非接触式机械密封表面开槽技术研究现状

   要:密封表面开槽式机械密封已成为非接触式机械密封领域的先进密封技术,凭借其特有的动压效应及良好的密封性能,目前已在离心泵、离心机及反应釜等过程装备中广泛使用。开槽式机械密封的主要技术在于开槽环节,特别是微米级深度的浅槽,开槽深度几乎与表面粗糙度同数量级,对于槽深加工精度要求及去粗糙度技术要求较高。而且目前,多数针对非接触式机械密封数值分析及仿真中,都是将槽深假设为毫米级和微米级,如果试验及实际应用中开槽技术不能达到精度要求,其仿真及分析的现实意义就会大打折扣。鉴于此,在对非接触式机械密封的工作机理及流槽设计技术进行简单介绍后,该文对近20年来非接触式机械密封的槽型加工技术进行了系统研究,同时结合相应开槽技术的具体方法、原理及优缺点进行了分析综述,重点介绍了目前兴起的非接触式机械密封的激光雕刻加工法,其较高的加工效率、无污染性、良好的可控性及高精度,使其应用范围日益广泛。同时介绍了最先进的飞秒法开槽技术,以期对进一步的研究及应用提供理论指导。

Current Research on Slotting Technology of Non-contact Mechanical Seal

AbstractSlot type mechanical seal has become advanced sealing technology in the field of non-contact mechanical seal, with its unique dynamic pressure effect and good sealing performance, has been widely used in process equipments, such as centrifugal pump, centrifuge and reactor. For slot type mechanical seal, the main technical links is slotted links, especially the micron order depth of shallow slot. The slot depth and surface roughness almost the same order of magnitude, for the groove processing accuracy requirement and the technical requirements to remove roughness is higher. At present,most of the numerical analysis and simulation for non-contact mechanical seal,are assumed to millimeter level and micro level slot depth.If the test and actual application of slotting technology cannot meet the accuracy requirements,simulation and analysis of its practical significance will be discounted. In view of this, after introduced the working mechanism of non-contact mechanical seal and slot design technology,this paper systematically studied of the non-contact mechanical seal slotting technology for the past 20 years , and combined with the concrete method, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of slotting technology. Mainly introduced the current rise of laser processing method of non-contact mechanical seal.Its high processing efficiency, no pollution, high precision, good controllability and make its application range is becoming more and more widely.At the same time, introduced the most advanced method of slotting technology-femtosecond. In order to provide theoretical guidance for further research and application.

小型动静压振动主轴的仿真与实验研究

   要:一种小型动静压振动主轴,该主轴结合螺旋腔轴承,通过双自由度阀(2D激振阀)控制轴向振动,适用于高转速、高频振动的切削中。通过Fluent软件对动静压轴承油膜在不同参数下的压力分布及承载力大小进行仿真分析。实验采集激振频率在20800Hz之间,振动腔的压力、主轴振动位移以及主轴振动的加速度;通过测试主轴不同的旋转速度以及不同供油压力对主轴径向位移的影响,分析主轴的回转精度。

Simulation and Experimental Study of Small Hybrid Vibration Spindle

AbstractA small hybrid vibration spindle,the spindle combine the spiral groove bearing,and the axial vibration is controlled by the 2-DOF valve,It is suitable for high speed and high frequency vibration cutting.Using FLUENT to simulation and analysis of pressure distribution and bearing capacity size of oil film under different parameters.Experimental acquisition vibration chamber pressure,spindle vibration displacement and acceleration of spindle vibration between 20Hz and 800Hz of the excitation frequency.By testing the effect of different spindle rotation speed, effect of oil supply pressure on the radial displacement of the main shaft,analysis of the rotation accuracy of the spindle.

车用液力缓速器设计及CFD流体仿真分析

   要:对选配车型制动过程进行整体受力分析,建立液力缓速器制动数学模型,为并联液力缓速器设计所需制动力矩来源提供计算依据;然后计算液力缓速器中相应部件参数,在此基础上进行并联式液力缓速器整体结构设计;利用CFD软件对多种内外径及转速下的流道的[λ]值进行仿真分析,为以后液力缓速器设计提供依据。

AbstractThe design of parallel hydraulic retarder need to analysis overall stress braking process of matching vehicle and establish braking mathematical model of hydraulic retarder that will provide a reference of the calculation for sources of required braking torque about the design; then, calculating parameters of corresponding components about the parallel hydraulic retarder calculating. On the basis of the above, designing the integrally-built layout of parallel hydraulic retarder and drawing 2D structure figure. Simulation analysis of the  moment coefficient ([λ]) about the oil flow channel under the variety of inside diameter and speed was performed by using CFD software that will provide the basis for the future design of hydraulic retarder.

基于AMESim仿真的电液比例加载系统性能分析

   要:为了研究电液比例模拟加载系统的加载的性能,分析电液比例溢流阀加载与电液比例节流阀加载特点以及适用场合。首先分析两种阀的加载原理,然后在AMESim中建立两种加载系统的仿真模型,最后在实验台上进行实验验证。结合仿真结果与实验数据对比两种加载系统的性能特点可得:受到最小稳定流量的影响溢流阀加载适用于马达输出扭矩比较大的场合,而节流阀进出口压差较大时节流损失较大,节流加载适用于马达输出扭矩比较小的场合。在建立模拟加载系统时,同时建立溢流加载与节流加载系统,这样充分利用两种加载的优势,使得加载系统应用范围更广。

Performance Analysis of Electro-hydraulic Proportional Loading

AbstractIn order to study the performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional simulation loading system, analysis the characteristics and applications of the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve loading system and electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve loading system.Firstly, analysis loading principle of two kinds of valves, and then establish simulation model of two kinds of loading system in AMESim, and finally verify it  in test-bed.Compare the characteristic of two kinds of loading system by the comparison between simulation results and experimental data, the result show that : subject to the minimum stable flow effects of valve, the relief valve is suitable foroccasions that loading in the motor output torqueis relatively big, the throttle loss is big when pressure difference between import and export of throttle valve is big, the throttle valve is suitable foroccasions that loading in the motor output torqueis relatively small,  In the establishment of simulation loading system, the relief valve loading system and throttle loading system are established at the same time,which makes full use of the advantages of the two kinds of loading, so that the application scope of the loading system is more extensive.

流体机械装备的故障特性分析方法研究

   要:针对机电液一体化流体机械装备的故障特性分析问题,研究了FTA-MMECA分析方法,在复杂装备的层次化编码结构基础上,利用简约FTA分析和底层元件的MMECA分析,完成装备系统的故障特性全面分析,建立信息全面、逻辑关系清晰和使用方便的信息数据集,并以导弹发射车液压系统故障特性分析进行了举例。研究成果可为实施装备的健康管理提供知识和信息支撑。

Research on Failure Characteristics Analysis Method for Fluid Machinery

AbstractAiming at the fault characteristic analysis problem for fluid machinery of mechanics-electronics-hydraulics, the analysis method FTA-MMECA was studied. Based on the hierarchical coding structure, the simple FTA analysis and the MMECA analysis methods were used to finish comprehensive analysis for fault characteristic of equipments system, and the information datasets with comprehensive information, clear logical relationship and usableness was built. Furthermore, the above research result was applied to analyze fault characteristic of hydraulic system for missile launcher. The practice showed that the research result could provide knowledge and information support for carrying out equipments’ health management.

本安型2D电液换向阀的实验研究

  要:阐述了一种新型本安型电液换向阀的工作原理,采用了2D阀的技术,在本安型双向电磁铁与双自由度阀芯之间引入双向压扭联轴器。正常压力情况下,电磁铁输出的推(吸)力通过压扭联轴器使阀芯转动,由液压力差推动阀芯轴向移动,实现换向功能。本质安全技术作为低功率的设计技术,限制了本安型电磁铁的输出的推力,而压扭联轴器不仅可以实现位移-旋转的运动转换,还可以将电磁铁的驱动力放大,使其能有效、可靠地驱动阀芯运动,从而提高本安型换向阀的可靠性。通过对本安型二维(2D)电液换向阀实验研究,测得其启、闭特性,表明在一定压力范围内,本安型2D电液换向阀不仅可以克服液动力和摩擦力的不利影响,还具有较快的响应速度和稳定性。

AbstractThe working principal of a new intrinsically safe Electro-hydraulic Directional Valve are demonstrated. Using the 2D valve technology, the two-way compression-torsion coupling is introduced between the intrinsically safe two-way electromagnet with two degrees of freedom spool. Under the normal working pressure, the magnetic force of the solenoid rotates the spool through the compression-torsion coupling and the hydrostatic imbalanced force pushes the spool axial movement to realize reversing function. Intrinsic safety technology as a low power design technology, limiting the thrust of the intrinsically safe type electromagnet, and compression-torsion coupling can not only realize displacement rotation conversion, but also realize function of driving force amplification, so that it can effectively and reliably drive spool movement, so as to improve the reliability of the intrinsically safe directional valve. Through the intrinsically safe two-dimensional (2D) electro-hydraulic valve experimental study measured the opening and closing characteristic, show that 2D intrinsically safe electro-hydraulic directional valve can not only overcome the adverse effects of hydrodynamic force and friction force, but also has faster responding speed and stability under a certain pressure.

喷嘴挡板伺服阀中液压全桥液导比的取值研究

   要:在两级喷嘴挡板伺服阀中,固定节流孔和喷嘴挡板节流构成了一个液压全桥,液压全桥的性能将直接影响整阀的性能。在液压全桥的设计中,液导比的取值是一个关键问题。现有设计理论通常建议液导比取1,而在实践中发现液导比的取值存在一个合理的范围。通过分析、建模、计算和实际验证,确定了液导比的取值范围,减少或避免了研发中的相关摸索过程,缩短了研发周期,降低了研发费用。

Research on Hydraulic Conductivity Ratio with Hydraulic Full-bridge

for Nozzle-flapper Servovalve

AbstractIn the two-stage nozzle-flapper servovalve, the fixed throttle and the nozzle-flapper throttle constitute a hydraulic full-bridge, and the performance of the servovalve is directly affected by the performance of the hydraulic full-bridge. In the design of hydraulic full-bridge, the choice of the hydraulic conductivity ratio is a key issue. The hydraulic conductivity ratio is usually suggested to be one in the existing design theory, but it’s found that the value should have a reasonable range in practice. By means of analysis, modeling, calculation and practical verification, the value range of the hydraulic conductivity ratio is confirmed together with shortened R & D cycle and less R & D expense.

便携式输油滤油设备的研制与应用

   要:针对液压机械中油液的清洁问题及油液输送问题,研制了便携式油液输送、多级过滤设备。首先对该设备液压回路进行了设计;然后对液压系统采用集成化设计,并对该设备整体结构及相关零部件进行了研制;实践表明将该设备应用于生产中,满足使用要求;同时该设备可作为示教装置应用于液压课程的现场教学,提高了教学效果。

AbstractAccording to the cleanness of the oil in the hydraulic machinery problem and oil transportation problem, developed a portable oil transmission, multi-stage filtration equipment. Firstly the hydraulic circuit is designed , then integrated design is adopted for hydraulic system and the whole structure and the structure of each part are developed; Practice shows that the device was applied to production meets the requirement; At the same time, the equipment used as a teaching device applied to hydraulic course teaching has improved the teaching effect.

  要:该文对目前随车起重机行业的现状进行了研究。同时对于主流应用的节流调速式液压系统,阀前补偿液压系统,阀后补偿液压系统进行了对比分析,论证了阀后补偿液压系统在随车起重机领域应用的优势。中国自主创新的阀后补偿液压元件和随车起重机主机厂的系统应用已经成熟,标志着在中国制造在液压领域和随车起重机的技术已经走在世界行业前列。

AbstractThe paper researches on the hydraulic system on the truck mounted crane. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the market we compared the on-off control valve, load sensing with inlet compensator and load sensing with after spool compensator. We have a conclusion that the truck mounted crane with load sensing will have a good performance in the market. And further more, the domestic innovation in the load sensing after spool compensator valve design and manufacture and application area become fully-fledged. It announced to the world that the hydraulic manufacture and truck mounted crane development become the leader of the world.

  要:该文通过对液压缸的设计过程进行分析,提出了液压缸的标准设计系统思路。基于液压缸标准化设计系统,在液压缸设计过程的各个环节采用典型结构和零部件标准化、密封设计模块化、技术文件模版化、设计过程嵌入标准规范、固化校核计算方法等措施,规范和统一液压缸的设计过程,将设计质量受设计人员影响的因素降至最低,有效提高设计质量。

The Design Quality Control Method of the Hydraulic Cylinder Based

on the Standardized Design System

AbstractThe standardized design method for the hydraulic cylinder has been proposed in this paper by analyzing the whole design process of the hydraulic cylinder. Each procedure of the design process is unified and standardized by means of standardizing typical structures and components, modularizing the sealing design, maintaining technical documents templated, embedding standard specification into the design process and fixing the checking calculation. This standardized design method can minimize the influence of the design quality caused by the designers, and improve the design quality of the hydraulic cylinder.

某核电厂调试期间立式转动设备结构性共振问题分析及探讨

   要:立式转动设备振动超标在机组调试及试运行期间较为常见,导致设备振动的原因种类较多,目前国内核电厂同行常用的故障诊断手段为频谱分析,同一个频谱对应的故障现象较多,实际工作中,如何准确定位激振源,对振动诊断工作者的理论水平及工作经验提出较高的要求。该文结合国内某核电厂调试期间旋转机械结构性共振处理案例,从故障现象、诊断过程、处理方案及处理结果四个方面进行说明及探讨,为后续机组调试及运行提供经验及参考。

Analysis and Discussion on the Structural Resonance of Vertical Rotating Equipment During the Commissioning of a Nuclear Power Plant

AbstractThe vibrations of vertical rotating equipment expending bounds in period of commissioning and operation are common Faults. There are a lot of reasons which can cause vibration. At present, spectrum analysis is a conventional method to analyses vibration in domestic nuclear power counterparts. The same spectrum usually corresponds to different fault phenomena. How to accurately locate the excitation source puts higher requirements on the theoretical level and working experience of vibration diagnosis workers. According to the structural resonance cases of rotating machinery during commissioning of a nuclear power plant, this paper describes and discusses structural resonance of vertical rotating machinery from the fault phenomenon, diagnostic procedures, treatment plan and treatment results, in order to provide experience and reference for the following plant commissioning and operation.

   要:螺纹与密封配合一体结构,由于其结构简单、紧凑,拆装方便,能节约安装空间等优点而大量应用在液压元件中,尤其作为端盖、堵头等端口密封件普遍应用在液压缸中。但是,拆解液压缸时多次发现螺纹或者密封段划伤的问题。该文通过对这种结构发生划伤的机理分析,从设计、生产各方面找出螺纹或密封划伤产生的原因和影响因素,并提出解决措施。

However, the dismantling of the hydraulic cylinder has repeatedly found that the thread or seal segment scratch. In this paper, through the mechanism analysis of the structure of the scratch, from the design and production of various aspects to find out the cause and influence factors, and put forward the solution measures.

   要:全液压传动较传统的机械式传动,在系统组成上更简单,能够实现无级调速,适应于装载机工况多变的需求。电控系统帮助实现了全液压装载机行走的速度控制以及所需的各种功能控制中。该文针对一款由单个液压泵和两个液压马达组成的闭式行走系统的轮式装载机进行了电控系统方案的设计,并详细介绍了该系统所涉及的各电控功能。通过搭建Simulink控制模型进行仿真,提出的方案达到了功能的需要。同时基于行走的安全需求,该文提出了与功能控制并行的安全控制的理念。

Design and Simulation of Electronic Control Software for Hydrostatic Wheel Loader

AbstractCompared with traditional mechanical transmission , hydrostatic transmission is more simple in composition can realize stepless speed regulation and satisfy the requirement of changeable working situation of loader. The drive speed control of hydrostatic loader and control of all the other functions it needed are realized by the help of electronic.  The electronic solution of a wheel loader with a closed loop composed by one hydraulic pump and two hydraulic motors is designed in this paper, and all the functions involved are introduced in detail too. The simulation results of the control model prove that the solution of the functions  satisfies the function requirement. Meanwhile, based on the safety of the driving, the philosophy  of safety control which is running in parallel with function control is put forward.

AbstractSimulation model of the oil supply system with accumulator based on AMESim is presented to analyze the load response feature of integrated transmission. The variation tendency of the pressure and flow rate of the loads are obtained from the simulation. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the simulation model. This is useful for the performance optimization of the transmission system.
