Abstract::High temperature structural seals have been identified as a critical technology in the development of space-earth shuttle. Performance criteria and design criteria for high temperature Seals were introduced in this paper. A series of thermal/strengthen performance test technology and facility for the high temperature structural seals such as pressure tests, leak test, temperature exposure test, scrub test were discussed. It can be helpful for the development of seal test for us.

非理想形貌O形圈的密封性能分析

   要:利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对非理想形貌O形橡胶密封圈在不同密封间隙和介质压力下的变形与受力情况进行了分析研究,得出了相应的Von Mises应力与接触压力分布,并与理想形貌O形圈的情况进行了对比。结果表明:非理想形貌(错模、分模扯缩、分模飞边) O形圈在不同密封间隙和不同介质压力下的最大接触压力均大于介质压力,能够达到密封效果,但是其最大Von Mises应力均大于理想形貌O形圈的最大Von Mises应力,表明非理想形貌O形圈应力松弛现象越明显,容易出现裂纹,带有分模飞边形貌的O形圈Von Mises应力明显高于其他两种。

Sealing Performance Analysis of O-ring with Surface Defects

AbstractThe rubber O-ring seals with surface defects are analyzed in different sealing gaps and oil pressure with program ABAQUS. The distributions of the Von Mises and the sealing surface contact stresses are discussed, after analyzing the deformation and stress, a comparison is made with it in ideal surface condition. The results indicate that the max contact stresses of the O-ring seals with surface defectsmisplacement, notch, flashexceed the medium pressure in different sealing gaps and oil pressure and it is guaranteed to seal absolutely. But the max Von Mises exceeding it in ideal surface condition shows that the phenomenon of stress relaxation with a defect will be more obvious and easier to crack. And during the three kinds of surface defects, the Von Mises of O-ring seals with flash defect is higher than the other two kinds .

基于AMESim的柱塞泵特性仿真研究

   要:为了对某阀配流式柱塞泵的特性进行研究,该文利用AMESim软件建立了该柱塞泵的液压系统模型,对其出口压力与流量特性,柱塞腔压力特性,吸入阀、排出阀运动规律等进行了分析。仿真结果表明:压力与流量特性与泵的实际设计参数基本一致;吸入阀、排出阀的启闭存在滞后现象;进口管道采用橡胶软管有利于减小阀芯对阀座的撞击,有利于减小压力脉动。

Simulation Research of a Piston Pump Characteristic Based on AMESim

AbstractThe characteristic f a piston pump with flat valves was analyzed. Its model was established in AMESim and the performance of pressure and flow, the cavity pressure changing, the kinematics of opening and closing of inlet valve and outlet valve, the influence factor of vibration were studied by simulation. The simulation results show that the results are consistent with the design parameters of the pump and opening lags behind closing between inlet valve and outlet valve. In addition, the inlet pipe with rubber hose is beneficial to reduce not only the impact that spool beat on valve-seat, but also the pressure pulsation.

螺旋槽干气密封动环模态分析及其模态特性试验

  要:针对大型核电设备的干气密封装置的振动特性的研究,利用ANSYS软件对螺旋槽干气密封动环模型进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析,计算得到其固有频率和振型,为动环的动态响应分析提供参考;通过LMS振动试验测试动环自由状态下的固有频率,将其结果与软件计算结果相比较,通过其误差大小可验证软件模态分析的可靠性。通过得到的固有频率和振型结果对比分析,可知ANSYS有限元分析结果是可信的,可根据分析结果对密封结构进行改善。

Modal Analysis and Modal Characteristics Test of Spiral Groove Dry Gas Seal Rotary Ring

AbstractAiming at the research of the vibration characteristics of large-scale nuclear power equipment's dry gas seal apparatus,software ANSYS was used for the free and constrained modal analysis of the spiral groove dry gas seal rotary ring model.Its inherent frequency and mode of vibration were obtained,providing a basis for dynamic response analysis of the rotary ring;The rotary ring's inherent frequency of free state was obtained by LMS vibration test and compared with the result calculated by the software.Therefore,the reliability of the modal analysis of the software was verified by the error between them.The inherent frequency and mode of vibration obtained by software analysis and LMS vibration test illustrated that the ANSYS Finite Element Analysis was reliable.Sealing structure can be improved based on the results of the analysis.

  要:为了高效地设计液压系统,加快液压新产品的开发进程,探索软件仿真技术在液压回路设计中的应用意义非凡。以漯河远工机械设备有限公司的立体停车库设计为例,分析了FluidSIM软件在回路设计和动态仿真中的作用。经FluidSIM仿真分析设计的立体停车库液压系统,在漯河远工机械设备有限公司生产现场进行了试运行,动作准确可靠,运行效果良好,达到了预期目标。

AbstractExploration has important value for application of modern simulation technology in the design of hydraulic circuit for us to improve the design efficiency of hydraulic system and shorten the design cycle of product. The paper analyzed the role of software of FluidSIM in the circuit design and dynamic simulation based on the cubic garage of Luohe Yuangong Equipment Machinery Co., Ltd. The cubic garage was analyzed and designed using by FluidSIM software.The action of cubic garage that was analyzed and designed by FluidSIM software is accurate and reliable in the same time we get the desired goal in the production of trial operation in Luohe Yuangong Equipment Machinery Co., Ltd.

伺服阀开口度对电液伺服系统动态特性的影响

  要:研究了一种电液伺服试验台的动态特性。介绍了试验台液压系统的工作原理,并运用AMESim软件建立了关键元件的详细模型和液压系统模型。通过设置不同伺服阀开口度参数对液压系统进行试验仿真,获得参数对液压系统动态特性的影响,为通过选择不同的参数和结构的优化来提高电液伺服系统动态品质提供了参考依据。同时将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比分析,结果表明采用AMESim建模对电液伺服系统进行仿真分析是可行的。

Study the Effect of Servo Valve Overlap Value on Dynamic Characteristics of

Electrohydraulic Servo System

AbstractThe dynamic characteristic of a kind of electro-hydraulic servo test bench was studied. The working principle and mathematical model of the test benchs hydraulic system was introduced, then establishing the key parts and complete model of the system in AMESim. The effect of different overlap value on the dynamic characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo system was studied, which will provide reference for the parameter determination and structure optimization to promote the loading performance of electrohydraulic servo system. The validation of simulation results was verified with experiment, which shows that AMESim is suitable for analyzing the electro-hydraulic servo loading system.

轨道检测系统标定试验台的研制

  要:轨道检测系统采用六自由度的STEWART平台模拟转向架的多维运动,采用四通道的电动伺服平台分别模拟两根铁轨的垂直和横向水平运动。首先讨论了STEWART六自由度平台的数学建模,并与四通道的轨道模拟平台建立协调的同步控制机制。开发了控制系统软件,实现了检测梁的六自由度运动和轨道平台的同步控制,能够在实验室中模拟轨道检测梁的实际运动和轨道的实际位置变化。为各种的车载轨道检测设备提供了在实验室中模拟实际工况的手段。

AbstractTrack inspection system employs the technologies such as six degrees of freedom STEWART platform to simulate multidimensional motion of bogie and a four-channel  electric servo platform analog vertical and lateral horizontal movement of the two tracks. This article discusses the mathematical modeling of the STEWART platform, and to establish mechanisms for coordination and synchronization control track four-channel analog platform. The development of control systems software that enables synchronous motion control of six degrees of freedom inspection beams and track platform, which can simulate actual movement  of track detection beam and track in the laboratory. It provides a means to simulate actual working conditions in the laboratory for a variety of on-board track inspection equipment.

  要:根据飞机发动机喷口电磁阀的测试需求,设计了电磁阀的测试系统。该系统由液压测控单元,电子测量单元,软件控制单元组成。可以对喷口电磁阀密封性能、溢流性能、工作性能参数测量。试验结果表明:测试系统满足航修厂对喷口电磁阀的测试需求,在应用中取得良好效果。

AbstractBased on the test requirement of hydraulic solenoid valve of exhaust nozzle exit of a certain aero-engine, the test-system of the hydraulic solenoid valve is designed. The test-system consists of hydraulic measurement and control unit, a electronic measurement unit and a software control unit. It can be used to perform the performance parameter test of the hydraulic solenoid valve.The test-system is fulfilled the needs of fighter repair factories and worked in good condition.

管端加厚液压机振动分析及消除措施

  要:该文介绍了用于石油钻杆加工的管端加厚液压机。针对该液压机流量大、压力高和运动惯量大所造成的稳定性能差、换向卸荷振动冲击大等问题,通过对其系统原理与工作振动现象进行深入的分析,发现充液阀无法充分卸压和卸压延时不足是其产生振动冲击、造成稳定性能差的主要原因;最后提出了合理有效的技术方案,解决了该液压机油缸卸压回程时产生的振动冲击,提高了其工作时稳定性能。

Vibration Analysis and Eliminating Measures of Pipe End Thickening Hydraulic Press

AbstractThis paper describes the oil drill pipe hydraulic which for the processing of oil drill pipe ends. For this hydraulic machine with the poor stable performance, commutation unloading big shock and vibration problems that caused by the large inertia movement, the high pressure and large flow. Through in-depth analysis of its system working principle and working vibration phenomena, found that the filling valve not fully discharge pressure and inadequate relief delay, causing the main reason for vibration impact and poor performance stability. Finally, a reasonable and effective technical solutions to address the impact of the hydraulic cylinder vibration generated when the relief return, improve performance and stability of its work.

液压动力抓管器多液路传输回转装置的设计

   要:液压动力抓管器是安装在挖掘机工作臂上使用的一种钢管吊装设备,通过挖掘机操作手的操作控制可完成对钢管的装卸。并能快速实现对钢管旋转、移位等,可使夹持的钢管360°水平方向旋转及30°垂直方向角度调整。因抓管器机头需要大角度回转,如果采用传统的液压管连接方式会产生液压管缠绕打结现象。液压动力抓管器的多液路传输回转装置可使液压动力在轴、套之间进行多液压油路传输,即可使轴与套产生相对旋转运动又避免了液压管的缠绕。

Design of Multi Fluid Path Transmission Rotary Installation for Hydraulic Grab Pipe Device

AbstractHydraulic power pipe device is a steel pipe lifting equipment used on the excavator arm. The excavator operator can complete the loading and unloading of pipe through operational control, can quickly realize the pipe rotation, shift, also can make the clamping pipe 30° vertically and 360° horizontal rotation angle adjustments. Due to the head of the equipment needing large angle rotation, if using the traditional hydraulic pipes connection method, it will produce a hydraulic pipe winding knotted. The multi fluid transmission Rotary device can transmit hydraulic power between the shaft and bushing through multi hydraulic oil pipe, this can adjust the relative rotation between axis and sets and avoid hydraulic pipe winding.

三维径向流筛管评价实验装置的研制

   要:为了评价不同完井方式下筛管的防砂效果,根据虑砂筛管的防砂条件,研制了三维径向流筛管评价实验装置。该装置由主体装置、流体输送系统、储液箱、测量系统、沉砂过滤系统、循环管路及采集控制系统等组成,利用流体输送系统将预先充填好的地层砂携带到防砂筛管的外层,一部分进入防砂筛管的内部并随流体进入沉砂过滤系统,最后沉降在沉砂收集罐内,另一部分堆积在防砂筛管的外壁,通过分析防砂筛管的压降及沉砂收集罐内地层砂的粒度分布,实现对防砂筛管的防砂性能的评价。该装置能模拟射孔、裸眼、滤砂管防砂、砾石充填防砂等各种组合情况,评价不同尺寸砾石层、不同防砂筛管的流通性能、挡砂性能、抗堵塞性能。

Development of Evaluation Device for Three-dimensional Radial Flow Sieve Tube

AbstractTo evaluate the effect of sand prevention in different well completion, a sieve tube evaluation unit about three-dimensional radial flow has been developed according to the sand control conditions of sieve tube. It includes main unit, transporting flow system, liquid storage tankmeasuring systemsediment filter system, circulating linecollection and control system, etc. The sands were carried to outer sphere of sieve tube by flow transporting system, and one of them went into the sieve tube and entered the sediment filter system, settled in the collecting tank by subside in the end, and the other settled on the outer casing of sieve tube. After pressure drop of sieve tube and distribution of powders of formation sands in the sediment tank being analyzed, the effect evaluation would be gained. The units could simulate different mode among perforation, naked well, screen sand controlgravel pack of sand control, and so on, evaluate liquidity, the blocking sand  performance, anti jamming performance of different size gravel layersorts of sieve tubes.

双卡套在超低温环境下的密封性能分析及应用

   要:目前,关于双卡套式密封在常温及高温状态下的密封性能分析介绍较多,而对其在超低温(-50℃~-150℃)状态下的密封性能及实践效果研究较少。该文通过将10mm内径的双卡套用于LNG液化实验装置流程中,作为超低温阀组的管路密封,实验结果表明:选用优质304不锈钢材质的精密管及优质双卡套,在确保加工精度和规范安装的条件下,双卡套在超低温状态下依然具有良好的密封性能。

Study and Application on Sealing Performance of Swagelog at Ultra-low Temperature

AbstractCurrently, there are many sealing performance analyses about swagelog at normal and high temperature. However, there are few sealing performance analyses of swagelog at ultra-low temperature (-50 ℃~-150). In LNG liquefaction process, swagelog of two-ferrule 10mm diameter are used as pipe sealing of ultra-low temperature valve. The result shows that when high quality 304 stainless steel precision tubes and swagelogs are used on the premise that they are processed precisely and installed professionally, the swagelog has the good performance at ultra-low temperature.

AbstractIn order to improve the effect of separating liquid and sand from oil, this paper introduces a new style and low cost manufacturing technology of slotted sieve tube, which is called slotted section seam. In the meanwhile, an extrusion sewing machine is developed to satisfy the manufacture and technology. Compared with the old manufacturing technology, the new one is lower cost and higher efficiency.

一种结构紧凑的嵌入组合式电磁阀的研制

  要: 嵌入组合式电磁阀应用于多余度伺服阀上,主要实现对余度伺服阀的故障隔离功能。巧妙的阀芯内部通油方式和嵌入组合式阀芯结构设计,使得电磁阀具有结构紧凑、响应速度快、阀芯活动灵活不易卡滞、可靠性高等优点。该文首先对电磁阀进行方案设计,并通过AMESimAnsoft软件对该阀进行建模仿真,在此基础上优化设计并生产了电磁阀,并通过了试验验证。

The Development of Embedded Combination Solenoid-valve with Compact Structure

AbstractThe embedded and combined Solenoid-valve is used in the redundancy servo-valve, and its main function is to insulate the fault redundancy of the servo-valve. The skillfully design of the oil-way in the spool and embedded and combined spool structural make the solenoid-valve has more advantage such as structure compactfast responsethe spool moves flexible without clamping stagnationhigh reliability and so on. This paper first  expatiate the scheme of solenoid-valves design, and then used AMESim and Ansoft software to build theory - model and make the simulation analysis. At last, based on the results of theoretical analysisthis solenoid-valve is designed and produced,which also through the experiment test.

变量柱塞泵“卡盘”新工艺及冷冲模

   要:该文中零件“卡盘”属于粉末冶金模压件,由于该零件形状复杂、尺寸及位置度要求高,在国内生产该产品,一是价格高,二是精度达不到要求。为此,在工艺上用机加材料(氮化钢)替代粉末冶金模压件,而在机加件上的“9-R13+0.4”弧形缺口在底部的残余料无法去除,通过设计制造冷冲模,解决了该难题,并保证了卡盘的尺寸精度及位置度要求,为后续的新品研发开辟了一条新的工艺途径。

New Technology and Cold-punching Mould of Variable Displacement Piston Pump "Chuck"

AbstractThe part "chuck" original workpiece in this article is defined as powder metallurgy mold piece. Due to the complexity of the part and high demand of the shape, size and position degrees, the price is high, and the accuracy can not meet the requirements if it is produced in domestic; Therefore, the powder metallurgy mold piece is replaced for machining materials (Nitriding steel)for process. The bottom residual materials of the "9-R13+0.4" arc gap on the machining piece can't be removed, however, through the design and manufacture of cold punching mould, this problem can be solved, to ensure the chuck size precision and positioning requirements, developing a new way of process for the subsequent new products’ research and development.

AbstractMainly from the failure mode, force analysis, working principle, design check, optimal improvement, the paper detailedly introduces the whole improvement process of the wear failure mode which appeared during the development stage of one type of hydraulic piston pump. Through the optimal improvement, the wear failure issue between the cradle bearing and swashplate was resolved, the type of hydraulic piston pump successfully passed the endurance test in lab.

   要:介绍了采用计算流体动力学分析轴向柱塞泵和马达内部流动及空化的基本原理,以某型轴向柱塞泵和某型静压传动装置的轴向柱塞马达为例进行了数值模拟。对于某型轴向柱塞泵,计算结果表明第二种配流盘可在一定程度上减小压力冲击,但两种配流盘抑制空化的效果接近;对于某型静压传动装置的轴向柱塞马达,计算结果表明气蚀破坏主要发生配流盘低压区腰型槽靠近上死点的内壁面,需要增加减振结构。对气蚀破坏的计算结果和试验结果进行了对比。

AbstractThe CFD analysis methods of inner flow and cavitation for axial piston machines were introduced. The cavatating flow of an axial piston pump and an axial piston motor in a hydrostatic transmission were simulated by this method. The simulation result of the pump showed that the second portplate can reduce the pressure shocks but it can not reduce cavitation in the flowing zone. The simulation result of the motor showed that the cavitation damage occurred at the portplate’s outlet inner wall near to the top dead center, so damping groove should be added at this point. The simulation results of the cavitation damage were compared with the experimental results.

  要:驻车或行驶中的汽车发动机以恒定或变化转速驱动L10V恒压/流量变量泵,在变量泵出口采用所需的固定节流孔,并把节流孔后压力反馈回变量泵控制口,使之输出与负载无关的恒定流量驱动液压马达恒速运转,恒速液压马达再驱动永磁发电机进行发电。该车载恒速液压发电系统具有驻车或行车发电功能、控制简单、单位重量功率大、体积小巧等特点。
