电液加载系统中溢流阀自激脉动的吸收方法研究

   要:电液加载系统是高精度的力控制系统,需要稳定的恒压源来保证精确的加载精度,而溢流阀是获得恒压源的重要压力调节控制元件。工程实践发现,溢流阀的自激振荡会引起高频小幅值的自激脉动,导致压力油源的输出压力需要较长时间才能达到调定值,进而引起电液加载系统的输出力发生振荡。针对上述问题,选用蓄能器进行自激脉动的吸收,以电液加载系统加装蓄能器后系统刚度下降不低于20%为前提,选定蓄能器的模型参数和结构参数的基础上,分别选取蓄能器的工作参数,对自激脉动的吸收效果进行仿真研究。研究结果表示:对于同容积的蓄能器,随着充气压力的增加,自激脉动吸收率均是先下降后上升,存在一个充气压力转折值使吸收率最低。

AbstractElectro-hydraulic loading system is highly accurate force control system, and requires a stable voltage source to ensure accurate load accuracy, relief valve is an important source of pressure oil to obtain a constant pressure regulation and control elements. Engineering practice found that, due to weak damping, it easily lead to self-oscillation of relief valve, which can cause high-frequency small amplitude self-excited pulsations, the output pressure of the fluid source takes a long time to reach the setting value, thereby cause electro-hydraulic loading system output power oscillation.Aiming at this problem, choose accumulator to absorb pressure pulsations,basing on system stiffness decline not less than 20%after the installation of the accumulator in electro-hydraulic loading system, selected accumulator basic model and structural parameters,separately selected operating parameters, studythe absorption effect of self-oscillation pulsation.The results show: for the same volume accumulator, with inflation pressure increasing, self-oscillation pulsation absorption rate dropped after the first rise, there is a turning point in inflation pressure makes the lowest absorption rate.

基于先进PID控制的液压同步系统研究

  要:针对重载四缸同步举升控制系统的高同步精度及稳定性要求,利用单神经元自适应PID控制器对电液比例伺服阀控缸位置进行同步控制。建立了液压举升系统的动态仿真模型,利用AMESimMATLAB/Simulink联合仿真的方法,在搭建的控制算法下对控制器参数进行优化并进行举升模拟仿真,分析系统在运动过程中及极端工况下的位置同步特性。仿真分析表明:该控制算法能够实现重载四缸同步举升控制系统的高同步精度及稳定性的要求,并且同步精度达到0.5mm

Simulation of Hydraulic Synchronous System Based on Single Neural Networks

AbstractFor the requirements in heavy-duty four-cylinder synchronous lifting high synchronization accuracy and stability of the control system, the use of single neuron adaptive PID controller for electro-hydraulic proportional valve - controlled cylinder position servo synchronous control. The hydraulic lifting system dynamic simulation model was established based on, and then use of AMESim MATLAB / Simulink co-simulation method, under the control algorithm to optimize the parameters of the controller and lifting simulation, analysis system during exercise and extreme work under conditions of the synchronous nature of the position. The simulation results indicate that the hydraulic synchronous lifting control system has the higher synchronous control precision and the stability, then the synchronization precision is raised up to 0.5mm.

双缸同步液压翻转系统研究

大功率自动液力变速器某档位液压系统的仿真研究

  要:为提高国产大功率自动液力变速器的换挡品质,在对某液力自动变速器液压系统工作原理、工作特性的分析基础上,建立其中一档位AMESim仿真模型,研究了主油压、蓄能器等因素对换挡品质的影响。根据仿真结果可以看出,在换挡电磁阀油路中加入蓄能器可以提高换挡品质,增加换挡的平顺性。

AbstractIn order to improve the quality of the domestic high power automatic hydraulic transmission shift, based on the basic principle of the hydraulic automatic transmission and working characteristic, One gear AMESim simulation model was set up, furthermore, the factors which influence the shift quality are studied, such as main oil pressure and the accumulator. The simulation results show that the shift quality was improved and work smoothly because of a solenoid valve was added in solenoid valve system.

基于FLUENT远距离冲洗喷嘴的射流特性研究

  要:锥形喷嘴射流能获得较高集聚能的集束射流,可产生较大的射流打击力,多用于远距离水清洗场合。现有锥形喷嘴的研究,多是研究短流场的,且用于水射流切割。该文利用fluent软件对喷嘴的外流场进行仿真模拟分析,可直观的分析喷嘴的长外流场特性及喷嘴的性能。通过改变不同的射流压力和喷嘴的直径来分析喷嘴的外流场的特性。仿真结果表明:锥形喷嘴的射流距离较长;随着射流压力的增加,射流打击力、射流动压和有效射流距离都在增加;喷嘴直径的增加,使得射流压力、射流打击力、射流动压和射流距离也在增加;水射流清洗存在一个临界压力;有效的射流距离为(1800~2000d,为水冲洗清洁系统的喷嘴直径选择提供了一个参考。

Study on the Jet Characteristics of the Remote Flushing Nozzle Based on FLUENT

AbstractCone nozzle has an good jet effect, can obtain a higher concentration of energy cluster jet, the jet may have a greater jet strike force, used for long-distance water cleaning applications. Most of the existing research on cone nozzle is about short flow field, and used for water jet cutting. By using Fluent software to analysis the out field of the nozzle , the performance and out field of cone nozzle was intuitively analyzed. By changing the pressure of the jet and the diameter of nozzles to analyze the characteristics of the nozzle out field. The simulation results show that:the cone nozzle has a long jet distance; With the increase of the jet pressure, the jet strike force, shot flow pressure and jet distance are increasing; Increasing the nozzle diameter, making the jet pressure, jet strike force, shot flow pressure and the jet distance are increasing; There is a critical pressure in water jet cleaning; The best jet distance is (1800 ~ 2000) d. The result of simulation has provided a useful reference to select cone nozzle diameter.

35MPa高压轴向柱塞泵配流副油膜性能数值分析

  要:为了揭示高压轴向柱塞泵配流副油膜的性能,建立了35MPa高压轴向柱塞泵配流副的三维仿真模型.基于此模型,运用了滑移网格技术和动网格技术对柱塞泵配流副流场进行了CFD数值仿真,得到了可视化的配流副油膜的压力场、速度场和温度场,并监测到不同时刻的压力及温度的变化规律以及排油腔油液的泄漏和流量倒灌的情况,这些结果为高压轴向变量柱塞泵配流副结构的优化设计提供了思路,从而为35MPa高压轴向柱塞泵的国产化提供了可供参考的资料。

Numerical Analysis on Oil Film Performance of Valve-plate Pair for 35

MPa High-pressure Axial Piston Pump

AbstractIn order to reveal oil film performance of valve-plate pair in high-pressure axial piston pump, 3-dimension simulation model of this pump is built, and based on this model, numerical simulation is performed on valve-plate pair flow field in axial piston pump by using the sliding mesh and dynamic mesh technique.The following results are acquired: visual pressure field, velocity field and temperature field on oil film of valve-plate pair, the change law of pressure and temperature at different times , the leakage of hydraulic oil and traffic down draft in oil expulsion cavity. All these results provide design thought for the structural optimization of the valve-plate pair in high-pressure axial piston pump,thus, reference materials can be provided for nationalization of 35 MPa high-pressure axial piston pump.

磨料水射流冲蚀工件仿真及实验研究

   要:工业陶瓷、钢材等高硬脆材料由于其硬度大、脆性高等特点,传统加工方法极容易产生细小裂纹,从而影响工件的寿命及综合性能。磨料水射流加工技术具有无热影响区、加工范围广、加工柔性高等优点,可实现对硬脆材料的精细加工。该文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对磨料水射流加工过程进行了仿真,并将仿真结果与对应的实验结果进行对比分析,得出仿真结果与实验结果有很好的一致性。

AbstractIndustrial ceramics, steel such as hard brittle materials because of its high hardness, high brittleness etc, traditional processing method very easy to produce tiny crack, which affects the life of the workpiece and the comprehensive performance. Abrasive water jet machining technology has no heat affected zone, high machining range, flexible, and can realize the fine machining of hard brittle materials.To obtain the influence law of the process parameters to abrasive water jet machining efficiency, we simulated the process of abrasive water jet machining with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. We reached different curves and analyzed them. Finally, we came to the influence law. The conclusion provides a reference and basis for abrasive water jet machining.

油液压缩性对液压减摆器压力的影响分析

  要:在介绍了液压减摆器的工作原理和基本结构的基础上,运用牛顿运动力学和流体运动力学建立了考虑油液压缩性时液压减摆器的基本数学模型。运用MATLAB/Simulink对液压减摆器的数学模型进行仿真分析,研究在特定输入力矩条件下,油液压缩性对液压减摆器腔内压力变化规律的影响。仿真结果表明,油液的压缩性使液压减摆器腔内压力出现延迟输出并影响其运动过程中腔内压力的变化规律,即由于油液的可压缩特性,液压减摆器在工作过程中依然存在再次振动的可能。所以,在生产制造液压减摆器时,应尽量减小油液压缩特性对液压减摆器性能的影响。

Influence Analysis of  Oil Compressibility on Hydraulic Dampers Pressure

AbstractThis paper introduces the operational principle and basic structure of hydraulic dampers, applying Newtons mechanics and fluid mechanics to build the mathematical model of hydraulic dampers which is related to oil compressibility. Simulate the mathematical model of hydraulic dampers by using MATLAB/simulink under the condition of a particular input torque, studying the impact on the change rule of hydraulic oil cavity pressure caused by oil compressibility. The simulate results show that oil compressibility delayed the output of hydraulic dampers cavity pressure and affect the changing regularity of the movement process within the lumen. Namely, hydraulic dampers will not eliminate the vibration completely in the process of work because of the compressible characteristics of oil. The effect that produced by oil compressibility on the performance of hydraulic dampers should be decrease in the process of manufacturing hydraulic dampers.

AbstractGears with addendum modification are the core component of the gear pump. Parametric modeling was carried out according to the gear machining principle in PRO/E software platform. It is obtained the motion of the gear mechanism by simulation analysis, and the validity of the model is verified by the motion. It provides the necessary reference for the optimization design of the gear pump and the manufacture of the later stages.

Through analysis oil displacement of hydraulic main valve  in different control bits  when it corresponding to the valve core displacement oil displacement, we studied rod stress state affected by arrangement state oil of outlet valve core and valve body specifically. Came to conclusion of an optimal state of mechanical lever displacement control structure starting from tie rod component installation.
