牙嵌式气动离合器设计与仿真

  要:结合某电传装置应急设备的使用需求,提出了一种牙嵌式气动离合器设计。首先介绍了离合器的结构组成和设计原理,然后设计离合器的主要参数,利用Adams软件建立仿真模型并进行运动学仿真分析,最后进行试验验证。试验结果验证了设计的正确性和产品的良好性能。

The Design and Simulation of a Pneumatic Tooth Clutch

Abstract:A design of Pneumatic Tooth Clutch is presented as an emergency device of an Electrical Drive System in this paper. Firstly, the composition and design principles of the clutch is introduced. Secondly, some main parameters are settled on, imported into the kinematics simulation model which is based on ADAMS. Lastly, the advantage of the design is verified by the performance of an actual prototype through experimental tests.

飞机牵引车转向系统的分析与设计

一种大包事故回转手动逻辑控制液压系统

   要:以安全、可靠、操作方便为主题,依照业主要求,对现有大包事故回转控制回路进行重新设计,用手动事故回转代替原有的电磁阀事故回转,手动事故回转简单明了易操作,电磁阀事故回转需要若干只电磁铁协同通、断电才能实现回转,一旦电磁铁或电气故障,电磁阀事故回转失效只能等待对原理非常熟悉的专业人员手动事故回转,操作复杂且易出错,且易酿成安全事故。重新设计的手动事故回路不仅能方便的实现回转(仅需扳动操作手柄即可)而且只允许沿事故溜槽单方向(安全方向)回转,如果慌乱中操作手柄扳错方向,原理设计能确保大包静止不动,重新操作手柄大包沿事故溜槽方向回转。简单、安全、可靠,完全满足业主要求(已获专利,专利号:ZL 2015 2 0663557.3)。

A Manual Logic Control Hydraulic System of Ladle Accident Returning

Abstract:With safety、reliable、convenience to operate as the theme,according to the demand of owner,redesign existing ladle accident returning circuit,use manual accident returning instead of original solenoid valve accident returning,the former is simple and easy to operate ,the later needs several solenoid valves cooperate with each other to complete the function. Once solenoid or electric fault,the function of solenoid valve accident returning invalid,we can only wait professionals that very familiar to the principle to handle the problem. It is complicated to operate and easy to make mistake and cause safety accident. The redesign manual accident returning circuit not only convenience to returning(need only Throw the handle)but also allow returning single-way along accident chute(safety direction),If the handle is operated in panic in the wrong direction,principle ensure the ladle motionless,operating the ladle again returning along accident chute。Simple,safety,reliable. Fully meet the requirements of the owner.

液压比例控制阀性能改进分析与研究

  要:液压比例控制阀作为液压系统的重要组成部分,可对液压系统的流量、压力和方向进行精准控制。传统液压比例控制阀流量控制方式为进液节流和回液节流相结合,该控制方法易在执行元件形成真空,影响系统控制性能。为此提出了液压比例阀的流量改进控制方法,即仅对进液节流或回液节流进行控制。通过仿真对改进方案的可行性进行了仿真论证,仿真结果表明改进的液压比例控制阀具有更好的比例控制性能。

Analysis and Research on Performance Improvement of

Hydraulic Proportional Control Valve

Abstract:As an important part of the hydraulic system, hydraulic proportional control valve can control the flow, pressure and direction of the hydraulic system accurately. The flow control mode of the traditional hydraulic proportional control valve is the inlet fluid and the liquid return throttle. The control method is easy to form a vacuum, and the control performance is affected. In this paper, the flow of hydraulic proportional valve control method is proposed, that is, only the liquid inlet and the liquid return throttle are controlled. In this paper, the feasibility of the improved scheme is demonstrated by simulation, and the simulation results show that the improved hydraulic proportional control valve has a better control performance.

超高压轴向柱塞泵传动轴的载荷与结构分析

  要:超高压化是液压泵的重要发展方向之一。该文以现有高压轴向柱塞泵的结构为基础,对其关键零件传动轴进行载荷与结构分析,为开发设计超高压轴向柱塞泵建立基础。采用瞬态受力分析结合MATLAB仿真的方法对载荷进行分析并求得解析解,将现有结构和超高压工况下的相关参数代入,获得稳态结果。将该结果施加于传动轴,应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行结构分析,得到传动轴的应力和总变形等结果,作为超高压轴向柱塞泵传动轴的设计依据,并为其他关键零件的超高压化设计提供参考。

Load and Structural Analysis of an Ultra-High Pressure Axial Piston Pump Drive Shaft

Abstract:Ultra-high pressure is an important development direction of hydraulic pump.In order to design the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump, the load and structural analysis of shaft were carried out on the basis of the structure of existing high pressure axial piston pump. Transient force analysis and MATLAB simulation were applied in analytical solutions of load analysis. The steady resultswere obtained by substituting the relevant parameters of the existing structure and ultra-high pressure conditions. These results were applied to the FEA model of the shaft in the ANSYS Workbench software, and the stress and the total deformation of the shaft were acquired from a structural analysis.The FEA results will be used in the design of the shaft of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump, and provide reference for thedesign of other key parts for ultra-high pressure.

FD型平衡阀动态特性分析

Abstract:The principle and structural features of FD counterbalance valve is introduced and its mathematical model is established. Dynamic simulation is carried on by MATLAB/Simulink. The results show the influence of main valve damping coefficient, main valve spring stiffness and pilot orifice diameter on the dynamic characteristics of the system, which provides theoretical foundation for the optimization design of the valve.

基于蒙特卡洛分析的油气弹簧可靠性试验研究

   要:该文在介绍某典型油气弹簧产品结构和工作原理的基础上,根据产品在底盘研制及使用中的重要性,提炼出影响油气弹簧可靠性的三个关键特性,每个关键特性设置了3个水平,运用田口直交试验设计法进行因素水平的验证,得到最优响应预测。再结合蒙特卡洛法进行因素水平预测和容差分析,灵敏度分析等,对油气弹簧可靠性试验进行研究[1]。按蒙特卡洛分析结果试制的100根产品,质量稳定,可靠性高,产品合格率达到了100%。该研究可用于对产品关键特性的风险控制及管理分析。

Experimental Study on the Hydro-pneumatic Spring Reliability

Based on the Monte Carlo Method

Abstract:Three key features of the hydro-pneumatic spring have been proposed in this paper according to its structure, working principle and the essence in both the development and use of the motor-vehicle classis. Each feature was analyzed with three different levels using the Taguchi orthogonal experiment and the corresponding optimal response was obtained. In order to study the reliability of the hydro-pneumatic spring, Monte Carlo method was utilized to predict the level of the key features, conduct tolerance analysis and sensitive analysis. 100 sample hydro-pneumatic springs which were produced based on Monte Carlo method possessed stable quality and high reliability, making the qualification rate 100%. This research is useful for the risk control and management of the key features of the products.

翼帆回转液压系统非线性补偿控制实验特性研究

   要:翼帆回转液压系统工作应具备稳定性,在所搭建的翼帆回转液压实验台上,翼帆回转可以通过对该液压系统中的比例调速阀缓慢开启、关闭动作进行缓慢起动、制动,在对比例调速阀非线性补偿控制的基础上,将不同类型的起动、制动控制信号分别施加于比例调速阀,以可靠性和稳定性为评价标准,最终确定最佳控制信号,为翼帆回转实验台控制器设计奠定基础,同时为翼帆回转系统设计和实船应用提供实验研究基础。

Nonlinear Compensation Experimental Features of Wing-sail Slewing Hydraulic System

Abstract:Wing-sail slewing hydraulic system should work stably. The starting and braking process of the wing-sail slewing can be adjusted to be slow by opening and closing the proportional velocity regulating valve slowly. Based on nonlinear compensation of the proportional velocity regulating valve, different types of control signals are exerted on the valve. Optimal control signal is eventually figured out with reliability and stability as evaluation standards. The study lays experimental foundation for the design of wing-sail slewing experimental table controller, and for the design and onboard application of wing-sail slewing system.

中辊磨液压变加载系统故障分析综述

   要:该文介绍了中速辊式磨煤机阿托斯(ATOS)液压变加载系统结构和工作原理,汇总分析了液压变加载系统存在的主要故障点,加载油泵、比例溢流阀、定变切换阀、油缸蓄能器,结合故障现象和生产实践,提出相应的解决措施,为阿托斯(ATOS)液压变加载系统故障处理提供一些分析思路。

Failure Analysis of Hydraulic Variable Loading System for the Roller Mill

This paper proposes the solution measures,combining with the fault phenomenon and the production practice, and provides analysis ideas for the troubleshooting of ATOS hydraulic loading system.

波浪补偿液压缸的发热分析与计算

  要:随着液压缸型波浪补偿系统在深海作业上的广泛应用,系统的运行可靠性,安全性显得格外重要。该文以实际研发的200吨波浪补偿项目为例,在液压系统发热方面分析了一种带波浪补偿功能的液压缸,并从其热量产生、热量传递、热量平衡各个过程进行了详细计算。最后提出了液压缸型波浪补偿系统在设计、调试和海上实际应用各个环节中关于解决液压缸发热问题的具体措施。

Analysis and Calculation of Hydraulic Cylinder Heat

Transfer on Heave Compensation System

Abstract:With the cylinder heave compensation system is widely used in the deep-sea work, the system reliability and safety is particularly important. This paper takes the actual development project which is 200T heave compensation system as an example. Analyze and calculate the heave compensation cylinder in heat transfer aspect, consists of heat generation, heat transfer and heat balance. Finally, propose the solutions to solve the heave compensation cylinder overheat problem during design, commissioning and deep-sea work.

基于FTA的液压系统回油压力偏高问题解决措施分析

ZDDP钝化剂及清净剂对液压油耐水性能的影响

   要:综合考虑二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDPs)、金属钝化剂和清净剂三者之间的相互作用,考察它们对液压油配方的水解安定性和抗乳化性的影响,改善含锌液压油耐水性能。结果表明:在II类基础油中,磺酸盐清净剂的加入以及ZDDP与噻二唑衍生物的配伍均会严重破坏液压油的抗乳化性;金属钝化剂的作用机理不同,选用苯三唑衍生物,适宜与不含活性硫杂质的ZDDP以及没有活性硫的水杨酸盐配伍,才能有效降低水解安定性铜片失重。

Influence of ZDDP, Metal Passivator and Detergent on

Water Resistant of Hydraulic Oils

Abstract:Taking interactions amongzinc dialkyldithiophosphates (ZDDPs), metal passivator and detergent into full consideration, this paper researched their influence on hydrolytic stability anddemulsibility of hydraulic oil formulationto improvewater resistantof zinc-containing hydraulic oil. It turned out that in group II base oil,adding sulfonate detergent or ZDDP in combination withthiadiazole derivatives will seriously damage the demulsibility of hydraulic oil. In addition, benzotriazole derivatives are appropriate incombination with ZDDP not containing corrosive sulfur impurities and salicylate detergent not containing corrosive sulfur, which can effectively reduce copper mass loss in hydrolytic stability test, because different types of meal passivators have different mechanism and function.

双重介质岩心渗透率测定装置研究及应用

  要:该文介绍了压力振荡法测试岩石渗透率的原理与应用,研制的双重介质岩心渗透率测定装置主要由超低渗岩心夹持器、正弦泵、围压泵、储液容器、数据采集及数据处理软件等组成。较好地解决了孔隙介质和裂隙介质的模拟、边界条件的模拟、超低渗透率测试等关键问题,测试范围广,自动化程度高。该系统可用以研究基于双重介质岩心的气相、液相超低渗透率的测试,气相渗透率测试范围为(1×10-2~1×10-7)×10-3μm2,液相渗透率测试范围为(1×10-2~1×10-5)×10-3μm2

Research and Application on Double Medium Core Permeability Test Device

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of pressure oscillation testing and its application to rock permeability measurement are introduced. Then a dual core permeability measurement device is developed which is mainly composed of medium ultra-low permeability core gripper, sine and confining pressure pump, liquid storage container, data acquisition andprocessing software, etc. In this test system, the key issues including porous media and fracture media simulation,boundary condition simulation, ultra-low permeability measurement, etc. are solved, with wide measurement range and high automation. Finally, analysis demonstrate that the test system could be used in the study of gas phase and liquid phase testing ofdual medium cores with ultra-low permeability. A wide measurement range could be achieved which the gas phase permeability testing can reach to(1×10-2~1×10-7)×10-3μm2, while the liquid permeability testing can reach to(1×10-2~1×10-7)×10-3μm2.

针对液压支架的Workbench与APDL的交互分析

  要:文章首先对液压支架进行了受力分析,运用三维建模软件Solidworks建立三维实体模型,并介绍了一种顶梁偏载、底板两端约束的典型载荷工况。其次,运用ANSYS Workbench与ANSYS APDL对液压支架进行有限元的交互分析,并拾取等效应力最大值处的节点,追踪此节点的等效应力变化趋势。结果表明,前连杆与掩护梁连接的销轴处的等效应力值较大,符合综采的实际情况。文章在材料性能、工艺生产方面上提出了改进措施,有效提高了液压支架的使用寿命。

Conjoint Finite Element Analysis of Hydraulic Support between

ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS APDL

Abstract:Firstly, the force analysis of hydraulic support was conducted, and the three dimensional model was built by software Solidworks. The typical load condition was also introduced. Secondly, conjoint finite element analysis of hydraulic support was conducted between ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS APDL, and the maximum von mises node was conformed to view the trend graph. The result concluded that the maximum von mises existed on joint between front track rod and caving shield, and it was conform to the truth. The improving steps in terms of material and processing were put forward to enhance the service time of hydraulic support.

基于PLC的洗衣机轴总成自动压装系统

   要:为了提高国内洗衣机离合器企业的自动化程度,通过引入PLC+HMI技术,结合多传感器融合技术,设计了一套洗衣机轴总成的自动化压装设备,并搭建了电控系统。通过设计一体化压装附具,实现一次成型,为变位机的使用提供了条件,压力传感器与位移传感器可实时监控压装效果;针对不同工件设计相应的上料机构,降低了上料工人的劳动强度;通过人机交互界面及自动化程序,实现对接触器、继电器等电气元件的控制。最终设计了试验台,验证了设备的可行性,目前该设备已在现场使用。

An Automation System for Pressing Shaft Assembly of Washing Machine Based on PLC

Abstract:To improve the automatization and strengthen the competitive of the domestic enterprises who produce the clutch for washing machine, an automation system for pressing shaft assembly of washing machine is designed based on PLC&HMI, and multisensor fusion system. The positioner is introduced because that the integrated fixture is proposed to contain all elements of the shaft assembly. The pressure transducer and displacement transducer are adopted to monitor the pressure process. With regard to every element, different feeding mechanism is designed and the storing can keep 40 minutes according to the designed pitch time. Through the friendly man-machine interaction interface, the system can run in two modes: manual operation, automatic operation and the pitch time can keep in 9 seconds. Finally, the model machine validates the usefulness of the system and it has been employed in the production field.

特种车辆底盘液压系统散热研究

  要:液压油工作温度是液压系统的重要参数,油温过高会减少液压系统使用寿命,影响系统功能的发挥。某特种车辆底盘液压系统在特殊工况下会出现油温过高的现象。该文对特种车辆底盘液压系统使用工况和系统热平衡进行分析,针对油温过高的原因提出液压系统散热改进措施并进行试验验证,解决了液压系统油温过高的问题,为液压系统散热设计提供指导。

Abstract:Hydraulic oil temperature is an important parameter of hydraulic system , High temperature will reduce the service life of the hydraulic system and affects the system function .The hydraulic system of the special vehicle chassis appears high temperature phenomenon in special conditions. This paper analyzes the special conditions and the heat balance of the hydraulic system , puts forward and tests the improvement measures which solve the problem of high temperature, to provide guidance for the design of hydraulic system heat Dissipation.

液压同步马达的压力特性分析

  要:液压同步马达由于其结构简单、同步精度较高,因此在液压同步回路中获得了广泛的应用。然而在实际使用中,由于对其特性不够熟悉,调试的时候很难实现系统的设计要求。该文以翻车机的靠车板四油缸同步回路为例,通过对其同步马达的压力特性分析,找到了同步马达的正确调整方法。

Pressure Characteristic Analysis of Hydraulic Synchronous Motor

Abstract:Hydraulic synchronous motor has been widely used in hydraulic synchronous circuit because of its simple structure and high precision. However, in practice, it is difficult to achieve the design requirements of the system because of its lack of familiarity with the characteristics. In this paper, I used the four cylinder synchronous circuit used on the sidepad of car dumper as an example, through analysis of the pressure characteristics of the synchronous motor ,we find the correct adjustment method of synchronous motor.

  要:该文主要对中航力源当前的销售业务流程进行梳理和流程的优化再造,而且研究了国内国外销售管理系统的经验和不足之处,并总结了这个公司对销售管理系统的显示目标和要求,建立一套适合该公司的,集销售计划管理、订单管理、合同管理、报表管理等功能于一体的销售管理系统。该系统的上线,减轻了手工流程的业务量及出错几率,并明显满足了大客户的用户体验,并很好的规避了公司的财务风险。该系统解决了中航力源公司现有的问题,适合业务发展及变化的需求,为提高工作效率,加强信息化管理,奠定了坚实的基础。

  要:该文通过分析某型接箍拧接机的工艺过程,同时结合压力流量复合变量泵具有能在负载压力变化或原动机转速波动时保持与输入控制信号相对应的供往系统的流量不变、同时压力能适应负载的需要、具有明显的节能效果的工作特性,对原拧接机的液压系统进行重新设计。通过生产实践,改造后的液压系统完全满足生产要求。

Abstract:In this paper, by analyzing the screw couplings technical process, the pressure flow compound variable pump can keep the input flow steady during loading pressure changing or prime mover speed is fluctuating. Its pressure can meet the needs of the loading, besides that, it is energy saving. Aim at the pump’s feature; redesign the hydraulic system for original screw couplings. After production practice, it can complete meet the production requirements.
