节能型主动升沉补偿液压驱动系统设计及仿真研究

   要:为了减小海浪、洋流对海上起重机作业稳定性的影响,保障海上作业安全进行,并针对当前主动升沉补偿系统动作频率高、能量损失严重等问题,分析升沉运动的补偿原理及系统节能潜力,设计了一种能够对负载势能进行能量回收的节能型主动绞车升沉补偿液压驱动系统,并对能量回收系统进行了具体元件的参数设计,应用AMESim软件建立了该补偿系统的仿真模型,并对典型工况进行仿真分析,研究系统的补偿性能及补偿过程中能量回收效率。结果表明,该系统可以实现较高的补偿精度,并且节能效果明显。

Design of an Energy-Saving Hydraulic Driving Heave Compensation System

AbstractIn order to reduce the impacts of waves on the operation stability of the ocean crane, ensure that the offshore operations can be carried out safely, and in view of the high compensation frequency, the serious energy loss of the compensation system, analyzed the compensation principle and the amount of the recoverable potential energy,then a kind of heave compensation hydraulic driving system is designed which can recover the load potential energy,and used software AMESim to establish the simulation model of the compensation system, then made a simulation of a typical operating conditions to research the compensation performance and energy recovery efficiency of the system.The results show that the system can compensate the heave motion of ship precisely, and save energy greatly.

AbstractHigh-speed on/off valve, its static characteristics are expressed by the characteristics of no-load flow and pressure. Its flow characteristics are theoretically analyzed according to its structure, the working principle and ISO6358 international standard. Based on AMESim dynamic modeling of the high speed on/off valve, the static characteristics are simulated and analyzed.

基于泵送主油缸结构优化的泵送系统可靠性分析研究

   要:混凝土泵送主油缸活塞在越过换向检测油口时,受油缸导向带和活塞环泄漏的影响,信号检测油口输出压力不足将降低混凝土泵液压系统可靠性。该文利用逆向思维,通过优化主油缸活塞结构形式,主动增大活塞环的泄漏来提高进信号检测油口输出压力,并以此来解决压差不足和作用时间短的技术难题。

Reliability Study of Pumping System with Pumping Cylinder Structure Optimization

AbstractWhen pumping cylinder piston gets over reversing detecting oil port, influenced by oil cylinder guide belt and piston ring leakage, insufficiency of the output pressure of signal detecting oil port will reduce the hydraulic system reliability of concrete pump. This paper adopts reverse thinking to increase the output pressure of detecting oil port by optimizing cylinder piston structure type and actively increasing piston ring leakage and thus solves the technical difficulties of insufficient differential pressure and short acting time.

基于EXCEL的工程机械气弹簧铰点位置优化设计

   要:由于工程机械的机罩具有体积较大,翻起困难的特点,对机器的维修工作带来不便,此时需要安装气弹簧来解决该问题。一般气弹簧铰点位置设计都会通过参考同种机型的位置来布置新机型,这样的开发过程带有盲目性,缺乏科学的严谨性,该文现通过力学原理分析,并采用与EXCEL软件相结合的方法,可以快速有效地设计出气弹簧。

AbstractThe engineering machinery always has hoods of big size, difficult to be turned, which brings inconvenience to machine repair work. Installing gas spring solves the problem at this time. Generally, gas spring hinge point location design process is referring to the position of the old similar models to decorate a new one, which is blindness, and lack of scientific basis. By doing mechanics analysis combined with the using of EXCEL software, we can quickly and efficiently design gas spring hinge point location.

The Design of Electromagnetic Safety Cartridge Valve with Position Monitoring

AbstractBy referring to the traditional two-way cartridge valve, The essay developed a new pilot active belt position monitoring safety valve specialized in the injection molding machine industry, using electromagnetic directional valve to control pilot oil supplying oil for the main valve control oil cavity and force the main safety valve open, and through position monitoring switch indicator light shows the main valve broken relationships, monitors valve action, and provides a signal for determining the hydraulic circuit’s fault and execute element’s safety.

2D伺服阀嵌入式伺服控制系统的研究

  要:为提高2D伺服阀的性能,设计应用于2D伺服阀的嵌入式电液伺服控制系统。该系统基于TMS320F2812DSP芯片设计了新型嵌入式控制器,集成A/D采样以及串口通讯等功能模块,并采用位置与电流双闭环控制算法对2D伺服阀的动静态特性进行实验测试。同时,利用图形化编程工具LabVIEW,设计了人机交互界面,可以方便对控制器相关功能模块参数进行在线调试和实时显示工作状态。实验结果表明,该伺服控制系统工作稳定,具有良好的性能,由其控制的2D伺服阀的性能有了很大的提升。

The Study of Embedded Servo Control System for 2D Servo Valve

AbstractIn order to improve the property of 2D servo valve, this study designs a scheme of embedded servo control system which works for 2D servo valve. this study designs a new embedded controller based on TMS320F2812, which integrates A / D sampling and serial communications modules ,and uses position and current of double closed loop control algorithm for static and dynamic characteristics of a 2D servo valve in research. Meanwhile, the man-machine interactive interface uses Graphical programming softwareLabVIEW which can be convenient for the relevant parameters of the online debugging and display the working status in real time. The experimental results show that the servo control system was stable and has good performance, and the performance of 2D servo valve has been greatly improved.

锥阀加载端的阻尼减振技术研究

  要:锥阀在工作中经常发生不稳定现象,与阀芯系统的阻尼较低有着直接关系。阀口进出口油路上加设阻尼孔等方法可有效改善锥阀的稳定性,但是存在节流损失和降低阀的抗污染能力等缺点。提出了一种新的阻尼调压装置,安装在锥阀的加载端,用来改善锥阀的压力稳定性。该调压装置拥有节流孔和容积腔室组成的阻尼系统,能够较好缓冲阀芯在响应过程中的压力冲击。同时,该阻尼系统设置在加载端,不参与阀芯进口和出口油路上的节流控制,不增加锥阀的节流损失。利用系统动力学方法仿真计算了新型调压装置的压力调节特性,分析了其压力减振能力。根据计算结果设计并制作了样机进行试验测试,结果表明该新型调压装置具有较好的阻尼减振能力,有效降低了锥阀的压力超调。

Research on the Damping Technology at the Loading End for the Poppet Valve

AbstractThe unsteady phenomenon of poppet valve often happens during its work which is directly related to the low damp of poppet system. The method such as adding orifice in the inlet and outlet of valve port can improve effectively the stability, but which have the disadvantages such as throttling loss and decreasing the anti-pollution ability. A kind of new damp pressure-adjusting method is put forward so as to improve the stability of poppet. The damping unit is taken as the example to analyze its principle and characteristics. It is set at the loading end so as to improve the pressure stability of poppet valve. This damping unit is consisted of orifice and volume chamber, which can slow down the pressure impact during the response of valve. Furthermore, this damping system is set at the loading end and wouldn’t cause throttling along the oil flowing way of valve, so the throttling loss wouldn’t be added. The system dynamic method is used to calculate the pressure-adjusting characteristics of this new unit and analyze its pressure-damping ability. According to the calculation, the prototype is designed, manufactured and tested. The results indicate that this new unit has further damping ability and can effectively decrease its pressure overshoot.

自适应鲁棒性控制在泵控差动缸中的仿真研究

   要:该论文研究了泵控差动缸高性能鲁棒性的位置控制。泵控差动缸液压系统的动态特性存在高度地非线性并且还存在较大程度的模型不确定性。为了解决上述问题,该文提出了一种自适应鲁棒性控制(ARC)策略,并构建了一种不连续映射参数的ARC控制器。该控制器不仅考虑了差动缸惯量负载参数以及其他参数的变化,而且考虑了如非补偿性摩擦力以及外负载等参数的不确定性非线性的影响,因此,该控制器具有鲁棒性参数自适应能力。从Bobcat 435小型挖掘机的一个实际工作循环提取的动臂缸的外负载和位移信号作为仿真模型的输入,验证了模型的正确性。仿真结果表明,ARC控制器可以迅速而准确的对外负载进行估计,极大的削弱了外负载对其自身的干扰,跟随误差非常小。

AbstractThis paper studies the high performance robust motion control of pump controlled differential cylinder. The dynamics of pump controlled differential cylinder exist highly non-linear and have large extent of model uncertainties. To address these challenging issues, proposed adaptive robust control (ARC) strategy is applied and a discontinuous projection based ARC controller is constructed. The controller is able to take into account not only the effect of the parameter variations of the inertia load and the differential cylinder hydraulic parameters but also the uncertain non-linarites such as the uncompensated friction forces and external disturbances. A loading cycle derived from the boom hydraulic cylinder's external load signals and displacement signals in Bobcat 435 excavator was used as input signals to the simulation model and proved correctly finally. The simulation results show that ARC controller can quickly and accurately estimate the external load, and can greatly weaken the disturbance from external load, and can achieve a small tracking error in the pump controlled differential cylinder system.

反气泡内液球有无电解质对反气泡稳定时间的研究

  要:反气泡的结构与气泡正好相反,是液--液组成的球形结构,现阶段对于反气泡的研究,并没有对反气泡的内液球与外液环境进行区分。该实验制备的反气泡,内液球为纯净水与洗洁精的混合液,而外界液体环境为Nacl溶液与洗洁精的混合液。实验得出,当反气泡的内液球与外界液体环境不同时,稳定时间比内外液相同的反气泡更短。这是因为前者气膜内外的压降大于后者。

AbstractAntibubble is in the shape of liquid - gas - liquid sphere, which is opposite to bubble. At present, there is no study distinguishing the internal and external environment of antibubble. In this experiment, liquid inside the antibubble is mixed solution of pure water and detergent, while liquid outside the antibubble is mixed solution of nacl and detergent. It is concluded that life of antibubble is shorter when internal and external environment is different compared with that in same internal and external environment. This is because  that pressure difference inside and outside the film is bigger under former condition.

小型液压挖掘机回转系统能量回收的研究

  要:为了使小型液压挖掘机回转制动过程更加平稳以及制动能量得到回收,提出了一种具有防反转功能的回转制动能量回收系统。通过AMESim软件建立系统仿真模型并进行分析,对能量回收仿真结果进行了模拟试验验证。结果表明:防反转控制有效消除了转台制动时的反转摇晃;在重载工况下,蓄能器仿真得到的能量回收率为64.9%,试验得到的能量回收率为69.2%,达到了良好的节能效果。

Study on Energy Saving for Small Hydraulic Excavator Rotation System

AbstractIn order to make the braking process more stable and the braking energy is recovered, a rotary braking energy recovery system with anti reversal function is proposed. The system simulation model was established by AMESim software and the simulation results were verified by the simulation test. The results show that the anti reversal control can effectively eliminate the reverse shaking during braking; under heavy load conditions of accumulator simulation get the energy recovery rate is 64.9%,test get the energy recovery rate is 69.2%, which achieves a good energy saving effect.

航空作动器往复密封结构参数化分析

   要:航空作动器主密封是典型的往复密封,广泛应用在飞机机翼、舱门等众多部位。它的失效会直接影响飞行安全,甚至会造成重大的人身事故,因此对其密封结构参数进行分析具有重要意义。本文以往复密封作为研究对象,建立往复密封混合润滑模型,以摩擦力、反向泵回率及接触区接触压力最大值作为评价密封性能好坏的指标,分别改变油侧倾角、空气侧倾角,改变密封唇表面粗糙度,对密封结构进行参数化分析。

Parametric Analysis of the Reciprocating Sealing Structure for Aircraft Actuator

AbstractThe primary seal of aircraft actuators belongs to typical reciprocating seals, which is adopt as a  component of the wings, doors, and many other parts of an aircraft, Its failure will directly affect flight safety, and even cause major accidents, therefore it is a great significance to analyze its sealing structure parameters. In this paper, Reciprocating seals were taken as the research object,it establish a reciprocating seal mixed lubrication model, and used the friction ,reverse pump rate and maximum pressure in contact area as evaluation of sealing performance, made parametric analysis of seal structure by changing oil roll Angle, air roll Angle ,and the surface roughness of the sealing lip.

AbstractThis paper introduces a direct acting type crossover relief valve's structure, working principle, calculated and analyzed its force balance equations, on the impact of the valve is the reverse opening and closing characteristics factors were analyzed, through the performance test, the results show that: reverse crossover relief valve opening pressure is hard to be similar, is the reverse on and off characteristics curve hysteresis large, on the spool manufacturing precision demanding, not easy to guarantee, the difficulty in manufacturing.

深海油压动力源效率的试验研究

  要:通过对深海油压动力源结构组成的分析,揭示了深海油压动力源功率的传递过程。首先,在深海油压动力源三个系列的地面试验中,采集了输入电压、电流以及输出的流量(调定压力下)等参数。然后,以深海油压动力源电机的测试数据为样本,通过数据拟合得到电机不同负载率下功率因数计算公式。最后,再结合泵的参数及试验采集数据进行计算,得到了深海油压动力源的容积效率曲线和总效率曲线。结果表明:低负载时,总效率低。而其主要原因为:低负载时电机的机械损耗与铁耗占电机输入功率的比例较大,导致电机效率偏低,继而影响整机的效率。

Experimental Study on Deep-sea Hydraulic Power Source’s Efficiency

Abstract This paper reveals the process of power transmission of deep-sea hydraulic power source by analysing its structure. Collected input parameters such as voltage, current, and output flow (set pressure) in the ground experiment of 3 series. By data fitting the test data of the motor, obtained PF’s formula under different load. Then, combined with the parameters of the pump and test data to calculate get the volumetric efficiency curve and efficiency curve. The results show that the total efficiency is low when the load is low. And the main reason is that low load motor’s mechanical and no-load core loss account larger proportion of the motor input power, so it push the motor efficiency down. And then affecting overall efficiency.
