AbstractThe dimension accuracy of servo valve precision parts are strict and difficult to machine. These questions effects the performance improvement of servo valve. This paper introduces the new technology on servo valve precision parts machining process. By using these advanced process methods, servo valve precision parts manufacturing level has been improved, and the servo valve performance has also been improved.

AbstractThe fill-controlled hydraulic coupling used in water is mainly soft start device with coal scraper conveyor. The system principle of hydraulic coupling is described. 斯特林发动机帽式密封安装条件的有限元分析及实验研究

   要:基于橡胶类材料应力应变曲线,利用有限元软件ANSYSLS-DYNA,通过数据拟合确定Mooney-Rivlin模型的材料参数,建立了斯特林发动机帽式密封非线性有限元计算模型,分析了不同安装条件下活塞杆和密封圈接触面上接触应力的分布情况,最大接触应力产生的位置,以及安装条件的变化对接触应力的影响,得到最优安装方案。在密封试验台上对有限元分析结果进行验证,通过顶腔密封气体压强随时间变化,分析了不同安装条件下气体泄漏的不同阶段并得到了寿命最长的安装条件。结合理论和实验结果确定了斯特林发动机帽式密封最优的安装条件。

Finite Element Analysis and Experimental Study of Installation Conditions for

Stirling Engine’s Cap Seals

AbstractBy utilizing nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYSLS-DYNAthe material parameters of Mooney-Rivlin model. The nonlinear finite element model of Stirling engines cap seals was set up and the influence of different installation conditions on contact stress of contact surface. The distribution of contact stress and contact stress on contact surface was achieved. And three conditions were tested on the sealed test stand. According to the pressure changes with time of top gas, analyzing the different stages of different installation conditions and obtaining the installation condition of the longest life expectancy. The best installation condition of Stirling engine’s cap seal was achieved combined the theoretical and experimental results.

压水堆反应堆压力容器密封主螺栓预紧过程模拟

  要:建立了我国自主压水堆反应堆压力容器分析模型,采用通用结构分析软件ABAQUS对密封主螺栓的预紧过程进行了模拟分析。通过计算,可以得到螺栓载荷的变化、上下法兰的变形过程,从而判断螺栓加载荷顺序和大小是否合理。对于一回路压力容器的密封预紧操作具有很好的参考价值。

Simulation of Bolt-up Process for Seal Main Bolts of PWR Pressure Vessel

AbstractThe reactor pressure vessel of self-owned pressure water reactor (PWR) is built, and the bolt-up process for main bolts is analyzed in this paper. According to the calculation, the change of the pre-load on the bolts and the deformation of the main flange can be checked, and a lot of useful conclusions can be got, such as whether the bolt-load of every step is good or not, whether the bolt groups are good or not. The simulation results of this paper are very meaningful for the bolt-up process operation of the first loop pressure vessel.

塑料膜压纹装置液压系统的设计

   要:针对目前塑料薄膜消费与日俱增且消费者对其美观要求的情况,为了提升塑料膜压纹的压制档次,该文研制一种塑料膜压纹装置的液压系统。首先对塑料膜压纹装置的总体结构进行了介绍,其次设计其液压系统并介绍其系统组成及工作原理。该系统具有体积小﹑重量轻、控制精确、可无级调速、系统可靠性高等优点,对近似产品的液压系统设计也具有积极的借鉴意义。

AbstractVView of the present situation that plastic film consumption increasing and the aesthetic requirements of the consumers, in order to improve the grade of plastic film embossing press,one type of hydraulic system of the plastic film embossing device was developed in this paper. First, the general structure of the plastic embossing device was introduced, secondly, design the hydraulic system and introduced the system composition and working principle. The system has small volume, light weight, accurate control, can be stepless speed regulation, high reliability, etc. The hydraulic system also has positive significance to the design of similar product.

大型模锻压机主液压缸密封的研究和失效分析

   要:针对大型模锻压机液压缸的特点和技术条件,设计研发了整套液压缸密封,解决大直径、大膨胀量和大挤出间隙的高压密封问题。根据对密封件的使用情况和密封失效的形式,分析密封失效的原因,指出液压缸设计和失效密封存在的问题,提出相应的改善措施和更好的密封解决方案,以提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。

AbstractAccording to the characteristics and technical conditions for large forging press cylinder, design and development of the whole supporting cylinder seals, to solve the problem of high pressure seal which have large diameter, large expansion quantity and large extrusion gap. According to the case of seal service and the form of sealing failure, analysis the causes of sealing failure, point out the problems of cylinder design and failure seal, put forward the relevant improvement measures and a better sealing solutions, in order to improve the reliability and the service life of the sealing.

   要:气密试验是检测LNG超低温阀门密封性能的重要手段,典型的气密性试验装置在检测气密性时存在一定的局限性,测试数据不精确,为此需要特定的试验台对其进行气密性检验,以严格控制其工作的可操作性及安全性。通过重新设计、精确控制环境温度、选用高精度检测元器件等措施,对气密试验台进行设计,提高了检测的精度、准确度和效率,并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

AbstractAir-tightness performance test is the method to verify the sealing property of LNG cryogenic valves. The typical experimental facility which has restriction using the outdated method is not accurate and efficient enough. To assure the operability and reliability, a specific test-bed is necessary to detect the air tightness. In this paper, a new test-bed has been designed, in which some improvements are employed by renewing design, controlling temperature accurately and utilizing high-precision components. Accurate in operation and high in efficiency, the instrument has found preferable effect in practical application.

油气井防砂冲蚀试验装置

  要:防砂筛管被地层砂冲蚀失效的现象普遍存在,其破坏形式有喷射冲蚀和孔缝冲蚀。根据生产实践和筛管破坏原理提出筛管防砂试验要求和冲蚀评价方法,并据此研制了油气井防冲蚀试验装置。该装置由供气系统、供液系统、主体装置、数据采集及控制系统组成。该装置设有气体和液体两套试验系统,可选择性地进行气井和油井防砂冲蚀试验。其主体装置的测试箱设有透视窗口,实现了操作可视化;筛管样件与喷嘴夹角可调,能进行各种冲蚀破坏试验;系列化的喷嘴规格,能适应不同粒径的地层砂试验;采用激光多普勒测速仪监测砂粒速度,实现了精准控制。应用表明,该装置操作简单,试验精准,为防砂筛管的设计提供了强有力的数据支撑。

Erosion Test Device of the Sand Management for Oil and Gas Well

AbstractIt is certainly ubiquitous for sieve tube of the sand management of erosion damage, whose destroy forms is jet erosion and aperture erosion. Test requirements and evaluation methods of erosion of sieve tube were raised on the basis of damage theory and production practice. Therefore, a erosion test device of the sand management for oil and gas well was developed. The device was made up of gas system, liquid system, main unit, control and data acquisition system. It had two test systems——liquid and gas system, and could have a erosion test for liquid or gas. There was a perspective window on the test box in the main unit, so the course of erosion could be seen; the angle between the nozzle and the sample of sieve tube could be adjusted, so it could do kinds of erosion experiments; serialization nozzles could apply to lots of diameters of sands; the speed of solids was metered by laser doppler anemometry, and controlled precisely. Application proved that the device operated simply, tested accurately, and supplied forceful data for design of sieve tube of the sand management.

Luffing Fault Treatment of Cantilever Stacker

AbstractBecause the luffing mechanism of the stacker is composed of the boom and the oil cylinders, the cylinders can retraction under the action of gravity once with the luffing out of control. Therefore the luffing of stacker has a vital role. Because the luffing of the stacker is driven by the hydraulic system, whose elements are more and complex, domestic study of luffing system of stacker is relatively rare. So this paper have adequately studied the luffing system of stacker, also accumulated a variety of experience of luffing fault treatment of the stacker in order to share them with engineers and technicians. The new technicians engaged in the work can short the time to master the stacker luffing system principle and deal with the problem.

AMESim的气动模型中可变容积气室的应用研究

  要:为研究可变容积气室在AMESim气动模型中的应用,在分析引入可变容积气室的建模方法的机理的基础上,建立了CCB II制动机电空控制单元中均衡风缸控制模块的两个气动模型。通过仿真对比分析引入可变容积气室后均衡风缸内气体压力、三通阀阀芯位移、可变容积气室体积的变化。仿真结果表明引入可变容积气室来反映阀内腔体等气体容积变化的实际情况,使建立的仿真模型更加科学,而引入可变容积气室的建模方法是可行的。

Research on the Application of Variable Volume Pneumatic Chamber

in AMESim Pneumatic Model

AbstractIn order to study the application of variable volume pneumatic chamber in AMESim pneumatic model, two models of Equalizing Reservoir Control Portion, which are one of the pneumatic components of Electro-Pneumatic Control Unit of CCB II brake control system, are established based on the analysis of the mechanism of modeling method of applying variable volume pneumatic chamber. Through simulation of the two models, the air pressure in equalizing reservoir, the displacement of valve core in triple valve and the change of variable volume pneumatic chamber's volume can be compared. The results show that by the application of variable volume pneumatic chamber, the actual situation of pneumatic volume's change of the valve cavity can be correctly reflect, and the model built more scientific. Thus, the modeling method of applying variable volume pneumatic chamber is feasible.

AbstractFor oilfield connected components need to be installed before and after the demand pressure and tightness testing, developed a wellhead blowout preventer both control groups (and the hydraulic valve) can facilitate the blowout preventer on the wellhead equipment and connecting tube sinks and valves be pressure and tightness testing of the new BOP control device that achieved in the fields of drilling, work over process of the blowout preventer, the throttle control manifold, riser, casing, flange, sealed containers and other components for on-site testing capabilities to solve the removed parts sent to the repair shop test on a dedicated test equipment for the duration of the problem caused. At present, the device has completed the trial, and has been successfully applied in the oil field.

   要:由于负载、摩擦阻力、泄漏、形位精度等因素的影响,双气缸在同向运行中经常出现不同步现象。鉴于此,设计了双气缸自同步气控系统,它是将一气缸的有杆腔与另一气缸的无杆腔串联起来,使两气缸同向运动时的有效工作面积和气体流量相等,保证两气缸的速度和位移一致,若两气缸负载差别较大,可在串联点和气动回路出口处各设置一只顺序阀,增强抗干扰能力。试验表明,系统运行稳定,同步性良好。

AbstractFor the influence of load, friction resistance, leaking, the accuracy of form and position, etc. double gas cylinders often get out of sync. Therefore, the auto-synchronized control system of double gas cylinders has been developed, and the rod cavity of one cylinder is linked to the rod free cavity of the other in the system, and their effective working area and gas-flow rate equal each other when moving, and ensure the uniformity of the both one in the velocity and displace. If the difference of load is large, we can separately fix a sequence valve in the linked point and the exit of gas circuit, in order to improve the anti-jamming ability. Tests proved that the system works stable, and has a good synchronized performance.

基于真空吸附的双足爬墙机器人研究

   要:研究一种可完成在垂直面上的定向移动、简单避障与负重等工作的双足爬墙机器人。通过气压差使吸盘附着于墙面,形成垂直于墙面的压力,利用该压力和墙面形成反向于地心引力的静摩擦力,使得吸盘得以固定在墙面上。给出了工作原理,设计了传动系统和控制系统,进而形成实验样机并完成了相应测试,测试结果表明每足至少需要设置3个真空吸附足盘。该机器人模仿爬行类生物,具有灵活、安全系数高、操作简单、运行高效等优点,可以适用于不同的工作环境。

AbstractA vacuum adsorbing based biped climbing robot capable of directional movement, simple obstacle avoidance and light weight carrying is investigated. The climbing robot is adsorbed onto a wall surface by virtue of pressure difference. The working principle, driving system and control system are designed and the experimental model thus formed is tested. The test result indicates that at least three vacuum adsorbing plates have to be provided for each foot. The robot simulates reptiles, having the advantages of flexibility, high safety, simple operation, efficient operation, etc.

   要:对定压法的均方根误差分析及实测表明,使用[qm/q*m=0.74±0.05]一点,可以测出临界压力比b值;使用超临界流态([p2]/[p1]<b)的一点,可以测出声速流导C值。上述测量方法相对于ISO6358-12013)标准中的定压法,不仅提高了b值的测量可信度,而且可节气86%以上。ISO6358-12013)定压法中,五个流量特性参数(Cbm[pc][Kp])的定义存在模糊和不正确的地方,在测试装置的规定和测试方法上也存在着诸多问题。该文在提出并讨论上述观点的基础上,对定压法提出了改进意见。

AbstractRoot-mean-square error analysis and practical experiments demonstrate that the critical pressure ratio, b, can be tested on condition of sub-sonic flow ([qm/q*m=0.74±0.05]), while the sonic conductance, C, on condition of chocked flow ([p2]/[p1]<b). Compared with ISO6358-1 in-line test, the method mentioned above has great advantage of higher precision and lower air consumption. In ISO6358-1(2013) in-line-test, definitions of flow characteristics (C, b, m, [pc], [Kp]) are indistinct, test equipments and test method are not stated properly. Based on the opinions above, proposals on in-line-test are offered in this paper.
