摘 要:海南沿海的盐雾腐蚀环境非常恶劣,且当地的亚热带海洋性气候给液压系统提出了更高的防盐雾要求。该文对典型液压零部件的耐盐雾能力进行研究,并结合盐雾试验,总结得出防盐雾的方法,应用于实际产品中。

AbstractThe salt fog corrosion of HaiNan coastal environment is very rigours, and the local subtropics oceanic climate is a challenge for hydraulic system. This paper makes a research on the resistance to the salt fog of typical piece part in hydraulic system. According to The Salt Fog Test, the methods are proposed to improve the salt fog resistance and applied to the actual products.

大行程油缸/气缸高精度位移检测方法研究

   要:随着液压、气压系统在大型高精密设备上运用越来越广泛,对大行程油缸、气缸输出轴位移的检测精度要求也越来越高。位移传感器是大行程油缸、气缸位移高精度检测的关键,但随着油缸、气缸行程越来越大,检测精度要求越来越高,位移传感器由于主观、客观原因越来越难满足检测要求。该文对常用的大行程位移传感器特点进行了分析与梳理,详细阐述了现行位移传感器对大行程油缸、气缸高精度位移检测所面临的难题,最后提出一种可以实现大行程油缸、气缸高精度位移检测的设计方案,该方案测量精度高、量程大、适应性强、造价便宜。该文可以为大行程、超大行程油缸、气缸高精度位移检测提供参考。

Research on High-precision Displacement Measurement Method for Large-stroke

Hydro-cylinder / Air-cylinder

AbstractWith the hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in the large-stroke high-precision equipment more widely, the requirement of measurement accuracy is getting higher and higher for displacement of the output shaft of large-stroke hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder. Displacement sensor is the key for high-precision displacement measurement of large-stroke hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder. But with the stroke of hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder more and more large, the requirement of measurement accuracy more and more high, displacement sensors are becoming increasingly difficult to meet the measurement requirements due to subjective and objective reasons .In this paper, firstly, there is a analysis about the characteristics of large-range displacement sensors. Then, this article analyzes the problems the current large-range displacement sensors face to achieve high-precision displacement measurement of large-stroke hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder. Finally, this paper proposes a solution to achieve high precision measurement of large, very large stroke hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder. This solution shows higher measuring accuracy, greater range, stronger adaptation and lower cost. This paper can provide the reference for high-precision displacement measurement of hydro-cylinder/air-cylinder.

双定子泵对液压缸传动中液压冲击的分析

  要:为了减小液压冲击对液压系统的影响,提出了一种以新型双定子泵为动力元件的液压传动系统,在阐述了其工作原理和特点之后,对该新型传动系统换向时的液压冲击进行了理论分析,并采用AMESim软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,该新型回路不但能够实现多种压力和速度的变化,并且换向冲击也比传统的控制回路要小。在很大程度上提高了回路的效率,具有良好的节能效果。

AbstractA new hydraulic transmission system based on double-stator pumps is proposed in order to reduce the reversing impact of the hydraulic system. After expounding working principle and characteristics of the system, the hydraulic shock of the new transmission is analyzed. Then a series of simulation analysis are done underAMEsim. The results show that the new circuit will not only be able to achieve a variety of pressure and speed, and the hydraulic is much smaller than the traditional circuit, which greatly improve the efficiency of the circuit and has a good energy saving effect.

  要:介绍了内外啮合齿轮泵和并联齿轮马达的原理,在此基础上对由二者构成的液压传动系统的输出特性进行理论分析,得出该系统中马达的转速和转矩特点,结合泵的11种不同流量输出和马达的4种连接方式,得到了一系列的转速和转矩系数,并进一步扩展得到了该类传动的转速、转矩输出规律。

AbstractIt introduces the principle of the Internal and external gear pump and the Parallel gear motor, then analyzes the output characteristics of Internal and external gear pump and Parallel gear motor driving system. The rotation speed and torque characteristics of the motor in this system are received. Considering the pump with 11 different kinds of the output flow and the motor with 4 kinds of connections, a series of rotation speed and torque coefficient are obtained. Then the output law of the rotation speed and torque is summarized preliminarily in such transmission

面向偏转板射流伺服阀设计的多学科集成仿真工具

   要:电液伺服阀是飞控系统的核心元件,其设计过程中涉及到多种建模、仿真工具的使用,包括UGANSYSCFDAMESimSimulink等,同时存在大量的数据和命令的交互。在传统设计过程中,需要对这些仿真流程进行分别独立分析,同时不断修改模型、切换软件,存在大量的重复操作,严重浪费时间。该文建立了一种多学科集成仿真平台,对偏转板伺服阀设计过程中常用的仿真模型进行集成,将偏转板伺服阀的设计过程简化为操作方便、流程固化的基本过程,降低仿真工具的使用难度,实现偏转板伺服阀设计中典型仿真过程的模块化,减少相似仿真过程的建模时间,避免了重复工作,有利于提高仿真工作的效率。

Integrated Multi-Subject Simulation Tool on the Design of Deflect or Jet Servo Valve

AbstractSeveral simulation software are used for many times in the design of deflect jet servo valve, including UG, ANSYS, Fluent, AMESim and Simulink, within which there are too many transformation of data and command. In past design process, frequently editing and running of the tools and models are necessary, which result in a great waste of time. In this paper, one integrated multi-subject simulation tool are proposed, by which the general model are integrated together, the integrated simulation tool is configured based on the ISIGHT software, so that the simulation tools can be run in one platform in order to improve the working efficiency.

六自由度液压振动台油源控制系统设计

   要:采用西门子S7-300 PLC设计的六自由度液压振动台液压油源控制系统,包括继电器控制、故障报警、远程通讯,完成对油源的启动、停止、冷却、调压,分油器和静压支撑启动、停止等操作,实现故障报警(温度过高、液位过低和油液堵塞)和安全保护,以及本地和远程两种控制方式。远程控制采用以太网通讯模式通过网络模式将油源状态和故障报警监控信号传送至控制计算机,并接收控制计算机的控制指令完成对油源的控制。

AbstractIn order to solve the key problems of equipment wear debris on-line ultrasonic testing, we study in-depth on the mechanical wear mechanism and detection technology. Furthermore, we analyze the wear debris scattering model, the processing of ultrasonic scattering signal, feature extraction of ultrasonic scattering signal , intelligent recognition of wear debris and development of online ultrasonic detection system, so that we can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the follow-up research.

Structure Design of a New Type Hydraulic Pump Station

AbstractThis article introduces the structure of an underneath type of combined hydraulic pump station. It has a frame type of layout, half-pack type of appearance, and a draw-out oil pan, with the advantages of compact structure, easy to precipitate contamination, easy for oil absorption and oil tank discharge, easy to extract oil sample, meanwhile low-noise and shock absorption. It solves the problems of defective structure and functionality existing in the traditional hydraulic pump station. Especially in the unique structure design of the oil tank with a inverted cone offset tank bottom, a double tank cover, and the built-in pipe joints etc, which has the characteristics of novelty and practicability.

AbstractIn the paper, mathematical model of control system for some electrohydraulic servo measuring system is developed, by elements (such as servo valves etc.) selection which can form different system design proposals. Test results illustrate that the optimum selection can be demonstrated from several proposals. The design and analysis method of mathematical modeling of control system is of great importance in improvement of research level, and development risk reduction.

This paper mainly introduces the working process of stripper car of temper mill in HSM 2250, and analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the lifting hydraulic circuit for stripper car.

The results of the optimization are studied and compared with the data measured in the actual assembly line. The optimal calculation method of cylinder stroke dimension chain is determined.

燃油总管流量试验器改进设计

   要:发动机装有10个双油路双喷嘴离心式喷嘴,它们用两条燃油总管(主油路燃油总管和副油路燃油总管)连接起来;为了保证发动机燃油总管向燃烧室提供雾化质量高的燃油,燃油总管安装前要对其进行各喷嘴的流量检查,使各喷嘴的流量满足发动机的性能要求。燃油总管流量试验器主要是用于对发动机燃油总管进行流量检测的设备,是采用计量瓶的计量方法来测量喷嘴流量的,由10个不同规格的计量瓶组成,可以通过更换夹具对各种不同规格的喷嘴进行流量检测。

Modified Design about the Flow Test Device for Fuel Oil Filling

AbstractAero-engine is equipped with ten dual-fual pipe and dual-injector centrifugal injectors, which are linked up by a double fuel manifolds (primary and auxiliary manifolds); For providing a high quality atomized fuel into the combustion room by the manifodls, flow measurement must be performed for all fuel injectors before the installation of fuel manifolds, in order to ensure the flow rate of every fuel injector will satisfy the property requirements of the engine. Flow rate tester is a kind of equipment mainly used for the testing and measurement of manifold flowing rate, the principle of which is by applying the metering principle of measuring bottle. The equipment is constructed by ten different types of measuring bottles, through changing clamps, can be applied to perform the flow rate measuring  of variable fuel injectors.

It is considered that the strengthen of the experimental and theoretical research of the magnetic fluid seal technique can enable the magnetic fluid seal application to develop further.

  要:该文对装载机上的液压油变黑问题进行了研究。改用II类加氢基础油,1073h疲劳试验后,油品依然发黑,过滤后为黄色透明。通过对液压油和橡胶管的考察,证明液压油变黑的原因并非来至于油品,而是与油品长期接触的橡胶管有关。高温氧化冲刷模拟试验得到的油样外观和黑色粉末组成与装载机疲劳试验的样品一致。

AbstractThis article has conducted the research to hydraulic oil from the loader on black issues. After the fatigue test, 1073 hours, using II hydrogenated base oil, the hydraulic oil is still black. The hydraulic oil turns yellow and transparent after filtration, which certifies the reason of turning black not from hydraulic oil. Rubber tube, which contact with hydraulic oil for long time, causes the concern. Appearance of hydraulic and the composition of black filtration obtaining from high temperature oxidation and washing experiment are constant with the samples from fatigue test of loader.

三羟甲基丙烷高纯油酸酯的制备及其作为

液压油基础油的抗氧化研究

   要:采用马来酸酐、丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为亲双烯体分别与工业级的80油酸中的多不饱和酸进行Diels-Alder反应,并通过分子蒸馏分离出纯度近90%的油酸。采用制备的高纯油酸与三羟甲基丙烷进行酯化反应,并通过分子蒸馏分离提纯,得到了三羟甲基丙烷高纯油酸酯。使用PDSC和旋转氧弹等方法对合成的三羟甲基丙烷高纯油酸酯在液压油配方中进行了氧化安定性的分析测试,发现其抗氧化性相比于直接使用80油酸合成的同类酯显著提升,PDSC氧化诱导期提升近1倍,旋转氧弹氧化时间由121min提升至198min

Preparation of Trihydroxymethylpropyl Trioleate with High Purity Oleic Acid and Study on

Its Antioxidant Propriety as a Lubricant Base Oil

AbstractHigh purity oleic acid was prepared via Diels- Alder reaction with technical grade 80 oleic acid using maleic anhydride, methyl acrylate and acrylic acid as  dienophile respectively. The contents of oleic acid was increased up to nearly 90%. With the high purity oleic acid and technical grade 80 oleic acid respectively, two different trihydroxymethylpropyl trioleates(TMPTOs)  were prepared  by esterification, and were purified by molecular distillation.   PDSC and rotary oxygen bomb were employed to evaluate  the oxidation stabilities of two diffident TMPTOs as lubricant base oils with the same additives package. The results showed that the antioxidant performance of TMPTO synthesisd with high purity oleic acid is,significantly improved compared to TMPTO synthesisd with 80 oleic acid. PDSC oxidation induction period raise nearly 1 times, and rotary oxygenbomb oxidation time increase from 121min to 198min.
