非全周开口滑阀的二级节流特性分析

  要:为了研究非全周开口滑阀阀口的二级节流特性,基于节流槽结构及其内流场特征,运用节流槽液阻效应分析确定了节流槽阀口面积的计算原则和方法,推导出典型节流槽阀口面积的计算公式,并在此基础上运用Visual Basic编程得出阀口开度与过流面积的关系曲线,研究结果为工程人员设计高性能滑阀提供了一定的理论依据。

AbstractIn order to research the two-step throttle properties of spool valve with notches, based on the throttling notch structure and the feature of its internal flow field, applying the liquid resistance effect of the throttling notch to confirm the principles and methods to calculate the orifice area. we can deduce the formula that calculate the orifice area of a typical throttling notch., and furthermore, on that basis, get Orifice distance and orifice area curves by using Visual Basic. The result of the research can provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance spool valve.

2D电液转阀式换向阀阀芯卡紧力分析

   要:介绍了2D电液转阀式换向阀的工作原理,提出了一种2D电液转阀式换向阀的设计方案;应用缝隙流动原理,对2D电液转阀式换向阀阀芯在偏心情况下的径向卡紧力进行系统理论分析,得到阀芯液压卡紧力的理论计算公式;运用MATLAB 软件进行数值计算,得出阀芯径向卡紧力与偏心角位置和高低压槽口夹角的关系。

Abstract Introduces the working principle of 2D electro-hydraulic rotary valve, and puts forward a design scheme of 2D electro-ydraulic rotary valve.Based on the principle of gap flow and analysis of the radial clamping force of the spool of 2D electro-hydraulic rotary valve under eccentric conditionsthe theoretical calculation formula of the clamping force of the spool is obtained.Using MATLAB software to draw the relationship of spool radial clamping force with eccentric angle and the angle of high and low pressure groove.

多功能模块化电液比例控制教学实验台的设计

   要:搭建了集成嵌入式和PC机控制的多功能模块化电液比例控制实验台,可实现对电液比例变量泵和比例阀的性能测试。测控系统硬件以ARM9 S3C2440为内核的嵌入式开发板、PC机为上位机、以USB7660AD数据采集卡为下位机,通过上下位机的通信实现传感器信号的传送以及对电液比例阀和电磁阀的监控。采用LabVIEW软件及其Touch Panel模块进行图形化编程,设计出相应的测控程序并进行试验。结果表明,该试验台性能稳定,能满足实验教学的需要。

Design of Modular Multifunction Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Control Test Bench for Teaching

AbstractA modular multifunction electro-hydraulic proportional control test bench is designed, which integrated embedded control and PC control. The measurement and control system hardware equipped with ARM9 S3C2440 as the kernel of the embedded development board and PC is upper machine, USB7660AD data acquisition card for lower computer, through the communication between upper and lower machine to send and receive test bed of sensor signal and monitor the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and solenoid valve. The software of test bench used the Labview graphical programming and Touch Panel module, to design the corresponding application and conduct a test. The results show that, the experiment and measurement and control system have a stable performance, high control precision.

电磁阀密封泄漏率模型与计算

   要:该文介绍一种常闭式电磁开关阀门,采用圆弧型面的金属阀芯与PTFE光滑平面阀座,形成线接触密封型式,表征实际金属阀芯粗糙峰特征,建立泄漏通道几何模型,利用有限元分析方法确定泄漏率与粗糙度等级及粗糙峰特征的定量关系。对表征的金属阀芯粗糙峰与光滑阀板进行有限元接触分析,得出接触变形后泄漏通道。假设只存在涡旋形泄漏通道,以粘滞-分子流态泄漏,得出了初始密封泄漏率的计算结果。采用有限元方法避免了利用统计学对表面进行复杂数学处理,通过对电磁截止氦质谱仪检测表明,阀门泄漏率计算结果与测试结果具有较好吻合性,同时发现粗糙峰特征对PTFE光滑阀板容易形成应力集中,粗糙峰形貌特征对阀门密封性能具有重要影响。

Electromagnetic Valve Seal Leak Rate Model Calculation

AbstractThis article introduces a normally closed electromagnetic valve, which adopts the line contact seal mode between the circular-surface metal spool and the smooth PTFE valve plane seat. The actual roughness characteristic of the metal spool is represented. A geometry model of the leak path is established. And the quantitative relations of the leakage rate between with the roughness class and the roughness characteristic is determined by FEA method. Through the contact analysis of the metal spool and the smooth PTFE plate, the leak path after contact deformation is obtained. Assuming that there is only volute leak path, the initial leak rate of the valve is calculated under the pattern of viscous-molecular flow state leakage. The FEA contact analysis avoids the complex mathematical processing to characterize the surface by traditional statistics. According to the helium leak detection, the calculation results of the valve leakage rate coincide with the testing results. Meanwhile, the stress concentration on the smooth PTFE valve plane produced by the roughness peak is observed. It is concluded that the roughness characteristic has an important effect on the sealing property of valves.

单轴高频电液振动台谐振现象的机理分析研究

   要:关于液压系统的谐振现象,传统流体理论介绍的不多,仅仅提出当机械系统的固有频率和液压系统的工作频率相接近时会发生谐振现象。针对单轴高频电液振动台出现的谐振现象,运用能量守恒原理对其产生的谐振现象进行了理论分析,并在2D激振阀不同惯性负载以及不同轴向开口作用下,对单轴高频电液振动台输出的谐振波形进行了仿真研究。并利用数字伺服阀调节液压缸无杆腔的容积,实现液压系统固有频率的改变,从而使得电液振动台能够正常工作在不同的谐振频率点。

AbstractOn the resonance phenomenon of hydraulic system, the introduction of the traditional fluid theory is not much . It is proposed that the resonance phenomenon occurs when the natural frequency of the mechanical system and the working frequency of the hydraulic system were closed. Analyzed the resonance phenomenon of high-frequency single-axis electro-hydraulic shaking table by energy conservation principle in this paper. Under the different inertial loads and axial openings of 2D valve , the vibration wave of high-frequency single-axis electro-hydraulic shaking table was studied by simulation. And use of digital servo valve to adjust the without rod chamber volume of hydraulic cylinder, then the natural frequency of the hydraulic system will be changed. Finally, make sure the electro-hydraulic shaking table can work at different resonance frequencies.

超低温截止阀安全性仿真分析

   要:通过ANSYS Workbench计算截止阀在关闭状态下的应力分布和变形情况,并进行安全性分析,仿真结果表明,在7Nm关闭力矩和20℃介质温度下,截止阀特性最好,整体的安全性较高;当关闭力矩过大、介质温度过低时,截止阀部分零件的应力和变形较大,但仍在材料许用范围内,因此截止阀具有较高安全性。

Safety Simulation Analysis of Ultra Low Temperature Shut-off Valve

AbstractCalculated shut-off valve in the closed state of stress and deformation distribution through ANSYS Workbench, and security analysis, simulation results show that 7Nm closing moments or 20 medium temperature, the cut-off valve characteristics best, the overall high security ; when closing torque is too large, and the temperature is too low, the cut-off valve portion stress and large deformation of parts, but still within the range of allowable materials, and therefore has a high safety shut-off valve.

压力计量仪表检测中废油回收结构的研制

   要:该文研制了一套废油回收结构,该结构将压力计量仪表检测中所产生的废液通过沉淀及滤芯过滤的方式进行收集再利用,不仅避免了废液对气体压力控制器的污染,使设备使用寿命得到了进一步的提升,而且还进行了废物再利用,对收集的废油进行化验得知,其各项指标均符合液体压力计量设备用油标准。

AbstractA waste oil recovery structure is developed in the paper the structure will pressure measuring instrument produced by wastewater by precipitation and filter were collected using not only to avoid the pollution of the waste liquid of gas pressure controller so that the service life of the equipment has been further improved but also the waste re-use to collect the waste oil for testing that indicators are in line with the liquid pressure measurement equipment oil standard.

四轴同步系统控制刚性平面水平度的研究

  要:该文通过博世力士乐HYVOS阀控缸软件,对四轴同步系统仿真,针对液压压机,80t刚性平板靠自重匀速下落400mm,要求速度20mm/s、位置控制误差在3mm以内。文中对比分析PID控制中,比例控制与比例积分控制的差异,得出二者均可满足终点位置控制和速度控制;但比例控制下恒存在稳态位置误差,误差为3.75mm,而比例积分控制在满足各项要求的同时,减小了稳态位置误差,误差为0.08mm,即有很好的追踪特性,过程控制优势明显。

Research on the Control of Rigid Planar Horizontal

Synchronization with 4 Hydraulic Axes

AbstractBy Rexroths HYVOS software of valve control cylinder simulation, make the 4 axes synchronization system simulation. For hydraulic press, keep the 80 tons rigid flat uniform down by the speed of 20mm/s and the stroke of 400mm, position control error is less than 3mm. Comparative analysis of PID control in this paper, especially the difference between proportional control and proportional integral control, and both of them can meet the end position control and the speed control. However, proportional control have the constant presence of steady state position error, the error is 3.75mm, while proportional integral control meet the requirements at the same time, reducing the steady state position error, the error is 0.08mm, therefore, it has a good track characteristics and process control advantages.

高温蒸汽风机用机械密封的研制

  要:风机输送介质为高温蒸汽,主机内高温通过热传导导入密封环的热量、密封运转过程中产生的摩擦热和搅拌热综合引起密封端面温度升高,避免密封端面出现闪蒸现象,采用水作为冲洗液进行冲洗以控制密封环温度分布。在力和热的作用下,密封环产生变形,对密封环端面受力和热引起的变形进行计算预估,减少密封泄漏量,延长密封使用寿命。通过理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,设计出适用于该风机的集装式、双端面、平衡型结构机械密封,完全满足现场使用要求。

Design of the Mechanical Seal for High Temperature Steam Roots Blower

AbstractThe transmission medium of the roots blower is high temperature steam. Heat transfer, friction heat and stir heat are combined to cause the temperature rise of the seal face. Avoid flashing in the seal face, water is used as flush fluid to control the temperature of seal ring. Under the action of force and heat, the seal ring is deformed, by calculating the deformation in advance to reduce the leakage rate and increase the operating life of seal. The cartridge dual balanced mechanical seal which is suitable for the roots blower is designed by experimental and theoretical analysis methods. It completely meets the requirements of working condition.

连续油管修井技术研究与应用

   要:介绍了对管内砂堵、卡钻、井内落物、桥塞完井工艺等采用连续油管解堵、切割、打捞、磨钻修井工艺的研究及应用实例。通过研发配套修井工具可以由连续油管输送至井内进行修井作业,研发的井下工具简洁紧凑,施工的安全性大大提高。该技术为各大油气田井内修井问题提供了行之有效的解决途径。

AbstractDescribing workover technique and application examples with using coiled tubing to blocking remover, cutting, fishing and plug removal to deal with sand plug, sticking, junk and bridge plug on borehole.There can be transported by coiled tubing to well workover operations by supporting research and workover tools.Those downhole tools are concise and greatly improving the safety of construction.    要:该文以CY-6型地下铲运机的重要单元之一制动液压系统为研究对象,该系统采用的是SAHR型制动器系统,其为全液压单回路式的制动形式,分析其工作原理,并对动作执行机构及所受载荷进行研究,在此基础之上,应用Automation Studio仿真分析软件搭建整机制动液压系统的仿真分析模型,对其动态工作过程进行仿真分析,获取了系统的充液过程和制动过程的性能曲线和相关参数,为实现该种车辆制动液压系统的优化设计获得理论参考和技术支撑,具有一定的工程应用价值。

On this basis, the application of Automation Studio simulation software to build a model of braking hydraulic system. Simulation dynamic working process. And get the performance curve of filling process and the braking system and related parameters. To achieve optimal design this kind of vehicle hydraulic steering system to obtain a theoretical reference and technical support, with some engineering value.

锻造液压机回程系统的改进研究

   要:锻造液压机回程系统在整个压机液压系统中起着至关重要的作用。通过增加隔断阀或者去掉回程缸支撑阀后将回程缸排液阀改为比例阀这两种方法,对锻造液压机回程系统进行了改进,使得压机在回程时回程压力不受支撑压力的影响,从而降低了压机回程时的压力损失,提高了回程力,减少了系统因高压溢流而产生大量的热量,达到改善压机工作性能的目的。

Research on Improvement of Return System for the Forging Hydraulic Press

AbstractForging hydraulic press return system plays a vital role in the whole compressor system. Forging hydraulic press return system was improved through two methods including increasing isolating valve or getting rid of the sustaining valve and changing over from the return cylinder drain valve to the proportional valve. The results showed that the hydraulic press is not affected by supporting pressure and the pressure loss of the hydraulic press was reduced in return stroke, and the return force was increased, and the system heat caused by the high pressure relief was decreased. Thus the purpose of improving the hydraulic press was achieved.

Analysising the cavitation of the fan motor,then puting forward the reasonable improvement scheme, and test showed that the scheme is effective,can solve motor cavitation phenomenon. Extending the working time of the fan motor, improving the reliability of complete machine at the same time.

带位置监测电磁换向阀的设计

  要:针对传统电磁换向阀无法监测阀芯是否换向到位的缺陷,该文设计了一种带位置监测电磁换向阀,当换向阀无法换向或者换向错误时,监测装置发出警报,为安全保护装置提供信号,避免事故发生。该文对监测装置结构、阀芯与弹簧进行了合理设计,最终设计出0103两种规格的新型阀。对新型阀进行了换向实验、背压实验与内泄漏实验。结果表明,新型阀换向可靠,可以及时监测阀芯是否出现故障,为系统保护装置提供信号。

AbstractAiming at the defects of the traditional electromagnetic reversing valve can not monitor whether the valve reversing in place. This paper designed a new electromagnetic reversing valve with position monitoring. When the valve can not be reversing, Monitoring device alerts. Provide signals for safety devices to avoid accidents. Install monitoring devices on a common position solenoid valve. Monitoring device structure design is reasonable, standard solenoid valve stepped portion size unchanged. Several valve with different median function has been designed. The switching performance ,pressure loss and internal leakage of the new valve has been tested. The result show that the new valve reversing reliable. It can monitor whether the valve reversing in place, then provide signals for safety devices to avoid accidents.

XYQ420冷拔管在液压缸缸体上的应用研究

  要:针对27SiMn热轧无缝管生产液压缸缸体各种工艺路线的不足,开发出XYQ420热轧无缝管。对比分析XYQ420的化学成分、热轧管及冷拔管的力学性能,结果表明XYQ420冷拔管的抗拉强度与27SiMn冷拔管相当,但XYQ420冷拔管的塑性韧性指标大大优于27SiMn冷拔管。采用XYQ420高强韧性冷拔管生产高压油缸缸体可有效减少缸体爆裂发生的概率,拓展冷拔管在液压缸行业的应用范围,有效提高液压缸的整体质量水平。

AbstractTo the questions of 27SiMn seamless tube in making hydraulic cylinder casing technologies, the XYQ420 seamless tube was developed. The chemical composition/mechanical property of XYQ420 tube was researched contrastively. It shows that the tensile strength of XYQ420 cold-drawn tube and 27SiMn cold-drawn tube are comparatively, but the toughness of XYQ420 cold-drawn tube is much better. The application of  XYQ420 cold-drawn tube in cylinder casing will reduce the probability of casing crack, promote the application filed of cold-drawn tube in hydraulic cylinder, so as to the quality level of hydraulic cylinder.

   要:针对变压法对两个流量特性参数Cb值进行均方根误差分析及测试都表明,测出C值是可信的;测b值时,仪表的测量精度等级宜使用特级,b值宜大于0.4,不宜测量有最低使用压力要求的气动元件的b值;即使对无最低使用压力要求的气动元件,也要注意对于上游压力p1较低,流通能力小的气动元件,由于雷诺数Re太小,会导致测出b值严重失真的问题。

Comments and Proposals on ISO6358-1 Variable Upstream Pressure Test

AbstractRoot-mean-square error analysis and practical experiments draw the following conclusions on the ISO6358-1 variable upstream pressure test. The sonic conductance, C, can be tested with high accuracy. The critical pressure ratio, b, should be tested by equipments of super class precision. The b value should be more than 0.4. The b value of parts with minimum pressure should not be tested by the variable upstream pressure test. Even for parts without minimum pressure, low upstream pressure and low flow-rate always lead to low Re value, which destroy the accuracy of b value.

一种无气管干扰的旋转供气装置的设计与分析

   要:针对普通气浮轴承装置连续供气中的气管干扰问题,该文设计出一种可实现无气管干扰的旋转供气装置。该装置基于空气轴承的技术,设计出一种新的机械结构。通过Fluent仿真软件对该供气装置的各个部分进行流场仿真,计算出装置的内外受力情况及承载能力。通过对仿真结果的分析和装置连接的设计,得出在一定的外部供气压力下,该供气装置可以实现在供气的同时无摩擦的旋转,能有效的解决在连续供气的装置中多个供气气管的干扰问题,最终验证该供气装置性能可靠。

Design and Analysis of a Rotating Air Supply Device with Air Free Interference

AbstractIn view of the problem of air supply in the air bearing device, a rotating air supply device with no air interference is designed. The device is based on the technology of air bearing, and a new mechanical structure is designed. Fluent simulation software is used to simulate the flow field in each part of the gas supply device, and the internal and external stress and bearing capacity of the device are calculated. Through the analysis of the simulation results and the design of the device, the gas supply device can achieve the same time without friction at the same time. The final verification of the performance of the gas supply device is reliable.

AbstractThe article study design one kind of pneumatic cylinder with double cable and high pressure ejection. Ordinary QGL cable pneumatic cylinder is one kind of low-pressure pneumatic cylinder with single cable. This kind of pneumatic cylinder has low working pressure, slow speed, and small output function. The designers change single cable to double cable by using high-strength cable, which can guarantee pneumatic cylinder’s working in higher pressure. It increases cylinder’s output function to reach high speed ejection.

AbstractThe dynamic characteristics of the impact process of cylinder mainly include the stress change of impact process, which is of great significance for the structure optimization of cylinder. On the basis of theoretical analysis of cylinder impact, the experimental platform of cylinder driving system is built, and the pressure displacement of the cylinder is obtained. The finite element simulation analysis of cylinder impact process based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA is carried out, the dynamic characteristics of cylinder impact is studied, and the finite element simulation analysis method is put forward.
