“数字液压”之我思

   要:该文介绍笔者对“数字液压”的思考。概述了数字技术得以广泛应用的基础与范围,厘清了一些相关概念,考察了国内外对“数字液压”的定义,指出所谓“数字液压”的“数字”与数字技术的“数字”有极大的差别,谈了关于技术创新与取代的注意点。

ZDDP的合成及抗磨特性研究

  要:ZDDP作为润滑油中最为重要的多效添加剂,具有抗氧抗磨抗腐作用,但在液压油中针对其中性盐和碱式盐的组分及性能关系一直有待解决。该文采用阴离子聚合的方法,合成分离并通过红外、核磁和元素分析表征了ZDDP中性盐和碱式盐。利用SRV评价ZDDP的抗磨性能,通过四球法测定ZDDP中性盐和碱式盐的磨斑直径,并与无灰抗磨剂三苯基硫代磷酸酯进行对比,同时采用SH/T 0210-92评价了其过滤性能的影响。

AbstractZDDP is one of the most important multifunctional additives in lubricating oil, which has the effect of anti-oxygen, anti-corrosion and anti-resistant, however,the component and performance relationship of the neutral and base ZDDP have not to besolved.Herein, this paper synthesizesthe ZDDP by the method of anionic polymerization and separates by FTIR, NMR and elemental analysis. The wear resistance of ZDDP was evaluated by SRV, the wear scar diameter determination of the neutral and base ZDDP was tested by four ball method, and compared with ashlessantiwear agent(butyl three phenyl thiophosphate).Meanwhile, the effect of the filtration performance was evaluated by SH/T 0210-92.

基于AMESim的液压挖掘机动臂动作分析及优化

   要:通过对液压挖掘机动臂动作运动过程的分析,指出了动臂动作性能的评价方式。根据液压挖掘机的组成元件原理和结构,使用AMESim仿真软件建立相应的液压挖掘机模型,并对仿真结果和整机测试数据进行比较分析,在此基础上,提出一种动臂动作性能的优化方法。

Movement Process Analysis and Optimization of Boom Based on AMESim

AbstractAn analysis is done on the movement process of the boom of the hydraulic excavator,and discuss an estimation method of the booms performance.By using AMESim simulation software establish the model of hydraulic excavator,according to the principles and the structure of the hydraulic excavator.It is compared and analysed in the article between the result of the simulation and the experimental data,and another solution to optimize the performance of boom is proposed too.

   要:设计了一种气动自动卷帘装置,该装置可以在高低温交变环境下稳定工作,采用小行程气缸驱动,经过齿条齿轮传动,行星减速机加速,实现2m高布质卷帘的自动收放,该装置用于工件在高低温试验箱内遮挡气流使用,其结构紧凑、运行顺畅,在生产应用中取得了良好效果。

推钢机液压系统设计与可靠性研究

   要:该文基于对推钢机动力传输系统全面研究,对推钢机液压系统进行了设计,分析了其工作原理,计算了其重要组成部件参数。应用液压组成部件的基本失效概率,通过串联系统可靠度的计算原理建立液压系统可靠性数学模型,并应用MATLAB软件对设计系统进行仿真分析。仿真分析表明:推钢机的可靠性随时间的增长而降低,且其可靠度随时间增长下降速度减缓,仅在限定工作时间段内,才能保证推钢机液压系统的可靠性。

Design and Reliability Study of Hydraulic System of Pusher

AbstractIn this paper, the hydraulic system of pusher is designed based on the overall research of pusher power transmission system. Its working principle is analyzed, and the parameters of its important components are calculated. Applying the basic failure probability of hydraulic components, the mathematical model of hydraulic system reliability is established through the calculation principle of series system reliability, and the simulation analysis of the design system is carried out by using MATLAB software. The simulation analysis shows that the reliability of the pusher decreased with time increasing, and the reliability of increasing the rate of decline slowed, only in a limited period of time, in order to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system of pushing steel machine.

运加油车底阀稳态流场数值模拟研究

摘 要:节流槽的流量特性是主要考虑的因素,节流槽的流量特性对主阀阀芯的运动起关键作用。运用SolidWorks软件建立并合理简化了不同切割角的节流槽流场模型,运用Fluent软件对节流槽的流场进行了仿真,并研究了流体流向为正方向和反方向时的节流槽流场;根据节流槽的几何尺寸,推导出了节流槽过流面积的表达式,通过仿真数据,研究了不同切割角的圆缺型节流槽的流量与开度、压力的关系,为节流槽的设计和优化提供了理论依据。

Numerical Simulation Study on Steady Flow Field of Oil Tank Bottom Valve

AbstractThe flow characteristics of the throttling groove is the main considerations, The flow characteristics of throttling groove play a key role in the movement of main valve spool, The flow field model of throttling groove with different cutting angles was established and simplified by using SolidWorks softwareThe use of Fluent software for flow grooves is simulated and studied the flow field of throttling slot when the flow direction is positive and negative. According to the geometry of the notches are deduced from the orifice flow area, Through the simulation data to study the relationship of different cutting angle of segmental type grooves flow and opening pressure to provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of grooves.

六自由度加油机器人运动特性分析

  要:针对设计的六自由度加油机器人,以 D-H 坐标系理论为基础并建模,对机器人进行了运动学分析。在SolidWorks中建立了机器人三维模型,并根据规划的运动轨迹进行了运动特性分析,得到了各个关节角度、角速度及角加速度随时间变化的曲线。曲线变化平稳,无突变现象,表明加油机器人运动平稳,没有出现较大振动,从而也验证了结构设计的合理性,为机器人控制系统设计提供依据。

Analysis on Motion Characteristics of Six-DOF Refueling Robot

AbstractBased on the D-H coordinate system theory and modeling, the kinematics analysis of the robot is carried out for the six-DOF refueling robot. The three-dimensional model of the robot is established in SolidWorks, and the motion characteristics are analyzed according to the planned trajectory. The curves of the joint, angular velocity and angular acceleration are obtained with time, and the curve changes smoothly and no mutation phenomenon. The results show that the refueling robot moves smoothly and does not show great vibration, which also validates the rationality of the structural design and provides the basis for the optimal design of the robot control system.

LUDV系统起重机组合动作液压冲击研究

   要:该文针对负载独立流量分配系统起重机的起幅落钩组合动作液压冲击现象展开研究。由于补偿阀芯的响应滞后于油泵的响应,起幅流量短时间内迅速增加引起冲击。通过改变主阀内部结构提高起幅系统背压,保证系统的反馈压力始终大于卷扬落钩的负载压力。实验结果表明改进结构可以有效消除组合动作的冲击。

Research on the Combined Action Hydraulic Impact for LUDV System Crane

AbstractIn this paper, when lifting the boom and lowing the winch, the hydraulic impact of the load independent flow distribution (LUDV)system crane was investigated. Since the response of the compensating spool lagged behind the response of the oil pump, the flow rate rises sharply in a short period of time and causes an impact. The back pressure of the lifting system was increased via changing the internal structure of the main valve, which ensured that the system feedback pressure was greater than the winch pressure.The results indicated that the combined action hydraulic impact was eliminated base on the improved structure.

液压油箱中固体颗粒运动轨迹及分布的研究

  要:基于欧拉-拉格朗日方法对液压油箱内固-液两相流流场进行数值模拟,分析不同粒径颗粒在油箱中的运动轨迹,获得颗粒在油箱中的运动规律,提出了两种颗粒沉降的方案。研究结果表明:油箱中的某些循环区域会形成高湍流强度区域,粒径小的颗粒运动易受到湍流影响;粒径小的颗粒与流体之间有较好的跟随性;颗粒运动过程中受到湍流的影响随液流速度的增加而增强;另外,对比分析不同结构油箱中颗粒的沉降特点,在油箱中设置隔板和扩散器能延长油液的流动路径、稳定液流进入油箱的状态、增加颗粒的停留时间,提高固体颗粒的沉降。

The Research on Movement Track and Distribution of Particle in Hydraulic Tank

AbstractThe solid-liquid two phase flow in hydraulic tank is numerically simulated based on Euler-Lagrange method. the physical mechanism of particle movement in the tank is revealed through the calculation of different particle movement track in the tank and the settlement scheme of two kinds of particles are put forward. The research results show that some circulation region in the tank form a high turbulence intensity region that significantly affect the movement of particles, the small particle is effected easily by turbulence intensity. Between the small particle and fluid have well following performance. Particle movement process is influenced by turbulence as the flow speed increased the turbulence intensity also increased. Setting a separator in tank has advantage for the settlement of particle The settling time of the larger particles can be shortened by stabilizing the liquid flow into the tank.

加油机器人结构参数优化设计

  要:加油机器人结构和控制比一般工业机器人要求更高,其结构尺寸的确定,直接影响到作业任务的可行性、安全性和完成质量。为了使加油机器人能够灵活高效地进行作业,根据汽车加油站加油作业要求以及汽车油箱口分布空间,以工作空间为约束条件,建立优化设计的数学模型,并利用Matlab优化工具箱进行了机器人本体结构参数优化设计。

Optimization Design on Structure Parameter of Refueling Robot

AbstractThe structure and control of the refueling robot is more complex than that of the general industrial robot. Its structural size influence the size of the robot's working space directly. Its structural size is directly affected by the feasibility, safety and quality of the task. In order to refuel flexibly and efficiently, according to the requirements of the refueling operation of the automobile gas station and the distribution space of the automobile fuel tank, the mathematical model of the optimized design is established with the working space as the constraint condition, and the optimization design of the robot structure parameters is carried out by using the Matlab optimization toolbox.

基于A11VO比例变量泵的同步回路研究

  要:采用A11VO比例变量泵作为比例元件,建立了带比例电磁铁电气控制的A11VO比例泵和系统的数学模型以及AMESim仿真模型。在同步回路系统中引入PID控制器对位移偏差进行矫正。通过对PID控制器参数整定,使系统的稳态误差即位移偏差趋于零。采取PID控制策略后,系统在阶跃负载和变排量的工况下都能完成位移的准确同步。

AbstractA11VO proportional variable pump is used as the proportional componentand establishing the mathematical model and AMESim simulation model of A11VO proportional pump with proportional electromagnet control and system. In the synchronous circuit system, the PID controller is used to correct the displacement deviation.Based on the PID controller parameter tuning, the steady state error of the system displacement deviation tends to zero.After adopting the PID control strategy, the system can complete the accurate displacement synchronization under the step load and variable displacement.

   要:为了研究和优化石油钻机的液压盘式刹车系统,在分析液压盘式刹车系统的工作原理及操作工艺的基础上,利用AMESim软件建立液压盘式刹车的液压控制系统模型,采用ADAMS软件建立液压盘式刹车的常开钳机械模型,建立基于AMESimADAMS软件的联合仿真模型。通过联合仿真,分析了不同工况下液压盘式刹车的动态响应特性,为石油钻机刹车系统的分析和优化提供一种新的研究思路。

AbstractIn order to study and optimize the hydraulic disc system, a co-simulation method based onAMESim and ADAMS was put forward. After analyzing the working principle and operation technology of hydraulic disc brake system, establishthe hydraulic system model of hydraulic disc brakeby using AMESim software and establish the open clamp mechanical model by using ADAMS software. Analysis the dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic disc brake in different working conditions. As a result, it provides a new research method for the analysis and optimization of the hydraulic drilling system.

光学式液压缸直线度测量分析与研究

   要:直线度测量主要针对长度超过2m液压缸缸筒进行测量,其作为关键技术对提高液压缸质量及性能具有重要作用。为改善现有测量技术的约束,提高液压缸直线度测量水平,文中运用激光跟踪仪的光学测量原理,设计深孔测量装置,对长液压缸缸筒进行直线度测量。通过分别使用设计装置与三坐标测量仪对直径为230mm、长度为3000mm的缸筒进行直线度测量。由两者比较结果可知,设计装置测量误差率为3.3%,且偏差小于0.005mm,缸筒光学直线度测量装置可满足生产实际所需。

Measurement and Analysis of Straightness for Optical Cylinder

AbstractStraightness measurement is mainly aimed at measuring cylinder length of more than 2m hydraulic cylinder. As a key technology, it plays an important role in improving the quality and performance of hydraulic cylinder. In order to improve the existing measurement technology constraints, improve hydraulic cylinder straightness measurement, optical measurement principle using laser tracker in this paper, design of deep hole measuring device for measuring straightness of long cylinder. The straightness of the cylinder with diameter of 230 mm and length of 3000mm was measured by using a design device and a three coordinate measuring instrument respectively. The results show that the measurement error rate of the design device is 3.3%, and the deviation is less than 0.005mm. The cylinder optical straightness measuring device can meet the needs of actual production.

磁旋转编码器在2D电磁换向阀测试中的应用

  要:为了解决2D电磁换向阀(以下简称换向阀)测试中,流量检测复杂、试验成本较高的问题,采用磁旋转编码器AS5045完成换向阀中转轴的角位置检测。通过分析换向阀结构及工作原理、磁旋转编码器原理及调理电路,理论计算出转轴角度与流量的关系。比较实测流量值与计算流量值,在误差允许的范围内,二者几乎一致,得出结论:在不具备检测换向阀流量的工况下,可通过检测换向阀旋转角度的方法判断换向阀的输出流量是否满足要求。此方法操作简单,经济可靠。

AbstractIn order to solve the problem of complex flow test and high cost in the test of 2D electromagnetic directional valve, the magnetic rotary encoder named AS5045 is used to complete the angle position test of the 2D electromagnetic directional valve. The relationship between the angle of rotating and flow is obtained by calculating and analyzing of the structure and working principle of 2D electromagnetic directional valve and the principle and conditioning circuit of the magnetic rotary encoder. The conclusion is that the output flow of 2D electromagnetic directional valve can be judged by detecting the rotary angle of 2D electromagnetic directional valve, there is not available the flow of 2D electromagnetic directional valve by compareing of the measured flow value and the calculated flow value in the range of error allowed. This method is simple,economical and reliable.

烟支传递装置的冷却油循环系统设计

  要:为解决ZJ17卷接机组烟支传递装置腔内温度较高,造成骨架油封漏油、寿命短,导致油烟、掉烟等问题。通过对传递装置中油封工作原理与漏油原因分析,设计了冷却油循环系统,有效地降低了传递装置腔内热平衡的油温。应用效果表明,传送装置的维护周期由原来3months变成了9months,且减少了备件的损耗量,保证了设备的正常运行。

AbstractTo solve the problems of the lip seal oil leak and short-lived because of higher cavity temperatures in the ZJ17 Cigarette Maker Rod Transfer Unit, that lead to oil rod and rod drop off transfer arms. Through analyzing the seal operating principle of the transfer unit and cause of oil leak, designed the cooling oil circulation system, reduced heat balance temperature in cavity efficiently. The results of application show that maintenance period of the transfer unit increase from 3 months to more 9 months, reduce the wastage of spare parts, and ensure the normal running of compensation.

AbstractBased on the analyses of hydraulic principle and internal structure of load-sensitive proportional multiple directional valve, problems, such as secondary speed regulation in a load sensitive hydraulic loop, pressure oscillation of some hydraulic valve-controlled motor systems in load sensitive proportional multiple directional valve controlled loops, and pilot failure or engineering accidents happen when electrical pilot and hydraulic pilot functions are selected together,are analyzed.Then new speed regulation hydraulic loop is designed,corresponding measures are taken and some points for attention are given out to solve these problems or avoid design faults in practical engineering project, so it can offer the reference for engineers who design, use or maintain load sensing systems or load sensitive proportional multiple directional valve.
