大型液压起重机同步控制的研究

  要:由于大型液压起重机往往无法用一组绞车带动主起升或者变幅臂架,故需要采用双绞车同时驱动,因此往往存在着同步误差。为解决这个问题,该文以某大型液压起重机的主起升系统为研究对象,分析了该设备的机械系统和液压系统,从而建立了其液压系统数学模型,再利用主从同步控制原理,对双绞车进行PID同步控制,并分别从转速同步和转矩同步两个方面进行仿真分析,比较并得出良好的控制效果。

Research on Synchronous Control for Large Hydraulic Crane

Abstract:The large hydraulic crane can't use single winch to drive the main hoist or boom usually, then need to adopt dual winches to drive at the same time, so there are synchronization errors. To solve this problem, study a large hydraulic crane hoisting system, analyze its mechanical and hydraulic system, and thus establish the mathematical model of the hydraulic system in this paper. And use master-slave synchronization control principle and PID synchronous control method. Then simulate from speed synchronous and torque synchronous. Finally, compare results and get a good control effect.

基于CFD的液压多路阀阀后压力补偿回路流道流场仿真研究

  要:该论文针对工厂生产的具体问题,通过使用理论分析及CFD数值模拟分析相结合的研究方法,对轮式液压挖掘机负载敏感多路阀的阀后压力补偿回路流道流场进行仿真研究。通过仿真得到的压力场及压力等值线图进行对比分析,进而找出其压力补偿阀芯结构对多路阀压力补偿回路流道流场的影响。

Research on the Flow-channel's Flow-Field of the Pressure-compensated

Abstract:This paper combining with the concrete production practice, using the research methods of numerical simulation analysis and theoretical analysis, to analysis the Pressure-compensated valve’s runner and flow field of the thydraulic excavator’s load sensitive multi-way valve. Based on the pressure field, understanding the internal flow field characteristics, and finding out the valve core’s structures on the influences of the multi-way valve’s flow field.

基于AMESim的一种新型气驱油源建模与仿真研究

  要:针对由高压气瓶组和活塞式蓄能器组成的一种新型气驱油源,在分析其工作原理的基础上,建立了气驱油源工作过程的数学模型,运用AMESim仿真软件建立了气驱油源试验系统的仿真模型,并通过样机试验验证了仿真模型的准确性,最后利用仿真分析对气驱油源工作过程进行了详细的研究,得到了高压气瓶组总容积、充气压力等关键元件参数对气驱油源输出量的影响,为气驱油源的研发和改进提供了重要依据。

Modeling and Simulation on A New Pneudraulic Oil Source Based on AMESim

Abstract:For a new pneudraulic oil source composed of high pressure gas cylinder and piston accumulator, the mathematical model of the working process of pneudraulic oil source was established on the basis of the analysis of its working principle. Then we establish a simulation model of pneudraulic oil source experiment system based on the simulation software AMESim, use the machine test verifies the accuracy of the simulation model, use the simulation analysis conducting a comprehensive research of pneudraulic oil source. The influence of vital element parameters such as high pressure gas cylinder volume and pressure on pneudraulic oil source is obtained, which provides important basis for research and improvement of pneudraulic oil source.

一种空满载自适应油气弹簧的设计与研究

   要:针对自卸车等工程车辆空满载状态下轴载变化大的特点,设计一种具有两级压力蓄能器的油气弹簧结构,减小蓄能器的总体积,提高悬架系统对载荷的适应性。其中外置低压蓄能器满足车辆空载承载需求,内置高压蓄能器提高满载承载能力,防止油气弹簧的过度压缩。建立了该油气弹簧的AMESim仿真模型,通过仿真给出其在空满载下的力位移特性曲线,油气弹簧在空满载状态下刚度具有显著变化,说明油气弹簧具有较好的载荷适应性。

Design and Research of a Hydro-pneumatic Spring Adaptive to Empty and Full Loads

Abstract:In accordance to the distinguished axial load variation under empty and full load of engineering vehicles such as the auto-unloading vehicle, a hydro-pneumatic spring with two-stage accumulators was proposed to reduce the total volume of accumulators and increase the load adaptivity of the suspension system. The exterior low-pressure accumulator satisfies the load bearing demands in empty load condition while the interior high-pressure accumulator enhances the load bearing ability in full load condition and prevent the hydro-pneumatic spring from over-compression. The AMESim simulation model of the hydro-pneumatic was built and its force-displacement characteristic curves under both empty and full loads were obtained. The stiffness characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic spring under the empty and full loads varied significantly, demonstrating its satisfying load adaptivity.

径向柱塞泵流场仿真中UDF的分析与实现

  要:CFD方法在产品问题分析与研究方面具有一定的优越性,在通过CFD方法对径向柱塞泵进行流场分析与优化过程中发现,由于径向柱塞泵工作原理及其刚体运动关系的独特性,流场仿真分析需要借助CFD动网格技术和用户自定义函数(UDF)才能进行。该文着重推导了径向柱塞泵柱塞相对于转子做往复运动的速度表达式,并对其进行正交分解处理,编写柱塞相对于转子运动的UDF程序,结果显示UDF程序编写方法及程序是合理的、正确的,研究结果对径向柱塞泵内部流场的分析奠定基础。

Analysis and Implementation of UDF in Flow Field Simulation for Radial Piston Pump

Abstract:The CFD analysis method has certain superiority in product analysis and research. It was found that the uniqueness of the radial piston pump in the working principle and rigid body motion, the flow field of simulation and analysis needed the CFD dynamic grid technology and user-defined function (UDF) when analyzing and optimizing the flow field of radial piston pump by CFD method. In this paper, the velocity expression of the piston relative to the rotor is deduced and orthogonally decomposed, and the UDF program of the piston relative to the rotor is programmed. The results of simulation show that the method and UDF program is reasonable and correct, which will lay the foundation for analyzing the internal flow field of the radial piston pump.

油缸缓冲结构参数对缓冲性能的影响分析

  要:该文针对某型液压挖掘机因油缸前腔缓冲造成的机械冲击问题,采用能量法对缓冲压力测试曲线进行分析,确定了冲击产生原因。基于油缸前腔缓冲结构将缓冲过程划分为三个阶段,建立流量方程并对影响缓冲压力变化趋势的主要结构参数进行了分析。依据系统流量与油缸结构建立数学模型计算获得缓冲时间-速度函数,同时建立缓冲结构CFD仿真模型。以缓冲时间-速度函数为输入条件,通过仿真分析重点研究了缓冲套斜面长度、缓冲阻尼孔孔径对缓冲性能的影响,并确定了缓冲结构参数优化值。仿真结果表明:合理缩短缓冲斜面长度并扩大缓冲阻尼孔孔径,可以有效控制缓冲压力曲线变化趋势,满足缓冲峰值压力控制要求的同时降低机械冲击。仿真结果为该型油缸缓冲结构的优化提供了参考。

Analysis the Influence of Hydraulic Cylinder Buffering Structure

Parameters to the Buffering Performance

Abstract:According to the mechanical impact caused by the cylinder buffering structure on the excavator, use the energy method to analysis the buffering pressure curve, confirm the causes of impact. Based on the buffering structure divide the buffering process to three phases, establish the flow-equation and analysis the influence of main buffering structure parameters to the buffering pressure curve. Based on the system flow and structure of hydraulic cylinder establish the mathematics model and calculate the buffering time-velocity function, at the same time establish the CFD simulation model of buffering structure. Use buffering time-velocity as input, study the influence of inclined plane length of buffering ring and diameter of buffering orifice to the buffering performance by simulation. Ascertain the optimization parameters of buffering structure. The simulation results showed: shorten the inclined plane length of buffering ring and enlarge the diameter of buffering orifice can control the buffering pressure effectively, to satisfied the peak pressure requirement and at the same time to reduce the mechanical impact. The simulation results provided the referrence to optimize the buffering structure of this cylinder.

插装式四通整流阀的布局和孔道连通优化设计

  要:深入分析了海水淡化双活塞往复式压力交换能量回收装置的插装式四通整流阀的布局方案和内部孔道的连通方案。结合插装单元在中心块立体布局的空间位置关系以及自身结构特点,建立了优化设计数学模型。基于MATLAB编写遗传算法程序进行插装单元间的外部干涉校核和孔道连通优化设计,最终求出插装式四通整流阀插装单元的最优布局方案。优化后的插装式四通整流阀的插装单元布局紧凑,内部孔道连通路径比初始设计缩短了20.4%。

Optimization Design of Layout and Communication Channels

for Cartridge Four-way Rectifying Valve

Abstract:Deeply analyzed layout program and internal flow channel program of cartridge four-way rectifying valve of the double piston reciprocating pressure exchange energy recovery device of desalination. Combine with the cartridge units spatial relationship in the central block of three-dimensional layout and its own structural features, had established an optimized design model. Carried out cartridge unit interference checking and optimized design of communication channels based on MATLAB which wrote the genetic algorithm program, and ultimately determined the optimal layout program of four-way rectifying valve cartridge unit. After optimized the integrated layout of the four-way rectifying valve cartridge unit was more compact, the internal communication channel path had reduced 20.4% than initial design.

氟醚橡胶耐介质和热氧老化性能研究

  要:该文研究了不同交联体系及交联剂用量对氟醚橡胶性能影响。采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜及DMTS(力学频谱仪)等手段对氟醚橡胶的结构组成进行了表征。探索研究了不同介质及热氧老化对氟醚橡结构、拉伸强度、永久压缩变形、动态力学等性能影响。研究结果表明,氟醚橡胶工艺性较好并具有优异的力学性能、耐老化性能及耐介质性能。

Study on the Medium Resistance and Aging Resistance of Fluorocarbon Elastomer Rubber

Abstract:The fluorocarbon elastomer rubber was prepared and the properties were investigated in the present paper. The influence of the cross linking agent on the mechanical property of the fluorocarbon elastomer rubber was investigated. FTIR, SEM and EDS were used to characterize the structure and the morphology of the fluorocarbon elastomer rubber. The results indicate that the fluorocarbon elastomer rubber demonstrate excellent performance, which can meet the requirement for some special field of aircraft, especially in high temperature and liquid resistant condition.

一种采用主备式驱动机构的双余度数字伺服阀性能研究

  要:余度数字阀具有可靠性高的优点,是未来数字阀的一个重要发展方向。数字阀可靠性的薄弱环节一般为其驱动机构,针对该情况,该研究提出了一种采用主备式驱动机构的双余度数字阀方案,介绍了其组成和原理,对其动静态性能进行了理论研究,并进行了仿真分析和相应的试验验证,最终给出了结论。

Performance Study on a Redundant Digital Servo Valve with a

Abstract:Redundant digital servo valve is an important direction for future development of the digital servo because of its high reliability.Commonly, the drive mechanism is considered to be the weak part of the digital servo valve.Given this, the study presents a redundant digital servo valve with a primary and a standBy drive mechanism. Firstly, the composition and the principles are introduced,then theory and simulation analysis, as well as the experiments are carried out.Finally the conclusion is given.

密封标准冲洗方案PLAN32与PLAN23在特定工况下的结合使用

  要:根据用户当地法规的环境污染要求和嗅觉的限制要求,设计的密封不允许有输送介质泄漏。按照API682推荐的机械密封选择方法,选用第1系列C型密封,选择布置方式3,冲洗方案选择PLAN53或PLAN54。在实际设计时,密封腔体尺寸不足,无法按布置方式3设计。在满足用户要求的情况下,还可以选用冲洗方案PLAN32,但改造设备是生产工序的末端,无法对冲洗液回收,经济损失较大,用户不允许直接采用此方案。综合考虑多方面因素,采用PLAN32,以最少量的冲洗液冲入密封腔,用于隔离介质,同时采用PLAN23降低密封腔内冲洗液温度,满足密封正常运转需要。

The Combined Use of the Sealed Standard Flusing Scheme Plan32 and Plan23

for the Specific Working Conditions

Abstract:According to the requirements of local environmental pollution and restrictions on the sense of smell, the design of the seal isn’t allowed to have a transmission medium leakage. The mechanical seal selections, recommended by API692,should be the selection of first series C type seal and the way of arrangement 3. Also, the washing plan should be either selection Plan 53 or Plan 54.However,in practical design, the sealing cavity size is insufficient, which can not be designed according to the layout 3.So in the case of meeting the user requirements, the washing plan 32 can be chosen. But the transformation equipment is the end of the production process, and can’t  reclaim the washing fluid, which can cause greater economic loss. Therefore, this washing plan is not allowed to use directly by users. Considering all these factors, use Plan 32,with the smallest amount of washing fluid into the sealing chamber to isolate media and meanwhile use Plan 23 to reduce the temperature of the washing liquid in the seal cavity to meet the needs of the normal operation of the seal.

有轨电车液压制动系统仿真分析与实验验证

  要:为提高有轨电车液压制动系统实验的有效性,该文对有轨电车液压制动系统压力与制动力的关系进行了分析和研究,使用MATLAB/Simulink软件对液压制动系统进行了建模、仿真与分析。并将仿真结果与实验结果进行了分析比较,为类似液压制动系统的设计、实验,提供一个较好的方法。

提高柱塞泵铝合金壳体铸件冶金合格率的工艺方法探索

  要: 该文针对某航空液压柱塞泵壳体铸件,在浇铸过程中经常出现气孔、疏松、夹渣等冶金缺陷,造成机械性能、气密性能达不到设计要求的问题。从产品结构、模具设计、工艺方法等方面进行分析,找出产生这些缺陷的原因。根据缺陷产生的原因对模具结构、工艺方法进行改进和调整,并进行试生产验证。通过验证,解决了上述缺陷问题,使壳体铸件的冶金合格率得到大幅的提高,机械性能和气密性能等满足了设计要求。

Exploration on Technological Methods of Improving Metallurgy Qualified Rate for Casting

Abstract:The paper analyzes the problems of mechanical capacity and air-tightness which fail to meet the design requirements due to metallurgical defects frequently occurred during the casting of certain aviation hydraulic plunger pump case and casting, such as pore, looseness and slag inclusion, and then find the causes of those defects from the aspects of product structure, mold design and techniques. The mold structure and techniques will be improved and adjusted on the basis of the defect causes and will be verified through pilot production. After verification, the above defect problems can be solved; the qualified rate of metallurgy of enclosure and casting will be enhanced greatly; the mechanical capacity and air-tightness will meet the design requirements.

Realization of a Low Cost Differential Pressure Transmitter Verification Device

Abstract:This paper introduces the design scheme of a low cost differential pressure transmitter calibration device, the main means is that the air compressor divides its circuit into two channels by connecting three channels, One channel is responsible for the pressure output of the high pressure output port, the other is responsible for the pressure output of the static pressure output port, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the differential pressure transmitter verification device.

伏安法测定汽轮机油抗氧剂含量的研究

  要:通过检测汽轮机油抗氧剂含量变化,可以有效监测油品剩余氧化寿命,进而评估换油周期。该文采用伏安法测量了0.044%~1.1%范围的汽轮机油中受阻酚和芳胺抗氧剂含量,市售A油新油和在用油抗氧剂含量。结果表明,伏安法测试0.044%~1.1%范围内的受阻酚和芳胺抗氧剂含量有良好的线性响应,并对受阻酚抗氧剂和芳胺抗氧剂具有定性检测能力,可以实现对汽轮机油中受阻酚抗氧剂和芳胺抗氧剂的定量检测。

Study on the Measurement of Antioxidant in Turbine Oils with Voltammetric Method

Abstract:Measuring the antioxidant content change in turbine oil,residual oxidation life of oil is effective monitored,and then the oil change period is evaluated.Hindered phenolic and aromatic amine antioxidant of 0.044-1.1%in turbine oilsis measured by voltammetry.Antioxidant in oil A new commercial and oil A in-service is also measured by voltammetry.The results indicate that,linear response of Hindered phenolic and aromatic amine antioxidant of 0.044-1.1% is good.Qualitative and quantitative detection of hindered phenolic and aromatic amine antioxidant in turbine oil can be achieved by voltammetry.

Research on Monitoring of Hydraulic Motor Wear for Shield Machine

加工单元监控系统的设计与实现

  要:通过分析加工单元的顺序动作,绘制了其顺序流程功能图SFC,提出利用SFC编写PLC程序和MCGS脚本程序的方法,最终通过PLC与MCGS之间的通信在人机界面上实现了加工单元顺序动作的精确监控。运行结果证明,加工单元运行动作准确可靠,监控系统既实现了系统运行状态的实时和动态监控,也达到总体设计要求。同时证明利用SFC编写PLC程序和组态脚本程序的方法是行之有效,该方法便于理清编程思路,简化编程难度,增强程序的可读性和交流性,为工业生产的组态仿真设计提供帮助,也对MCGS课程教学具有较强的借鉴意义。

Design and Realization of Monitoring System for Processing Unit

Abstract:By analyzing the sequential action of the processing unit, draws its sequential process function chart SFC, puts forward the method of writing PLC program and scriping MCGS by using SFC, ultimately through the communication between PLC and MCGS in man-machine interface realizes the accurate monitoring of sequential processing unit. Running results show that the processing unit running movement is accurate and reliable, monitoring System realizes the real-time and dynamic monitoring of the system running state, also meet the requirements of the overall design.And this proves that the use of SFC to prepare PLC program and configuration script method is effective. It is easy to sort out the programming ideas, simplify the programming difficulty, enhance the readability and communication of the program, provide the help for the configuration simulation design of industrial production, and also have a strong reference significance for MCGS course teaching.

电驱动燃油泵通用测试装置的设计与实现

  要:针对仓储中心不仅储存品种多、数量大的电驱动燃油泵,而且缺乏通用综合型的电驱动燃油泵检测设备,致使燃油泵库存期满后无法实现性能检测,只能返回承制厂处理的现实难题。该文首先简要介绍了电驱动燃油泵的功用和工作原理,在此基础上,详细说明了流体测试系统的的基本组成和特点,利用平板电脑、PLC、智能调节阀和比例调节阀技术设计了该装置的电控系统,给出了电控系统的硬件、软件和操作界面的实现方法。实际应用表明:该测试装置能够满足电驱动燃油泵性能的测试要求,测试精度和效率高,可靠性强,结构科学合理,操作界面友好,可为产品性能检测提供有力的技术支持。

The Design and Implementation of Universal Test Device for Electric Driven Fuel Pump

Abstract:The storage center stores not only the variety and large number of electrically driven fuel pump, and the lack of general electric fuel pump test equipment, can not achieve the performance test of the inventory after the expiration, only to return to the realistic problem of manufacturing processing factory. This paper briefly introduces the function and working principle of electric fuel pump, on the basis of this, the basic composition and characteristics of the fluid testing system are described in detail, the electric control system of the device is designed by using the tablet computer, PLC, intelligent control valve and proportional valve technology, and gives the realization method of the electronic control system of hardware, software and operation interface. The practical application shows that the test equipment can meet the test requirements of the performance of electric driven fuel pump, the test precision and efficiency are high, the reliability is strong, the structure is scientific and reasonable, and the operation interface is friendly, can provide strong technical support for product performance testing.

Discussion on Test Method of Hydraulic Pump Volumetric Efficiency

Abstract:in this paper, according to the theory of fluid compressibility and thermal expansion, the influence of fluid compressibility on volumetric efficiency is discussed. According to the definition of volumetric efficiency, it is pointed out that the compressibility of fluid has nothing to do with volumetric efficiency. The correct method of measuring the volumetric efficiency of hydraulic pump is put forward.
