换向阀阀芯先导控制特性分析

摘 要:以全液压转向系统用某型换向阀阀芯先导阀口为研究对象,针对转向过程中换向阀的工作原理,推导出换向阀先导阀口在不同阀芯位移处的过流面积计算公式,并利用Excel软件将过流面积计算数字化。针对现有换向阀阀芯在极限位移处左右摆动导致整机转向较慢的现象,利用过流面积的计算模块对换向阀先导阀口过流面积曲线进行优化,优化后的仿真和试验结果表明阀芯摆动现象消失,整机转向时间减小。通过该项研究为换向阀阀芯的优化设计提供一定的参考作用。

Analysis on Pilot Control Characteristic of Directional Valve

AbstractA certain type of reversing valve core pilot valve port used in full hydraulic steering system as the research object, aiming at the working principle of the directional control valve in turning process ,flow area is derived with reversing valve pilot valve mouth at different valve core displacement formula. Digital over-current area is to be taken. In view of the phenomenon of existing directional valve core swinging at limit displacement , the reversing valve pilot valve port flow area is optimized by using over-current area calculation module.The results of simulation and experimental show that the optimized valve core oscillation phenomenon disappears and reduces the time of the steering.Through the study for optimal design of the reversing valve core,it provides a certain reference function.

直驱式2D阀用湿式力矩马达的研究

  要:针对传统的力矩马达结构复杂,散热性能差等缺点,在2D阀基础上,提出了一种新型的湿式力矩马达,设计了机械结构,阐述其工作原理,并对力矩马达进行电磁仿真,确定合理的磁路通道。对关键零件弹簧杆的力变形进行分析,确定弹簧杆参数。最后搭建专用的实验装置对力矩马达的性能进行实验研究。实验结果表明:在极靴距离衔铁表面0.5mm,单个线圈通入0.5安培的电流时,阀芯产生正负0.9°的角位移,力矩马达具有良好的静动态特性。

The Research of Wet-type Torque Motor for Direct-acting 2D Valve

AbstractIn view of the disadvantages of the traditional torque motor structure such as complex in structure, poor heat transfer,and so on, a new type of wet torque motor was proposed on the basis of 2D valve.For the new type of wet torque motor, not only designed the mechanical structure, but also expounded its working principle. Electromagnetic simulation was done to ensure the reasonable magnetic circuit. The parameters of the spring rod are obtained by Analysis of force deformation of spring bar. Finally the special experimental platform was setIn order to obtain the performance of the torque motor.Experimental results showed that the spool produce an angular displacement of plus or minus 0.9 degrees and torque motor has good dynamic and static characteristics when the pole piece have a distance of 0.5mm from the armature and a single coil fed 0.5 amps of current.

先导腔动压反馈比例溢流阀的动态特性分析

  要:比例溢流阀是保证工程机械运动稳定性的重要元件,针对普通比例先导溢流阀工作过程中响应速度慢和压力超调大的缺陷,该文设计了一款先导腔动压反馈式比例溢流阀。通过数学建模分析了溢流阀的静态和动态特性,并运用AMESim软件对所设计的比例溢流阀进行仿真分析,研究了影响溢流阀性能的结构参数,并验证了数学模型的正确性;用液压刚度替代了弹簧刚度,在结构上克服了弹簧工作过程中响应速度迟缓的缺点,有效改善了溢流阀的寿命。仿真结果表明,改进后的溢流阀较普通比例先导溢流阀的调压精度好、调压范围大,其性能上有明显的提高,对溢流阀的研究设计有一定的参考价值。

Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Proportional Relief Valve

with Pilot Chamber Dynamic Pressure Feedback

AbstractProportional relief valves are the important components to ensure the stability of mechanical engineering movement . This paper designs a novel pilot cavity dynamic pressure feedback proportional relief valve for ordinary proportional pilot-operated relief lacking of slow response and large pressure overshoot in the working process. Theoretically the paper  builds mathematical model for analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of this relief valve, and simulates the model of the designed proportional relief valve by AMESim, which analyzes the structural parameters affecting the relief valve performance and verifies the correctness of the mathematical model. The valve uses hydraulic rigidity to replace spring stiffness, structurally overcoming the disadvantage of low response in the working process, and effectively improving the life of the relief. Simulation results show that the improved relief has good precision regulator, large pressure regulation, and its performance has been significantly improved comparing with ordinary proportional pilot-operated relief, which has some reference value for the study and design of the relief valve.

铸造缺陷对液压阀体强度影响的数值模拟研究

   要:采用ProCAST软件对液压阀体铸造的流动和凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测铸造过程中出现缩孔的位置;在此基础上建立含有缩孔缺陷的阀体几何模型,利用Workbench计算带有缩孔的阀体在不同压力下的强度并改进阀体结构。结果表明: 缩孔出现在阀体沉割槽靠出油口侧的两棱边附近,即最后凝固的部位,最大孔隙率为91.8%;与理想阀体相比,缩孔使得阀体局部有效壁厚大为减小,削弱阀体强度,导致阀体最大应力增大且随压力变化的梯度增大;与改进前的阀体相比,改进后的阀体缩孔缺陷减少且孔隙率降低了2.9倍;改进后带有缩孔的阀体承载能力较改进前带有缩孔的阀体承载能力强。

Numerical Simulation Research on the Influence of Casting Defects to

Hydraulic Valve Body Strength

Abstract Casting flow and solidification process of hydraulic valve body were calculated by using ProCAST, the location of shrinkage cavity was predicted. Valve body model with shrinkage cavity defects was set up, valve body strength under different pressure was calculated by using Workbench and the structure of valve body was improved. The results show that Shrinkage cavity appears in the parts of final solidification. The maximum porosity is 91.8%. Compared with the valve body without defects, shrinkage cavity decreases greatly effective wall thickness, which weakens the valve body strength, resulted in maximum stress and the change gradient of it with pressure increasing. Compared with the unimproved valve body, shrinkage cavity defects of the improved valve body is reduced and the porosity is decreased by 2.9 times. The carrying capacity of improved valve body with shrinkage cavity is higher than unimproved valve body with shrinkage cavity.

   要:针对多机型液压系统航空机务训练的通用保障需求,设计了电比例复合控制泵源拖车液压系统,实现了两级压力和四级流量的调节。采用AMESim12.0软件对电比例复合控制液压泵进行了建模与仿真分析,验证了泵源拖车液压系统的工作性能符合指标要求。

AbstractAccording to universal guarantee requirements of aviation maintenance training on multi-aircraft hydraulic system, the electro-proportional compound controlled pump source vehicle is designed, which has the adjustment function of two classes of pressure and four classes flow. And the electro-proportional compound controlled pump model is constructed and simulated; the result proves that the performance of pump source vehicle is up to the standard.

面向工程的气动带挡板节流孔音速流导计算方法

  要:目前,节流孔的音速流导计算一般只考虑与节流孔直径和长度的关系,没考虑节流孔挡板间隙。该文面向工程需要,针对气动带挡板节流孔音速流导计算问题,建立理论解析的数学模型,在Simulink中构建模型对音速流导进行计算,将计算得到的临界压力比数据,通过拟合的方式得到临界压力比计算式,进而得到带挡板节流孔的音速流导计算式。结合实验,确定音速流导计算式中的参数,将计算式简化成能在工程中使用的简易计算式;利用Fluent对带挡板节流孔模型进行仿真,通过仿真数据确定计算式的有效性与使用范围。

Engineering Calculation Method of Sonic Conductance for Pneumatic Orifice with Baffle

AbstractWhen sonic conductance of orifices is calculated, the diameter and length of the orifice are generally taken into accountbut the gap between the orifice and baffle at present. In this paper, based on the engineering needs, the mathematical model of the theoretical analysis and calculation model in Simulink is established for the calculation of the sonic conductance of pneumatic orifice with baffle.Based on the data of critical pressure ratio obtained by Simulink,a formula for calculating the critical pressure ratio is proposed. Then a formula for calculating the sonic conductance of orifice with baffle is proposed.The parameters in the calculation formula can be determined by the combination of experiment data. Therefor the formula can be simplified. The effectiveness and scope of the formula is verified by Fluent simulation data.

端面密封辅助供气流量自适应控制系统研究

   要:非接触端面密封因其低磨损、高可靠性等特点而成为密封研究领域的热点,特别是核电、化工等过程设备中非接触端面密封得到了广泛的应用,随着设备性能的提高,工作压力不断提高,研究高压工作条件下的恒流量控制,对于控制密封端面的间隙稳定性具有重要作用。密封气的稳定可靠直接决定密封本体的可靠性。该文以端面密封的高压密封气流量控制系统为对象,运用自适应控制方法设计了控制算法,实现了高压供气的恒流量控制。为工业系统中的端面密封可靠性实现提供了一个良好手段。

AbstractNowadays, non-contacting mechanical seals becomes the focus of most researchers because of its low abrasion and high reliability. Especially in nuclear power, chemical process equipment such as central Africa contact end face seal has been widely used.With the improvement of equipment performance and increasing working pressure,researching high pressure under the condition of constant flow control, plays an important role in controlling the stability of the clearance of the seals .The high pressure working conditions determine its sealing characteristics of the gas with high pressure and flow.Stable and reliable sealing gas directly determine the effect of the seal.This article focuses on the subject of pressurized gas flow control system,Using adaptive control method to design the control algorithm to achieve the high pressure gas supply automatic control.providing a good method for the reliability of mechanical seal in the industrial system.

柴油机喷嘴空蚀特性研究进展

   要:针对发动机喷嘴中因空蚀破坏对柴油机的雾化、燃烧与动力特性均存在重要影响,甚至导致喷油器失效的问题,对柴油机喷嘴空蚀特性进行了研究,以提高柴油机喷嘴防空蚀能力,实现安全可靠运行。分析了柴油机喷嘴发生空蚀的特点,对国内外已有的相关研究成果进行归纳和梳理,重点总结和评述了国内外对柴油机喷嘴空蚀特性研究的最新进展,进而归纳出目前研究存在的问题及未来继续研究的趋势,并通过对柴油机喷嘴空蚀的研究现状及原因的分析,提出柴油机喷嘴空蚀研究进一步的发展方向。

Cavitation Erosion in Engine Injection Nozzle: A Review

AbstractWith the consideration of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle , the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle have important influences on atomization , combustion and dynamical performance of diesel engine , and even lead to injector failure , the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle was investigated to improve the ability of slowing down the cavitation erosion and realizing reliable work . the characteristics of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle was analyzed . The latest literatures and the related apocalypse were summarized . the further hot research interests were pointed out . Besides, the present research situation and the reasons of the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle are analyzed comprehensively. Based on all these factors above, the further developing direction for the cavitation erosion occurred inside engine nozzle is put forward in this article .

方坯连铸机翻转冷床液压控制阀台的改进

   要:翻转冷床是方坯连铸生产线必不可少的设备,其液压缸的速度控制和同步控制是设备平稳运行的关键。该文章介绍了液压驱动式翻转冷床的结构和工作特点,以某工程为例,分析了冷床运行存在的问题和原因,提出了采用比例阀和同步马达开环控制冷床液压缸的改进方案,使翻转冷床液压缸达到实时调速和高精度的同步效果。

AbstractTilting cooling bed is essential equipment for billet continuous casting line and the hydraulic cylinder speed control and synchronization control is the key to the smooth operation of the equipment. It introduces the hydraulic tilting cooling bed structure and work characteristic, taking a project as an example, analyzes the problems and reasons existing in cooling bed operating, puts forward using proportional valve and synchronous motor open-loop control cooling bed hydraulic cylinder as the improved scheme, hydraulic cylinders of the tilting cooling bed achieve real-time speed control and high precision synchronization effect.

 要:针对微小尺寸、大曲率弯管结构化内表面难以使用工具进行接触式光整加工的问题。该项目提出了一种使用软性磨粒流加工此种类型弯管内表面的方法。为了验证理论分析的正确性,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型对加工过程中整个流道内部进行仿真实验。并搭建了实验平台进行加工实验,以验证仿真结果的可靠性。仿真的结果表明,磨粒在弯管内处于无规则的运动状态,并且弯管内部的内、外两侧壁面存在着明显的速度差和压力差,并且随着入口压力从2.0MPa增大至3.0MPa,内部压力与速度也随之增大。在加工实验中,对工件进行加工前,工件内表面各点粗糙度都相对较大,因此平均粗糙度也相应较大,大约为1.072μm。工件加工一段时间后,整个内表面的光整度变好,而且伴随着入口压力的增大,加工效果变好,表面粗糙的均匀程度提高,光整性也逐渐提高,可达0.450μm。加工实验结果证明磨粒在近壁区的切削痕迹确实呈无序化的运动形态,与前期的数值仿真结果相吻合。理论分析,仿真实验与加工实验共同为软性磨粒流实现微小尺寸、大曲率弯管的无工具精密加工提供了理论和现实依据。

Soft Abrasive Flow Machining Simulation and Experiment of the Large

Curvature Bend Based on RNG k-ε Model

AbstractIn view of the problems of surface of small size and large curvature bend structural is difficult to use tools to make the contact skin pass processing. This project presents a method to use soft abrasive flow to process this type of the inner surface of elbow pipe. In order to verify the theoretical analysis is correct, to do simulation experiment in the whole inside of flow passage during the process of processing based on RNG k-e turbulence model. Also, the experimental platform is built to do processing experiment In order to verify the reliability of the simulation experiment. The results of simulation show that the wear particles are doing irregular movement in the elbow pipe, and there are obviously velocity and pressure differences in the inner and outer wall of the elbow pipe. And with the inlet pressure increased from 2.0MPa to 3.0MPa, the internal pressure and speed will also increase. In processing experiment,each point of internal surface of the workpiece is relatively large before processing, so average roughness is correspondingly larger, about 1.072μm. After the workpiece is processed for a period of time, the light of internal surface becomes better, and with the increase of the entry pressure, the effect of processing gets better, the average level of surface roughness is increased and the light is gradually improved, up to 0.450μm. The results of processing experiment show that the cutting marks in the near wall region of the wear debris is indeed doing the irregular movement, which is fit with the results of the numerical simulation in early stage. Based on the theoretical analysis that simulation experiments and processing tests provides a theoretical and practical evidences for soft abrasive to achieve a small size and precision machining without tool of large curvature bend.

AbstractIn-depth analysis of the principle of existing telescopic hydraulic locked system in construction machinery, and the reason of boom of telescopic outside channeling or telescopic inside is analysed. On this basis, an improved design method by using dual counterbalance valve and the Y-type valve is proposed, and effectiveness of these adaptations are positively verified by experiments, so the reliability of the system is improved.

AbstractThe compressed-air consumption of pneumatic nail gun is analyzed in this paper. Afterwards, based on the theory of air discharging method by utilizing the isothermal gas tank, a platform for testing the compressed-air consumption is designed and constructed. In this testing equipment, the detecting data are collected by using precision sensors and can be accurately output in the computer screen by the employment of control module. The precise data originated from the equipment is benefit for improving the performance of products.

   要:该液压集成系统为满足用户对高频次铆接需求,减少设备运行故障,有效提高生产线的连续性,提供一种性能稳定、压力可显示调整、维修方便、操作简单的双泵电控转换液压集成。该液压系统采用模块化设计,尽量减少液压集成系统中作为控制单元的各类液压阀和流体通路,采用具有高稳定性能的插装阀和压力传感器来控制安全油压,减少铆接机在工作过程中的液压冲击、振动和噪声,减少机器故障,避免因管路泄漏而停机,使液压系统压力更加稳定,从而提高铆接效率。

AbstractThis hydraulic system is to meet the meeds of users of high frequency riveting,reduce equipment operation failure,effectively improve the continuity of production line,provide a stable,pressure can display adjustment,maintenance convenient,simple operation of the dual pump electronic control conversion hydraulic integration.The hydraulic system uses the modular design,as far as possible to reduce the hydraulic set,as the control rnit of the system of all kinds of hydraulic valve and fluid passage,the use of high stability performance of the plug valve and pressure sensor to control the safety ofhydraulic riveting machine,reduce the hydraulic shocd in the work process,the vibration and noise,reduce the breakdown.To avoid downtime due to oil leakage,the pressure of the hydraulic system is more stable,so as to improve the efficiency of riveting.

数控液压缸控制性能的仿真与试验研究

  要:某型号数控液压缸是一种闭环伺服执行元件,因其具有很高的定位精度,被应用于各类精密控制的仪器设备中,满足设备动作的精度、速度要求。该文建立了数控液压缸仿真模型,通过仿真分析得知其控制精度随输入压力增加及步进电机驱动速度降低而提高,响应速度随输入压力增加及步进电机驱动速度增加而提高。另外,设计了数控液压缸控制性能试验并通过此试验验证,在不同输入压力和步进电机驱动速度下,测试数控液压缸均具有较好的响应能力和控制精度。

Simulation and Experimental Research on the Control Performance

of the Digital Hydraulic Actuator

AbstractThe digital hydraulic actuator is a close-loop servo control component which has been widely applied in various instruments acquiring high control accuracy due to its excellent positioning precision, satisfying both the displacement and the velocity precision requirements. The simulation model was built in this paper and consequently the theoretical conclusion was obtained that the control accuracy and response capability would improve with higher input hydraulic pressure and driving speed of the step electric motor. Also, an experiment method was proposed for the digital hydraulic actuator to measure its performance under close-loop control. The digital cylinder was verified to possess outstanding control accuracy and response capability under various input hydraulic pressure and driving speed of the step electric motor through the experiment.

  要:为了测量固定节流孔的流量特性,该文根据国际标准ISO6358-2013设计了固定节流孔流量特性测试系统。测试系统的正确性和准确性会影响气动元件流量特性参数的测量。该文通过对测试系统的测试方法误差、传感器误差等进行分析计算,并将试验结果与仿真分析结果进行对比,验证此测试系统设计合理,测量精度满足使用要求。目前,该测试系统已成功测量出多组不同型号固定节流孔的流量特性参数。

Error Analysis of Flow Characteristics Testing System with Fixed Orifice

AbstractIn order to measure the flow characteristics of fixed orifice, the testing system is designed according to international standard ISO6358-2013. The correctness and accuracy of the testing system will affect the measurement of flow characteristic parameters of pneumatic components. In this paper, the test method error and sensor error of testing system are analyzed and calculated, and the test results are compared with the simulation analysis. The results show that the testing system is reasonable and the measurement accuracy can meet the application requirements. At present, the testing system has successfully measured the flow characteristics of different types of fixed orifice.

   要:在液压系统的设计和实际使用过程中,两台变量柱塞液压泵共同作用于同一液压系统并保证两台液压泵排量一致且要实现总功率控制。目前一般采用两台液压泵交叉控制的方式,交叉控制的缺点是两台液压泵的一致性和总功率控制效果差,且很难保证两台液压泵的一致性。该文通过设计一种均压阀,来实现两台液压泵的控制。结果表明,均压阀能够很好地保证两台液压泵的一致性和总功率控制。

AbstractThe design and practical use of the hydraulic system, the two variable piston pump together in the same hydraulic system and to ensure consistency and to achieve the two hydraulic displacement of the total power control. The general use of two cross-pump control mode, the disadvantage is that the two hydraulic control cross consistency and total power control is poor, and it is difficult to ensure the consistency of the two hydraulic pumps. In this paper, by designing a pressure equalization valve to achieve the two hydraulic control. The results showed that the equalizing valve can well ensure the consistency of the two hydraulic pumps and total power control.

XYQ420冷拔管生产液压缸缸筒的加工工艺性研究

  要:针对新开发的XYQ420高强韧性冷拔管,通过分析机加工性能和焊接工艺性能验证其满足高压液压缸缸筒材料要求的能力。结果表明,XYQ420冷拔管具有良好的机加工工艺性能和焊接工艺性能。采用XYQ420冷拔管生产高压液压油缸缸筒可有效减少缸体爆裂发生的概率,有效减少焊接缺陷,有效提高液压缸的整体质量水平。

AbstractThe machining process performance and welding process performance of XYQ420 High strength & toughness cold-drawn tube was examined to making the hydraulic cylinder casing. It shows that both the machining process performance and welding process performance are good. The application of XYQ420 cold-drawn in cylinder casing will reduce the casing crack probability or welding defect. The application of XYQ420 cold-drawn will promote the quality level of hydraulic cylinder.
