  要:针对串接声速排气法,对两个流量特性参数Sb值进行了均方根误差分析,表明该方法所测出的S值和b值可信度高。串接声速排气法可在最佳点测b值,且辅助元件的S值可在很宽的范围内选择,都能保证测出的被测元件的b值的正确性。通常,可以选直通型快换接头作为辅助元件,该接头b值大,且连接方便。该方法的测试设备成本低,测试时耗气量很小,被测件的通径不受限制,但是不能测出口无连接的气动元件。

AbstractFor concatenation sonic exhaust method, the root mean square error analysis of flow-rate characteristic parameters, S and b values, shows that the measured S and b values are of high reliability. The b values can be measured at the optimum point by the method. A wide S value range of auxiliary components ensures the credibility of the measured b values. The through type one-touch fitting can be selected as the auxiliary component, since its b value is big and it is easy to be fitted. The test equipments are of low cost, the test air consumption is small, and the measured diameters are of wide range. The concatenation sonic exhaust method is not applicable to pneumatic components without connectable export.

不同入射角度下带钢清洗流场特性仿真研究

   要:运用CFD软件对在不同入射角度下的带钢清洗流场特性进行仿真分析,重点研究入射角度对流场速度和带钢表面压力的影响。仿真结果表明,带钢表面速度和压强随着入射角度的增大而增大;当入射角度α=60°时清洗性能最佳。通过仿真可以为高压水射流清洗工程应用提供一定的依据。

Flow Characteristics Simulation of Strip Cleaning with Different Incidence Angle

AbstractBased on commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software package, the flow characteristics of strip cleaning working in different incidence angle were investigated through simulation. The effects of incidence angle on speed of flow field and pressure of strip surface were mainly studied. The results indicated that the speed of flow field and pressure of strip surface get wider as the incidence angle gets wider; the cleaning performance with incidence angle of 60° is the best. The study offers references for the application of high pressure water jet cleaning engineering.

柱塞式液压缸内流场数值研究

  要:针对柱塞式液压缸内液压油流场尺寸跨度较大,流场模拟边界及湍流模型选取较难的问题,提供了较优的边界条件及湍流模型选择参考。建立柱塞式液压缸内流场模型,采用 Fluent软件对比分析不同边界类型、边界位置、湍流模型条件下液压油流场的压力、速度特性,比较发现选择导向套与缸体间隙流域一侧为速度入口边界,速度大小取柱塞运动速度,液压缸进油口为压力出口边界时能较好反映液压油流场的流动特性。选用最优边界及湍流模型组合进行液压缸内流场模拟的结果表明,在导向套与缸体间隙流域,流场压力沿流向线性减小,而流动速度在该间隙流域相对较大,为柱塞式液压缸组件的接触磨损及密封问题的流固耦合分析提供技术支持。

Numerical Research on Internal Flow Field of Plunger Hydraulic Cylinder

AbstractAn optimum choice reference for boundary condition and turbulent model for the simulation of internal flow field of plunger hydraulic cylinder is proposed aiming at the difficult of the boundary and model selection of the hydraulic cylinder internal flow field which has a biggish dimension span. The model of internal flow field of plunger hydraulic cylinder is constructed. With Fluent software, the pressure and velocity of the flow field are compared among different boundary conditions, boundary locations and turbulence models. We find that the flow characteristics can be better simulated by choosing the side of the gap between the guide bush and hydraulic cylinder as the velocity inlet, and taking the cylinder velocity, and the oil entrance of the hydraulic cylinder as the pressure outlet of 0 MPa. Besides, the turbulent model is adopted Realizable K-ε turbulent model, combined with enhanced wall treatment. The results by adopting the optimum choice show that, the pressure of the gap between the guide bush and hydraulic cylinder decreases linearly, and the velocity increases evidently in the gap area. The study has provided significant technical support for the analysis of the fluid-structure coupling of contact wear and seal of plunger hydraulic cylinder.

  要:该文以管道气体泄漏与扩散测试装置为试验平台,设计试验,通过研究泄漏过程中管道气体压力、流量的变化趋势,总结气体泄漏规律,重点讨论了对泄漏速率的影响。将理论计算数据与试验数据结合分析,用origin对理论公式进行修正,力求理论模型的实用性和通用性,为泄漏过程的模拟和风险评价提供理论基础和数据支持。

AbstractIn this paper, with the liquid leakage and diffusion test device as the test platform, by designing the experiment to study the trends of pressure and flow rate of gas during leakage, to sum up with the law of gas leakage, focus on the impact on leakage rate. Compared with the theoretical calculations and experimental data, and corrected the theoretical formula with origin, to make the theoretical model more practical and versatile, and provide a theoretical basis and data support for simulation and risk assessment of the leakage process.

方坯连铸拉矫机液压系统设计与分析

  要:方坯连铸拉矫机压下辊的工作压力对铸坯质量有非常重要的影响。为了提高拉矫机的铸坯生产质量和效率,以调节拉矫机工作压力满足生产要求为目的,以拉矫机液压系统为研究对象,针对拉矫机设备结构的特点,介绍了工作过程中压下辊压力的变化情况,提出了拉矫机液压系统的设计要求,并依此设计出多种形式的液压系统且在工程中广泛应用。结合工程设计经验,通过对比不同的液压系统,得出如下结论:用普通先导式减压阀的系统成本较低,但冷热坯压力不可调,只能适合生产单一断面的钢种;用比例减压阀的差动系统自动化较高,提高了铸坯了质量和生产效率,适用于生产多种断面的钢种;用比例减压阀和事故回路构成的系统,压力在线可调,且专门设置了事故应急动力源, 生产安全系统提高。

Design and Analysis of Hydraulic System for Continuous Casting

Machine Withdrawal Straightening Unit

AbstractThe strengthen pressure of withdrawal straightening unit in billet continuous casting machine has great effect on the casting quality. In order to improve quality and efficiency of withdrawal straightening unit, aiming to adjusting the pushing roller pressure to meet the requirements of production, taking the hydraulic system as the research object, the pressure changing in the operation process were illustrated and the hydraulic system requirements were put forwardaccording to which several hydraulic systems were designed and these systems wildly used in projects. Basing on projects design experience and analyzing different hydraulic systems, the result shows that system with pilot operated reducing valve is suitable for single section dimension system, because the cold/hot pressure cannot be conditioned though it has a lower cost, while the proportional reducing valve with differential circuit can be used for several sections dimension iron steel with high quality and efficiency. The system with proportional reducing valve and emergency circuit can adjust pressure online, and improve safety reliability as it designs emergent power supply.

基于AMESimTRT静叶伺服控制系统偏载的研究

   要:针对TRT(高炉煤气余压透平发电装置)的静叶执行机构内部机械松动、卡滞等引发的油缸偏载问题,该文依据TRT静叶伺服控制系统原理,借助AMESim仿真软件,分别以平面机械库搭建出上下油缸同步平动的静叶执行机构简化模型、以液压库搭建出选择了第一类管道的静叶液压系统模型;然后进行仿真,得到偏载分别对活塞位移及油缸进油口压力的影响;最后提出预警偏载的方法。本论文对TRT静叶液压伺服控制系统的优化提供了一定的参考,为TRT的稳定运行有一定帮助。

AbstractAs to the problem of actuator cylinder unbalance loading caused by mechanical looseness and internal binding simulation, this paper is based on a type of TRT static blades servo-control system, using the AMESim emulational software, with flat machine library and hydraulic components to construct a simplified model of static blades actuators and a control system model of static blades hydraulic servo respectively. And then to simulate in order to get the influence of displacement of hydraulic cylinder and the inlet pressure respectively, and finally put forward method of unbalance loading warning. This paper provides a certain reference for the optimization of TRT static hydraulic servo-control system, which is helpful for the steady running of TRT system.

单级射流偏转板伺服阀失效保护及仿真建模

考虑阶梯截面处柔性连接的液压缸稳定计算

   要:现行工程设计中对液压缸临界载荷计算方法的分歧主要在于力学模型的抽象不同。在许多文献中,液压缸的缸体和活塞杆被视为刚性连接的具有不同截面形式的杆。考虑到连接处的摩擦和间隙对压稳的影响,实际上杆与缸体间为柔性连接,该文建立新的力学模型,并对此模型进行计算研究。

AbstractThe critical load calculation method of hydraulic cylinder in the design of engineering differences lies in the different mechanical models of the abstract.In many literatures, the cylinder of hydraulic cylinder and the piston rod is seen as a rigid connection with different cross section forms of rods.Considering the friction and clearance between the coupling influence on voltage stability, actually for the flexible connection between rod and cylinder, in this paper, a new mechanics model is set up, and calculation of the model.

开关电磁铁的线性化应用探索

   要:针对开关电磁铁在比例控制中的应用探索,在分析开关电磁铁的基本特性的基础上,建立了开关电磁铁的动态数学模型,并对其进行线性化修正,在Maxwell软件中进行仿真,分析了结构参数的变化对电磁铁性能产生的影响,得到其力-位移特性曲线;搭建了实验平台对其进行线性化实验,实验结果表明:开关电磁铁仍有部分线性段,可适用于有位移可放大功能的比例控制阀。

AbstractAiming at the linear application of switching solenoid, on the basis of switching solenoids basic characteristics, its mathematical model which had been linear corrected was established, the influence of structure parameters on the performance of the switching solenoids was analyzed by using software Maxwell, the simulation curves between force and displacement was gotten; experiment results show: switching solenoid having part linear output displacement can be applied to the proportional valves with displacement amplifying .

  要:传统的节流调速回路性能实验中,采用了两个液压缸同心对顶的加载方式,需要两套独立的液压系统,回路复杂,也不利于学生对整个电气液压控制系统的认知和学习。因此,在festo实验教学平台上,对节流调速回路性能实验方式进行了改进,采用了比例液压加载方式,并使原有的验证性实验变为设计性实验,提高了学生的综合认知能力和动手能力。结果表明,实验方法可行,效果良好。

基于AMESim的减压阀建模仿真及动态特性分析

  要:运用AMESim中所提供的HCDHydraulic Component Design)液压元件设计库针对减压阀内部结构进行建模仿真。通过对减压阀弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、阀芯质量、阻尼孔直径以及减压阀初始开口度五个参数的分析,获得各个参数对减压阀定压的影响规律。在此基础上,优化现有减压阀的工艺参数,提高减压阀定压的准确性、快速性和稳定性。此外,结合热液压元件设计库(Thermal Hydraulic Component Design),搭建减压阀的热液压模型,分析了油温对减压阀性能的影响,提出了控制油温的方法。仿真结果验证了所建立模型的正确性,对研究减压阀动态特性的实验起到指导作用,为今后减压阀的设计和选择提供依据。

AbstractUse Hydraulic Component Design Library provided in Amesim for modeling and simulation of hydraulic reducing valve internal structure. Through the analysis of spring stiffness, spring pre-tightening force, spool quality, damping orifice and valve opening, to obtain the influence of the various parameters on pressure stability.Optimize an existing pressure reducing valve and improve the accuracy, speed and stability. In addition, combine Thermal Hydraulic Component Design Library to build thermal hydraulic valve model, and analyze the influence of oil temperature on the valve performance.Put forward some methods to control the oil temperature. The simulation verify the correctness of the model,provide help for the study of the experiment and play a guiding role for the design and selection of valve in the future.

  要:目前,我国大型水电站的顶盖密封多采用“O形圈+挡圈”的密封结构形式。从三峡、向家坝等电站的水轮发电机组的运行情况来看,这种型式的密封无法满足使用要求,有些甚至存在较严重的漏水现象,给机组的安全运行带来了一定的隐患。利用创新的结构设计和合理的材料搭配,采用Y形圈+心形补偿圈的组合结构,形成多道密封。经实用验证,该密封是能够解决水轮发电机组顶盖密封失效问题的一种可靠密封。

AbstractAt present, seal structure of O ring + back-up ring is widely used in the top cover seal of large hydroelectric generating set in China. From the operation condition of the Three Gorges, Xiangjiaba power station of hydroelectric generating set, this type of seal is unable to meet the requirements of sealing, some even have a large amount of leakage, it brought some hidden trouble to the safe operation of the unit. The use of innovative structure design and the reasonable matching material, composite structure using Y Ring + heart-shaped compensation ring, forming a plurality of sealing. By practical verification, this seal is one kind of reliable seal to solve the top cover seal failure problem for hydroelectric generating set.

AbstractA10V series hydraulic piston pump is widely used in all kinds of engineering machinery. Due to the poor working conditions, the pump usually is exposed in the contamination such as the air, rain, and dust. The pump shaft seal is polluted and failures in advance, thus the contamination enters into the pump inside, finally reduces the pump life. In this paper, a simple and effective prevention design scheme is proposed, the scheme effectively avoids premature failure of the shaft seal, has very good effect of dust prevention.

The paper introduced the development environment and key technologies, and gave platform application example. The designed studying platform more highlighted integrity of knowledge and initiative of students. In the platform, the students could design hydraulic circuit autonomously and interaction control, in favor of improving self -study ability and learning interest. Therefore, the studying platform could provide an effective supplementary means for teaching of hydraulic transmission and control course.

  要:在对液压抽油机相关研究的基础上,提出了一种新型节能液压抽油机的设计方案。该机采用了双井平衡结构,使得一侧抽油杆下降的重力势能和动能直接为另一侧抽油杆的上升提供动力,从而减小了装机功率,实现了系统的连续性抽油;同时利用负载敏感技术和比例控制技术,使压力和流量同时满足负载的要求,并实时做出适应调节,达到较高的控制精度,产生了显著的节能效果。

AbstractA new design scheme of energy-saving hydraulic pumping unit was put forward on the basis of relevant research to hydraulic pumping unit. Adopting balanced structure of Double Wells makes the falling potential energy of the sucker rod at one side supply power for rising of the sucker rod at the other side, which decreases the power of installation and realizes continuous pumping oil. Utilizing the technology of load sensing and proportional control makes the pressure and flow meet the requirement of load simultaneously and adjust adaptively in real time, which reaches higher precision of control and brings remarkable effect of energy-saving.

  要:现有液力耦合器是通过油液动量矩的循环变化来实现动力传递,其功率的传递必须依赖于转差率,这种以功率损失为前提的传动元件有着一定的改良空间。针对这点问题,借鉴液压传动的优点,基于叶片泵的结构提出了一种新型叶片式静液压耦合器,并对该耦合器的结构组成、工作原理、特点进行了分析,理论上证明了叶片式静液压耦合器具有尺寸小、重量轻、结构紧凑的特点,可实现空载启动、过载保护和吸收冲击等功能,是一种创新的传动方式,具有很高的工程应用价值和广阔的应用前景。

AbstractHydraulic coupling is through the oil liquid momentum cycle changes to realize power transmission. The power  transfer must be dependent on the revolutional slip,  the transmission element based on the power loss has certain space for improvement. In view of this problem ,learn from the advantages of hydraulic transmission, a new type of vane type hydrostatic coupler is invented. The structure composition,operating principle and the features of the coupler are analyzed. Finally proved it is small in size, light weight, compact structure. It can realize no-load starting, overload protection, and to absorb shock, and other functions. It is an innovative way of transmission, has the very high application value and broad application prospects.
