虚拟现实技术在流体传动控制课程教学中的应用探索

  要:该文针对当前流体传动控制专业课程教学存在的问题,提出虚拟现实技术在现代液压课程教学中的应用,进一步分析了以计算机仿真技术为主的虚拟现实技术特性与液压教学及实验的紧密相关性,为改进新的教学模式,探索新的教学发展方向提供一种思路和手段。

AbstractTo be solved the open questions on the course teaching of Fluid transmission and control, the application of virtual reality technology is put forward on the modern hydraulic teaching, the close correlation is analysis further between virtual reality technology characteristics which is given priority to computer simulation technology, and hydraulic teaching and experiment. To improve the new teaching mode, a kind of new teaching ideas and methods to explore the development direction is provided in this paper.

基于AMESim的比例伺服流量阀建模与仿真

   要:针对液压控制系统中常用的比例伺服流量阀,应用AMESim软件对其流量特性进行了仿真研究。分析了定压差减压阀阻尼孔径、节流阀阻尼孔径、节流阀座孔径、弹簧刚度以及弹簧预紧力对其流量特性的影响。通过对仿真模型结构参数的合理调整,得到了与实验结果吻合的仿真模型,为比例伺服流量阀的优化设计和液压控制系统设计提供参考。

AbstractFocused on the proportional servo flow valve which was commonly used in hydraulic control systemusing simulation software AMESim to analyse its flow characteristic. The constant differential pressure reducing valve damping hole diameter, throttle valve damping hole diameter, throttle valve seat diameter, spring stiffness as well as spring pre-compressing force of different parameters on the flow characteristics of proportional flow control valve was analysed. Through the reasonable adjustment of the structural parameters, the simulation model which was close to the experimental results was obtained. The results provided theoretical reference for the optimization of proportional servo flow valve and hydraulic system design.

射流管伺服阀用喷嘴孔的形式探讨

   要:在射流管伺服阀中,射流喷嘴作为核心元件之一,其性能将直接影响整个产品的静动态性能。对于射流喷嘴,目前主要有方孔和圆孔两种设计形式,二者有何差异,如何选择,尚无明确的标准。通过分析、建模、计算和实际验证,对不同形式射流喷嘴的性能进行了研究和对比,确定了两种喷嘴在性能上的差异,也确定了选择喷嘴形式的方法,为后续射流管伺服阀的研发奠定了基础。

Research of Nozzle Form Used in Jet Pipe Servovalve

AbstractAs one of the core components of the jet pipe servovalve, thejet nozzle will directly affect the static and dynamic performance of the entire product. The designing forms of jet nozzles mainly include square hole and round hole, but there is no guidance for contrasting and choosing the two forms. By means of analysis, modeling, calculation and practical verification, the performances of different types of jet nozzles are studied and compared. Thereby the performance difference and the method of selecting nozzle form are confirmed, and it lays the foundation for the subsequent R & Dof jet pipe servovalves.

阀控液压马达动态特性控制的仿真研究

   要:文章针对阀控液压马达动态特性进行研究,建立液压阀流量方程、液压马达流量连续性方程和液压马达与负载的力矩平衡方程,推导出阀控液压马达的传递函数。运用MATLAB软件的SIMULINK模块对阀控液压马达系统进行动态特性仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在不同负载作用的情况下,系统中加入PID控制和未加PID控制比较,系统的调整幅度和调整时间均减小,PID控制器能够提高系统的抗负载扰动性能。

Simulation Research on Dynamic Characteristic Control of Hydraulic

AbstractAiming at the dynamic characteristics of  hydraulic valve-controlled motor is studied in this paper, build up the flow equation of hydraulic valveflow continuous equation of motor and torque balance equation of hydraulic motor and load, transmission function is derived for the hydraulic valve-control motor. The SIMULINK module of MATLAB software is used to simulation the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic valve-controlled motor system. Simulation results show, in different load conditions, comparison PID control and no PID control in the system, the adjustment range and time of system are both reduced,  PID controller can improve the system performance of restrain load disturbance.

四肢联合运动康复机器人设计与研究

  要:瘫痪病人数量日益增多,且康复训练周期较长,康复器械的使用可较大程度的提高康复训练效率,节约康复治疗资源。目前我国尚无可提供四肢联合运动的康复器械,对此,该文设计了手臂与腿联合运动的康复机器人,该机器人可使患者在四肢联合运动过程中得到康复锻炼。文中对该机器人的结构进行了设计,并利用solidworks软件进行三维模型的建立。该康复机器人的设计为患者提供了有效的康复治疗方法,提高了康复训练效率。

Design and Research of Rehabilitation Robot for Joint Motion of Limbs

AbstractParalysis patient number increasing and rehabilitation training cycle is longer, rehabilitation robot can greatly improve the recovery efficiency of training, rehabilitation resource conservation. At present our country has no available limbs combined with exercise of rehabilitation robot. In this regard, the paper designs the combined arm and leg exercise of rehabilitation robot, the robot can make patients in limbs combined with exercise rehabilitation exercise. In this paper, the structure of the robot is designed, and the three-dimensional model is built by using SolidWorks software. The design of the rehabilitation robot provides an effective rehabilitation therapy for patients, and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation training.

基于Abaqus/CAE的格莱圈参数化建模及密封性能分析

   要:该文对Abaqus/CAE进行了内核脚本及GUI的二次程序开发,通过开发内核脚本程序,建立友好的图形用户界面,创建格莱圈的建模与数值计算专用模块,实现格莱圈密封的参数化建模、分析计算、访问结果数据库等功能。通过该二次开发计算模块,对格莱圈的密封性能进行计算分析,结果表明:介质压力作用下,格莱圈最大接触应力一般均大于介质压力,满足密封条件;因格莱圈不易发生挤隙现象,且滑动面摩擦力小,具有良好的动密封性。

Parametric Modeling and Sealing Performance Analysis for

AbstractThis article deals with Abaqus/CAE kernel script and GUI second development, though developing a kernel script, to establish a friendly graphical user interface, and create a special module for finite element numerical analysis of Glyd-ring seals. This module realize the function of the automated modeling, analyzing and calculating, and accessing output database. Through this second development module, calculating and analyzing to Glyd-ring of sealing performance. The results show that : under the action of medium pressure, the maximum contact stress of Glyd-ring seals is greater than medium pressure, meeting the sealing conditions. Because of less squeeze gap phenomenon, and friction of the sliding surface is small, Glyd-ring seals has a good dynamic sealing .

基于Matlab的油气弹簧特性试验数据处理研究

  要:基于Matlab编制了针对油气弹簧台架试验的数据处理程序,采用四阶多项式分别对压缩及拉伸行程力位移数据进行拟合,得到动静态特性曲线。利用三角函数拟合时间位移数据,通过函数关系得到速度数据,进一步得到油气弹簧阻尼力特性。采用该程序可批量处理台架试验数据,具有较高精度,提高了数据处理分析的效率。

Research on the Data Processing of Hydro-pneumatic Suspension

Characteristic Experiment Based on Matlab

AbstractThe data processing algorithm based on Matlab for hydro-pneumatic suspension rack experiment was proposed. The 4-order polynomial curve fitting was applied on the force-displacement data of hydro-pneumatic suspension compression and extension processes and the static characteristic curves were obtained. The relationship of displacement and time data was fitted with trigonometric functions, the velocity was obtained by derivation and further the damping force characteristics were acquired. Batch of rack experiment data could be processed with high precision and efficiency by applying this algorithm.

液压管路系统可靠性设计与研究

   要:目前国内外对液压管路系统冲击振动的可靠性设计研究尚处于初级阶段,液压元件及液压系统的可靠性定量研究尚不完善。该文基于液压管路随机参数数值特征,采用概率统计理论与随机扰动法对液压系统冲击振动进行可靠性设计。针对管路液压冲击瞬时脉冲压力,建立了可靠性分析模型,并提出了可靠性优化设计方法。该方法可准确反映液压管路系统的固有可靠性,解决液压系统实用性和有效性优化设计中的可靠性问题,加强了对液压系统可靠性的定量研究。

Reliability Design and Research of Hydraulic Pipeline System

AbstractAt present, the research on the reliability design of impact vibration of hydraulic pipeline system at home and abroad is still in the primary stage, and the reliability of hydraulic components and hydraulic system is still not perfect. In this paper, based on the numerical characteristics of random parameters of hydraulic pipeline, the reliability design of impact vibration of hydraulic system is carried out by using probability statistics theory and random disturbance method. The reliability analysis model is established for the instantaneous impulse pressure of pipeline hydraulic shock, and the reliability optimization design method is proposed. The method can accurately reflect the inherent reliability of the hydraulic system, and solve the reliability problem in the optimization design of the hydraulic system's practicability and effectiveness, and the quantitative research on the reliability of the hydraulic system is strengthened.

AbstractAccording to the demand of the control system of the riser perfusion valve, designed a set of automatic and remote control system for perfusion valve, this paper mainly introduces the working environment, the design requirements, the control principle, the design of the overall scheme and the design of the balance valve. The correctness of the theoretical calculation and the practicability of the balancing valve are verified by the combination of theoretical calculation and experiment.

基于Simulink的普通方向阀控制液压缸位置闭环系统的建模仿真与实验研究

  要:为了降低液压缸位置闭环控制系统的成本,该文将普通方向阀引入到扇形段辊缝液压缸位置闭环调节控制系统中,采用Simulink仿真软件建立了系统的仿真模型,并对该模型进行了仿真分析及现场实验。仿真与实验结果基本一致,证明所建立模型的正确性及参数设置的合理性,为后续的普通方向阀控制位置闭环系统的开发提供了较高的参考价值。

AbstractIn order to reduce the cost of hydraulic cylinder position closed-loop control system, this thesis introduces normal direction valve into roll gap control system of segment, establishes simulation mode of the system by adopting Simulink simulation software and conducts simulated analysis as well as field experimentation to this model. The simulation basically consists with the results of experimentation, which proves the correctness of the model established as well as the rationality of the parameter setting and provides greater reference value to subsequent development of normal direction valve controlling position closed-loop system.

  要:针对静态信号负荷传感全液压转向系统在转向初期存在的压力振摆问题,分析负荷传感全液压转向系统原理,并根据实际工况建立其AMESim仿真模型,对不同输入条件下的压力响应进行定量仿真分析。仿真结果表明,车体转动惯量的大小以及LS管线长度对压力响应有重要影响。适当减少车体转动惯量以及合理设置LS管线长度可以提高系统的响应速度和稳定性,为负荷传感全液压转向系统压力振摆问题的解决提供参考。

AbstractFocus on problem of pressure pendulum at early stage of steering in load sensing full hydraulic steering system, working principles of load sensing full hydraulic steering systems is analyzed. And the AMESim simulation model is built based on its actual working conditions. The pressure responses under different input conditions are quantitatively investigated. Simulation results show that the size of moment inertia of vehicle body and the length of LS line has great influence on the dynamic response of pressure. And reducing moment inertia of vehicle body as well as adjusting length of LS line appropriately can improve the response speed and stability of the system, which provide some guidance for the solving of pressure pendulum in load sensing full hydraulic steering system.

It solves the response worse problem of the fixedsystem oncomposite movement and has cost lower benefitcompare with the variable load sense system of overseas brand.It can provide the references for grader hydraulic system design.

宏微双级驱动精密定位平台的建模与控制

   要:为实现定位系统在大行程中高精度定位,设计了一种宏微双级驱动精密定位平台。采用金属波纹管直接驱动宏动平台,实现了系统大行程进给。安装在宏动平台上的音圈电机驱动微动平台,补偿宏动平台产生的误差并实现系统的高精度定位。采用双光栅检测方案,增量式光栅反馈宏动平台的位置信号,绝对式高精度光栅反馈微动平台的位置信号,实现二级精密驱动定位系统的全闭环控制设计。分别对宏动平台和微动平台建立数学模型,提出宏动平台带前馈的PID闭环控制和微动平台的神经网络PID复合控制方案。实验结果表明:该定位系统能满足大行程高精度的定位要求,在50mm的行程中重复定位精度能达到0.6μm

Modeling and Control of Ultra-precision Position Stage with Macro-micro Dual-drive

AbstractIn order to realize the high precision positioning of the system in the large stroke, a ultra-precision position stage based on macro-micro dual-drive is designed. The metallic bellows direct-drive stage is used to realize the system feed-in with a large stroke. The VCM-driven micro stage, mounted on the macro stage, realize the high precision positioning of the system and compensate the error which is generated by macro stage. The double-grating detection is used to realize closed-loop control with position signal of bellows-driven macro stage and VCM-driven micro stage. The PID closed-loop of feed-forward in macro stage and neural network PID on micro stage is came up with a compound control strategy. The experimental results show that the repeatability error is 0.6um in the large stroke with 50mm.

  要:介绍了一种分体式螺纹插装单向溢流阀,该阀设计巧妙,具有体积小、结构紧凑、响应快、内泄漏小、应用灵活、性能可靠、安装维修简便等优点。利用AMESim仿真软件搭建了该阀的仿真模型,对其动态响应特性进行了分析。此外,该阀采用了焊接固定方式,实验结果表明,该阀在振动工况中仍可保持恒定压力,保证了液压系统的可靠运行。

AbstractIntroduces a kind of split threaded cartridge one-way relief valve, which has the advantages of small size, compact structure, small leakage, flexible application, reliable performance and so on. The simulation model of the split cartridge valve is built by AMESim, and the dynamic response characteristics are analyzed. Moreover, the kind of split cartridge valve is welding fixed. The experimental results show that, the kind of valve can keeps constant pressure and ensures the reliable operation of the hydraulic system.
