基于Fluent的电磁换向阀压差-流量特性研究

  要:运用计算流体动力学仿真分析软件Fluent建立了电磁换向阀仿真模型,对电磁换向阀的压差—流量特性进行了仿真分析,开发了电磁换向阀样机,完成了阀口压差—流量特性试验,通过实验验证了仿真分析结果。

AbstractThe simulation model was built by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent, the pressure flow performance of the spool valve was simulated, the solenoid spool valve with 3 positions 4 ways was developed, the experiments about pressure flow characteristic of the valve was carried out, the research showed that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

基于ITI-SimulationX的矿用液压挖掘机再生阀建模与仿真

   要:该文根据某大型矿用液压挖掘机动臂油缸液压控制系统用再生阀工作机能,搭建了再生阀ITI-SimulationX基础模型,并利用ITI-SimulationX软件二次开发平台TypeDesigner对再生阀基础模型进行了封装。在此基础上,建立了动臂油缸再生控制系统模型并仿真,获取了再生阀各阀边动态曲线,直观的了解再生阀在工作过程中各阀边的状态变量,从而指导设计;同时,通过仿真模拟现场实际工况,指导了现场再生阀参数调试。

AbstractAccording to the characteristic of regenerate valve which is used in boom cylinder hydraulic control systemthe paper build up ITI-SimulationX basic elementsand packaged the basic elements using secondary development platform TypeDesigner of ITI-SimulationX . Above thisthe paper carried out that modeling and simulation of boom cylinder regenerating control system , got the dynamic curve of the regenerate valve edges, can clearly understand the variable of the regenerate valve edges so to give guidance for designer; At the same time, simulation based on the working station gave guidance for the testing of the regenerate valve.

涡旋真空泵端面密封设计

   要:通过对涡旋压缩机端面密封的工作原理及目前真空泵所用的密封方法进行分析,提出了使用发泡橡胶和超高分子量聚乙烯两种材料,采用组合密封的方式制作真空泵端面密封用的密封条,从工作原理上分析了其可行性,加工出合格的零件,并通过实验进行了验证,满足使用的要求。

AbstractThrough analyzing the working principle of the end seal of scroll compressor and the current sealing method of vacuum pump, the sealing strip of the end seal of vacuum pump is put forward by using two kinds of materials of bipeltate and ultrahigh molecular weight. The working principle is feasible, then the sealing strip has been processed, and through the experiment, it has been verified that the request of the use is met.

主动减振(减摇)试验系统研制

一种洗衣机离合器机芯制脱组件的压装系统设计

   要:为了降低传统洗衣机离合器机芯制脱组件压装过程中操作工人的劳动强度、提高产品质量和稳定性,介绍了一种新型的自动化压装系统,设计了可对制脱组件所含零件进行定位的夹具,引入了气液增压缸及增压泵,将传统机械限位与现代传感技术相结合。该系统利用PLC控制技术,操作简单,可实时监测产品的压装位移及压装力,保证产品质量。

AbstractTo lower the labor intensity of operators during the installation process of clutch movement dehydrate components of traditional laundry mechanism and improve product quality and stability. This paper introduced a new type of automation installation system.In this paper a fixture is designed which can position parts of dehydrate components and put gas-liquid boosting cylinder and booster pump into use as well as the combination of traditional mechanical limit and modern sensor technology. The system used PLC control technology which is easy to operate and can monitor installation displacement as well as installation pressure of product in real-time thus ensured the quality of products.

AbstractThe standard Hand-held portable power tools-Measurement of vibration at the handle-Part 11: Fastener driving tools is researched in this paper. Combined with the actual domestic circumstances, the system for testing the vibration acceleration of pneumatic nailers handle is established. Moreover, the analysis and experimental research on the testing method of vibration acceleration of pneumatic nailers handle is also conducted. The results can provide the scientific and reasonable measured data to improve the performance of pneumatic tools.

四轮转向挂装车液压系统的设计

AbstractThis paper describes the design of the hydraulic system of the loading truck for equipment hanging on aircraft with four wheels steering. And the paper describes the design of the trucks structure. The truck which with rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-steering has a hanging structure which with 6-freedom. For the safety of the truck during hanging equipment on aircraft, there is an emergency hydraulic-circuit connecting to the parking hydraulic-circuit and the hanging hydraulic- circuit. The success of designing and producing the first truck proves that the design of hydraulic system of the truck is logical and useful.

大流量2D数字伺服阀电-机械转换器的频率特性研究

   要:为使所开发的2D大流量伺服阀达到较好的性能,设计了一款基于DSP芯片和DRV8432全双桥电机驱动芯片控制器,高频PWM波信号输入DRV8432芯片的三个半桥电路,驱动电—机械转换器。为了消除电—机械转换器响应速度和控制精度之间的矛盾,对其进行位置闭环、速度闭环和电流闭环控制。并结合Simulink 进行仿真,仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的效果。设计了实验方案并搭建实验平台对控制器进行测试,实验结果表明该控制器具有良好的稳态性能。

The Research of Electric - mechanical Converter Frequency

Characteristic of Large Flow 2D Digital Servo Valve

AbstractIn order to make developed large flow 2D digital servo valve to achieve better performance, designs a integrated controller based on DSP chip and DRV8432 full build motor drive chip. The high frequency PWM wave act on three half bridge circuit of DRV8432 to drive electric - mechanical converter. Adopt position closed-loop control, speed closed-loop control and current closed-loop control to drive the electric - mechanical converter. Continuous tracking control algorithm can eliminate the contradiction between the response speed and control precision of the electric - mechanical converter. Combined with the Simulink simulation, the simulation results show that the method has good effect. Design experiment scheme and set up experiment platform to test the integrated controller, the experiment results show that the controller has good steady-state performance.

    要:该文研究对象是斜轴式变量柱塞泵的恒功率控制结构、原理和曲线。通过AMESim软件进行建模,将柱塞泵恒功率曲线的计算结果与理论恒功率曲线进行对比,观察输出功率曲线与理论功率曲线的拟合程度。通过调整影响功率曲线的相关参数优化实际与理论功率曲线的拟合程度,最终向用户交付恒功率曲线经过优化的产品。

   要:该文分析了现有工程机械柴油箱排水装置的不足,提出了一种新型的工程机械柴油箱排水装置,其在柴油箱底部排水阀管路前端增加一自动阀装置。当操作人员打开柴油箱排水阀后,该自动阀能在柴油箱内沉积水排完后自动截流,从而使操作人员获取柴油箱内的沉积水已排尽的信息而关闭排水阀,避免排放箱体内沉积水时排放出燃油而造成浪费。

AbstractThis paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing engineering machinery diesel tank drainage device, and puts forward a new type of construction machinery diesel tank drainage device. When the operator to open the fuel tank drain valve, the automatic valve can in the diesel tank sink water drained automatically after the closure, so that operation personnel obtain the diesel tank of sedimentary water has been drained of information and close the drain valve and avoid emissions in the box body sink water emissions from fuel and waste.

泥水盾构泥浆环流系统管路压力损失分析与计算

   要:泥水平衡盾构中,泥浆环流系统是利用管道输送渣浆的系统,主要利用泥浆的流动带走盾构机切削下来的渣土,达到盾构机出渣的目的。盾构机施工时,随着盾构机的掘进,隧道长度逐渐变长,输送泥浆的管道也必须相应延伸,同时管路上阀门、弯头数量也会逐步增多,这也必将导致输送系统的管路压损逐步增加。管路的压力损失直接影响到输送系统渣浆泵扬程的选择。文章从管道直径、流量、渣浆密度,以及阀门、弯头等因素出发,对管路压力损失的影响进行分析,根据计算公式,对整个输送系统的扬程损失进行计算,并根据计算结果最终确定渣浆泵的扬程。在设计沈阳地铁泥水平衡盾构时,根据沈阳地铁施工的地质条件,按文章中的计算方法,得出泥水盾构泥浆环流系统的泵扬程参数,经过与实际施工参数的对比,理论计算数据与实际施工数据基本吻合。

The Differential Pressure Analysis and Calculation of

Pipeline Circulation System in Slurry Shield

AbstractIn the slurry shield, the slurry circulation system is the system of conveying slurry which taking out the earth cut down by the slurry shield with the slurry flow. With slurry shield work forward, the tunnel will become longer, the pipe of the system also should be longer, then, the number of valves and bends will be increased. Correspondingly, the pressure loss of the system will be increased. The pressure loss of the system will influence the choose of the pump head. This paper has analyzed the influence of parameters of pipe diameter, flow rate, slurry density, valves, and bends having affection on the pressure loss. According to the formula, the pressure loss of the system has been calculated, As the calculations to determine the pump head of the system. When designing the slurry shield of Shenyang subway project, by using the method in this paper, the pressure loss of the system has been computed which determining the pump head. The results obtained from the analysis essentially company with the experimental data of the project.

   要:液压缸耐久性试验中液压缸的运行次数多、时间久,且对液压缸自身有一定的破坏性。因此,在无值守人员的情况下,试验过程中试验台出现异常情况时,需要试验台的控制系统能够自我识别异常并做出紧急处理。该文结合本公司的液压缸耐久性试验,基于PLC和触摸屏控制系统,从液压缸的运行状态、液压缸进出油口的油压、液压油温度三个方面阐述试验台异常监控系统的设计。

AbstractDuring the durability test, the hydraulic cylinder ran lots of times and operated for a long time. And the test may cause certain damage to the hydraulic cylinder itself. Therefore, in the case of no test personnel and the abnormal situation was appeared during the test, it requires that the control system of test-bed could identify anomalies and make emergency treatment. In this paper, combined with the durability test of our company's hydraulic cylinder, based on the system of PLC and touch screen, the system design of the durability test of hydraulic cylinder for monitoring the abnormal situation was expounded. It includes three aspects, the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure of the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder and the temperature of the hydraulic oil.

  要:该文介绍一种液压夹套式平动离合器,该离合器利用液压夹套金属薄壁段受压应力变形和释放压力后金属薄壁回弹的性能实现离合功能,使用了液压油作为介质对薄壁均匀施压。经过初步结构设计及仿真设计了离合器产品。经过离合器的试验研究,考核了离合器性能,并通过试验研究的结果对仿真参数进行了修正。

The Design and Experiment of a Hydraulic Metal Thin-wall Clutch

AbstractThis paper introduces a Hydraulic metal thin-wall clutch used in translational motion mechanism. The deformation and springback of the metal thin-wall is used for separation and reunion of the clutch. The clutch uses hydraulic oil to impose pressure in whole worked area. The clutch is designed after first structural design and simulation. Through experiment of the clutch, the function of the clutch is tested, and the results of the experiment improve the simulation.

Research on E-Style Priority Valve of Commercial Aircraft Hydraulic System

AbstractThis assay focused on E-style priority valve of commercial aircraft hydraulic system. As customers put forward that the pilot style priority cannot meet the requirements of high security and reliability, the E-style priority valve was designed after tackled key problem and made comparisons. Fluent software simulation, spring fitting, damping ring design and etc are used in this schematic design. The requirements of performance and stability are verified via test. The E-style priority Valve has completed Key Design Review and achieved the equipment delivery. As the pioneer structural design, it has high promotional value.
