   要:某核电厂调试期间,安全壳机械贯穿件隔离阀密封性试验一次合格率较低,该文主要对安全壳机械贯穿件中的W型电动闸阀密封性试验不合格的现象进行描述及对密封性不合格的原因进行探讨,为后续电厂调试提供经验和参考。

黑水调节阀固液两相流数值模拟及内流场分析

   要:以煤化工领域中某型号的黑水调节阀为研究对象,先对其结构和工作介质进行了分析,阐明了该调节阀工作环境恶劣的情况。用CFD中固液两相流的数值模拟方对两种开度下的阀门内流场进行了分析,得到了压力场、速度场,并对阀门内发生的闪蒸、空化现象进行了分析,给出了对现有结构进行改进的建议。

AbstractFocusing on a type of blackwater regulating valve used in Coal chemical industry,Firstly,we analyzed the structure and working media whose environment is bad. Then use solid-liquid two-phase numerical simulation of CFD to obtain its pressure field and velocity field . Studying the flashing and cavitation on the valve,and give suggestions for structural improvement.

一种高温高压及抽真空试验装置设计

  要: 高温高压及抽真空试验装置针对军工领域硅晶片或其它元件,为检验其可靠性,模拟高温高压及真空恶劣环境下试验需求而研发,以获得被试件各关键数据并进行分析,确保产品可靠性。它集温度系统、压力系统、抽真空系统合为一体,即在同一容器里可模拟完成高温、高压、真空多种测试环境。它解决了之前被试件不能在同一容器内同时完成高温高压及抽真空试验,即不能全面分析试验样品在综合复杂工况下的试验数据,进而影响到试验数据的可靠性。试验装置为可拆式连接方式,方便试验样品的放入和取出,容器腔隔层嵌装加热元件,占空间小、加热迅速、均匀、传热效果好,加热元件由带PID控制模块控制,使温度控制精度高,具有较强的创新理念。

气动式果蔬包装机的设计与试验

  要:该文介绍了一台能够对水果和蔬菜进行保鲜膜包装的设备。设备以气泵作为动力源,由气动回路控制包装执行元件的顺序动作,设计过程中为了验证方案可行性,采用有限元软件对关键部件进行了强度校核,采用动力学分析软件对机构运动进行了仿真,依据仿真结果,完成了优化设计。最后进行了工程样机的加工、装配、调试、试验,验证了装置具有良好的包装效果。

死区对液压伺服作动器性能影响的仿真分析

   要:根据液压伺服作动器的工作原理,运用牛顿运动力学和流体运动力学建立其线性化的数学模型。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,对液压伺服作动器的线性和非线性数学模型进行了仿真分析,研究其考虑非线性环节时液压伺服作动器的阶跃响应、闭环频率特性和开环频率特性,并与其线性数学模型的性能进行比较分析。分析结果表明,死区影响液压伺服作动器的时域动态性能和闭环频率特性,不影响其稳定性。死区使液压伺服作动器的阶跃响应曲线光滑而无振动,但是会延长其调整时间。

The Simulation Analysis on Performance of Hydraulic Servo Actuator Affected by Dead Zone

AbstractBuilding the linear mathematical model of hydraulic servo actuator on the basic of its operational principle by Newtons movement mechanics and fluid mechanics, to simulate and compute the linear and nonlinear mathematical model of hydraulic servo actuator under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULIK. Discussing the step response ,closed and opened loop frequency response of the hydraulic servo actuator related to nonlinear link-dead zone, giving a comparative analysis on the performance of linear and nonlinear mathematical model. The simulation results show that nonlinear link-dead zone has effect on time domain dynamic performance and closed loop frequency characteristic, has no effect on its stability. Nonlinear link-dead zone make the response curve of hydraulic servo actuator is smooth and no vibration while prolong the time adjustment.

干气密封稳定运行状态无损化测试及判定方法研究

   要:该文针对干气密封自身稳定性及影响因素为研究对象,通过建立干气密封稳定运行表征参数变化假设模型,基于气体润滑理论及相关分析软件,研究干气密封稳定运行时相关表征参数的变化规律及相互关系,进而验证及完善稳定运行表征参数模型。研究相关表征参数的无损化测试方法,期望获得适于现场应用的干气密封稳定运行判据的新方法,减少因干气封件早期失效或不当跟换而造成的能源、原材料浪费和环境污染,达到节能减排的目的。因此,该文是针对提高干气密封稳定运行、节能减排及安全应用的理论分析研究,以期为更多的在役干气密封装备高效、安全运行提供理论支持。

AbstractThis paper set the dry gas seal and the characterization parameters of its stable operation as the research object. A changed hypothesis model was established for the characterization parameters of stable operated dry gas seal. At the same time, the change rules and the relationships between relating characterization parameters of stable operated dry gas seal was studied based on gas lubrication theory and correlation analysis software, which can verify and improve the characterization parameter model for stable operation. The nondestructive testing methods for the correlation characterization parameters was studied, which can achieve the new method suitable for field application criterion of the stable operated dry gas seal, reduce the energy, raw material waste and environmental pollution caused by early failure or improper follow change of the dry gas seal and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Therefore, the theory analysis in this paper is to improve the stable operation of dry gas seal, save energy, reduce emissions and enhance safety application, which can provide more theoretical support on the efficient service and safe operation of dry gas seal equipment.

闭环比例插装阀调压系统研究

   要:该文阐述了一种比例调压液压系统,采用带有先导阀的二通插装阀作为主阀,实现液压系统输出压力值与输入信号大小一致。在AMESim软件中建立系统开环模型,进行仿真实验,得出开环系统阶跃响应以及斜坡响应响应结果,用Nyquist图分析开环系统的稳定性。增加比例装置和PID控制器,成为闭环系统,再次进行仿真实验,将两次仿真实验的结果进行对比,闭环系统能够达到预期的输出结果。

The Research of Closed-loop Pressure Regulation System with  Proportional Cartridge Valve

AbstractThis paper presents a proportional pressure regulating hydraulic system, the two-way cartridge valve with pilot valve as the main valve, the hydraulic system to achieve the output pressure value is consistent with the input signal. Open loop system model is established in the AMESim software, and do simulation experiments, gets the results of the open loop system step response and the slope response and use the Nyquist diagram analysis the stability of open loop system. Add proportion device and PID controller, become a closed loop system, do simulation experiment again, compare two simulation results, the closed-loop system to achieve the desired output.

AbstractThe reciprocating seals are one of the most important parts in aircrafts. Compared with the architectonical evaluation standard system abroad, domestic evaluation standards on seals are deficient, particularly on dynamic sealing and anti-abrasion. The complicated working condition is demonstrated. The evaluation techniques and methods on static sealing, dynamic sealing and anti-abrasion are given. The structure and principles of the test fixture are pointed out.

环形多孔质节流器外径对气压轴承静态特性的影响

  要:随着精密超精密加工技术的不断发展,气压轴承技术的水平也不断得到提高。以环形局部多孔质静压气体止推轴承为对象,在确定多孔质节流器节流面积与节流器高度不变前提下,分析节流器外径变化对轴承承载力、刚度、质量流量的影响规律。为节流器参数优化奠定了基础。

AbstractThe system of the screw conveyor plays an important role in the construction of the shield machine, its performance directly affects the slag efficiency of the shield machine and working efficiency of the machine. In this paper, for industry peers reference, I adapt to the local conditions to sort out and explore a certain type of shield machine whose the hydraulic core system is serious fault in two aspects of the hydraulic and electrical.

   要:机械手不仅能够进行自动定位和自动控制,而且还可以对其重新编写程序来实现用户所要求的功能,使其在工业自动化应用中日趋广泛。该文设计了一套小型的基于PLC控制的吸盘式气动机械手,在对该机械手要实现的功能以及工作原理进行详细分析的基础上,并且根据它的工作流程,设计了气动驱动系统和PLC控制系统,以实现该气动机械手在不同工位间的移料功能。

This paper designs a set of small suction cup type pneumatic manipulator based on PLC control,on the basis of the detailed analysis of the function and working principle of the manipulator,and according to its work flow,this paper designs a set of pneumatic transmission system and PLC control system to meet the function of the pneumatic manipulator to move the material between different working positions.

水射流清洗机压力管道孔径选型的优化

  要:高压水射流清洗机的胶管用于将高压水液从液压泵传输给喷嘴。现有的设计手册、教材以管道内流体流速为管道的选型依据,计算出的管径规格偏大。为了计算出胶管孔径合理数值,文章提出以管道压力传输效率比值作为选型依据。文章给出了4个例题,阐明了详细的设计过程及实际使用情况,并给出95%的效率比值为选型标准。相比原来的设计方法,喷嘴作用力百分比不小于97.5%。为高压水射流清洗机胶管选型的定量计算提供了一种新的理论指导。

The Optimization for Selection of Pressure Hose Diameter for Waterjet Cleaner

AbstractThe hose of the high pressure waterjet cleaner was used for transmitting high pressure water liquid from the hydraulic pump to the nozzle.In the existing handbooks and textbooks,the hose selection basis was the velocity of fluid flow in the pipes,and calculated hose diameter was more bigger than actual one.In order to calculate the reasonable size of the hose diameter ,this paper pointed out that efficiency rate of the pressure transmission in pipe should be the selection basis.The paper gave 4 examples, illustrated the details of design and actual use,and efficiency ratio value 95% was given as selection criteria.Compared to the original design method,nozzle force percentage value is not less than 97.5%.This paper provided a kind of theoretical guide for detailed evaluating hose size of the high pressure waterjet cleaner.

基于AMESim液压仿真与实测平台的某型装备俯仰回路故障诊断

  要:针对某型导弹武器装备发射架举升缓慢的故障现象,运用液压装置试验系统对转塔液压装置进行试验检测,并基于AMESim仿真系统建立简化的俯仰回路液压仿真模型,根据故障分析,对减压阀失压、减压阀堵塞、液控单向阀堵塞和伺服阀信号放大器故障等4种故障进行仿真分析研究;联合液压装置试验系统试验检测和液压仿真分析结果完成液压装置的准确故障定位,发现过滤器上挤出的密封圈碎片造成减压阀的堵塞是该装备液压装置发生故障的具体原因。

Fault Diagnosis of a Certain Type Equipment Pitch Channel Based on

AMESim Hydraulic Simulation and Test Platform

AbstractAim at fault phenomenon of the lifting of a certain type of equipment, the hydraulic device is used to testing the hydraulic device of the tower. Based on the AMESim simulation system, a simplified hydraulic simulation model is established. Based on the fault analysis, the four types of fault phenomenon was being analyzed, including the pressure relief valve’s decompression, the pressure relief’s blocking, the pilot operated check valve’s blocking and the servo valve’s signal amplifier’s fault. Then combined with the test result of the test system and the result of simulation analysis, the accurate fault location of the hydraulic device was completed, and the squeeze which was came out from the filter on the sealing ring was found to cause the blocking of pressure relief valve.

全自动水溶性酸测定仪的改进

   要:待测液体的自动配制与提取是变压器油水溶性酸pH值测定的关键环节。目前,全自动水溶性酸测定仪采用在封闭容器内形成正气压或者负气压的方式实现液体流动,并通过光电传感器实现液体容量的控制,该方法实际应用中效率低、故障率高。分析问题产生的原因,提出了设备改进方案,采用精密计量泵实现待测液体的自动配制与提取,使用真空泵实现废弃液体的排放与容器的通风干燥,简化了测试工艺流程,提高了设备可靠性和工作效率,同时也提高设备生产效率。

AbstractAutomatic preparation and extraction of the test liquid is the key link in the determination of the pH value of water-soluble acid in transformer oils. At present, liquid flow is realized by the positive pressure or negative pressure in the closed vessel, and the liquid capacity is limited by the photoelectric sensor.After analysis of the problems, an improved plan is brought forward.Automatic preparation and extraction of the test liquid is achieved through the precision metering pump. The discharge of waste liquid and the ventilation and drying of the container are realized through the vacuum pump. The test process is simplified, the equipment reliability and work efficiency are improved, and the production efficiency is also improved.

智能化气驱生活垃圾柜及其网络化系统研究

  要:提出了一种用于收集可压缩生活垃圾、完全无人工干预的智能气动生活垃圾收集柜及其网络化系统,设计了智能化气驱生活垃圾柜及其网络化系统总体方案,设计分析了其机械结构方案、气动系统方案、垃圾袋封口技术方案、电气控制和检测系统方案、基于无线模块MC55的垃圾柜状态信息监控系统方案等,分析和试验表明,智能垃圾处理柜噪声不超过30 dB36 V安全电压下的垃圾袋热融封口实验,加热时间不超过310 s,表明气动系统平顺性好、无噪声,安全电压工作的垃圾袋热融封口处理效果稳定,全程智能控制、网络化系统的状态信息监控很好的满足了居民区生活需要,具有很好的实际应用价值。

Garbage Container with Intelligent Pneumatic Drive and the Networking System

AbstractThis paper proposed the use of a kind of intelligentized pneumatically driven garbage tank to collect compressible living garbage without involving any manual operation. It established the networking system of the intelligentized pneumatically driven garbage tanks and designed the overall scheme of both the making of the garbage tanks and the operation of the networking system. It established and analyzed the design of the garbage tank structure, pneumatic driving, electric control, electric detecting and condition monitoring system based on wireless module MC55 and the sealing technology of garbage bags. The analysis and experiments showed that the noise of intelligentized pneumatically driven garbage tank was less than 30 dB and the heat sealing time was less than 310 s under the condition of 36 V working voltage, which indicated the networking system had the characteristics of good ride comfort, no noise, full intelligent control and heat melting sealing reliability of garbage bags with safe working voltage, and that the monitoring of the system state well met the needs of residents in the residential area. Therefore, the system has great application value.

   要:液力传动系统的动力性和经济性是衡量整车好坏的重要指标,液力变矩器与发动机作为一个动力源为整个系统提供动力,它们的匹配优劣将直接影响动力的效率。该文简单阐述了匹配原理,并基于MATLAB/GUI平台开发匹配软件,给出匹配分析结果。实践证明,该软件可显著提高匹配计算的分析速度和质量,为后续整机行驶力计算提供数据基础。

AbstractThe performance and fuel economy of a hydraulic drive system has become a very important indicators to judge the vehicle whether its hydraulic drive system is good or bad. Hydraulic torque converter and engine together provide power to the hydraulic drive system. The power efficiency that is available of the whole system is determined by how well hydraulic torque converter matched the engine. This paper explains the matching principle in brief, a new method of matching is introduced based on Mat lab/GUI. A proper matching result can be analyzed and achieved by using this new software. It proved that the software that proposed in this paper can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy during matching process, but also provide data for the future traction calculation of the whole vehicle.

  要:该论文研究了一种应用于桥梁支座更换的同步顶升系统。通过设计液压控制系统和控制策略,使顶升千斤顶的同步精度达到±0.5mm,避免了桥面板在顶升或下降过程中桥面板开裂风险。同时在落梁过程中,设备可有效地托住桥面板缓慢下降,速度可控,杜绝安全隐患。研究结果对实现桥梁支座更换之安全生产具有重要意义。

AbstractIn this paper, a synchronous lifting system is studied, which is applied to bridge bearing replacement. Through the design of the hydraulic control system and control strategies,the synchronous precision of jack is up to ± 0.5mm,the cracking risk of the bridge deck in the process of lifting or descending is avoided.In the process ofthe bridge deck descending,the equipment can effectively support the bridge deck to slow down ,and the bridge deck down speed can be controlled,to put an end tohidden danger. The research achievement have important significance for the safety production of bridge bearing replacement.

基于UG/WAVE的某型船调距桨液压装置建模

   要:针对某型船调距桨液压装置研制项目要求,研究了UG/WAVE技术及其内涵,探讨利用UG/WAVE技术建立调距桨液压装置模型的方法,并且基于UG/WAVE技术设计完成某型船调距桨液压装置的三维模型。相比传统的自底向上建模方法,利用UG/WAVE技术建立的调距桨液压系统三维模型避免了零件重复设计工作、缩短了产品的设计周期。

AbstractAccording to research contract for hydraulic device of controllable pitch propeller(CPP) used in some vessels, the paper researches UG/WAVE technology ,discusses a method of using UG/WAVE to set up model of controllable pitch propeller hydraulic device, and designs three-dimensional model of controllable pitch propeller  hydraulic device based on the UG/WAVE technology. Compared with the traditional bottom-up modeling method, three-dimensional model of controllable pitch propeller hydraulic device based on the UG/WAVE technology avoids repetitive work and shortens the design cycle of product.

The new type of full diameter core automatic porosity and permeability testing instrument is intended for this situation. This paper focuses on introducing testing principle of pore volume, skeleton bulk and permeability. It also lists several important parameters selection of the instrument. It is proved easy to operating and the result is reliable through practical application. It is worth promotion in sites.

基于LabVIEW的信号诊断及报警系统设计

   要:随着智能系统和自动化技术的快速发展,对采集信号的自动诊断和报警系统的可靠性和便捷性要求也日益增加。该文设计了一款基于LabVIEW的信号诊断和报警系统,采用逐点分析和连续多点比较法,相对于普通的报警系统,可靠性和准确性大大提高。在人机交互界面设置了多种信号超限提示及故障分析窗口,给用户带来了极大的便利。文章的最后,利用模拟波形输入对系统进行测试,结果表明系统可以准确的监测所采集的信号。

AbstractWith the rapid development of intelligent systems and automation technology, the requirements of automatically diagnose and alert system to automatic diagnosis and alarm system of signal is increasing. This article is designed to diagnose and signal an alarm system based on LabVIEW,use point by point analysis and continuous multi-point comparison method, with respect to the general alarm system, greatly improved reliability and accuracy. In the interactive interface to set a variety of signal analysis and fault overrun prompt window, giving users a great convenience. Finally, the use of an analog waveform input to the system test article, the results show the system can accurately monitor the signal collected.

利用试验与领先使用相结合的方法调整设备维修周期

   要:为调整某设备的维修周期,该文首先分析了该设备的薄弱环节为橡胶密封圈,对橡胶密封圈进行加速老化试验,采用回归分析法推导出温度、压缩永久变形率和寿命的关系,并结合领先使用法确定出其使用寿命,以此为根据调整该设备的维修周期。试验法与领先使用法得出的寿命结论一致,橡胶密封圈的寿命可由2年延长至5年。

Based on the Experiment of the Calendar Life of Aircraft Pneumatic

Equipment Maintenance Cycle Adjustment

AbstractObjective: Adjust a pneumatic equipment maintenance cycles. Methods: The rubber seals are weak link for of pneumatic equipment. An accelerated aging test was designed for the rubber seals. The relationships of the temperature, aging time and compression changes were presented through regression analysis methods, which combined with the methods of leading used to determine its using-life. According to above, it should be adjusted the pneumatic equipment maintenance cycle. Results: The test and the methods of leading used are consistent. The using-life of the rubber seals is 5 years. Conclusion: The equipment should be checked and replaced the rubber seals of in missile detection.
