基于CFD软件的液力变矩器导轮优化设计

  要:以236循环圆的一款液力变矩器产品为研究对象。进行导轮部分的优化,优化的目标是在满足性能使用条件的基础上减少导轮叶片数量,以降低铸造成本。首先对该变矩器提取计算域及网格划分,并使用CFD软件对其进行模拟分析。然后根据模拟结果提供的泵、涡轮扭矩值求出相关的原始特性数据。与相同工况条件下的试验数据进行对比,确定模拟计算的正确性。最后设计合理的导轮优化方案,并通过数值模拟来调整方案,验证方案合理可行。经过对导轮的优化较大的节省了铸造成本。

Hydrodynamic Torque Converter Stator Blade Optimization Design Based on the CFD

AbstractA torque converter product of 236 circle is used as the research object. The stator part is optimized, and the optimization objective is a reduction in the number of guide vane and reduce the casting cost based on meet the conditions for the use of performance. At first, the torque converter is used to extract the computation domain and the mesh generation, and use the CFX software to simulate . Then according to the simulation results, the pump torque values and turbine torque values are obtained, and get the original characteristic data. The simulation results are compared with the experimental data under the same conditions. In the enddesign reasonable  stator optimization scheme, and through numerical simulation to ensure the adjustment plan, testing the schemes reasonable and feasible. Through the optimization of the statorthe cost of casting is saved

恒速发电导叶可调液力变矩器的研究

   要:为了满足风力发电的恒速输出,并且可以高效、稳定地并网发电。阐述了导叶可调式液力变矩器调节的变速输入恒速输出装置的原理,并对导叶可调式液力变矩器建模分析。在不同的导叶开度下建立不同的变矩器模型;提取不同导叶开度下的流道模型。利用流体仿真软件分析出变矩器的特性。

Research on Guide Vane Adjustable Torque Converter with Constant Speed Generation

AbstractIn order to satisfy constant speed output and can be efficient and stable power generation with wind power, the principle of variable speed input constant speed output device with torque converter is expounded and the torque converter is modeled and analyzed. In different opening of guide vane, the model of the torque converter and runners is established. And the characteristics of torque converter are analyzed by the fluid simulation software.

基于FluidSIM的举升机液压系统设计

  要:为提高举升机装置液压系统设计效率,缩短举升机设计周期,探索软件仿真技术在液压回路设计中的应用意义非凡。以漯河中原汽保设备有限公司的举升机装置设计为例,分析了FluidSIM软件在回路设计和动态仿真中的作用。经FluidSIM仿真分析设计的举升机装置液压系统,在漯河中原汽保设备有限公司生产现场进行了试运行,动作准确可靠,运行效果良好,达到了预期目标。

The Design of Hydraulic System for Lifting Machine Based on FluidSIM

AbstractExploration has important value for application of modern simulation technology in the design of hydraulic circuit for us to improve the design efficiency of hydraulic system and shorten the design cycle of product. The paper analyzed the role of software of FluidSIM in the circuit design and dynamic simulation based on the lifting machine of Luohe ZhongYuan automobile insurance Equipment Machinery Co., Ltd. The lifting machine was analyzed and designed using by FluidSIM software.The action of lifting machine that was analyzed and designed by FluidSIM software is accurate and reliable in the same time we get the desired goal in the production of trial operation in Luohe ZhongYuan automobile insurance Equipment Machinery Co., Ltd.

二维(2D)活塞泵用端面凸轮的设计与误差补偿

  要:该文简单介绍了浙江工业大学阮健教授团队设计发明的一种新型结构的液压泵,名为二维(2D)单体轴向活塞泵,简述了2D泵的结构和原理,并设计了该泵上的端面凸轮机构。利用平面移动凸轮转化为圆柱端面凸轮的方法,设计了在等加等减速运动规律下的圆锥滚子圆柱端面凸轮,给出了其空间实际廓线方程。分析了利用上述方法设计圆柱端面凸轮实际廓线时产生的误差,给出了一种数学计算的误差补偿方法,运用MATLAB软件计算出误差补偿值。误差补偿后,减小了滚子与凸轮之间的间隙,提高了滚子在凸轮上的运动精度,提高了2D泵性能。

Design and an Error Compensation of End Cam for

AbstractThis paper simply introduces a new type of structure hydraulic pump, called two-dimensional2Dsingle axial piston pump. This paper sketches the structure and principle of the 2D pump, and designed the cylindrical end cam mechanism of the pump. By using the method of transferring the translating cam to the cylindrical cam to design a cylindrical end cam with conical rollers which is in a constant acceleration and deceleration motion curve, the contour equation is given. Analyzed the causes of the error when designing the cylindrical end cam with the above-mentioned method, and proposed an error compensation method of mathematical calculation. Calculated the error value by MATLAB software. After the error compensation, the gap between the rollers and the cam is eliminated, improving the accuracy when the rollers rolling on the cam.

基于Matlab的蓄能器恒压力加载系统的设计及应用

  要:该文针对结晶器振动试验台的加载系统特性进行分析,设计了简单可靠、能耗低、使用便捷的利用蓄能器作为加载能源的恒压力加载系统,对系统进行了理论计算分析。采用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具对加载系统进行建模,并对加载系统的模型进行了仿真分析,验证了系统设计的合理性及系统参数选取的正确性。

AbstractThis article focuses on the character analysis ofloading system formouldhydraulic oscillation testing table, and designs a loading system with the good reliability and low-energy based on the accumulator as the loading energy by the theoretical calculation.The loading system model is established by Matlab/Simulinktoolbox, the relevant simulation and analysis are carried out.The simulation results show the rationality of the system design and the correctness of system parameters.

安溢活门低压密封影响因素分析

  要:该文利用理论公式和有限元方法对安溢活门进行密封比压定量计算,有限元方法结果较理论分析更为精确;分析结果表明,安溢活门低压密封的主要影响因素是主阀波纹管长度、阀杆上非金属密封件摩擦力以及密封面宽度;采取措施提高了安溢低压密封性能,提高了安溢活门密封可靠性。

Study on Influence Factors of Low Pressure Sealing for Relief Valve

AbstractThis paper calculated the sealing specific pressure of the relief valve using theoretical equation and FEA method. The results using FEA method are more accurate than that of theoretical method. The results show that the major factors of the sealing specific pressure were the length of corrugated tube, the friction of the seal in the stem and the width of the seal. The improvement measures were proposed for the low pressure seal of relief valve. These measures can improve the reliability of the sealing of relief valve.

  要:某型能源系统用于为飞机提供二次能源。收放作动装置是该能源系统的收放机构。该文根据收放作动装置的工作机能,运用AMESim提供的元件设计库构建收放作动装置的仿真模型,并依据收放作动装置的相关数据设置模型的各项基本参数,进行仿真。通过仿真结果和实验结果对收放作动装置进行性能分析,为装置的后续设计优化等工作提供依据。

AbstractAn power system is used to provide secondary power for the aircraft. The deployment actuator is the retraction jack of the system. According to the working principle of the deployment actuator, via the use of component design libraries provided by AMESim, the paper builds simulation model of thedeployment actuator, and performs the simulation in accordance with the basic parameters of the actuator. Also, the paper analyses the performance of the deployment actuator according to the simulation and experimental result, providing a basic for the following design and optimization of deployment actuator.

油缸非调节形式前腔缓冲结构分析研究

  要:目前挖掘机油缸前腔缓冲普遍采用导向套、缓冲套与节流孔组合的结构形式,通过调整导向套内置节流孔孔径确保缓冲性能达到设计要求。但该结构形式相对复杂,节流孔孔径较小,油液污染易导致堵塞而影响缓冲性能。因此,该文针对某型挖掘机油缸无节流孔非调节形式的导向套、缓冲套组合前腔缓冲结构开展研究。将缓冲结构划分为圆锥段缓冲、斜面段缓冲与末端缓冲三个阶段,结合缓冲压力测试曲线分析了节流孔孔径在三个阶段产生的影响。采用缓冲结构等节流面积原则,将缓冲套斜面设计为等效截面,并通过仿真分析验证了其对缓冲性能的影响。仿真结果表明:通过缓冲套斜面优化,可实现非调节形式的前腔缓冲,在简化缓冲结构的同时提高缓冲可靠性。仿真结果为该型油缸缓冲结构优化提供了参考。

Analysis on Non-regulative Rod Head Buffering Structure

 of Hydraulic Cylinder

AbstractNow the rod head buffering structure of hydraulic cylinder assembled by guide sleeve, buffering sets and orifice, by adjust the diameter of orifice that installed in guide sleeve to guarantee the buffering performance satisfied the design requirement. But this type of structure complexity, diameter of orifice small, contamination of oil can block the orifice easily and influence the buffering performance. Study the non-regulative buffering structure on the excavator make up by buffering sets and guide sleeve that removal the orifice. Divide the buffering structure to three stage: cone buffering stage, slope buffering stage and end buffering stage, combined with buffering pressure curve analysis the influence of orifice diameter in three stage. Use identical area principle, the slope of buffering sets was designed to equivalent area, by simulation verify the influence of this new structure.The simulation results showed: by optimize the slope of buffering sets, can realize the non-regulative structure rod head buffering structure, simplify the buffering structure at the same time improve the reliability.The simulation results provided the reference to optimize the buffering structure of this cylinder.

Analysis and Improvement on Sealing Ways of Stacked Manifold

AbstractIn this paper, the leakage phenomenon of the stack-up manifold block is analyzed and the force situation is calculated, in the hydraulic system practice use. The advantage and disadvantage of three difference sealing ways are indicated. This shows that different sealing ways are used in different working conditions, and it can solve the leakage problem of the stack-up manifold block economically and effectively.

   要:为减轻操作人员劳动强度,降低作业风险,提高注入头的自动化和智能化控制水平,研制了电液控制式ZR360注入头。该注入头导向架采用液压缸作为执行元件,实现了导向架的远程控制。注入头控制系统采用电液控制技术,实现夹紧力和张紧力根据注入头载荷变化的自适应控制。试验结果表明:各项技术指标均满足设计要求,运行稳定、操作简单,性能可靠。该注入头的研制有利于推动连续管装备的自动化和智能化发展。

Then it is shown that the potential leakage danger of cutting groove protection failure. Therefore, the method of design and product safety for this valve is introduced.

气驱油源在变负载工况下的参数匹配研究

  要:针对由高压气瓶组和活塞式蓄能器组成的一种新型气驱油源,分析了气驱油源工作原理以及某起竖设备的变负载工况特性,提出了一种气驱油源在变负载工况下的参数匹配方法。以保证某起竖设备的起竖快速性、起竖过程平稳性为约束条件,对气驱油源中蓄能器、高压气瓶组等主要元件进行参数匹配。在AMESim仿真软件建立的气驱油源起竖系统的仿真模型基础上对匹配结果进行分析,结果表明:进行参数匹配后,气驱油源输出的压力、流量满足起竖设备的变负载工况要求,研究结果为气驱油源的研发和改进提供了重要依据。

Study on Parameters Matching of Pneudraulic Oil Source under Variable Load Condition

AbstractFor a new pneudraulic oil source composed of high pressure gas cylinder and piston accumulator, analyzes the working principle of the gas drive oil source and the characteristics of a vertical device of varying load conditions,  put forward a pneudraulic oil source parameter matching method under variable load. The parameters of the main components such as accumulator, high pressure gas cylinder and other components in the pneudraulic oil source are matched to ensure the erection speed and erection process stability of the erection equipment. The simulation results show that the pressure and flow rate of the pneudraulic driven oil source meet the varying load condition of the vertical equipment after the parameter matching. The results show that the pressure and flow rate of the pneudraulic oil source meet the requirements of the variable load condition of the erecting equipment after the parameter matching. The research results provide important basis for the development and improvement of the pneudraulic oil source.

AbstractExisting explicit series pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder is composed of two cylinders simply stacked longitudinally, which has poor structure rigidity because of the overlong pull rods and longitudinal size. This paper introduced a implicit series pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder with 3-stage power output, which longitudinal size is only half of existing explicit series. What is more, it has prominent advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, minute extension, low power consumption, high efficiency and lower impulsive noise.

  要:气弹簧以其良好的力学性能在工业设备中得到广泛使用。为了满足不同工况及操作需求,需要选取气弹簧最优的安装位置以及关键参数。该文利用数学分析软件Mathcad,以气弹簧安装铰接点位置以及气弹簧在工作过程中压缩行程及支撑力为参数,对其工作过程中支撑力矩的变化规律进行了数学分析及图像转换,并根据所得的结果,对气弹簧进行参数优选。

AbstractGas spring is widely used in industrial equipment with its good mechanical properties. In order to meet the operation personnel of different operational requirements, we need to make sure the optimal installation position and to select the suitable key parameters of gas spring. In this paper, we took the installation position and the force of maximum compression state of gas spring as the parameter, and studied the change of support moment during its working process by  using the mathematical analysis software Mathcad. At the same time, According to the obtained results, we select the appropriate installation position and gas spring models.
