  要:随着减振器应用领域不断拓展、工况日益苛刻,对油品的性能提出了更高的要求。中国石化润滑油公司针对苛刻的应用工况,开发了性能优异的AS SAF减振器油,油品可以满足铁路、轨道交通等高速、重载工况下减振器用油要求。通过理化分析及台架试验,对比了AS SAF减振器油与主流国外品牌产品的性能。

AbstractWe put forward higher requirements on the performance of the shock absorber oil with theexpanding application and increasingly harsh conditions of shock absorber. Sinopec lubricant company has developed an excellentAS SAF shock absorber oil which can be used in railway locomotives and Subway trains.We compare the performance of the SAF AS shock absorber oil with the main foreign brand products through physicochemical index and bench test.

   要:随着我国液压技术水平的不断提高,液压驱动卷筒卷绕逐步替代机械驱动卷筒卷绕技术做为起重设备的重要组成部分已成为大趋势。在使用过程中,经常会出现两个卷筒正负载回收工况、负负载释放工况同时同速的同步作业情况,现依据现场的应用情况,将不同工况下液压驱动的两个卷筒同步方法进行对比与分析,为节能型、可靠性液压绞车设计、开发提供设计依据,方案具有重要的工程应用前景。

AbstractAlong with our country to raise the level of hydraulic technology, hydraulic driven drum winding technology gradually replaces the mechanical driven drum winding technology as an important part of lifting equipment has become a major trend. In the use process, often there will be two reels are load recovery condition, negative load release mode and synchronous operation with the same speed, on the basis of field application, the different conditions of hydraulic driven two roll synchronization methods are compared and analyzed, to provide the basis for the design of energy saving, reliability design, hydraulic winch development scheme, which has the important application prospect.

基于MATLAB的高铁绝缘子清洗设备冲洗机构优化设计

   要:对目前国内高铁接触网绝缘子冲洗设备的不足,提出并设计一种新型高铁线路绝缘子冲洗设备。该文以设备的冲洗机构为研究对象,以驱动机构收缩液压缸的加权受力和最小为研究目标,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行优化设计。结果表明:优化后加权受力和减少53.71%,明显改善机构液压缸受力情况,降低液压动力功率。

Optimization Design of the Insulator Flush Mechanism for

High-speed Rail Based on MATLAB

AbstractBased on the weakness of current flushing equipment for insulators in high-speed catenary,this paper proposes a new mechanical flushing device .Regarding the mechanical flushing mechanism as the research objectand setting the weighting stress of  hydraulic cylinder one and two in flushing mechanism as the research target, the paper makes use of the MATLAB optimization toolbox to acquire the result .The optimization results show that the weighting stress of hydraulic cylinder one and two obtains a reduction of 53.71% compared with the former.

关于电焊机伸缩式气缸的进一步设计探讨

   要:基于前一篇《关于电焊机伸缩式气缸的设计探讨》的相关内容,首先,该文优化了伸缩式气缸的缸径计算,采用循环法,交替往复的计算出了最符合实际工程实践的计算结果。其次,进行了配套的气缸内部结构设计,实现了活动通气仓与气缸内部换气,彻底避免了外界灰尘对气缸的影响。最后对气缸的使用条件、尺寸精度和表面粗糙度进行了讨论,建议国家增加或着修改老的标准,以满足现代实际使用和发展的需要。

AbstractBased on the previous The design of the electric welding machine telescopic cylinder. In this paper, the method of calculation in multi-telescopic cylinder has been optimised. Moreover, the reasonable inner structure , avoiding dust going into cylinder, can realize exchange between ventilation room and cylinder. Finally, accuracy of cylinder and surface roughness have been discussed and we suggest that China should add new or revise old standards for the requirement of modern society.

基于FLUENT的油气混输泵用双端面

机械密封端面流场分析

  要:机械密封作为油气混输泵的重要零件之一,它的质量和性能直接影响着设备的工作性能。该文利用Fluent软件,对油气混输泵用机械密封液膜进行了数值计算,通过求解三维层流N-S方程,应用压力修正方法和SIMPLEC算法进行计算,得到液膜的压力场分布,并且通过计算得出泄漏量,对密封性能的好坏做出判别。

AbstractMechanical seal as one of the important parts of the oil and gas multiphase pumps, its quality and performance directly affects the working performance of the equipment. In this paper, the three-dimensional numerical calculation was carried out on mechanical seal liquid membrane of the oil and gas multiphase pumps by using Fluent software, by solving the three laminar N-S equations, using pressure correction method and the SIMPLEC algorithm to calculate, get the pressure field distribution of liquid membrane. In addition, according to the calculated amount of leakage to make a judgment on the sealing performance.

液压油节能性能评定台架的建立及试验方法研究

  要:根据液压泵效率与节能比值计算模型,选择Komatsu HPV35+35柱塞泵作为试验泵,建立了节能测试台架系统及试验方法。在适当的温度和压力条件下,通过测量泵流量、转速、扭拒、加载压力等参量,计算出一种油品相对于另一种油品的节能比值。参比油测试表明,台架参数控制准确,台架试验能够较好地评价液压油品的节能效果。

Establishment of Test Bench for Hydraulic Oil Energy-saving

Performance and Investigation of the Test Method

AbstractThe energy-saving test bench and test method were set up according to hydraulic pump efficiency and calculation model of energy-saving ratio by choosing Komatsu HPV35+35 piston pump as the test pump. In the proper temperature and pressure condition, the energy-saving ratio of oil relative to another kind of oil was calculated by measuring the parameters including flow, speed, torque and pressure. Reference oil test results showed that test bench parameters were controlled precisely and bench test could better evaluate the energy-saving effect of hydraulic oil.

基于等温容器的气缸泄漏流量测定的研究

   要:现有的泄漏流量测定法需要拆解测试气动装置,无法在驱动状态下测定气体泄漏流量。该文通过引入等温容器提出一种新型气体泄漏测定法,不仅可以在气动装置运动和等温状态下测定容器内的压力变化计算泄漏流量,而且适用于较大的流量测定范围。实验结果表明此方案的有效性。

A Study on the Measurement Method of Leakage Flow-rate

for Pneumatic Cylinder Based on Isothermal Chamber

AbstractIn present, the existing measurement of leakage flow-rate need disassemble the test component. Therefore, there is no effective method to measure the leakage flow-rate while operating pneumatic driving apparatus. In this study, a measurement method of leakage flow-rate for pneumatic driving apparatus is proposed using isothermal chamber. The method is that measuring from the pressure change in an isothermal chamber that can realize isothermal conditions by stuffing steel into it, wide range of flow-rate could be measured only from the pressure response and the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experiment results.

硫代磷酸酯在不同基础油中减摩抗磨性能的研究

  要:通过扫描电镜(SEM)和摩擦试验机(UMT-3)等测试手段,详细考察了四种硫代磷酸酯添加剂在不同基础油中的减摩抗磨性能。基础油分别是三类加氢矿物油Yubase 6,聚α烯烃(PAO)和聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)。研究结果表明:硫代磷酸酯添加剂在矿物油和PAO中表现出更好的减摩性能;硫代磷酸酯在矿物油中的抗磨性能要优于PAOPAG。采用正庚烷和乙醇分别模拟非极性油和极性油,通过耗散型石英单晶微天平(QCM-D)考察了硫代磷酸酯在不锈钢表面的吸附行为,发现硫代磷酸酯在正庚烷体系中形成的吸附膜更加稳定可靠,不易脱附,因此硫代磷酸酯在矿物油中的减摩抗磨性能更佳。

AbstractIn this report, friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of four kinds of thiophosphate in different base oils were investigated using infrared (IR), CETR UMT-3 Multi-Specimen Test System, Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that friction-reducing property of thiophosphate was much better in Yubase 6 and PAO base oils. Anti-wear property of thiophosphate in Yubase 6 is superior to that in PAO and PAG. The adsorption behavior of thiophosphate on stainless steel surface in hexane and ethanol was investigated using a Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation monitoring (QCM-D). The adsorption film of thiophosphate in hexane was much more stable. It’s not easy to desorb for thiophosphate in hexane. Thus, friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of thiophosphate in mineral oil was better.

水力空化耦合撞击流空化器的数值模拟

  要:为了研究双向水力空化反应器耦合撞击流试验台强化生物柴油制备的操作因素的影响,基于ANSYS Fluent 15.0,针对入口压力,初始掺气含量,撞击流对空化效果和流场影响进行数值模拟。结果表明:空化产生于孔板孔内和孔板下游端,且空化强度和空化云范围随着入口压力的增加而增大。空化产生后对孔板后流场影响很大,产生漩涡。过大的掺气量对空化有明显抑制作用。撞击流在中心处湍动能较大,混合强烈。

Numerical Simulation of Hydrodynamic Cavitation - impinging Coupling Reactor

AbstractBased on the ANSYS Fluent 15.0, the operating factors (inlet pressure, initial mixed gas content and impinging stream) are investigated on a hydrodynamic cavitation - impinging reactor.The results show that cavitation is produced in the orifice plat and its downstream end.at the sime time,  cavitation intensity and  cavitation cloud range increases with the increase of inlet pressure. it is obvious that cavitation has a big influence on orifice flow.Too much mixed gas of cavitation has an obvious inhibitory effect.At the center of impinging stream, the turbulent kinetic energy is the  largest .

平面对抗型气动人工肌肉关节设计与转角特性试验分析

  要:根据气动人工肌肉驱动特性,设计了平面对抗型气动人工肌肉关节,采用气动比例减压阀调节人工肌肉压力,搭建了平面对抗型关节转角试验回路,对关节转角静态特性进行了分析,通过关节转角特性试验,分析了关节理论转角与试验转角之间偏差产生的原因。

AbstractThe plane confrontation joint is designed according to the actuating characteristics of pneumatic artificial muscle. In the system, pneumatic proportional pressure reducing valve is adopted to regulating artificial muscle stress. To study the static characteristic of joint angle, the confrontation joint angle test rig is build and experiments are carried out. Results show that there is deviation between the theoretical and the actual angles.

   要:油气多路控制阀是对燃油分流控制的重要执行器件,主要用于控制将油分流后通过各管路进入发动机。油气多路控制阀有4个直插式电磁阀,在集成块上连接,连接燃油阀及油路排空阀的接头各有一个单向阀,属方向控制阀,因既通油又通气,密封要求很高,为保证工作可靠性,该文对其工作原理、结构设计进行了分析研究。

It has four in-line solenoid valve and two check valve respectively connectted the fuel valve and oil drain valve connectors, which belongs to the directional control valves. In order to ensure operational reliability, this paper analyzed its working principle, structure design.

  要:运动是相对的。定压管中的流体快速流过管凸壁段的流动可视为管凸壁相对管中压力固定的静止流体的运动。圆柱物体在其周围自由固定压力不受影响的大气和水中的轴向运动,不仅可视为物体在定压管中的运动,而且还可视为管中的定压流体快速流过静止物体的流动,因为自由压力域在径向是管壁、在轴向是管中固定压力。实际上,任何在固定压力下流过物外表和管内壁的流体,都将被迎流面的轴向正阻力或正流抗把其部分压力能转为动能,被背流面的轴向负阻力或负流抗把其部分动能转回压力能,试图使其不耗能地快速流过所遇到的障碍;或者说,任何流体流动都遵守同一压力随流速而变的机制,有与管道完全相同的压力场和速度场;或者说,毫无疑问,流体压力随流速而变的各种常见应用和课堂演示本来应该有一个统一的科学解释。

Changes in Pressure with Velocity of a Fluid Current

AbstractMovements are relative. The rapid flowing of a fluid through a wall-bulged passage of pipes at a certain pressure can be regarded as a movement of the bulged wall relative to a static fluid in a certainly pressurized pipe. The axial movement of a cylindrical object in the atmosphere and the water whose free certain pressure is not influenced can be regarded not only as the object’s movement in a certainly pressurized pipe but also as the rapid flowing of a fluid in a certainly pressurized pipe past a static object, because the free pressure region is a radial wall and an axial certain pressure of a pipe. Actually, any fluid that flows past an object or a pipe wall at a certain pressure will have a part of its pressure energy converted into its kinetic energy by an axial positive resistance or positive fluid reactance from their windward, and have a part of its kinetic energy converted back into its pressure energy by an axial negative resistance or negative fluid reactance from their leeward, attempting to cause it to flow rapidly past an obstacle met by it without consumption of energy; or any flow of fluids obeys the same mechanism of changes in pressure with velocity and has the same pressure and velocity fields as a flow in a pipe; or it is undoubted that all the common applications and demonstrations of changes in pressure with velocity should have had a uniform scientific explanation.

含间隙非线性的电液数字控制系统

  要:针对一个液压缸活塞杆与负载处存在传动链间隙的电液数字控制系统,考虑了系统活塞杆运动越过间隙时所受力的突变过程、负载转动惯量较大及支点处摩擦力较大等因素,建立了含间隙非线性和零阶保持器的电液数字控制系统数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink软件,分析了间隙为固定值时不同采样频率下系统的响应特性。一个具体实例仿真结果表明:在含间隙非线性的电液数字控制系统中,当间隙值一定时,存在一个导致系统失控采样频率区,当系统采样频率进入该区时,系统超调量增加,震荡和冲击加剧,调节时间变长,甚至出现极限环振荡而失控,系统采样频率的选择必须避免进入该失控区内。

AbstractBased on an electro-hydraulic sampled-data control system with transmission chain clearance between the load and the piston rod, the factors that the mutation process of force when piston rod movement across the gap in the system when the mutation process of force, the bigger moment of inertia of the load and the bigger friction in the fulcrum are considered, and the model of the electro-hydraulic sampled-data control system with clearance nonlinear and zero order retainer is established. Using Matlab software, the response characteristics of the system under different sampling period are analyzed when the clearance is a certain value. The simulation results of a specific example show that, when the clearance is a certain value, a sampling frequency region that makes the system uncontrolled is existed; when the sampling frequency of the system goes into this region, the system overshoot volume increase, shock and impact intensify, and adjust time is longer, and even appear limit cycle oscillation and out of control, so the choice of sample frequency must avoid entering uncontrolled zone of the system.

   要:回火炉是热处理行业淬火后产品相变进行回火工艺的热处理设备。通过金属相变为回火索氏体、上贝氏体或下贝氏体,从而改变金属晶体结构用以加强零部件的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等各种物理化学性能,可以有效减少由于机加工和淬火时所产生的大量残余应力,该文通过设计一种液压控制的搬运机械手,整机采用松下伺服驱动,自动化程度高、人身伤害小,具有一定的创新性和推广性。

调速型液力偶合器埋入轴承的受力分析及有限元分析

  要:对埋入轴承式调速型液力偶合器输入轴及输出轴进行受力分析,考虑了埋入轴承对输入轴的支反力,并计算各个旋转件的重力及重心位置,使用力系平衡与力矩平衡计算输入轴与输出轴的支反力,较为准确地求得埋入轴承所受的径向力及轴向力。以国内外常用的四点接触球轴承作为埋入轴承,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静力学分析,得到接触应力云图以及变形云图。

AbstractHydraulic cylinder is widely used in construction machines, and the most common failures of hydraulic cylinder are internal leakage and external leakage. The external leakage failure includes oiliness of shaft seals and leakage on guiding sleeve. This paper analysis the oiliness of the shaft seals, introduces the main reasons of this failure and the exclusion methods, which will have a guiding function for fast exclusion of the failure and improving the using life of the hydraulic cylinder.

AbstractWith respect to the high feedback rate and low service life of the sealing quality of the cranes hoist brake, analysis and improvements were made and a new type of brake sealing structure was designed, with simple structure, small frictional resistance during use and good sealing effect, the new sealing structure effectively solved the sealing failure of the brake, prolonged failure-free service life, and passed the actual verification of OEM.
