液压油过滤性方法的探讨

  要:随着液压技术不断发展,液压体系的过滤器精度更高,同时国家、国际及OEM标准对液压油的过滤性要求都在提升,因而该文对液压油主流标准中的过滤性要求进行对比分析,比较国内外的各种过滤性方法,并对ISO13357Denison TP-2100进行详细介绍。针对某OEM含锌液压油的过滤性结果进行SEMEDAX能谱分析,进而为配方开发提供可借鉴方法。

AbstractWith the development of hydraulic technology, the hydraulic system of the filter is more precise. At the same time, the international standard, national standard and OEM standard of the hydraulic oil requirements are increasing.Herein, the filtering method of mainstream standardsfor hydraulic oil are comparedand analysis, including various domestic and foreign filtering method, and a detailed description of ISO13357 and Denison TP-2100. The filtering results of OEM hydraulic oil containing zinc was analysis based on the SEM and EDAX energy spectrum,which can be used for reference in future.

某型气动单向阀颤振特性研究

  要:针对某型号气动单向阀打开过程中持续颤振现象,该文采用AMESim分析软件建立单向阀数值计算模型,对不同入口流量条件和气体介质条件下的工作特性进行仿真计算,得出此种类型单向阀产品的工作特性,当单向阀入口压力在0.8~1.5MPa阀芯振幅最大,压力高于3MPa阀门处于开度稳定状态,同时,开展单向阀特性试验验证,试验与数值计算结果较好吻合,为单向阀产品特性认识和正确使用提供重要指导。

Research on Flutter Feature for a Type Pneumatic Check Valve

AbstractFor investigation a certain type of pneumatic check valve continuous flutter phenomenon in the open process, this paper adopts the AMESim analysis software check valve numerical calculation model is set under different inlet flow conditions and gas medium condition of the simulation calculation. The work characteristics of this type check valve were obtainedthe amplitude of check valve up to a maximum when the entrance pressure between 0.8MPa~1.5MPa, and the spool at stable state if the entrance pressure exceed 3MPa. Meanwhile, .through developing the aerodynamic characteristics of the check valve test, and coincide with the numerical simulation is better for the check valve features to recognize and correct use of provide strong guidance.

燃油调节器计量活门部分仿真分析

  要:结合某燃油调节器整体系统工作原理,对其中计量活门部分的结构特点进行了介绍,并利用SimulationX建模仿真软件对其进行了建模及活门出口阀边参数敏感性的仿真分析,得出阀边各尺寸的变化对流量、压差的影响趋势,为计量活门阀边的设计提供了参考。该建模方法及结果可用于燃油调节器整体系统建模及仿真,也为今后类似产品的研究提供一定参考。

The Simulation Analysis of Metering Valve Parts for Fuel Regulator

AbstractCombine with working principle of the fuel regulator overall system, the structural features of metering valve part was introduced and the sensitivity of the valve outlet parameter was analyzed on the basis of modeling with the software of SimulationX. Based on that obtained the influence of flow rate pressure difference with the change of valve side size and provided reference for the design of edge of metering valve. The modeling method and the results of this paper can be used in the fuel regulator overall system, also provide reference for research of similar products in the future.

基于FLUENT的梭阀稳态流场数值模拟

  要:针对梭阀流场,运用计算流体力学基本理论建立梭阀内部流场的控制方程,利用Fluent软件对不同压力和开度下梭阀流场进行仿真,研究梭阀的速度和压力场的变化情况,分析梭阀的流量特性。研究结果表明:梭阀在不同的压力开度下的内部流场流流动平稳,流量特性曲线变化平缓,梭阀结构设计合理。研究结果可为梭阀结构的设计和优化提供一定参考。

Numerical Simulation of Shuttle Valve Steady Flow Field Based on FLUENT

AbstractAiming at the shuttle valve flow, the governing equations of internal flow field of shuttle valve are established, which are used basic theory of computational fluid dynamics. Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field of shuttle valve under different pressure and opening. The change of speed and pressure field of shuttle valve is studied, and the flow characteristic of shuttle valve is analyzed. The results show that the internal flow field of the shuttle valve under different pressure opening is steady, the flow characteristic curve varies slowly, and the shuttle valve structure design is reasonable. The research results can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the shuttle valve structure.

F型π桥溢流阀的动态特性分析

  要:将液压阀或液压回路抽象为液阻网络,可研究液压阀或回路的共性问题。以力士乐系列溢流阀为例,将该阀抽象为F型π桥液阻网络,在此前提下,建立了F型π桥溢流阀的动态数学模型,并进行了动态特性的仿真计算。为F型π桥溢流阀的结构设计奠定了基础。

AbstractAll kinds of specific hydraulic valves or circuits are abstracted into hydraulic resistance network.Common problems of hydraulic valve or circuit can be studied.In case of overflow valve Rexroth series,the valve is abstracted as type F-πBridge hydraulic resistance network.On the premise,establish the dynamic mathematical model of F-πBridge relief valve,and made the simulation calculation of the dynamic characteristics .Laid the foundation for the structure design of F-πBridge relief valve.

下肢负重外骨骼机械设计及分析

  要:设计了一种可穿戴式的下肢负重外骨骼机器人,它能够为帮助人们助力,助行。介绍了人体各个关节转动需要的自由度。对外骨骼的各个关节进行分析、设计。设计了液压伺服系统,计算了液压缸上需要力的大小。为了验证模型的可行性,将样机穿戴在人体模型上,导入到ADAMS中进行动力学仿真,得到各个关节的转动情况,证明机构的可行性。

AbstractA wearable lower limbs loading exoskeleton robot is designed to assist people in energy-saving and walking. The degrees of freedom for the human joints to rotate is described. The every joint of the exoskeleton is analyzed and designed. Designed the hydraulic servo system, and calculated the magnitude of force required on the hydraulic cylinder. To verify the feasibility of the model, put the sample machine on the model of human body, and guide into Adams to do dynamics simulation to obtain the rotary movement of each articular, to testify feasibility of the body.

   要:该文对一种液压中耕培土机的关键部件螺旋培土刀的工作原理和结构特点进行了介绍。根据其工作特点设计了液压系统,并利用AMESim软件对中耕培土机液压系统中的关键部件进行了建模,通过仿真获得了中耕培土机液压马达和螺旋培土刀的流量和转速曲线图,结果证明所建液压系统技术合理,为设计和优化提供了参考。

AbstractIn this paper, the working principle and structural characteristics of a key part of the hydraulic cultivator are introduced. According to the characteristics of the work, the hydraulic system was designed and the key components in the hydraulic system of the cultivator were modeled by using AMESim software. The flow and speed curve of the hydraulic motor and the hillerof the cultivator were obtained by simulation. The hydraulic system is technically reasonable and provides a reference for design and optimization.

液压驱动公铁两用工程运输车的研制

  要:该文所研制的公铁两用工程运输车(简称公铁车)采用两套传动系统,在公路行驶时由胶轮驱动,在铁路行驶时由导向钢轮驱动。铁轨行驶部分采用了液压动力部件,改变了传统由液力变矩器连接机械变速箱的结构模式,使整体结构在设计上更加紧凑,可靠。液压动力单元采用电液控制、恒功率变量液压泵和变量马达等主要部件构成,实现了行驶速度高精度控制和准确稳定的液压力矩的传递。

AbstractThe road-rail engineering transport vehicle(RRV) have two sets of transmission system.On the road,it is driven by the rubber wheels,and on the rail, it is driven by the guide steel wheels.The hydraulic motors are adopted for rail travel components, that changes the traditional structure mode of trque converter connectting with the gear-box.The whole structure is more compact and reliable in design. The hydraulic power unit is composed of electro hydraulic control system, constant power variable displacement pump and variable motors, which can control the speed with high precision and transfer hydraulic torque acurately and stably.

高液位控制阀节流槽流量特性研究

  要:节流槽的流量特性是主要考虑的因素,节流槽的流量特性对主阀阀芯的运动起关键作用。运用SolidWorks软件建立并合理简化了不同切割角的节流槽流场模型,运用Fluent软件对节流槽的流场进行了仿真,并研究了流体流向为正方向和反方向时的节流槽流场;根据节流槽的几何尺寸,推导出了节流槽过流面积的表达式,通过仿真数据,研究了不同切割角的圆缺型节流槽的流量与开度、压力的关系,为节流槽的设计和优化提供了理论依据。

Study on the Flow Characteristics of High Level Control Valve Throttling Groove

AbstractThe flow characteristics of the throttling groove is the main considerations, The flow characteristics of throttling groove play a key role in the movement of main valve spool, The flow field model of throttling groove with different cutting angles was established and simplified by using SolidWorks softwareThe use of Fluent software for flow grooves is simulated and studied the flow field of throttling slot when the flow direction is positive and negative. According to the geometry of the notches are deduced from the orifice flow area, Through the simulation data to study the relationship of different cutting angle of segmental type grooves flow and opening pressure to provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of grooves.

工作参数对斜柱塞轴向柱塞泵流量特性的影响

  要:针对斜柱塞轴向柱塞泵流量特性随工况参数变化而变化的特点,以A4VSO40变量斜柱塞轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,依据其工作过程中柱塞的空间位置关系,建立了其运动学方程,阐明了其单柱塞位移、速度等变量与斜柱塞轴向柱塞泵结构参数之间的关系,再利用AMESim平台,搭建出斜柱塞轴向柱塞泵仿真模型,深入分析了斜盘倾角、主轴转速、工作压力对其流量脉动特性的影响,其结果表明,主轴转速与斜盘倾角增大,其平均流量和脉动幅值增大,但脉动率减小;工作压力增大,其平均流量、脉动幅值、脉动率都减低。

Influence of Operating Parameters on the Flow Characteristics

for Axial Piston Pump with Conical Barrel

AbstractIn order to reveal flow characteristics of the axial piston pump with conical barrel caused by the change of operating parameters, the A4VSO40 variable piston displacement pump with conical barrel is used as the research object. The kinematics equation is established based on the spatial position relation of the plunger, and the relationship between the displacement and velocity of single plunger and the structural parameters of the axial piston pump of the inclined plunger are expounded. Then the simulation model of the axial piston pump with conical barrel is built by using AMESim platform, and the effects of swash plate angle, spindle speed and working pressure on the pulsation characteristics of flow are analyzed. The results show that the average flow rate and amplitude of pulsation increase with the increase of the swash plate angle and spindle speed, but the pulse rate decreases. The average flow, pulse amplitude and pulse rate reduces with working pressure increases.

间隙泄漏对双螺杆流量计的精度影响

  要:以双螺杆流量计为研究对象,在测绘数据的基础上计算出螺杆端面齿形曲线的参数方程。而后推导出间隙泄漏量的理论计算公式,综合考虑间隙高度,介质粘度在不同工况下对间隙泄漏量和流量计精度的影响。通过分析计算结果发现双螺杆流量计在较好的加工及安装精度下才能保证较高的精度,并且具有对粘度变化不敏感的特性。

The Influence of Clearance Leakage on Accuracy of Twin-screw Flowmeter

AbstractRegardingthe twin-screw flowmeter as studying object, calculated the parametric equations of screws profile in cross section based on the measurement data. Then the theoretical equations of clearance leakage were deduced, and influences of clearance height and viscosity on clearance leakage and accuracy in different working conditions were taken into account comprehensively. The qualifications of high accuracy which requires better machining and installation accuracy and characteristic which is insensitive to variations in viscosity were discovered by analyzing the calculation results.

AbstractThe paper mainly introduces three kinds of transmission mode of hydraulic control system for high-speed forging hydraulic machine and their main advantages and disadvantages, it also explains the working principle of sinusoidal pump controlled hydraulic system and electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled system, the simulation model of the two systems are also established by AMESim simulation software. Through the simulation results of the two systems, transmission efficiency and stability, rapidity in fast forging process are compared and analyzed, which have a certain guiding significance to the development of hydraulic control system for high-speed forging hydraulic machine.

  要:选择多种液压油作为参比油进行T6H20C台架试验评定,在高温、有水和无水条件下,采用间歇式压力加载方式,比较各参比油的抗磨性能、过滤性能、抗水解性能的差异,分析T6H20C台架试验特点,对参比油的泵磨损失重、过滤器压差变化及油样理化数据等进行分析比较。Denison规格对液压油性能提出了更高的要求,液压油配方体系需要均衡干、湿相性能,高油温和加水污染试验成为液压油台架评价发展新趋势。

AbstractMany kinds of hydraulic fluids, chosen as reference oil, were evaluated by the T6H20C test bench. In the condition of high temperature, with water and without water, intermittent pressure was loaded. The performance differences of the reference oil were compared, including anti-wear performance, filtration performance and hydrolysis resistance, T6H20C test bench feature was analyzed, reference oil was analyzed and compared based on pump wear weight loss, a change of filter differential pressure and physical -chemical data of oil sample. Denison specification had a higher request for hydraulic fluids performance, hydraulic formula system needed to balance wet phase and dry phase performance, high oil temperature and water pollution test were the new trend of hydraulic fluid bench development.

数控液压柔性系统在液压机上的应用

  要:该系统的核心是由两个阶梯轴构成的活塞和能使之正反方向交替工作的配油装置。由此实现的能量交换使执行元件获得了比其泵的额定排量大N倍的流量,反之比其泵所能承受的压力大N倍的压力值。这一功能的实现给液压系统带来如下改变:①去除液压系统中的快进装置和补油装置;②去除液压系统中的控制装置—阀组,该能量转换装置的输出量为多级,其相互切换是连续渐进的;③排除了滑阀式换向阀存在死区而造成换向时使油液瞬间断流所导致液压冲击;④该系统能方便地获得超高压力使油缸的作用面积成倍减小,重量也随之成倍减轻;⑤由编码器与液压马达组成的在线流量检测装置使系统构成闭环系统。

Application of NC Hydraulic Flexible System for Hydraulic Press

AbstractThe core of the system is that the piston is composed of two stepped shafts and oil distribution device can make alternately running of positive and negative direction. The energy exchange makes it happen that actuator can get a rate of flow which is N times bigger than its pumps rated discharge capacity, and under a pressure value of N times greater than its pump, vice versa. The function can change the hydraulic systemspecific as following items:①Removal in Fast forward device and oil filling device of hydraulic system.Removal in valve group which is a control device of hydraulic system. The output of energy conversion device is multilevelof which switching to each other is continuous.Exclusion of hydraulic impact ,slide-valve reversing valve owns the existence of dead zone so it can cause of the instantaneous flow of oil when reversingeventually it leads to hydraulic impact.This system can easily get a super high pressure that makes action area of the cylinder is decreased by multiple duplication, and then the weight is multiplied reduced.On-line flow detection device which is composed of encoders and hydraulic motors makes a closed-loop system.

   要:主要介绍了开炼机液压盘式制动系统的工作原理,同时对开炼机液压盘式制动系统的技术参数和工作要求做了详细说明。通过AMESim仿真软件建立了开炼机液压盘式制动系统的仿真模型;重点分析了液压控制系统回油路上阻尼器开孔大小对制动盘制动时间的影响,通过对比分析得到阻尼器合理的开孔值,这对现场调试开炼机液压盘式制动系统的制动时间具有一定指导意义。

The Simulation Study of Hydraulic Disk Braking System

AbstractThe paper mainly introduces working principle of hydraulic disk braking system for open mill, and a detailed description of the systems technical parameters and requirements is given at the same time. The simulation model of hydraulic disk braking system for open mill is also established by AMESim simulation software, emphatically analyzes the effect of the damper’s hole size on braking time for brake disk, which located in return oil loop of the hydraulic control system. Reasonable value of the damper’s hole size is got by means of comparative analysis, which have a certain guiding significance to the field debugging of the braking time for hydraulic disk braking system for open mill.

   要:叉车在工作过程中出现油管破裂时,防爆阀能够使叉车上的货物缓慢下落。因此防爆阀是叉车重要的组成部分。世界上著名叉车公司都在分析研究防爆阀,如意大利的螺纹防爆阀,宝骊的移动式防爆阀。国内叉车公司也对防爆阀进行了分析研究。论文利用叉车的工作原理及液压的理论知识设计了一种防爆阀,通过对防爆阀实物的测试实验,该防爆阀的性能能够满足设计的要求,后续根据客户的反馈,也能够满足用户的使用要求。同时也为今后对叉车防爆阀的研究提供了理论和依据。

The world famous forklift companies are analyzed such as explosion-proof valve, explosion-proof valve thread of Italy mobile, Baoli anti explosion valve. The domestic forklifts company also the analysis and Research of the explosion-proof valve. This paper designs a kind of explosion-proof valve is the use of theoretical knowledge and working principle of the hydraulic forklift, through the test of the performance of this kind of explosion-proof valve, explosion-proof valve can meet the design requirements, follow-up according to customer feedback, but also to meet the demands of users. At the same time also provided the theoretical basis for future research on forklift and explosion-proof valve.
