraft landing gear, introduces the working principle of landing gear hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system is simulated by AMESim simulation software. The influence of the throttle orifice, hydraulic oil content and viscosity on the performance of the landing gear is analyzed. The study is of great significance to improve the safety of aircraft.

压缩空气中悬浮油含量的测量不确定度评定

  要:以GB/T 13277.2-2015《压缩空气 第2部分:悬浮油含量测量方法》中B2方法为依据,测量了压缩空气中的悬浮油含量,并按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,评定了测量结果的不确定度。首先确定了不确定度的来源,并对各分量进行了分析和计算,最终结果表明,取样过程的流量测量和从高效玻璃纤维膜片中萃取油份时引起的不确定度最大。

AbstractBased on the B2 method in GB/T 13277.2-2015< compressed air part 2test methods for oil aerosol content >, the oil aerosol content in compressed air was measured. According to JJF 1059.1-2012<evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement>, the uncertainty of the measurement result was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty were determinedand the components of uncertainty were evaluated and calculated. The result shows that the uncertainty was the largest when flow was measured and oil was extracted from high efficiency glass fiber membrane.

This fault happen frequently in line operating and strongly influence normal operation of hydraulic system. The aim of this article is to provide assistance and guidance to relevant researchers in analyzing this fault, improving the ability of fault analysis and diagnosis and a quick solution.
