基于卓越工程师培养的液压传动与控制课程教学改革

   要:液压传动与控制是机械工程专业一门实践性较强的重要专业课程,对培养学生的实践能力具有重要作用。在分析当前液压传动与控制课程教学存在的问题的基础上,结合机械工程专业卓越工程师的培养目标,主要从课程教学任务,教学内容,教学方法,实验教学,师资队伍,成绩评定等方面对液压传动与控制课程改革进行了探讨,提高了教学效果和教学质量,对培养学生的工程实践应用能力具有重要意义。

Hydraulic Transmission and Control Teaching Reform Based on Excellent Engineers Training

AbstractHydraulic drive and control is an important professional course with strong practicality for mechanical engineering, and it plays an important role to cultivate the students' practical ability. Based on the analysis of the current existing problems in the hydraulic drive and control course teaching, combined with the training goal of the excellent engineers of mechanical engineering, the curriculum  reform of hydraulic drive and control was discussed in this paper, mainly from the following aspects teaching tasks, teaching content, teaching method, experiment teaching and evaluation etc. The teaching effect and teaching quality were improved greatly, and it is of great significance to develop the students' ability of engineering practice and application.

AbstractIn order to change the situation that the traditional axial variable displacement piston pump changes the flow by controlling slope angle of the swash plate, a kind of micro-flow variable plunger pump with stepper motor is designed. The main structure is designed and the working principle is analyzed; and on this basis, the flow is simulated and researched based on AMESim.

The Rapid Control Prototype Design Based on Electronic-hydraulic Servo System

AbstractAddressing the request of fast design, the Matlab/xPC Target is used to design the prototype of electronic-hydraulic servo system, and the multi-loops feedback+feed forward control strategies are used to construct the control system. The experimental test is processed and the results satisfied all the technology index requirements. The results verified the rapid control prototype (RCP) technology is a new method of control system design with high efficiency and feasibility.

不同处理工艺下17-4PH不锈钢电化学腐蚀性能研究

   要:不锈钢是水液压元件最常考虑选用的耐蚀金属材料,增强不锈钢的耐磨性而又不损失其耐蚀性是提高水液压元件关键摩擦副可靠性的有效途径。该文利用CS电化学实验站采用恒电位阳极极化法,对QPQ表面强化改性、固溶时效等不同处理状态下的17-4PH沉淀硬化不绣钢试样进行电化学腐蚀试验,对比研究QPQ表面强化改性、固溶时效等不同处理工艺,以及淡水和海水不同腐蚀介质对17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢电化学腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:经过固溶时效处理过的不锈钢耐腐蚀性基本没有太大改变,然而经过QPQ处理过的不锈钢耐蚀性被降低100倍。

Study on the Properties of 17-4PH Stainless Steel Corrosion under Different Treatment Conditions

AbstractStainless steel is corrosion resistant metal materials selected most often take water hydraulic components, enhanced and the wear resistance of stainless steel without loss of its corrosion resistance is an effective way to improve the reliability of key water hydraulic components of the friction pair. In this paper, using potentiostatic anodic polarization on CS electrochemical test rig, the electrochemical corrosion test of precipitation hardening stainless steel samples are conducted under different treatment conditions such as the QPQ surface modification and strengthening, solid solution of 17-4PH etc. And then, the influence of freshwater and seawater on electrochemical corrosion properties of 17-4PH was investigated. Research results show that, the corrosion resistances of stainless steel 17-4PH through the solid solution and aging treatment are basically not much changed, and then the corrosion resistance of stainless steel 17-4PH through QPQ treatment is reduced 100 times comparatively.

航空作动器VL密封圈唇口接触压力分析

   要:该文简要介绍了往复动密封的密封机理,定性地分析了影响密封性能的相关参量。利用ANSYS分析软件对航空作动器VL密封圈进行分析,得出不同密封介质压力下的唇口接触压力分布曲线。通过对比不同密封介质压力条件下的曲线变化,发现密封介质压力对密封唇口接触区接触压力分布有很大的影响。压力越大,密封唇接触宽度越大,接触压力曲线在靠近密封流体侧变化越陡,更接近往复密封三角形接触压力分布图,有利于实现往复密封的零泄漏甚至负泄漏。证实了VL型密封圈可以应用在重要的往复密封环境,并且可以实现高压下自动补偿密封功能。

Lip Contact Stress Analysis of Aircraft Actuator VL Seal

AbstractThis paper briefly introduces the reciprocating sealing mechanism of the dynamic seal, and qualitatively analyzes the related parameters that affect the sealing performance. The VL seal ring of aircraft actuator is analyzed to get lip contact pressure distribution curve under different sealing medium pressure using ANSYS analysis software. By comparing the different conditions of sealing medium pressure curve, discovers that the sealing medium pressure has a great influence for seal lip contact area pressure distribution. The greater the pressure, the greater the sealing lip contact width. The contact pressure curve near the side sealing fluid change more steep, closer to the reciprocating seal triangle contact pressure distribution. It is advantage to realize the net leakage and even negative leakage of reciprocating seal. It is confirmed that the VL type seal ring can be used in important reciprocating seal environment, and can realize automatic compensation function of sealing under high pressure.

基于CFDYOTCGP650型液力偶合器流场仿真分析

   要:采用CFD软件中的VOF两相流模型(Volume of Fluid Model),标准k-ε湍流模型和滑移网格技术对YOTCGP650型液力偶合器工作腔内的气液两相瞬态流动进行了仿真计算,得到了偶合器内流场的压力、速度和两相分布,分析了液力偶合器在调速工况,当输入速度不变、充液率改变的情况下,偶合器工作腔中工作油液所受的压力、速度以及气体与液体两相的分布状态,揭示了偶合器工作腔内部的真实流动情况,为偶合器的设计及结构优化提供依据。

Analysis on the Flow Field Simulation of YOTCGP650 Type Hydraulic Coupling Based on CFD

AbstractThe simulation calculation was performed for the gas-liquid two-phase transient flow of YOTCGP650 type hydraulic coupling by using the VOF model, standard k-ε turbulence model and slip grid of CFD software. The velocity, pressure and two-phase distribution of flow field in hydraulic coupling were got. When the input speed is certain, but the filling rate is different, the distribution laws of pressure, velocity and two-phase is analyzed under the variable speed condition. At the same time, the true flow in working chamber of hydraulic coupling is revealed. So it is helpful to guide the design and structural optimization of hydraulic coupling.

基于试验设计的润滑油添加剂配伍及对抗氧化性能影响的研究

   要:利用试验设计方法对润滑油添加剂配伍性及其对抗氧化性能的影响进行研究。试验设计采用Box-Behnken设计方法,考察的添加剂种类包括抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、金属钝化剂以及防锈剂。模型分析结果表明,模型计算值与试验值具有较好的相关性。此外,该文通过模型预测了不同种类添加剂之间的相互作用及其对抗氧性能的影响。通过该文研究表明,试验设计的方法可以用于功能添加剂复配研究,对于进一步了解不同类型添加剂之间的配伍性具有重要作用,同时对于配方开发能够起到重要的指导作用。

Study on the Interaction Between Different Additives and

the Effects on the Antioxidation Property Using Experimental Design

AbstractStudy the interaction between different additives and the effects on the antioxidation property using experimental design. Experimental design was conducted by Box-Behnken, and the factors include antioxidation agent, extreme-pressure and anti-wear agent, metal deactivator and anti-rust agent. The good correlation was established between calculated and experimental data. The interaction was also investigated. The results showed that the experimental design method can be applied to study the interaction between different additives, and it will be a useful tool in the formulation research.

机械密封摩擦端面温度测试方法研究

   要:简述了现阶段机械密封端面温度测试技术的发展状况,探讨了常用测试方法的优缺点,采用拟合曲线法建立了一套基于LabVIEW的端面温度测试系统。利用该测试系统在机械密封性能试验机上完成了一对机械密封环摩擦端面的温度测试,实验结果表明该测试系统具有较高的可靠性。

Study on Test Methods of the Temperature on the Friction End Face of Mechanical Seals

AbstractThis article briefly introduced the development of testing technologies for mechanical seal end face temperature, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of common testing methods, provided a new method by curve fitting, and established a testing system for collecting these temperature values based on LabVIEW. The temperature of mechanical seal end face was tested on a seal performance testing device with this testing system. The experimental results showed that the testing system was reliable.

螺杆泵定子用丁腈基橡胶的温度力学效应

  要:为提高螺杆泵定子橡胶的使用寿命,从螺杆泵的实际工作环境出发,以不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶为试验材料,通过测试试样在原油介质中质量、体积以及抗拉强度的一系列变化,研究定子橡胶的温度力学效应。结果表明:随着原油温度的升高,低丙烯腈丁腈橡胶的质量、体积和扯断伸长率逐渐增大,硬度逐渐降低;而高丙烯腈丁腈橡胶则显示相反的规律。三种橡胶的抗拉强度随着原油温度的升高逐渐降低。高丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶由于致密的组织结构具有良好的耐热性和力学性能。

Temperature Effect on Mechanical Properties of

NBR-based Stator Rubber for Progressing Cavity Pump

AbstractIn order to improve the service life of stator rubber used in the progressing cavity pump stator, NBR based rubbers with different acrylonitrile contents are chosen as the experimental materials and their variations in weight, volume, tensile strength and so on before and after immersion experiment are investigated according to the actual work environment. The results show that with an increase in the temperature of crude oil, the weight, volume and elongation at break of the NBR rubber with low acrylonitrile content increase and its hardness decreases, while the NBR rubber with high acrylonitrile content shows the opposite tendency. The tensile strength of three kinds of NBR rubbers decreases with the increase in the temperature of crude oil. The NBR rubber with high acrylonitrile content shows the better heat resistance and mechanical performance due to its dense microstructure.

Multi-software Integrated Simulation on Servo Valve with Deflector Jet

AbstractOne simulation model for deflector jet servo valve was built by several software tools including AMESim, ANSYS and MATLAB. Firstly, the CFD computing model was built to analysis the performance of the upper stage; secondly, the hydraulic model for hydraulic performance of the servo valve was built, based on the result of CFD model; finally, the CFD model and hydraulic model was integrated into one simulation platform, by which the modularization and parameterization of simulating process was achieved.

AbstractIn general, the cylinder and valve plate is preloaded by spring in axial piston pump with swash plate. Meanwhile the spring can preload the retainer to make the piston and piston shoe back to the swash plate. The structure is widely used in axial piston pump. At present, the disk spring and coil spring are used often. In this paper, several typical preloading methods with the two types of spring above are discussed and analyzed, and the proper preloading method is suggested in different specific applications.

At the same time to the current CLIPS, mixed with high-level language VC++ programming, the optimization, based on the text of the interaction principle and interactive technology, solved the difficult problems encountered in the man-machine interface development, improve the speed of development. Finally illustrates the basic method of using case-based reasoning and rule reasoning, knowledge representation, reasoning methods and human-computer interface design.

一种大流量手动伺服阀的设计与研究

   要:介绍了一种带阀芯位置反馈的二级控制超大流量手动伺服阀,先导阀为手动控制的三通伺服滑阀,主阀为大通径滑阀,可控制不同的通流量,实现执行机构以不同的速度运动。其工作原理是由先导阀控制主阀两端压力油腔的排放油,改变主阀两端的压差,从而实现主阀芯位置的变化。分别对主阀芯进行了动力学分析研究和阀体与阀芯间隙配合的选择分析,设计提高了主阀的动态响应特性,避免阀芯卡死和最大限度降低了内泄漏损失。

Do dynamics analytic and study for main valve core and analytic for valve body and valve core clearance fit respectively, design enhanced the dynamic response characteristics of main valve, avoid valve core block and maximum reduce the inner leakage loss.

  要:航空柱塞泵作为飞机液压系统的心脏,其工作性能将直接关系到飞机控制系统的安全性与可靠性。根据某航空泵的结构与工作原理,以AMESim软件为仿真平台,建立了航空柱塞泵主要元件仿真模型,并进一步搭建了整泵系统仿真模型。仿真过程中柱塞泵的斜盘预置夹角以及斜盘转轴偏心参数的引入,使得系统仿真更符合实际情况。通过仿真研究为后续泵的参数优化提供了理论指导,并建立了航空液压柱塞泵系统仿真的原准机模型。

AbstractAir Piston Pump, as the power source of main hydraulic system for aircraft, its performance directly relates to the safety and reliability of the flight control system. According to the structure and working principle of a certain type of air pump, the simulation models of main components of Air Piston Pump are developed, based on the AMESim simulation software platform, which further builds a simulation model for the entire pump system. The inputs of swash plate pre-tilt angle and hinge eccentricity make Air Piston Pump system simulation more realistic. Through studies of such simulation, the theoretical guidance is provided for the follow-up pump parameters optimization and the standard simulation model for Air Piston Pump system is set up.

   要:由于产品中的两个跑道位置度要求高、加上工艺定位基准与设计基准不重合,造成累积误差大,无论采用哪一种加工方法均无法保证设计技术要求。设想用一种“过定位”的工艺方法,来消除产品定向时的径向及角向间隙所产生的误差,从理论上分析并计算了定位及定向误差,设计并制造了铣跑道夹具,通过该铣夹具的使用,保证了产品壳体内两圆弧跑道的尺寸及位置度要求;此种工艺方法具有推广价值。

AbstractAs two tracks positioning degree of the product is demanding, combined with non-coincidence for the process positioning base and design datum, which lead to obvious cumulative error, the design technical requirements are unable to be guaranteed no matter adopting what kind of processing methods. Imagining an "over-positioning" process to eliminate the errors arising from the radial direction and angular direction clearance during product positioning, analyze and calculate theoretically the position and orientation error, design and manufacture the milling track fixture, ensure the size and positioning degree requirements for two circular track inside of product shell through the use of milling fixture; This process method has promotion value.

Through the optimal improvement, the slipper wear failure issue was resolved, the type of hydraulic piston pump passed the 1000-hrs endurance test in lab, successfully achieved supply for the special hydraulic system.

流量控制阀套斜孔的加工方法及钻模

    要:该文针对一次定位夹紧加工流量控制阀套4个面上各两个相对斜孔工艺进行了分析,如果一次定位夹紧加工4个面上各2个异向斜孔,无论在该公司现有的立式加工中心、卧式加工中心或坐标镗上都无法完成,用组合夹具也无法保证,整体钻模结构复杂,制造困难。为此而设计了分体结构、组合运用的专用钻模,利用钻模体组件6个面分别与V型块2个面定位在钻床上来完成上述斜孔的加工,保证工件的尺寸精度和位置精度。
