上肢主动训练康复机器人设计与研究

   要:随着脑卒中患者的增加,康复机器人成为患者康复训练的主要途径,其比康复师更加适合重复运动训练。康复机器人可有效降低康复治疗师的工作压力。主动训练作为康复机器人的主要特点,比简单的被动训练更加有效。介绍了上肢康复机器人2自由度主动训练控制方法,实现了患者肩关节和肘关节的康复训练。基于阻抗控制建立了康复机器人控制器,并将主动训练与虚拟现实相结合,可控制实际反作用力和目标反作用力的平均误差X轴为1.41×0.79 NY轴为1.22×0.91N

Design and Research of Upper Limb Active Training Rehabilitation Robot

AbstractWith the increase of stroke patients, rehabilitation robots become the main way of rehabilitation training for patients, which is more suitable for repetitive training. Rehabilitation robot can effectively reduce the working pressure of the rehabilitation therapist. Active training is the main characteristic of the rehabilitation robot, which is more effective than the simple passive training. This paper introduces the control method of 2 degree of freedom active training for upper limb rehabilitation robot, and realizes the rehabilitation training of shoulder joint and elbow joint. Based on impedance control rehabilitation robot controller is established, and the active training combined with virtual reality, can control the actual reaction and reaction of the average error of X axis and 1.41×0.79 N, Y axis for 122×0.91 N.

内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板轴向负载分析

  要:通过仿真软件FLUENT建立了浮动侧板油膜间隙的压力场模型,分析了油膜压力场作用在浮动侧板上的负载力及其力矩,得到了浮动侧板受到的动态负载力及其力矩。仿真结果表明:在出口压力为16MPa的工况下,在浮动侧板受到的负载力及其力矩中,油膜压力场负载力及其力矩所占比例分别为76.22%72.93%;利用实际产品背压腔结构对分析结果进行了验证,得到的力和力矩压紧系数分别为1.0581.069

Analysis of Axial Load Acting on Floating Plate of Internal Gear Pump

AbstractThe pressure field model of oil film gap of floating plate is established based on the simulation software FLUENT, the load force and torque of the oil film pressure field on the floating plate are analyzed, and the dynamic load force and moment of the floating plate are obtained. The simulation results show that under the condition of the outlet pressure is 16MPa, the proportion of the load pressure and torque of oil film pressure field are 76.22% and 72.93%, respectively. The analytical results are verified by the back pressure cavity of the actual product, and the compaction coefficients of force and torque are 1.058 and 1.069, respectively.

   要:溢流阀在液压系统中的作用至关重要。该文所研究的直动式溢流阀是目前广泛使用的溢流阀中的一种,有着结构简单、工作可靠、响应时间快等特点。该文重点对直动式溢流阀响应时间进行研究,主要是关注带减振阻尼活塞配合间隙的不同,产生的响应时间不同的研究,通过试验最终定性了减振阻尼活塞配合间隙的合适范围。

AbstractRelief valve plays a significant role in the hydraulic system. Directly operated relief valve is one of the widely-used relief valves currently, which features simple structure, reliable-operation, and quick response time. This paper focuses on the research on the response time of directly operated relief valve. With different damping piston clearance tolerance, the response time is also different. Proved by tests, this paper determines the suitable parameter range of damping piston clearance tolerance.

  要:DCMC型自行式模块车(SPMT)是一种集机--液于一体的模块化运输装备。整车配备了静液压驱动、先进的电子/液压控制技术、全方位独立转向机构和液压升降系统。而液压升降系统是保证SPMT安全运输的重要组成部分,不仅具有整体升降、单边升降、单点升降动作,自动调平功能,还具备液压回路安全保护系统,确保当某个升降管路发生破损时,整个运输平台不会发生倾斜。

AbstractDCMC series Self-propelled modular transporters(SPMT) is a modular transport equipment which integrates mechanics,electronics and hydraulic. The transporter is equipped with hydrostatic drive, advanced electronic/hydraulic control technology, omni-directional independent steering mechanism and hydraulic lifting system. The hydraulic lifting system is an important part to ensure the safe transportation of SPMT.The system is not only with the function of the overall lifting, unilateral lifting, single point lifting, automatic leveling, but also with the hydraulic circuit safety protection system, to ensure that the entire transport platform will not be inclined when a lifting pipeline is damaged.

   要:为提高清杂扒谷机装置液压系统设计效率,缩短清杂扒谷机设计周期,探索软件仿真技术在液压回路设计中的应用意义非凡。以郾漯粮食机械有限公司的清杂扒谷机装置设计为例,分析了FluidSIM软件在回路设计和动态仿真中的作用。经FluidSIM仿真分析设计的清杂扒谷机装置液压系统,在郾漯粮食机械有限公司生产现场进行了试运行,动作准确可靠,运行效果良好,达到了预期目标。

The paper analyzed the role of software of FluidSIM in the circuit design and dynamic simulation based on the cleaning grain scraper of Yanluo grain machinery Co.,LTD. The cleaning grain scraper was analyzed and designed using by FluidSIM software.The action of cleaning grain scraper that was analyzed and designed by FluidSIM software is accurate and reliable in the same time we get the desired goal in the production of trial operation in Yanluo grain machinery Co.,Ltd.

  要:为了使风力发电系统恒速稳定地输出用来并网发电,设计了一种利用液力变矩器调节的调速装置。建立了导叶可调式液力变矩器不同导叶开度下的模型和流道模型并划分网格。利用流体仿真软件分析出不同导叶开度下变矩器涡轮的转速情况,并且通过分析得到变矩器不同导叶开度下的性能。

液压机液压缸改造研究

  要:针对开滦某公司液压机使用过程中液压缸出现故障的情况,借助有限元软件,进行静力学分析,探寻液压缸出现故障的原因。依据液压机设计理论,确定液压缸结构优化设计变量数目,建立液压缸缸体的参数化分析模型,分析各设计变量对液压缸缸体优化结果的影响规律,明确缸体的最优设计参数。考虑生产的实际需要,在综合分析比较的基础上,提出优化设计和优化改进两套缸体改造方案。研究结果为该公司液压机改造方案的具体实施奠定理论基础。

AbstractFocus on the premise of using hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic press failure for one company of Kai Luan Group. In order to search for the cause of malfunction, the static analysis of hydraulic cylinder is done with the aid of the finite element software. Based on the theory of hydraulic press design, the number of hydraulic cylinder structure optimization design variables is determined. The parameterized model of hydraulic cylinder is set up. The impact rules on optimization results were studied by each design variables. The optimal design parameters of cylinder body are determined. Consideration of the practical need of production, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison, the paper puts forward the two sets of retrofit scheme of the optimization design and optimize. The results show that the theoretical basis is reasonable for the company for the implementation of transforming hydraulic press.

  要:物流行业的快速发展,迫切需求对现有物流输送技术的提升和改进。针对物流装卸货常用的升降伸缩输送机在装卸货过程中出现的倾斜、液压回路不同步等问题,对液压缸参数、液压站及液压元器件的参数进行分析并选定相关的型号,同时确定优化好的液压缸的尺寸,在此基础上设计液压回路,实现伸缩机同步升降的功能,以满足现场工况需求,达到安全、快速装卸货的目的。

The telescopic conveyor which is commonly used in loading and unloading in the process of loading and unloading prone to tilt phenomenon, the hydraulic circuit is not synchronized and other issues, the safety of cargo rotation and efficiency have a great impact. In this paper, according to the actual work of lifting equipment, parameters of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pressure station and the parameters of the hydraulic components were analyzed and selected the relevant models, and determine the size of well optimized hydraulic cylinder, on the basis of this design Hydraulic circuit, synchronous lifting machine to achieve the function to meet the needs of the site conditions to achieve safe, fast loading and unloading of the purpose.

泵控差动缸蓄能器充放油特性研究

  要:在泵控差动缸系统中,无杆腔油液体积是有杆腔油液体积和充入蓄能器的油液体积之和,其中蓄能器起到了平衡油液体积外和动势能的回收利用的作用。考虑到蓄能器的充放油为非线性的,且工程机械的工况比较复杂,需要对不同工况下的蓄能器进行分析,该文仿真研究发现负载在不超过满载情况时,压力的变化规律与负载关系密切,与实际充放油做的功并无很直接的关系。蓄能器的效率随负载增加而增加,进一步说明了其对系统具有节能作用。

AbstractIn the pump control differential cylinder system, rodless cavity oil volume is antrum oil volume and filling the oil volume of accumulator, the accumulator has played a balance oil volume and emf can recycling.Considering the filling oil drain accumulator is nonlinear, and the operation condition of the engineering machinery is more complex, need to the accumulator is analyzed under different working conditions, in this paper, simulation study has found that the load is less than the full load condition, close to load, and the change rule of stress and the actual filling oil drain to do the work, there is no direct relationship.Accumulator efficiency increases with the increase of load, and further illustrates the system energy saving effect.

前置级冲蚀磨损对射流偏转板伺服阀的影响

   要:射流偏转板伺服阀前置级油液高速流动时,油液中的颗粒物会对伺服阀前置级产生冲蚀磨损导致伺服阀的性能下降。采用数值仿真的方法对冲蚀磨损前后射流偏转板伺服阀前置级流场进行计算,通过曲线拟合得到两接收孔压差与偏转板位移的关系;将其与射流偏转板伺服阀的AMESim模型结合分析冲蚀磨损前后伺服阀位移及空载流量的变化。结果表明:冲蚀磨损导致射流偏转板伺服阀前置级两接收孔压差减小;在相同的输入条件下射流偏转板伺服阀阀芯位移减小,空载流量降低。

Effect of Pre-stage Erosion Wear on Jet Deflector Servo Valve

AbstractWhen the oil flows at high speed in the pre-stage of jet deflector servo valve, the particles in the oil will erode the pre-stage of servo valve and cause the servo valve performance to decrease. The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the pre-stage flow field of the jet deflection servo valve that before and after the erosion wear. The relationship between the pressure difference of the two receiving holes and the displacement of the deflector is obtained by curve fitting. The relationship is compared with the AMESim model of the jet deflector servo valve. The change of displacement of spool and unload flow of the servo valve before and after erosion wear is analyzed. The results show that the erosion wear leads to the pressure difference of the receiving hole of pre-stage of jet deflector servo valve is reduced; the spool displacement of the jet deflection plate servo valve decreases and the unload flow rate is reduced under the same input condition.

AbstractTaking the teaching of the fast moving circuit as an example, the paper introduces the teaching mode of integrated theory and simulation in hydraulic course. When the theory teaching is done, the AMEsim software is used to construct the model of three kinds of fast motion loop. The working process of the circuit is displayed by simulation and the correctness of the theoretical design is verified. Which can enable students to have a visual understanding of the knowledge point, inspire the students' interest in teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching.

AbstractSpecial vehicle hydraulic system components and working medium has seal character. The fault is not intutitive and difficult to diagnose. To solve this problem, this paper presents a RBF neural network fault diagnosis method based on simulation data ,to learn to build learning samples, and to test its with the test samples. The results of simulation show that system can fast, accurate, the location of faults.

  要:体积弹性模量是液压工作系统中油液一个重要的物理参数,其反映着油液的可压缩程度。在对液压动态分析要求不高的中、高压场合,通常将油液的有效体积弹性模量视为一个常量进行计算,但涉及高精度和高稳定性的电液控制系统时,低压条件下油液体积弹性模量的测量对相关参数的确定有着极为重要的作用。文章通过实验的方法测量了低压(00.2MPa)条件下液压油的体积弹性模量,并对实验结果进行了分析。

The Measurement on Volume Elastic Modulus of Hydraulic Oil Under Low Pressure

AbstractBulk modulus is an important physical parameter of the working medium in electro-hydraulic control system, which reflects the ability of oil to resist pressure. In medium and high pressure occasion, when there exist no strict requirement about the hydraulic dynamic analysis, effective bulk modulus of oil is generally be counted as a constant, but once the electro-hydraulic control system comes to a high precision and high stability condition, the measurement of the bulk modulus of oil in low pressure condition will becomes very important for the determination of the relevant parameters. In this paper the volume elastic modulus of hydraulic oil under low pressure (0 ~ 0.2MPa) was measured by experimental method, and the experimental results are analyzed.

基于数值方法的疏齿密封流场分析和泄漏量影响因素

   要:该研究采用CFD方法,对不同结构、不同形状的疏齿密封的流场和泄漏量的影响因素进行了研究。计算了疏齿密封内汽流的压力分布以及速度分布,分析了汽流在最后一个密封齿处达到临界速度的条件。分别讨论了疏齿密封入口压力,密封齿顶间隙,密封齿腔室长度,密封齿厚度以及密封齿形状对汽流流场和泄漏量的影响,并且指出交错齿迷宫密封和带有凸肩的密封具有较好的密封效果。论述了汽轮机组等旋转设备应如何选择密封参数。

Analysis on Flow Field and Leakage Influence Factor of Tooth Seal

AbstractThe paper has studied the flow field distribution and the influence factors of leakage on the tooth seal with different structure and shape on CFD. The distribution of steam current pressure and velocity is presented method and the critical velocity of the steam flow at the last tooth is analyzed. Then, the influence factors of leakage, such as seal clearance, seal cavity length, seal tooth thickness and seal shapes are discussed. The result shows that the interlocking seal and the shoulder seal had a better sealing performance. Finally, the paper points that how to choose reasonable seal parameters.

  要:针对汽车发动机密封系统,论述了密封件的失效准则和橡胶材料的本构模型,选取了某汽车发动机工程设计实例,根据设计参数进行密封件结构设计,运用ABAQUS软件分别建立了不同装配状态LMCNMCMMC下的有限元模型,进行了有限元分析,结果显示,同一基本尺寸,考虑制造公差状态下的装配结果呈现非常大的区别,因此,在汽车发动机密封件设计时需考虑制造公差的分析。

AbstractGiving an introduction of sealing mechanism and the property model of rubber material for the automobile engine cylinder cover gasket, the finite element model was established to research the engine cylinder cover gasket at the LMC, NMC and MMC assembly situations by ABAQUS software. The results showed that different kinds of assembly situations could affect the sealing performance of the gasket at the same basic dimension and the different tolerances, so the manufacturing tolerance has to be considered during the designing work.

浮杯泵结构的实用意义及其密封问题

   要:浮杯泵的结构特点是大数量柱塞双环排列且呈镜像背靠背的布局,每个柱塞都有一个独立的杯状缸筒。由于几何学的限制,缸筒的倾角要限制在10°以内防止柱塞颈末端太小以至于不能承受来自柱塞顶部受到的压力负荷。为了防止浮杯滑出固定浮杯凸缘的边界,在滚筒和转轴之间可用一个等速接头连接可以减小浮杯的相对运动。柱塞与缸筒之间基本的密封方式有两种:有无密封环。直接密封的主要优势是液压力产生的作用力完全由柱塞本身承担,柱塞与浮杯之间的液压接触力完全被消除。在同等条件下,柱塞直接密封有更小的泄漏,也有更小的摩擦损失,因此液压机械效率会更高。最后柱塞直接密封也省去了柱塞环的生产、损坏及安装成本。

The Practical Significance on the Structure Floating Cup Pump and Its Sealing Problem

AbstractThe floating cup pump features a high number pistons arranged in a double ring, back-to-back configuration. Each piston has a separate cup-like cylinder. In a floating cup pump with 2×12 pistons the tilt angle is limited to about 10° due to geometrical constraints in case the piston neck will be too small to withstand the hydraulic load from the piston crown. In order to avoid the cup slips beyond the edge of the holding cup flange., Applying a homokinetic joint between the barrel and the rotor shaft can reduce the relative movement of the cups. There are two types of seal between piston and cylinderwith or without a piston ring. The elemental advantage of a direct sealing is that the force generated by the hydraulic pressure is entirely taken by piston itself; the hydraulic contact forces between piston and cup are completely eliminated. At equal conditions a direct sealing on the piston has less leakage and it will consequently have lower friction losses. Aside from a higher hydro-mechanical efficiency can be obtained. Finally a direct sealing on the piston takes away the costs of the piston rings: the production costs, the costs for breaking the rings and costs for mounting the rings.

AbstractAs the main part of pneumatic control systemthe reliability of the solenoid valve played a critical role for the normal operation in the whole system, especially on the ones applied in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. In this paper, the influence factors, which led to the air leakage phenomenon of the solenoid valve with electricity, were introduced based on the principle of the valve. To put forward and verify the effective measures to solve the failure, the analysis of the cause was made, which had a certain guiding significance on the design, manufacture and maintenance of the valve.

AbstractSince 2010, to ensure the more safety of equipment operation and improve the production efficiency of the enterprises, most of the domestic petrochemical industries started the modification for high risk of pumps in their enterprises. Chinese leading mechanical seal manufacturers have done a lot of research and development, and provided the mechanical seal and auxiliary system to suit for high-risk pumps. The modification greatly improved the safety factor of the equipment operation. At the same time, it also exposed some defects in the mechanical seals. The spots on carbon faces of mechanical seals are one of the issues that affect mechanical seal performance.
