虚拟现实技术在高职“虚拟课堂”中的应用

  要:以机电类《液压传动》课程为例,研究了虚拟现实技术在高职“虚拟课堂”实训教学中的应用,提出了“虚拟实训室”建设的思路。虚拟现实技术的应用能推进高职信息化教学改革,改善教学环境,优化教学过程,突出学生的主体性,从而提高教学的效率和质量,缓解高职教学资源不足的问题,减少实训安全隐患。

Application of Virtual Reality Technology in“Virtual Classroom”

AbstractIn hydraulic transmission course of mechanical and electrical, for example,the virtual reality technology in the application of the "virtual classroom" practice teaching is studied,the train of thought of" virtual training room" constructing is put forward. Due to the application of virtual reality technology,the teaching reform of higher vocational information are promoted, the teaching environment is improved, the teaching process is optimized, the subjectivity of students ishighlighted.So as to teach- ing efficiency and quality are improved, the problem of shortage of teaching resources are alleviated, the practice safe hidden trouble are reduced.

基于负载口独立的挖掘机回转液压系统仿真分析

   要:负载口独立技术增加了系统的控制自由度,进、出口节流面积可独立调节。此方法与挖掘机回转液压系统的加速启动、减速制动的分段控制过程相吻合。利用系统增加的自由度进口采用计算流量反馈的控制方法控制回转平台转速,出口采用压力反馈控制方法实现回转平台的平稳制动。理论分析和Matlab/SimHydraulics仿真分析表明,利用负载口独立技术,可以提升挖掘机回转启动的快速性、降低减速制动时的压力冲击及减少反复振荡,是提升效率、启制动平稳性的有效途径之一。

Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Excavator Rotary Hydraulic

System Based on Load Port Independent Technology

AbstractThe load port independent is a technology that import and export throttling area can be separately controlled, so control degrees of freedom in valve control system is increased.This method is consistent with the segment control of excavator slewing hydraulic system in the process of acceleration and deceleration braking. By using the increased degree of freedom in system , a calculate flow feedback control method on import has been proposed ,it realized the speed control of excavator rotation platform, outlet using pressure feedback control method to achieve a smooth braking of the slewing platform. Theoretical analysis and Matlab/SimHydraulics simulation analysis show that using the load port independent technology can enhance the rapidity of slewing start, reducing the deceleration braking pressure shocks and reduce repeated shocks, so, it’s one of the effective ways to promote efficiency and braking stability.

基于AMESim的整车主动悬架建模仿真研究

  要:整车主动悬架建模大多采用状态方程的方法。针对其存在的过程复杂、参数繁多、不易修改等问题,该文提出了一种新型的基于AMESim软件的整车主动悬架建模方法。该方法尤其对研究电液伺服控制类作动器具有很强的应用性。为了验证模型的有效性,采用模糊控制策略,对电液伺服控制主动悬架进行了整车模型的搭建及仿真。结果表明利用AMESim完成的整车主动悬架模型简便、高效、实用性强。

AbstractThe modeling of full vehicle active suspension mostly adopted the method of state equation.To its complex process, various parameters and difficult modification.The paper put forward new modeling method of full vehicle active suspension based on AMESim. The methed was suitable for research of the electro-hydraulic servo control actuator especially. In order to verify the validity of the model, The fuzzy control strategy was used, and finished the full vehicle modeling and simulation of the electro-hydraulic servo control active suspension.The result showed that the modle of full vehicle active suspension was simple,efficient and practicable.

双活塞组合液压缸系统建模与仿真分析

  要:双活塞组合液压缸具有负载自适应及速度变换的特点,文中以其为研究对象,根据液压缸工作原理及结构形式建立双组合液压缸的数学模型,并由AMESim仿真软件建立液压缸的系统模型,通过系统仿真对双活塞组合液压缸参数随运动的变化情况进行分析,同时,对切断阀三角槽、阀芯形状、阀口直径的改变对液压缸系统动态性能的影响进行研究。该研究对双活塞组合液压缸系统设计和节能研究具有重要意义。

AbstractThe combination of double piston hydraulic cylinder has the characteristics of adaptive load and the speed of transformation, as the research object in this paper, a mathematical model of the double combination of hydraulic cylinder hydraulic cylinder according to the working principle and structure, and by AMESim simulation software to establish the system model of the hydraulic cylinder, were analyzed through the changes of the system simulation of double the parameters of hydraulic cylinder piston combination with exercise at the same time, to study the effects of cut-off valve spool, triangular groove shape, diameter of valve on the hydraulic cylinder system dynamic performance. The research is of great significance to the design and energy saving of the double piston hydraulic cylinder system.

安溢活门动特性定量分析技术

摘 要:该文对安溢活门动特性分析技术开展研究,利用集总参数方法建立安溢活门的AMESim模型,分析安溢活门动特性及关键设计参数对活门性能的影响。建立安溢活门流道区域的三维模型,通过CFD数值分析不同开度下安溢活门的流动特性。以安溢活门出口安装保护罩或排气管为例,开展该工况下安溢活门的动特性仿真,实现了安溢活门工作性能的定量化数值分析。

AbstractThis paper studied the dynamic analysis of the relief valve, the AMESim model of relief valve was built by using lumped parameter method. The dynamic analysis and the influence of key parameters for valve property were studied. The three-dimensional model of the valve flow was built, the CFD numeric analysis of relief valve at different opening degrees was carried out. In this paper, the dynamic analysis of the relief valve with shield device or release pipe was studied. The results realized the quantitative dynamic analysis of relief valve property.

连续管作业机张紧力电液控制系统的设计及应用

   要:常规的连续管作业机张紧力通过手动控制滚筒与注入头之间速度匹配控制实现,由于人为因素难以实现滚筒与注入头之间稳定的张紧力控制。该文设计的连续管作业机张紧力电液控制系统引入PLC控制技术,采用电液负荷传感控制模式,实现了滚筒与注入头之间连续管张紧力的自适应控制。应用实践表明:该系统运行平稳,操作简单,性能可靠,延长了连续管的使用寿命。

AbstractThe tension force of coiled tubing unit was conventionally realized by matching the speed between tubing reel and injector with the method of manual control, but it was difficult to gain steady tension force between tubing reel and injector because of artificial factor. The Electrohydraulic control system of tension force in coiled tubing unit which was presented by this article realized the adaptive control of tension force between tubing reel and injector by introducing PLC control technique and using the mode of Electrohydraulic control. The application results showed that the Electrohydraulic control system is stable with easy operation and reliable performance, prolonging the service limit of coiled tubing.

一种新型液压管路加热装置的关键元件配型研究

  要:液压油温关乎到液压元件执行的可靠性以及使用寿命,每一个液压元件均具有适宜的工作温度范围。对于工作于极寒条件下的液压系统,当其暂歇动作时,油温迅速下降,不利于液压元件的再次动作。为满足元件的工作温度,可增设微循环加热装置。该文针对极寒工况下的液压系统微循坏加热装置的关键液压元件选型展开理论建模与分析,探讨并构建了在目标加热功率和短暂时间内,加热阀和蓄能器选型计算方法,该文的研究成果为该装置应用于工程实践提供理论支持。

AbstractHydraulic oil temperature is related to the reliability of the hydraulic components and the service life, each hydraulic components have a suitable operating temperature range. When the hydraulic system which works in the arctic conditions pauses, the oil temperature will decrease rapidly, and it is not conducive to action hydraulic components again. So, in order to meet the working temperature of the components, microcirculation heating device can be added. While, in this paper, the hydraulic components selection of hydraulic system microcirculation heating device under the critical conditions has been studied. The selection methods of heating valve and energy accumulator are discussed and constructed in the target heating power and within a short time. The results provide theoretical support for this device application in engineering practice.

  要:圆草捆打包机已成为牧草收获不可缺少的设备,设计一种圆草捆打包机的液压系统,分析液压执行元件的动作过程,提出该液压系统的设计方案并详细阐述了该液压系统的设计过程和工作原理。样机出厂后进行大量实地试验,试验结果显示:该液压系统工作稳定、可靠,各执行元件都可按设计要求动作,完全可以满足圆草捆打包机的工作要求。

基于区间模型的Y形密封圈可靠性分析

  要:该文利用基于区间模型的非概率可靠性分析方法,以某一规格的轴用Y圈为研究对象,对其非概率可靠性指标进行了研究;该文首先介绍了基于区间模型的非概率可靠性分析方法,然后对该规格Y形圈的非概率可靠性指标进行了研究,主要包括功能函数的拟合、基于区间模型的功能函数标准化及最后非概率可靠性指标的求解等内容;最后介绍影响非概率可靠性指标的主要因素。结果表明:当各不确定性参数在所述范围之内变化时,该规格的Y形圈在所述工况条件下的非概率可靠性指标η>1,说明当各不确定性参数在所述范围之内变化时,该规格的Y形圈在所述工况条件下,密封界面的接触压力始终大于油压,密封可靠,原则上不会失效;此外,一般情况下,影响非概率可靠性指标的主要因素有各随机因素分布区间的准确性、拟合所得的响应面函数的准确性以及优化方法(优化函数)的选择等。

AbstractIn this paper, the non-probabilistic reliability index of a specification Y-ring was studied,using the non-probabilistic reliability analysis methodwhich is based on the interval model. Firstly, we introduced the non-probabilistic reliability analysis method which is based on the interval model.Secondly, we studied the non-probabilistic reliability index of the Y-ring, including the fit of the performance function, and the standardization of the performance function,and also the solving of the non-probabilistic reliability index.Last,the main factors influencing the non-probabilistic reliability index were introduced. The result showed that: the non-probabilistic reliability index of the Y-ring [η>1]it shows thatwhen each of the uncertain parameters vary within the range which is described in table 1, the contact pressure of the Y-ring is always greater than the oil pressure in sealing interface under the working conditions,so the Y-ring is reliable,and it will not failure in principle; Besides, generally, the main factors influencing the non-probabilistic reliability index are as follows: first, the interval distribution accuracy of every random factor, second, the accuracy of the response surface function, third, the choice of the optimization method.

This equipment incorporating water injection, compressed air to blow and sweep, cleaner injection and High-Pressure Nitrogen to blow and sweep. It has advantages of high integrated degree,complete functions, convenient operation and high work efficiency. This equipment can use four functions at the same time. It can be quality and efficient complete processes water injection, compressed air to blow and sweep,cleaner injection, High-Pressure Nitrogen to blow and sweep in the pressure test of Small-scale High-pressure Vessel.

  要:转向系统是影响车辆行驶安全的的关键系统之一。某特种车辆在空载状态高速行驶过程中进行转向动作时,易出现车辆摆尾现象。该文对车辆摆尾的原因进行分析,针对摆尾原因提出转向液压系统设计改进措施并进行试验验证,解决了某特种车辆转向摆尾问题,提高了车辆的高速行驶稳定性,为转向液压系统设计提供指导。

AbstractThe steering system is one of the key systems to affect the safety of a vehicle.A special vehicle is apt to yaw in no-load condition when the steering action is carried out in the high speed running process. This paper analyzes the reasons of the vehicle yaw, puts forward the improvement measures to the steering hydraulic system and verifies by experiment that the measures are effective. The measures solve the problem of the vehicle yaw and improve the high-speed stability of the vehicle.And so this paper can provide guidance for steering hydraulic system design.

AbstractThe requirements of the hydraulic equipment for infrastructure construction are higher and higher, not only require the hydraulic equipment to achieve a high degree of integration, but also require equipment with great reliability. According to the special working characteristics of electromechanical hydraulic interlocking device, overall performance of the device, this paper is mainly based on the urban rail transit interlocking system design, maximize its function, and improve the overall performance of the equipment, through the reasonable design of interlocking device. According to the special working characteristics of electromechanical hydraulic interlocking device and the overall performance of the device, in this paper, electromechanical liquid integrated interlocking device is designed and optimized, a reference for improving the overall performance of hydraulic equipment is provided.

Stewart型六自由度运动平台反解算法研究

  要:Stewart型六自由度运动平台,能够完成空间中六个自由度的运动。该文通过研究[Stewart]平台的机构特点和相关理论,总结出其运动学反解的运算规律,根据运动规律编写了反解算法,并通过Matlab中的Simulink建立了运动模型。给定目标姿态曲线,通过运算对运动仿真模型进行控制,即可得出运动曲线。通过比较仿真曲线与目标姿态曲线的吻合程度,即可判断算法的正确性。该研究过程为六自由度运动平台及其控制系统搭建提供了理论依据,为六自由度运动平台作为振动台进行测试试验奠定了基础。

Research of Inverse Solution Algorithm for a 6-DOF Stewart Motion Platform

Abstract6-DOF motion stewart platform can actualize the space movements at six degrees of freedom. In this paper, the mechanism characteristics and related theory of the stewart platform will be researched.And then, the operation law of its kinematic inverse solution will be summarized. The inverse solution algorithm will be written, and the motion model will be established through Simulink in MATLAB. We give a target attitude curve to get the simulation curve by controlling the motion model through caculation. Then, the correctness of the algorithm can be judged by comparing the simulation curve with the target attitude curve. The research process provides a theoretical basis for the 6-dof motion platform and its control system, and lays the foundation for the 6-dof motion platform as a vibration table test.

  要:根据直动式溢流阀、先导式溢流阀的结构、工作原理,分析了先导式溢流阀的泄油口、外控口接法对其静态调整压力的影响,提出将外控口封堵时视为接无穷大压力,得出了统一的先导式溢流阀调整压力计算方法。并运用该计算方法分析了溢流阀串联、控制口外接的组合,以实现不同级别的系统压力的调整。

AbstractAccording to structures and principle of direct-acting and pilot-operated relief valves, the influence of connecting ways of the pilot oil drain and the control port on response pressure was discussed. It was proposed that the pressure at control port is seen as  infinite if the port is blocked, then a unified setting pressure calculation method was achieved. It was used on the analysis of relief valve series and control port with external pressure setting for multi-stage pressure adjustment.

  要:多余物是直接影响系统工作可靠性和元件使用寿命的一个重要因素。它产生于液压元件加工、制造的各个环节。在管路施工尤其是外场施工环境条件下,受制于野外环境下施工、清洗、防尘条件的限制,极易将多余物通过管路带入液压系统。针对此问题,通过对多年现场施工经验总结,对液压系统管路厂外现场施工过程中多余物来源进行了详细分析,给出了现场施工过程中各重要环节的多余物控制有效措施,通过实际操作和使用检测表明,所采取的多余物控制措施有效,使用效果很好。

  要:针对自主设计的用于飞机液压系统的间接检测式溢流阀全流量压差不能满足设计要求,通过理论分析得出这种间接检测式溢流阀稳态调压偏差大,不能满足顾客使用要求。通过数学建模和AMEsim系统仿真分析,得出理论上直接检测式溢流阀稳态调压偏差极小,能满足使用要求,因此我们设计出一种直接检测式溢流阀,并通过试验对仿真的正确性进行了验证。

And provide reference for the preparation of other related procedures.
