  要:多极磁性橡胶密封圈是汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)传感器中的一个重要部件。该文介绍了部分汽车ABS系统用多极磁性橡胶密封圈的结构、性能要求、研制要素及实施中的配合、制造、充磁、性能检测等方面的技术注意事项,同时简述了产品应用情况,并提出了技术展望。

AbstractMultipolar magnetic rubber seal ring is one of the main components of the antilock braking system (ABS) sensor. This paper introduces structure, performance requirements, implementation elements, manufacturing, magnetizing and performance detection of multilevel magnetic rubber ring of the ABS system sensor. At the same time, it also introduces some of the applications, and puts forward prospects.

某型号滑油泵设计

  要:某型号滑油泵要实现将油箱中的滑油抽取到系统中,同时要将系统中的滑油抽回油箱,因此采取了三组摆线泵集成在一个壳体中,共用一根驱动轴的方案,保证吸油和抽油同时进行。经过试验,该设计方案满足使用要求。

AbstractIn the paperan oil pump was introduced.The function of the oil pump was exacting the oil from the oli tank to the system and exacting the ilo from the system to the oil tank.The oil pump was maked up of three groups of cycloidal gear pumps which share a drive shaft in a body to make sure the oil exacted from the tank to the system and from the system to the tank at the same time.Through the experiment,the desing met use demand.

自动变速器液压系统设计与动态仿真

   要:液压系统作为自动变速器动力传动系统重要组成部分,对变速器的换挡过程进行控制,保证了传动系统的正常工作。文中设计了自动变速器新型液压系统。通过理论计算,获得液压控制单元和液压缸的结构尺寸,并通过ITI-Simulation 仿真分析软件建立了自动变速器的动态仿真模型。将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较分析,确认仿真模型的正确性与可靠性,并基于确认仿真模型,对液压系统的压力和流量进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,动态仿真法有利于液压系统的性能设计和结构优化。

Design and Dynamic Simulation of Hydraulic System for Automatic Transmission

AbstractThe hydraulic system as an important part of the automatic transmission system of power, it can control the transmission shift process and ensure the normal operation of the transmission system. In this paper, a new hydraulic system of automatic transmission is designed. Through theoretical calculation, the structure size of the hydraulic control unit and the hydraulic cylinder are obtained. The dynamic simulation model of the automatic transmission is established by the ITI-Simulation simulation analysis software. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results, the correctness and reliability of the simulation model are confirmed, and the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are simulated and analyzed based on the confirmation of the simulation model. The analysis results show that the dynamic simulation method is beneficial to the performance design and structure optimization of the hydraulic system.

大型风机液压变桨距控制系统低温实验研究

   要:采用液压伺服技术控制大型风力发电机变桨距可提高其发电效率。风力发电机使用环境恶劣,绝大部分风场的气温一年四季变化大。为研究在低温下大型风机液压变桨距控制系统的性能,设计了相应实验台,进行了不同温度正弦响应特性的对比实验,分析了不同温度下的输入在不同频率时产生相位差的原因。实验表明温度对大型风机液压变桨距控制系统响应的相位差无明显影响。

Experimental Research on Hydraulic Pitch Control System of Large Wind Turbine

AbstractThe power generation efficiency of large wind turbine could be improved with hydraulic servo pitch control system. Wind turbine usually works under adverse environment, and its operating temperature has significant variations throughout a year. Test bench is designed to observe the performance of the hydraulic pitch control system under low temperature. Sinusoidal response experiments with different working temperatures are carried out and the reason for the system phase lag with different temperatures and input frequency is analyzed. Experimental results show that the low working temperature has little effect on the frequency characteristic of large wind turbine's hydraulic pitch control system.

重型数控机床滑枕部件可靠性试验台液压系统设计与仿真

  要:重型数控机床作为工业发展水平的象征,推动制造业的发展,而重型数控机床的可靠性是衡量机床发展水平的标准。目前国内外对重型数控机床可靠性试验台液压系统的研究较少,我国对数控机床滑枕部件可靠性试验台液压系统的研究与国外尚有差距。为此,该文结合TK6920型数控落地镗铣床,对重型数控机床滑枕部件液压系统进行了设计、仿真。通过仿真分析可知,所设计液压系统可满足试验台的试验要求。

Hydraulic System Design and Simulation of the Reliability Test Bench

for the Heavy CNC Machine Tools Ram Parts

AbstractThe heavy numerical control machine tool as a symbol of the level of industrial development, promote the development of the manufacturing industry, and the reliability of the heavy-duty CNC machine tool is a measure of the level of the development of the machine tool. At present, there is little research on the hydraulic system of the heavy CNC machine tool reliability test bench. The research of the hydraulic system of the reliability test bench of the CNC machine tool is still a gap between China and foreign countries. Therefore, the TK6920 type NC boring and milling machine, CNC machine tools for heavy ram components of hydraulic system is analyzed and designed, and the design result of simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the designed hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the expected test bench.

水平振动对气缸寿命影响的试验研究

  要:为研究振动对气缸使用寿命的影响,该文对某型号气缸施加水平振动进行寿命试验研究,并与常规气缸寿命试验进行对比。试验结果表明,施加水平振动会极大地缩短气缸寿命,研究不同方向的振动对轨道交通设备上的气缸寿命影响是有必要的。同时,通过施加水平振动开展气缸加速寿命试验的方法具有可行性。

Experimental Study on the Influence of Horizontal Vibration on Cylinder Life

AbstractIn order to study the effect of vibration on the service life of the cylinder, this paper applies the horizontal vibration to the life test of a certain type of cylinder and compares it with the conventional cylinder life test. The results show that applying horizontal vibration greatly shortens the cylinder life. It’s necessary that study the impact of vibration on the life of the cylinder on the rail transit equipment. At the same time, it is feasible to carry out the cylinder accelerated life test by applying horizontal vibration.

基于AMESim多泵合流液压能源系统的研究

   要:随着液压传动技术朝着高压大流量方向发展,大功率的工程设备层出不穷,当单一液压泵无法满足设备液压流量的需求时,工程上通常采用多泵合流的方式实现较大的输出流量。多泵合流方式除了能够输出较大的流量外,还可以通过不同排量泵的组合形式产生不同的流量输出实现液压系统的节能控制。基于此,该文主要对采用普通交流电机-定量泵的多泵合流液压能源系统进行理论分析,建立相关数学模型,利用AMESim软件进行仿真分析,研究多泵合流节能控制过程中不同泵组的启闭对管路压力的影响规律。采用PID控制器实现管路压力的闭环调节,降低了泵组切换对管路中压力波动的影响,从而为多泵合流液压能源系统的设计和节能控制提供参考。

Study on Hydraulic Energy System with  Multiple Pump Confluence Based on AMESim

AbstractWith the development of hydraulic transmission technology in the direction of high pressure large flow, high power engineering equipment emerge endlessly, in the engineering, the way of multiple pump confluence is usually adopted to achieve larger flow rate when a single hydraulic pump can't meet the requirements of hydraulic fluid flow equipment. The way of multiple pump confluencenot only can output a larger flow,but also can realize the energy-saving control of hydraulic system through different combination forms of different output of hydraulic pump. Based on this, this article mainly discusses the analysis theory of multiple pump confluence hydraulic energy system, establish relevant mathematical model, using the AMESim simulation software, study the influence law of different pump group open/close to the line pressure in the process of energy saving control of the multiple pump confluence, achieve closed-loop adjustment of pressure in pipeline by using PID controller, reduce the pressure fluctuant effect of switching pumps in the pipeline,provide reference for multiple pump confluence energy-saving control of hydraulic energy system.

不同引流槽对T型槽干式密封性能影响的对比

   要:该文采用有限差分法求解气体流动的雷诺方程,建立引流槽为收敛型、直口型和发散型三种不同形式的T型槽干式密封(CT-DGSST-DGSDT-DGS)的数学模型。研究转速和压力变化对三种T型槽密封性能的影响规律。为了确保密封性能的可对比性,使三种T型槽的引流槽弧长、槽深、槽数和动压槽相同。结果表明:在中低压工况下,DT-DGSST-DGS相比于CT-DGS具有较好的动压效应,且DT-DGS的开启力最好。在此工况下,引流槽选用发散型、直口型或近直口型的收敛结构具有较好的开启力。在高压工况下,CT-DGS的泄漏量和轴向气膜刚度要优于DT-DGSST-DGS。在该工况下,选用结构为收敛型的引流槽可获得较小的泄漏量和较大的轴向气膜刚度。

The Comparison on Seal Performance of the T-groove Dry Gas Face Seal

with Different Inlet Grooves

AbstractThe finite difference method was used to solve the Reynolds equation for the gas flow. In order to study the influence rule of the seal performance of CT-DGS, ST-DGS and DT-DGS in different rotating speeds or sealing pressures, developed the mathematical models of CT-DGS, ST-DGS and DT-DGS. The equal arc length of inlet groove, the depth of the groove, the number of the groove and dynamic pressure groove can be well correlated with the seal performance of different grooves. DT-DGS and ST-DGS of the dynamic pressure effect were better than CT-DGS under Mid & Low pressure. The opening force of DT-DGS was best. On this condition, the divergent grooves, the straight grooves and the convergent grooves which were similar to the straight groove were selected as the inlet grooves, in consequence the structure can obtain perfect opening force. The leakage and the gas film stiffness of CT-DGS were superior to DT-DGS and ST-DGS. On this condition, the convergent grooves were selected as inlet grooves, which can obtain low leakage and perfect gas film stiffness.

基于Maxwell的比例电磁铁有效工作特性研究

   要:为了获得比例电磁铁在不同位置的电磁力特性,以带隔磁环的比例电磁铁为例,采用有限元的方法,研究了不同安匝数对比例电磁铁静态特性的影响,并阐述了电磁铁衔铁在不同位置时的静磁场分布规律。结果表明,当安匝数从200A增加到800A时,电磁铁的有效电磁力和有效工作行程均有所提升;当安匝数超过800A后,增加输入安匝数,能够提高电磁铁的有效电磁力,但其有效工作行程变得越来越短;衔铁的附加轴向力与衔铁在y方向的磁感应强度分布有关;电磁铁在正常工作时,衔铁会受到径向力,其大小随着衔铁和极靴的距离的减小而迅速增大。

AbstractThe static property in the proportional solenoid with a non-magnetic ring was analyzed with the method of Finite Element Method (FEM) as an example in order to obtain the electromagnetic force characteristic of the plunger. Different ampere-turns were adopted to get the static characteristics in the proportional solenoid, the steady magnetic field was researched during the moment of the plunger based on it. Above all, the action mechanismof the effective stroke was acquired. Numerical results show that the more the ampere-turns is, the much larger the electromagnetic force is while the much larger the electromagnetic force is in certain extent, but beyond the limit, the more the ampere-turns is, the much larger the electromagnetic force is and the less the effective stroke is. In the paper, the additional axial force is related to the distribution of the magnetic strength B on the y-Axis. There is a radial force in the plunger and it’s magnitude increases quickly with the decrease of the distance between the plunger and the core while the proportional solenoid is working normally.

   要:为获取齿轮泵泵体在铝合金和球墨铸铁两种不同材料下受温度和压力的不同而造成的泵体的变形,以温度和压力变化作为外负载,对泵体进行了有限元仿真分析,得到了泵体的最大变形量,等效应力以及最大变形区域。进而得到温度和压力的变化对泵体的变形影响是不可忽视的。仿真结果为齿轮泵的结构设计提供了一定的参考。

AbstractIn order to obtain the distortion of the gear pump body with different temperature and pressure to the material of aluminum alloy and nodular cast ironusing temperature and pressure changed as the external loadanalysis was carried out on the pump body of the finite element simulationthe shells of gear pump of maximum deformation, equivalent stress and maximum deformation area were obtained. It can find from the result that the change of temperature and pressure of the pump body deformation's effects cannot be ignored. This method of analysis and optimization also has an important significance to develop the whole series of new gear pumps of different materials.

软密封液压锁设计改进

  要:液压锁是实现液压执行机构位置保持的常用元件,软密封液压锁阀口密封垫易受高速射流冲击而损坏,该文通过Fluent对软密封液压锁阀口处流场进行仿真分析,得出影响阀口射流速度最显著因素为阀口遮盖量,其次为阀口导流角度。根据仿真结果提出阀口优化改进措施并进行了试验验证,解决了软密封液压锁射流损伤问题,为液压锁结构设计提供指导。

Improved Design of Soft Sealing Hydraulic Lock

AbstractThe hydraulic lock is a common component for position holding of hydraulic actuators, while its soft seals tend to crack under high-velocity jet flow around the valve ports. The flow field simulation around the valve port was conducted by Fluent and it was concluded that the overlap of the valve port was the dominant factor affecting the jet flow velocity on the sealing surface with the guiding angle as the second important factor. The adaptation of increasing the overlap and the guiding angle of the valve port to protect soft seals from jet flow cracking was proposed through numerical simulations and verified by the experiment, providing reference for hydraulic lock structure design.

飞机离心传感器测试装置的设计与实现

   要:针对某型飞机放气带机构故障率高且使用单位缺乏地面相关检测设备的问题,研发了一台飞机离心传感器测试装置。该文简要说明了飞机放气带机构的基本工作原理和离心传感器的检测技术要求,着重介绍了离心传感器测试装置机械系统的组成、功能和特点,并利用平板电脑、PLC和伺服电机等为核心设计了该装置的自动控制系统,给出了硬件系统、软件系统和关键逻辑的设计方案。最后,通过使用,验证了该装置的综合性、稳定性和可靠性,有很高的实用价值,满足了用户的要求。

The Design and Implementation of the Testing Equipment

for Aircraft Centrifugal Sensor

AbstractIn View of the problem of high failure rate of the bleeding belt mechanism and lack of ground correlation detection equipment in a certain type of aircraft, a centrifugal sensor testing device is developed. This paper briefly explains the discharging belt mechanism of the basic working principle and centrifugal sensor detection technology requirements, mainly introduces the composition, function and characteristic of centrifugal sensor testing device of the mechanical system, and use the panel computer, PLC and servo motor etc. as the core to design the automatic control system of the device, gives the system hardware, system software and key logic design scheme. Finally, the comprehensive, stability and reliability of the device are verified by the trial, which is of high practical value, to meet the user's requirements.

AbstractIn view of the structural characteristics and working conditions of the agitator used in oil field and comprehensive analysis by packing seals,spring seal and the failure of welded metal bellows mechanical seal.The use of rotary positioning expansion joint compensation characteristic and rotary positioning of deep groove ball bearing can give a resonable solution to the influence of the swing and play of the rotating shaft of agitator on the seal and therefore improves the stability of mechanical seal.

2D阀流量配磨试验系统

  要:阀芯的遮盖量是影响2D换向阀静动态特性的关键要素,其加工精度和制造工艺将直接影响2D阀性能的好坏。而遮盖量的测量是加工制造中的难点之一,在实际加工制造过程中需要重复测量阀芯的遮盖量来改善2D阀的性能。该文基于气动测量原理采用压力法进行激光测距仪测量,同时在恒温环境下避免了温度对节流孔孔径大小的影响而造成的测量误差。所设计的2D阀流量配磨试验系统,具有精度高,操作方便等特点,能满足实际生产系统的需求。

AbstractThe cover of the valve core is the key factor that affects the static and dynamic characteristics of the 2D directional valve, and its processing precision and manufacturing process will directly affect the performance of 2D valve. While covering the amount of measurement is one of the difficulties in processing and manufacturing, in the actual process of manufacturing process needs to be repeated measurement of the cover of the valve to improve the performance of 2D valve. In this paper, based on the principle of pneumatic measurement, the pressure method is used to measure the laser range finder, and at the same time, the measurement error caused by the influence of the temperature on the aperture size of the throttle orifice is avoided. The 2D valve flow distribution test system has the characteristics of high precision and convenient operation, which can meet the demand of the actual production system.
