流体的压力能与漏阻、流阻和流抗

   要:流路中的流体流,与电路中的电流对应,是由与电压对应的流体压力和与电阻抗对应的流阻抗决定的,与流路两端间的流体压力成正比,与流路两端间的流阻抗成反比。流阻抗是流路两端间的流阻与流抗的代数和。流阻为度量流体流的外周阻力的物理量,流抗为度量流体流的正面阻力的物理量,漏阻为度量密封紧密度的物理量,它们有相同的计量单位,为单位流体流(单时间内单位容积流体)流过流阻、流抗或漏阻所需的持续压力,因此,流体流x流阻=被流阻耗损的压力(能),流体流x流抗=被流抗转换为动能的压力(能),流体流x漏阻 =被漏阻耗损的压力(能),流体流x(流阻+流抗)=流过流路所需的总压力。动能可忽略的密封泄漏路径,可视为无流抗的典型流路。管路的流抗来自变径段或口,缩径段或口的流抗为正,扩径段或口的流抗为负。流过运动物体的流体流等同流过一个其对应直包夹体与物体的对应直包夹体有公共轴线和母线及相等体积的凸管壁段的流体流。流过机翼上下表面的流体流等同流过以翼弦面长度为进出口柱壁圆周长、以上下翼平均弧面为曲壁的上下两截平行紧邻管段的流体流,机翼的升力来自此两管段的内压差。

Pressure Energy, Leak Resistance, Fluid Resistance and Fluid Reactance of Fluid

AbstractThe fluid current in a fluid circuit, corresponding to the electrical current in an electrical circuit, is determined by a fluid pressure corresponding to electrical pressure, and a fluid impedance corresponding to electrical impedance, and directly proportional to the fluid pressure and inversely proportional to the fluid impedance between two ends of the fluid circuit. The fluid impedance is the algebraic sum of the fluid resistance and the fluid reactance between the two ends. Fluid resistance is a physical quantity for measuring the peripheral resistance of a fluid current; fluid reactance, a physical quantity for measuring a front resistance of a fluid current; and leak resistance, a physical quantity for measuring a sealing tightness. The three quantities have an identical measuring unit, indicating the sustained fluid pressure needed for a unit of fluid currents, or for a unit cubage of fluids in a unit of time, to flow through a fluid resistance, a fluid reactance or a leak resistance, and so (the current) x (the resistance) = (the pressure energy consumed by the resistance), (the current) x (the reactance) = (the pressure energy converted into the kinetic energy by the reactance), (the current) x (the leak resistance) = (the pressure energy consumed by the leak resistance), and (the current) x (the resistance + the reactance) = (the general pressure needed for a fluid current to flow through a fluid circuit). A leak path of seals, almost with kinetic energy negligible, can be considered a typical fluid circuit without any fluid reactance. Reactance of piping is from its each bore-changing passage or port. Reactance from reducing passages or ports is positive, and reactance from enlarging passages or ports is negative. A fluid current flowing past a moving object is equivalent to the one flowing in a pipe’s wall-bulged passage whose corresponding right inclusion body has the same axis, generatrix and volume as the object’s has. The fluid currents flowing over and under a wing are equivalent to the ones flowing in two parallel contiguous pipe lengths that are placed one under the other and use the length of the wing chord plane as the circumference of their cylindrical inlet and outlet walls, and use the upper and lower average curve surfaces of the wing separately as their upper and lower curve walls. The lift of the wing is from the inner pressure difference of the two pipe lengths.

一种特殊噪声搜索传感器的设计

  要:该文以解决深海中搜索特殊噪声源的问题为目标,首先提出特殊噪声源的频率范围是20Hz2.3MHz,接着分析了现在测量手段存在知识门槛的问题。为了解决这些问题,提出了双通道复合型智能化的测量方法,设计了双通道复合型智能化的测量系统,并把传感器的灵敏度提高了n倍,实现了分离出干扰信号和依靠提高分辨力消除干扰的目的。该测量原理及实现方法,可以解决在深海中搜索特殊噪声源方面的问题。

Designing a Kind of Sensor for Searching Special Noise

AbstractThis paper takes the problem of searching special noise source in deep sea as the research question and then firstly presents the frequency range of special noise source between 20HZ-2.3MHZ, analyzed the existing problems of the knowledge threshold. In order to solve these problems, this paper presents a dual channel complex intelligent measurement method and designed a dual channel complex intelligent measurement system, improved the sensitivity of the sensor by N times, which can achieve the purpose of separating the interference signals and improving the resolution of the interference. The measurement principles and implementation methods can solve the problem of searching for the special noise source in the deep sea .

压力对小分子气体在液压油中扩散行为影响的分子动力学研究

   要:采用分子动力学方法模拟研究了不同压力下小分子气体在液压油中的扩散。模拟过程中均选用PCFF力场,首先对模拟体系进行NPT500ps时间的动力学优化,随之进行NPT500ps时间动力学模拟,得到其运动轨迹,并由爱因斯坦方程得出气体小分子在液压油中的扩散系数。该文还应用自由体积理论探究了小分子气体在液压油中的扩散机理,发现气体在液压油中以空穴形式存在的自由体积间进行扩散,即气体的扩散是通过先在一个空穴内不停振动,然后跳跃到下一个空穴来完成的。结果表明,随着压力的增大,小分子气体在液压油中的扩散系数是减小的。

Effects of Pressure on Gas Diffusion in Hydraulic Oil with Molecular Dynamics Simulation

AbstractThe paper studies on the effects of pressure on gas diffusion in hydraulic oil by molecular dynamics simulation. The whole simulations were processed under PCFF force field. Refined the simulation system by NPT ensemble in 500ps firstly, the diffusion coefficients were determined by NPT ensemble simulation in 500ps.thencalculatedit from the Einstein relation. The small gas diffusion mechanism in hydraulic oil is also discussed according to free volume theory. Small gas molecules firstly oscillate inside one cavity of hydraulic oil and then jump from this cavity to another one to achieve the diffusion process. The results showed that the diffusion coefficient decreases with the rising pressure.

偏转板射流伺服阀的射流级优化设计方法

  要:偏转板射流伺服阀是射流伺服阀的一种,相对于传统的喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀,偏转板射流伺服阀具有更好的抗污染性能和可靠性,已经在大型运输机、客机等领域用于替代喷嘴挡板式伺服阀。射流级是偏转版射流伺服阀的核心组件,其性能决定着偏转板射流伺服阀产品的内漏、滞环、动态相应等多种性能指标。为了提高偏转板射流伺服阀的射流级压力增益,该文首先对其射流场进行解析建模,以实现射流级压力增益的计算;然后,根据内漏指标要求、工艺能力限制等因素建立射流级的设计约束;最后,结合优化算法,建立偏转板射流伺服阀的射流级优化方法,实现射流级压力的优化设计,提高伺服阀产品的性能。

Optimistic Design Method of the Jet stage for Deflector Jet Servo Valve

AbstractDeflect jet servo valve, which is one kind of jet servo valve and has been used in several field including large transport airplane passenger aircraft, gets a better anti-fouling performance and reliability comparing with traditional electric hydraulic servo valve. The jet stage is the key stage of Defect jet servo valve, and its performance determines the servo valve’s internal leakage and hysteresis. In order to improve the pressure gain of jet stage, one optimal design method of jet stage is proposed. Firstly, one model is built to compute the pressure gain of one given jet stage; secondly, constraints are defined based on requirements of performance and manufacturing technology; finally, one optimal design method of jet stage is built, which can be used to improve the pressure gain of jet stage and the performance of the deflect jet servo valve.

高空作业车电液比例调平控制系统的设计与仿真

   要:该文针对具有四路执行机构的阀控缸双位置闭环控制系统的特点,根据电液比例控制技术的基本理论,从流体力学的流量方程、连续性方程、力平衡方程入手,基于经典传递函数法建立了电液比例阀控非对称液压缸系统数学模型。借助Matlab仿真软件,采用频域分析方法证明系统的稳定性,并将该模型在Simlink环境下建立了闭环控制系统,实现了电液比例调平控制系统的动态仿真与分析。

AbstractThe main objective of this dissertation is to develop a valve-controlled cylinder double positioning closed-loop control system with four-channel actuatorselectro-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled cylinder system mathematical model is built according to classical transfer function based on electro-hydraulic proportional control theory, which found from hydro-dynamics flow equation,continuity equation and force equilibrium equation. In virtue of Matlab software, the system is proven to be stable using frequently analysis. Besides, electro-hydraulic closed-loop control is built under the condition of Simulink, which makes it dynamic simulation and analysis come true.

可逆运行容积调节系统综合性能比较

   要:可逆运行的系统由于可以回收来自负载反拖的能量,因而能够获得高能效,对于液压伺服系统而言,它需要采用容积调节方式。针对三种主要的可逆运行容积调节系统—局部可逆运行的经典二次调节系统(SCL)、全局可逆运行二次调节系统(SCG)和全局可逆运行泵控系统(VCG)进行设计,展开仿真研究,综合分析其系统架构、动态性能、总体效率和装机容量,并进行比较,从宏观角度掌握各自的性能特点及适用场合,为高能效液压驱动系统的设计和应用提供依据。

AbstractRunning reversibly systems have generally high energy efficiency because they can recover the energy back from loads, as for hydraulic servo systems, they should use volume regulating circuits. Design, simulation and research are done for the main three kinds of volume regulating systems running reversibly which include classic secondary control system locally running reversibly, secondary control system globally running reversibly and pump control system globally running reversibly. Their system structure, dynamic performance, global energy efficiency and installed capacity are analyzed and compared with each other. The paper shows their characteristics and applicable occasions, and provides basis for design and application.

气动压差水银柱式测量仪的应用研究

  要:该文就气动压差水银柱式测量仪的工作原理、性能、进行了应用研究。在气动压差传感器测量仪中,水银柱式气动测量仪采用恒定的气压力,通过节流喷嘴,当节流喷嘴和被测工件之间的间隙增大而引起流量增加时,这时节流喷嘴和测量喷嘴之间的压力降低,通过灵敏的水银柱高度压力计的变化指示出工件的尺寸数值。

AbstractThis paper is pneumatic differential pressure principle of work, the mercury column measuring instrument of performance, application research. In the pneumatic pressure difference sensor measuring instrument, the mercury column pneumatic measuring instrument using gas pressure constant, through the throttle nozzle, when the throttle nozzle and the measured gap between the workpiece increases caused by the increased flow, then between the throttle nozzle and nozzle pressure drop, change through a sensitive mercury column manometer indicates that the dimension of workpiece.

The Design of Riveting Press Mould and Control System Based on PLC

According to the requirements of the riveting pressure machine movement, controlled by pneumatic manner. The OMRON-CPM1A PLC is the main controller, use the ladder diagram programming way, realize S260 series miniature circuit breaker shell automatic cycle processing.

  要:该文介绍了新型而高效的交流伺服电机驱动控制液压泵组在液压系统的典型应用。为了使液压系统结构更紧凑,更有效和节能,使用交流伺服电机驱动控制液压泵组,对液压系统提供高效的容积调速和压力控制。当液压系统的执行机构处于待机或保压状态时,动力源消耗能量最小,整个液压系统无节流损失和溢流损失,液压系统的热损耗达到最小,处于高效,可靠,低能耗和低噪声的最佳状态。

AbstractThis paper introduces the typical application of high efficient and new AC servo drive controlled pump in hydraulic system. To achieve compact structure, efficiency and energy-saving, this system employs AC servo to adjust volume and control pressure. On standby or in holding pressure state, the whole hydraulic system has no loss on throttle flow and pressure relief due to minimal power consumption. It minimizes heat loss and makes the hydraulic system in an optimal state of higher efficiency and reliability, lower energy consumption and noise emission.

基于SECOman的液压阀块三维设计与加工方法研究

  要:针对液压阀块在设计中容易出现油道间壁厚过薄和加工过程中频繁更换刀具致使加工效率低下等问题,该文采用SECOman三维软件进行液压阀块的设计,并将最终设计图输出至UG,利用UG的数控代码生成功能导出相应的G代码进行数控加工。实现了液压阀块的设计加工流程一体化,通过采用试验阀块对整个设计加工流程进行了实验验证,结果表明,该一体化方法能有效降低设计和加工过程中的失误率,提高生产效率和加工精度,是未来液压阀块快速设计与加工的发展趋势。

3D Design and Processing Method of Hydraulic Manifold Based on SECOman

AbstractAddressing the issues of the wall thickness is over thin and the aiguilles replaced frequently to results the lower process efficiency, the SECOman 3D software is induced to the design of hydraulic manifold block, then the design files are exported to the UG, and finally the G code is build by using UG to take the numerical control processing. The experiment with the flow of manifold block processing is completed. The experiment results show that the method could decrease the rate of design error effectively and improved the process precision. It is a development direction of the apace design and processing of hydraulic manifold block.

In order to reduce the intensity of the assembly and improve production efficiency, hydraulic cylinder pneumatic assembly station was designed and produced.

   要:为了研究盾构刀盘驱动系统中二通插装溢流阀的动态特性,建立了相应的数学模型,介绍了在Simulink环境下对溢流阀进行动态特性仿真分析的方法,同时讨论了如何通过改变参数来确定影响溢流阀动态特性的主要因素。仿真结果表明溢流阀主阀阻尼孔直径、主阀上腔容积以及先导阀弹簧刚度的变化对溢流阀动态特性有较明显的影响。

AbstractIn order to study transient characteristics of slip-in cartridge relief valve for cutter head driving system, this paper establishes the mathematical model. Also this paper introduces the method of simulation in simulink environment. At the same time, this paper discusses how to confirm primary influence factor for transient characteristics by changing parameters. The simulation result indicates that diameter of damping hole, volume of upper chamber and spring stiffness of pilot valve have obvious influence on transient characteristics for relief valve.

液压挖掘机回转制动能量回收策略的研究

   要:回转系统能量损耗大、具有很大的回收潜力,为了提高挖掘机的节能性,本文提出了基于马达电机组和液压蓄能器两种回收方式复合回收的能量回收策略,并将蓄能器回收的能量储存在超级电容中进行再利用。采用AMESim仿真软件对回转制动能量回收过程进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,基于液压蓄能器与超级电容的复合回收方案可行,在制动时可以完成能量回收,可以有效提高系统的回收效率。

Research on Swing Braking Energy Recovering Strategy of Hydraulic excavator

AbstractThe slewing hydraulic system has large energy loss and large potential of energy recovery. In order to improve the energy saving of excavator, the article proposes a energy recovery method for swing regenerative braking strategy, the system recover energy by both motor group and hydraulic accumulator at the same time, and store the energy recovered by accumulator in Super capacitor, the hydraulic simulation model of the system was based by AMESim, simulation result indicated that the system recover energy by both Super capacitor and hydraulic accumulator is feasible. The system can  complete the energy recovery effectively, and improve the recovery efficiency of the system.

基于CFD的地铁隧道壁面冲洗扇形喷嘴的参数优选

  要:高压水射流清洗技术在地铁隧道清洗中运用越来越广泛,但对清洗工作参数的选择还停留在试验和经验阶段。在建立了扇形喷嘴及其外流场的三维模型的基础上,运用FLUENTVOF两相流模型对相同尺寸扇形喷嘴不同压力下不同靶距的轴向动压力、不同尺寸相同压力下不同靶距的打击力、不同射流角度的壁面各向打击力和壁面径向动压分布进行了分析研究。结果表明:相同压力下、不同出口直径喷嘴的打击力均随靶距的增大先增加后减小,故靶距存在合理的取值范围。射流角度为30°时,清洗效果较好。

Parameters Optimization of Flat Fan Nozzle for Subway

Tunnel Wall Cleaning Based on CFD

AbstractHigh-pressure water jet cleaning technology was used in the subway tunnel cleaning more and more widely, but the choice of parameters for the cleaning work is still stuck in the experimental and experience stage. The three-dimensional modeling of flat fan nozzle and external injection area are established. Based on VOF two-phase model of FLUENT, axial dynamic pressure of the same nozzle with different target distances under different pressures and wall strike force of the different sizes of nozzles with different target distances under same pressure and strike forces in different directions and radial dynamic pressure distribution of the wall with different jet angles are analyzed. The results show that wall strike force decreases after the first increase with the increasing target distance with the different sizes of nozzles under the same pressure, so there is a reasonable target. The cleaning effect is better with 30°-jet angle.
