矿用自卸车转向液压系统蓄能器保压研究

  要:矿用自卸车作为非公路机械,承担着冶金、矿山、水利水电等各行业艰巨的运输任务,转向液压系统对整机的安全性、可靠性有着决定性的影响。针对目前某矿用自卸车转向液压系统蓄能器保压时间短,导致转向泵频繁充液,对转向泵的寿命及可靠性造成严重影响的问题,通过AMESim建模仿真,优化分析,提出改进方案,并通过试验验证,对转向系统蓄能器保压时间得到控制,对矿用自卸车蓄能器转向液压系统的设计具有较强的指导意义。

AbstractMining dump truck as no-load machinery, such as the responsibility of metallurgy, mine, water conservancy and hydropower industry task of transportation In view of the present mine with a dump truck steering hydraulic accumulator pressure-maintaining time, leading to frequent steering pump start charging, serious influence on the reliability and life expectancy of the steering pump. Through the analysis of the AMESim modeling and simulation, optimization, improvement program, and through the test, the accumulator pressure-maintaining time of the steering system can be controlled. The design of mining equipment accumulator steering system has strong guiding significance.

节流截止阀阀芯端面形状对线性度的影响

  要:以螺纹插装阀上某型号的节流截止阀作为研究对象,建立不同端面形状节流槽的阀芯,通过理论计算结果与Fluent数值模拟结果进行对比,对不同端面形状节流槽的阀芯在不同开度下与流量的关系进行分析,比较不同形状的节流槽对阀芯线性度的影响,选取较好的阀芯线性度的阀芯端面形状。

AbstractBased on the certain model throttle globe valve of threaded cartridge valve, construct model of valve core in different cross section groove profiles, then analyze the combination between the variation valve opening and rate of flow ,which through the result of theoretical calculation and simulation by Fluent, compare the linearity which is affected by different shape of groove, finally choose the cross section groove profile under the better valve core linearity.

基于单片机的多功能自动充氮系统研究与应用

  要:为解决在氮气压力检测和压力补充在实际操作过程中存在的操作复杂、精度不高、安全隐患多等问题,设计研制了一套多功能自动充氮系统,采用一体式工业串口屏,利用单片机和MATLAB-X-IDE软件对超高压电磁阀进行控制,从而实现充氮操作的自动控制,最终投入到维修现场中进行了应用,既提高了现场维修的效率,同时降低了维修过程中的安全隐患。

In order to solve those problems, wedesigned a set of automatic nitrogen-filled system.In the form of industrial integrated screen, using MALAB-X-IDE software and SCM to control the magnetic valve, we can make nitrogen filled automatically.When it put into use, we not only improved efficiency of field maintenance, but also reduced risks in maintaining process finally.

AbstractThis article summarizes the development situation of a new development mechanical seal for containment heat removal pump of FCG Nuclear Power Plant, introduces the design entry, conditions, program selection and other aspects in detail, and does the finite element analysis of hot standby condition, and study the influence of mechanical seal auxiliary system and temperature distribution, guiding the optimization design of mechanical seal, reducing the temperature of the mechanical seal cavity, and improving the reliability and service life of mechanical seal.

裂解制冷压缩机机械密封故障分析与技术改造

   要:针对乙烯制冷压缩机组浮环密封存在的泄漏问题,从工艺参数、设备结构、密封原理等对机组密封进行了分析,提出了密封故障的原因,根据实际应用情况提出具体的技术改造方案并进行实施。结果表明:技术改造措施准确有效,明显改善了装置的机械密封性能,技术改造实施后彻底解决了浮环密封的运行问题,提高了密封使用寿命,延长了机组的安全稳定运行周期,节省了大量的润滑油,为企业节能生产起到降本增效的目的。

AbstractDue to leakage problem of the ethylene refrigeration compressor floating ring seal, the process parameters, equipment structure and sealing principle of the unit seal are analyzed. The causes of seal failure is proposed, according to the actual situation of the technical transformation scheme and specific implementation.The results show that the technology improvement is accurate and effective. It can significantly improve the device performance of mechanical seals.After the implementation of technical transformation, it completely solves the operation problem of floating ring seal, improves the service life of the seal, extend the safe and stable operation of the cycle unit and saves a large amount of lubricating oil.This benefits the enterprise to lowering the efficiency of energy production.

  要:由于原FP13-70防喷盒适应连续管范围窄,导致其无法满足采用ϕ38.1mm连续管,最大工作压力为70MPa带压作业要求。该文根据胶筒受力分析结果,对原FP13-70防喷盒密封结构进行了设计改进。计算和试验结果表明,改进后的新FP13-70防喷盒,拓宽了其适应连续管的范围,为其他类似密封结构设计提供了思路。

AbstractThe paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of hydraulic disk braking system for open mill, and establishes the fault tree of hydraulic disk braking system according to the correlation theory of fault tree. Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the system fault tree, the failure probability of the hydraulic disc brake system for open mill is obtained, and the measures to improve the reliability of the system are put forward. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the reliability and safety of hydraulic disc braking system for open mill.

AbstractThis paper makes a systematical analysis with the hydraulic loading principle of the gooseneck which used in hydraulic trailer .After the structural strength of gooseneck analyzed by three-dimensional finite element and loading tested of stress-straina loading dynamic model is established which used to be pressure analysis under the different hydraulic loading modes. The weak spots were discovered under the different loading condition, correct loading method could prevent the accidents happen.

加油机器人运动学研究

  要:运动学研究是加油机器人研究中必须解决的一个关键问题,是实现机器人运动控制的基础。以五自由度加油机器人为研究对象,以D-H坐标系理论为基础并建模,对机器人进行了运动学分析。在SolidWorks中建立了机器人三维模型,并利用MATLAB工具,针对具体实例进行了运动学逆解验证。结果表明,运动学逆解方法合理可行。

Research on Kinematics of Refueling Robot

AbstractKinematics research is a key problem that must be solved in the research of refueling robots, and it is the basis for realizing robot motion control. Based on the D-H coordinate system theory and modeling, the kinematics analysis of the robot is carried out by using the 5-DOF refueling robot as the research object. Three-dimensional model of the robot was established in SolidWorks, and the kinematics inverse solution was carried out for the concrete example using MATLAB tool. The results show that the kinematic inverse method is reasonable and feasible.

   要:同样的产品,同样的应用场合,第一批喷嘴挡板防爆伺服阀可以正常工作,第二批不能正常工作。通过对本次故障的解决、研究和实际数据对比,证实了喷嘴挡板伺服阀油路接反是可以正常工作的,也发现了故障根源在于液压全桥的零位精度,从而为喷嘴挡板伺服阀的装调工艺提出了新的标准和要求。

AbstractWith the same product and the same application, the first batch of nozzle-flapper explosion-proof servovalve can work properly, but the second batch failed. By solving, studying and comparing the actual data of this failure, it is proved that the nozzle-flapper servovalve can work well when the P-T pipesare reversed, and the root cause of the failure lies in the zero precision of the hydraulic full-bridge. Therefore, new standards and requirements for the installation and adjustment of nozzle-flapper servovalve are put forward.

  要:介绍了电动真空助力系统的工作模式,在分析制动系统现有产品标准的基础上,提出了新能源汽车电动真空助力系统可靠性试验方法。该方法能够实车或模拟实车进行真空泵、真空罐、主缸带助力器等制动部件的系统匹配试验,评价整车制动系统的一些基本性能,验证各部件设计选型是否合理,并能以较低的试验成本在短时间内验证制动系统零部件的可靠性,可为整车开发提供参考。

AbstractThe working mode of the electric vacuum servo system is introduced, based on the analysis of existing product standards of brake systems, a reliability test method of electric vacuum servo system for new energy vehicles is proposed, which can be used for matching test for the brake system components, including vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum booster and master cylinder, etc. The test method can evaluate some basic performance of vehicle braking system, verify the design rationality of each component, and verify the reliability of the brake components in short time and low cost, which can provide reference for vehicle development.

丘陵山地拖拉机车身调平液压系统设计与分析

   要:针对某丘陵山地拖拉机车身调平的功能要求,设计了一种可以实现车身姿态自调整的调平液压系统。结合丘陵山地拖拉机车身调平控制方法与策略,运用AMESim对调平液压系统进行建模,分析了车身调平液压系统动态工作过程,得到了该液压系统中调平液压缸内流量、压力,液压缸活塞杆位移、速度等曲线。由仿真结果可知,在横坡倾角[15°]工况下车身调平液压系统的响应速度、稳定性能够满足工作要求,验证了所设计的丘陵山地拖拉机调平液压系统具有良好的工作性能。

Design and Analysis of Hydraulic Leveling System in Hillside Tractor Body

AbstractAccording to the functional requirements of the automobile body leveling in hilly mountain tractor, a leveling hydraulic system is designed to realize the self-adjustment of automobile body posture. In combination with the control method and strategy of automobile body leveling in the hilly mountain tractors, AMESim is applied to establish the hydraulic system model and the dynamic process of the leveling hydraulic system is analysed. The dynamic curves for flow and pressure of the leveling hydraulic cylinder in hydraulic system and the dynamic curves for displacement and velocity of piston rod in hydraulic cylinder are obtained. Based on the simulation results, it can be concluded that the response speed and stability can satisfy the working requirements under the cross slope less than or equal to 15 degrees conditions, it is proved that the hilly mountain tractor leveling hydraulic system has a good working performance.
