500米口径球面射电望远镜用液压促动器的研制

  要:该文介绍了我国500米口径球面射电望远镜中的关键设备液压促动器的功能和研制历程,详细说明了优瑞纳斯(URANUS)液压促动器设计方案中的有关细节,以及产品达到的效果,该项目共申请了六项国家发明专利(均已受理并已获批3项),全部2250台液压促动器安装调试完毕,该射电望远镜已于2016925日举行了启用仪式。

Research and Manufacture of Hydraulic Actuator System for

AbstractThis paper introduced the functions and development process of hydraulic actuatorthat is the key equipment of five hundred meters aperture spherical telescope, the hydraulic actuator design scheme made by URANUS had also be elaborated in details, included the effect of product realization. Six national invention patents had applied during the research and development process of this project, full acceptance and 3 items have been approved. All 2250 hydraulic actuators had completed the installation and debugging, completed the final acceptance by National Astronomical Observatory, September 25, 2016 officially opened.

  要:数字式流量控制阀与传统流量控制阀相比,有诸多优点,是流量控制阀的一个重要发展方向。结合某型号发动机燃油流量控制阀的研制需求,提出了一种数字式燃油流量控制阀方案,首先介绍了方案组成和原理,然后通过建模仿真及试验,验证了其良好的性能,最终给出了结论。

Research on a Digital Flue Flow Control Valve

AbstractDigital flow control valve is a kind of valve that conforms to the trend of future development, which has more advantages than traditional analog servo valve. In order to meet the demand of flue flow servo valve for a certain type of engine, this paper presents a digital direct-drive servo valve. Firstly the composition and principles of the valve are introduced , then simulations and experiments are carried out, verified its good performance, finally the conclusion is given.

基于MATLAB的液压马达行走驱动控制原理仿真与应用

  要:连铸中间罐车液压马达行走驱动控制原理通常采用伺服阀或者比例阀进行控制,该文介绍了中间罐车的具体结构及液压马达的行走驱动控制要求,提出了采用普通换向阀进行组合控制的方式,并对该原理进行了仿真研究。通过现场的使用,证明该控制原理具有运行稳定、结构简单、故障率低以及维修容易等优点。

基于AMESim的动力猫道钻杆推送机构同步问题仿真分析

   要:钻柱自动化处理系统是提高钻机自动化水平和钻井作业效率的重要装备。该文以钻柱自动化处理系统中的猫道机在现场试验过程中出现的钻杆推送机构不同步问题进行研究,分析了钻杆推送机构的液压系统及不同步的原因,并建立了AMESim的仿真模型,仿真结果复现了现场实际情况,在此仿真模型的基础上,提出了两种解决方案并分别对两种方案建立模型,最后将两种方案仿真结果与原模型结果进行比较,选出了对于现场应用来说的理想解决方案,指导现场解决不同步问题。

AbstractDrill stem automatic processing system is to improve the automation and drilling rig efficiency of important equipmentThis paper study on the drill stem machine in the field test of drill pipe push institution out of synchronize issues of the automatic processing system power catwalk. Analyzed the cause of the hydraulic system are not synchronized of the drill pipe push institutions, And draw the simulation model of AMESim,, The simulation results to reproduce the scene actual situation, on the basis of the simulation model, Puts forward two solutions and model respectively, The final two kinds of solutions of the simulation results comparing with original model, choose the ideal solution for field application, to guide the scene to solve the problem are not synchronized.

油气弹簧台架可靠性试验温升分析与测试

AbstractThe paper expounds the structure and work principle of hydro-pneumatic springAnalyzes influence factor and tests the course of temperature rise in bench reliability test of hydro-pneumatic spring. The results  indicates the hydro-pneumatic spring inner temperature can be  heat-balance for each working condition in bench reliability in the cooling water circulation conditionand the maximal temperature is allowable in the range of seal ring working temperature.

结构参数对新型先导溢流阀性能影响

  要:通过分析普通先导溢流阀的不足,在装载机工况下,设计了新型溢流阀,建立数学模型分析溢流阀的动静态特性,运用AMESim软件对所设计的溢流阀与普通先导阀进行对比仿真,仿真结果表明,改进后的溢流阀其性能较普通先导溢流阀有明显的提高:超调量小、响应速度快等。在不同结构参数下,进行AMESim仿真,分析结构参数对新阀的影响,结果表明阻尼孔直径等参数影响溢流阀的平稳性等性能。利用FLUENT对阀进行流场仿真,改进主阀流道,减小气蚀、液压冲击等现象,在不同结构参数下,分析结构参数对溢流阀流态的影响,结果表明,主阀芯结构参数影响溢流阀内部涡流大小等性能。研究为新阀的优化提供理论指导,并且对同类型产品的相关研究有一定的参考价值。

Effect of Structure Parameter on Pilot Operated Relief Valve Performance

AbstractWith the analysis of the fault and shortage in pilot-operated relief valve, the new pilot-operated relief valve is designed on the condition of the loader. The thesis analyses its static characteristics and dynamic characteristics by mathematical modeling. Doing some simulation in new one and the ordinary one by AMESim, smaller overshoot and faster response than ordinary one in the results. The different structure parameter is analyzed for valve by AMESim, and parameters such as damping hole diameters influence performance of valve. A digital analysis is conducted on the flow field inside the valve by FLUENT, eddy flow and hydrodynamic shock is reduced with structure optimizations, and the parameters is analyzed, it is shown that structure parameters of the main valve core influence the flow condition. The aim is to provide theoretical guidance for the new valve and assistance to the study and design for the research about the same relief valve.

公交车制动能量的液压回收试验研究

   要:由于需要较频繁地启动和制动,公交车在运行过程中会存在较大的能量损失。为了提升整车的燃油效率,现有的公交车多采用油电混合系统进行能量回收。近年来,关于大型车辆的油液回收技术研究逐渐增多,研究成果表明该回收技术具有较好的发展前景。针对成都市公交车的实际运行工况及特点,采用并联混合系统对公交车的制动能量进行液压系统回收。基于理论计算结果专门进行回收试验研究,包括试验方案设计、试验台制作和回收系统性能指标测试等,针对液压回收系统中的蓄能器容积和变量泵排量这两个因素,得到了它们对于系统回收效率的影响曲线,对混合动力公交车制动能量液压回收的深入研究具有积极意义。

Experiment Research on the Hydraulic Recovery on Braking Energy of Bus

AbstractThe frequently starting-up and braking happen when the bus runs, so the large energy loss exists. For the hybrid bus, the gasoline-electric hybrid system is mainly applied in energy recovery so as to improve the fuel oil efficiency. In recent years, the research on the hydraulic energy recovery technology of large vehicle is becoming more, which indicates that this kind of technology has better development prospect. Based on the actual working conditions of bus in Chengdu, the parallel hydraulic hybrid system was used to recover the braking energy of bus. In this paper, the experiment research including experiment scheme design, test rig manufacturing and recovery performance test etc. was performed. Especially, the effect curve of accumulator volume and pump displacement on the recovery efficiency were tested. The experiment results have the positive meaning on the deep research on the hydraulic recovery for the braking energy of bus.

   要:液压元器件中大多采用碳钢材料进行制造,不仅重量大而且耐蚀性较差,影响了主机性能和寿命。采用6061-T6铝合金替代原有碳钢材料制造液压元器件,不仅实现了主机重量轻而且耐蚀性指标有大幅度提升。然而这种铝合金焊接部位容易出现软化现象,该文探究了不同焊丝对6061-T6铝合金TIG焊焊接接头性能的影响。

AbstractMost of the hydraulic components are made of carbon steel, which not only has a large weight and poor corrosion resistance, but also has a great influence on the performance and life of the machine. The use of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy to replace the original carbon steel material manufacturing hydraulic components, not only to achieve a light weight but also to increase the corrosion resistance. However, this kind of aluminum alloy welding parts prone to soften phenomenon, this paper explores the effect of different welding wire on the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy TIG welding joint performance.

基于Pumplinx的斜盘式轴向柱塞泵缸体优化分析

  要:柱塞泵是工程机械液压系统中十分重要的动力元件,依靠柱塞在缸体孔内做往复运动时产生的容积变化进行吸油和压油。斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的缸体一般呈柱形,其柱塞中心线平行于缸体的轴线。这种结构在同等流量输出下,缸体的体积会较大。该文以斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为例,对泵的局部结构进行改进。主要是对缸体进行了优化设计,从原先的直缸直腰式柱形缸变为斜缸斜腰式锥形缸体,以及将常用的滑靴包覆柱塞的结构形式改为柱塞包覆滑靴的结构形式等.在泵体相同体积大小的情况下,轴向柱塞泵的流量特性和自吸性能得到提高。运用泵专用软件pumplinx进行仿真对比缸体结构中斜缸斜腰角度,得出使柱塞泵整体性能最佳的组合。并通过建立斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的锥形缸体结构数学模型,根据缸体结构参数的调整与组合,得出满足工况使用要求,并达到缸体刚度与强度等条件的锥形缸体泵模型。研究结果对柱塞泵的结构设计有一定的参考价值。

Optimization Analysis on the Cylinder of Swashplate Axial Piston Pump

Abstract Plunger pump is the important component in the hydraulic system of construction machinery,which relies on the volume change of in the cylinder bore for reciprocating motion of pistons to absorb oil and carry out oil.The cylinder of Swashplate axial piston pump is generally cylindrical, its center line of plunger parallels to the axis of the cylinder.In the same flow output, the volume of the cylinder of This structure will be larger.In this paper,  partial structure of the pump is improved by taking the swashplate axial piston pump as an example.It mainly  optimizes the design of the cylinder, with the original straight cylinder straight waist cylindrical cylinder turning oblique cylinder inclined waist conical cylinder, it also turns common slipper coated plunger structure form to plunger coated slide shoe structure form.When the volume of the pump body is same, the flow characteristics and self suction performance of axial piston pump are improved.Using the pump specific software pumplinx to simulate with contrasting the oblique cylinder angles of the cylinder block structure,obtains the combination with the best overall performance of the plunger pump.Through establishing mathematical model of the swashplate axial piston pump of cylinder structure,companying with the adjustment and combination of parameters of the cylinder structure, it comes to the tapered cylinder pump model which meets the working requirements and achieves cylinder stiffness and strength. The result of the research has certain reference value for the design of the plunger pump structure.

  要:某型航行横向液货补给装置直接使用高强度补给软管连接两船的液货补给站和接收站,利用软管自身的强度来承受张力,采用液压系统驱动软管绞车来对补给软管在两船间的垂度进行自动补偿调节,使之保持在合理的范围。该文针对该补给装置液压系统的补偿作业要求,对液压系统的工作原理进行了论述,对软管绞车、引缆绞车、液压驱动系统等主要部件的设计计算和设备选型进行了研究。

AbstractA new type Liquid cargo alongside replenishment equipment use high strength lightweight tension hose directly under tensiondrive winch to automatically adjust the hose between ships of sag by hydraulic system, and keep it in a reasonable range.In this paper, for the require of the compensation operation of the hydraulic system of the eplenishment equipment ,the working principle of hydraulic system is discussed. The design calculation and equipment selection of the main parts,such as hose winch, running line winch, hydraulic drive system,etc,are studied.

某型保险阀非线性稳定性及参数影响特性研究

  要:通过引入修正的库仑摩擦力模型开展了保险阀非线性稳定特性的数值分析,获得了阀门颤振的局部稳定特性,从理论上解释了保险阀通气试验阀门工作稳定而在振动试验中会发生颤振的现象,在此基础上开展了保险阀非线性稳定的参数影响特性研究,得到了以下结论:增加气瓶与保险阀连通管长度、库仑摩擦力、主弹簧刚度将有利于提升保险阀的稳定性;减小给气瓶充气theoretical用的孔板直径,将有助于提升保险阀的稳定性。

Study on Nonlinear Stability and Parameters Effects of a Safety Valve

AbstractBy introduced a modified Coulomb friction, the nonlinear stability characteristics of a safety valves was numerically studied, and the local stability characteristics was obtained; Moreover, the phenomenon which working stable at discharge test and working unstable at vibration test was theoretically interpreted. Based on the nonlinear model, the parameters effects on the stability of the safe safety were investigated. The results indicate that increasing the pipe length between gas vessel and safety valve, or the Coulomb friction, or the main spring stiffness will improve the stability of the safety valve, and decreasing the orifice diameter has a similar effect.

   要:该文对洗衣机轴总成的压装工位进行了研究。通过引入PLC和触摸屏等自动化设备,结合自主设计的一体化压装附具,设计了一套气液增压系统,既能够满足增大压装力的需求,也可以实现强制抽芯,并且还可以实现节省气源。PLC通过以太网与HMI进行通信,实验样机验证了压装工位系统的有效性。

AbstractThe paper researches on the pressing station of the shaft assembly of the washing machine. Combined with autonomous designed chucking, a kind of an airdraulic pressurization system is designed based on PLC and HMI. It can satisfy the need for large pressure, and can pull out the core. Meanwhile, the system can save high pressure gas. Ethernet is adopted to link PLC and HMI. The experiment has validated the effect of this system.

LNG超低温设备密封件的结构及试验方法

  要:通过对超低温密封产品结构的设计和密封材料进行改性,研究出一种可靠的密封件,通过液氮深冷到-196°C,用氦气作为密封介质,按照英国低温阀门标准BS 6364 1984中的实验步骤来验证密封结构的合理性,并进行优化。经优化验证,密封结构设计合理,材料物理性能优越,可以推广应用到LNG超低温设备中,弥补了国内在超低温设备密封上的难点。

AbstractThrough the ultra-low temperature sealing product design and sealing material modified to develop a reliable seal, through the liquid nitrogen cryogenic to -196°C, with helium as the sealing medium, according to the British low temperature valve standard BS 6364 1984 In the experimental steps to verify the sealing structure of the rationality, and to optimize. The optimized design of the sealing structure and the superior physical properties of the material can be popularized and applied to the cryogenic equipment of LNG, which makes up the difficulty of the domestic ultra-low temperature equipment sealing.

The using principle of pressure adjusting component is analyzed, and during the load test, the testing performance of proportional throttle valve or proportional directional valve as a replacement of proportional relief valve is further checked out.

关于锥阀芯稳态液动力方向的分析

   要:针对目前内流式锥阀稳态液动力方向的不同认识,运用动量定理对外流式和内流式锥阀稳态液动力方向进行了分析,结果表明,内流式锥阀稳态液动力与外流式一样都是指向阀口关闭的方向。同时指出了教科书中内流式锥阀稳态液动力方向判断错误的原因,是由于阀体基准选择不一致和内流方式定义不明确等造成的。

Analysis about Direction of Steady-state Flow Force on Cone Valve

AbstractBased on the current different understanding about the direction of steady-state flow force on cone valve, the external flow and internal flow direction of steady-state flow force on cone valve is analyzed by using the theorem of momentum. The results show that the internal flow steady-state force of cone valve and the external flow are pointing to the direction of valve closed. At the same time, the paper points out the reason of wrong judging of internal flow cone valve about the steady-state force in textbook, it is due to the inconsistent of valve body benchmark and the unclear definition of internal flow way.

基于两级蓄能器结构油气悬架的特性研究

  要:针对重型车辆在空载和满载工况下载荷差距较大的特点,在传统液压弹簧悬架基础上设计了适合车辆作业要求的两级蓄能器结构的油气悬架系统,建立了液压弹簧悬架与两级蓄能器结构油气悬架刚度和阻尼的数学模型以及单悬架的振动模型,对比分析了在模拟随机路面输入下,悬架在空载与满载工况下的振动特性。仿真与试验结果表明:通过对两级蓄能器参数的合理匹配,能够使悬架系统的固有频率在两种不同工况下基本一致,验证了改进后的两级蓄能器油气悬架在改善车辆行驶的平顺性和稳定性效果显著。

Characteristic Research of Hydro-pneumatic Suspension with Two-stage Accumulator

AbstractAccording to the characteristics of heavy duty vehicle in the full load and unload condition, the gap is large, based on the traditional hydraulic spring suspension; a two-stage accumulator suspension is designed, which is suitable for requirement of vehicle operation. The mathematical model of the hydraulic spring suspension and the two-stage accumulator hydro-pneumatic suspension stiffness and damping are established, and the vibration model of the single suspension is established. The vibration characteristics of the suspension under the condition of full load and unload are compared and analyzed. The results show that the reasonable matching for the parameters of the two-stage accumulator, the inherent frequency of the suspension system is basically the same under the two conditions, and the two-stage accumulator suspension has obvious effect on improving the ride comfort and stability of the vehicle.

一种节流阀阀杆密封结构的设计改进

   要:一种节流阀在试验达到一定次数时,阀杆与压盖螺母连接处出现漏气现象,同时有黑色细小粉末出现,分解后发现阀杆密封处O形圈磨损严重。该现象不但产生多余物,还会造成不同程度的漏气,反复拆装维修提高了成本,造成资源浪费。该文介绍的阀杆密封结构在原有结构基础上进行改进设计,解决了O形圈磨损的问题,有效地提高节流阀的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

Design Improvement of Stem Seal Structure for a Throttle Valve

AbstractA throttle valve in the test reaches a certain number of times, the valve stem and gland nut joint appear leakage phenomenon, at the same time have a small black powder, decomposition and found the valve stem seal o-ring badly worn. This phenomenon not only produce much tailings, still can cause different degree of leakage, repeatedly disassembling maintenance to improve the cost and resource waste. This paper introduces the stem seal structure on the basis of the original structure to improve the design, solve the problem of the o-ring wear, effectively improve the service life of the throttle valve, reduce the production cost.

基于故障树分析的智能张拉设备液压系统故障诊断

   要:针对智能张拉设备售后维护成本高、故障处置周期长等问题,基于故障树分析方法建立了比例伺服液压系统的故障树模型,并针对该故障树进行了定性分析与定量计算,获取了各底事件部件的关键重要度,以此确定了故障诊断排查次序,辅助现场人员查看确定故障部件并进行故障处置,提高了工程现场的设备故障处理效率,降低了对操作人员技能的要求,降低了售后服务成本。

AbstractOwing to the problems such as high cost and long time to solving of intelligent tension equipment,servo hydraulic system fault tree model is established based on the method of Fault-Tree-Analysis.And the key importance of each component is obtained through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.After that,the fault checking sequence are fixed by the key importance.The method is applied to assist the site personnel to identify the fault components and to solve the fault of the equipment.It improved the efficiency of the equipment’s failure treatment in construction site,reduced the requirements of the operator’s skills and the cost of after-sales service.

This article introduces a negative leak rate of snout clamp due to valve inner leakage and finds the reasons from the principle system and structure of snout leak detector valve, and takes reasonable detection scheme, technical troubleshooting.
