  要:在指出了目前广泛使用的液压传动的不足后,提出了基于双定子泵原理的新型多泵多马达传动理论:比例型多泵多马达传动。实现了一个泵不用减压阀控制多个不同压力系统、马达的差动输出、不同型多执行机构同步运动、多级定转速工作等功能。比例型液压多泵和多马达的研究,完善和扩展了泵、马达的设计理论体系,为研究新型液压元件奠定了理论基础。

AbstractAfter pointed out the deficiencies in the hydraulic transmission system which is now widely used, a theory for multi-pump and multi-motor hydraulic systems is presented in this paper based onthe double-stator motor (pump), which is proportion multi-pump and multi-motor transmission system. Many functions are achieved, such as a multi-pump can control multiple different system without pressure relief valve, differential output of the motor, the synchronized of different type multi-actuators, the constant displacement motor output multi speeds. Research of the proportion multi-pump and multi-motor, improving and extending the design theory system of pumps and motors, laid the theoretical foundation for the study of a new type of hydraulic components.

基于溢流状态液压执行机构运动时间计算和仿真分析

  要:该文根据液压执行机构在运动过程中的近似力平衡,并考虑到流体粘度、运动速度与流体压力在运动过程中的关系,建立液压执行机构动作时的力平衡方程。根据该方程可以判断在不同粘度下系统是否已经达到溢流,并求解出实际进入液压缸的流量,进而求解出液压执行机构的动作时间。该计算方法经过仿真分析和大量试验验证,完全满足工程计算的需要,可以对有时间控制要求的系统在设计阶段做出准确的分析预估。

Calculation and Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Actuator Movement Time Based on Overflow State

AbstractAccording to the approximate force balance of hydraulic actuator in the movement process, and taking into account the relationship among the viscosity of the fluid, motion velocity and fluid pressure in the movement process, a force balance equation of the hydraulic actuator was built. According to this equation, we can determine whether the system overflow or not in different viscosity, and get the actual flow into the cylinder, thus solving the hydraulic executing action time. This calculation method fully meets the need of engineering calculation by simulation analysis and  experiments. In the design stage the method can give accuracy analysis and estimate of the system which require time control.

AbstractThe influence factors of combined sealing performance are in many aspects: the structure  of sealed  fluid characteristics, the sealing body and the sealing interface geometry etc.. This paper analysis the influence law of sealing performance ofcombined sealing conditions change from the seal body working medium pressure,pre compression ratio and velocity of piston rod, provide effective guidance for the design of the sealing body.

基于AMESim的容积量传系统仿真研究

   要:通过对容积量传系统运行过程中发现的问题进行分析,以理论分析为基础,利用AMESim软件对量传系统管路及阀组进行了建模仿真研究,通过仿真分析比较了阀口开度及不同压力设置以及不同管路结构形式对系统的影响,得出了系统优化配置方案。研究提高了系统的可靠性和工作效率,对实际容积量传系统的设计、优化及运行具有一定的指导意义。

Study on Simulation of Volume Traceability System Based on AMESim

AbstractThe problems which are found by running volume traceability system are analysed.Then,considering the theoretical analysis, pipelines and valve groups of volume traceability system are modeled , simulaeted and analysed by using AMESim software.Through the simulating, the effects are analysed and compared from the opening degree of the valve , different pressure settings and the pipeline structures. Finally, the optimization scheme on volume traceability system is concluded. Study can improve the reliability and efficiency on volume traceability system. It has certain guiding significance for the design, optimization and operation on volume traceability system.

基于ANSYSLNG超低温增压调节阀流体仿真分析

  要:LNG超低温增压调节阀门目前大都是使用进口产品,国内对LNG超低温增压调节阀门技术掌握还处于初步阶段。进口的超低温增压调节阀门不仅供货周期长,而且价格昂贵,特别是配件不能在短时间内解决,使国内LNG行业的发展受到严重制约。为了突破LNG超低温增压调节阀门关键技术,降低产品维修、检修费用,该文设计了一种液化天然气用LNG超低温增压调节阀门,介绍了其工作原理、结构特性和有限元仿真分析。

AbstractCurrently, the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Control Valve in LNG mostly use imported products in the domestic. The price of which is high, and the delivery cycle is long. In order to break through the key technology of the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Control Valve in LNG to reduce product maintenance and repair costs. This article introduces the characteristics of the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Control Valve used in liquefied natural gas(LNG),operating principle, the structural feature and finite element analysis.

基于AMESim的汽车起重机起升机构的能耗分析

   要:对汽车起重机起升机构进行分析,找出其油耗高的原因并作出改进。利用AMESim仿真软件搭建了起升机构的仿真模型,介绍了其中主要元件的数学模型,最后对起升工况进行了仿真模拟,得出在定量泵和变量泵下产生的不同的发动机输出功率,由此可以得出变量泵对降低油耗所起的作用。

Analysis of the Energy Consumption for Truck Crane Hoisting Mechanism Based on the AMESim

AbstractFor truck crane hoisting mechanism is analyzed, and find out the reasons of high fuel consumption and make improvement. Using AMESim simulation software to build the simulation model of lifting mechanism, this paper introduces the main components of the mathematical model, finally, the simulation for hoisting working condition, it is concluded that in quantitative pump and variable pump under different engine power output, which can reflect the role of the variable pump to reduce fuel consumption.

  要:为了解决石油测井仪器耐高温高压电连接问题,设计了承压接头连接仪器的探头短节和电子线路短节,该承压接头提供了有效的电连接通道,承压接头主要由接头体构成,对接头体进行了强度分析和试验测试,结果满足要求。该设计已成功应用于感应测井仪器和声波测井仪器。

AbstractIn order to solve the problems of oil well logging instruments of high temperature and high pressure resistant electrical connection, the pressure connector was designed. The pressure connector connects the probe part and the electronic cartridge, providing an effective electrical connection channel. The pressure connector mainly consists of the connector body. Strength analysis and experiments were made on the pressure connector, and the results meet the requirements. The design has been applied to induction logging and acoustic logging instrument successfully

  要:以兆瓦级风力发电机液压偏航系统为研究对象,介绍了液压偏航系统的结构、组成及原理。针对现有的兆瓦级风力发电机液压偏航制动系统存在的压力上升速度快,液压系统冲击较大、稳定性差的问题,提出蓄能器配合阻尼孔的解决方案,采用AMESim软件建立了液压系统模型和改进后的模型,分析改进前后制动液压缸的压力和位移输出曲线,验证了改进后的系统的合理性。

AbstractTaked the hydraulic yaw brake system of megawatt wind turbine as the research object,introduced the structure, composition and principle of it.For the existing megawatt wind turbine yaw brake hydraulic system has the problem of pressure rises quickly,for the existing of the MW class wind turbine yaw brake hydraulic system pressure rises quickly, the large impact of  hydraulic system, poor stability,proposed the solution energy storage with damping holes,used AMESim software to establish of the model of the hydraulic system and the improved model, analysised the pressure and displacement curve of the brake hydraulic cylinder before and after the improvement,to verify the rationality of the improved system.

电子束扫描45钢表面合金化处理的研究

   要:电子束表面合金化处理可以提高材料的表面硬度、改善其性能。研究电子束扫描合金化处理对45钢表面层组织的影响;探讨添加不同粉末电子束扫描合金化处理对45钢表面硬度的影响;探讨添加不同粉末电子束扫描合金化处理对45钢表面耐磨性能的影响。采用扫描电镜分析强化层的显微组织,用显微硬度计进行硬度测试,用磨损试验机测试其耐磨性能。结果表明,45钢经电子束扫描合金化处理后,组织可以分为合金化层、热影响区和基体三个部分,其中合金化层又包括熔化区和稀释区。熔化区的组织呈多边形块状,为过饱和奥氏体树枝晶组织,晶界上有网状碳化物;在稀释区形成了多种强化相。试样表面的硬度大大提高,试样表面的耐磨性能提高近1012倍。

Research on the Surface Alloying Processing of 45 Steel During Electron Beam Scanning

AbstractThe surface hardness and properties of materials were both improved by means of electron beam surface alloying processing. It was studied in this work that the influence of electron-beam scanning alloying processing on the surface layer organization of 45stell and the influence of electron-beam scanning alloying processing on the surface hardness of 45 steel by adding different powers. The influence of electron-beam scanning alloying processing by adding different powers on the surface wear-resisting performance of 45 steel also was studied in this work. The microstructure of strengthening layer was analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy. The hardness was tested by using micro hardness tester and the wear-resisting performance was tested by using wear testing machine. The experimental results showed that the microstructure of 45 steel can be divided into three zones: the alloying layer; the heat affect zone; the substrate after electron beam surface alloying processing. The melting zone and the dilute zone are included in alloying layer. The microstructure of fusion zone is polygon block. It is supersaturated austenitic dendrites microstructure and there is network carbide in the grain boundary. Varieties of strengthening phase were formed in the dilution zone. The hardness of the sample surface was greatly increased and the wear-resisting performance of the sample surface was increased nearly 10 to 12 times.

  要:利用ISO 6358-12013)变压法,通过测试,计算出气动消声器(以下简称消声器)的临界压力比b值在0.070.5范围内。该文指出,这个结论是错误的。原因是,对吸声材料是塑料纤维的消声器来说,在较高使用压力作用下,消声器材料会发生一定变形,导致声速流导C值变大。按此C值用变压法计算出的临界压力比b值会很低,甚至可能为负值。该文提出,使用作图法,可简便测出消声器的临界压力比b值和临界流态下的有效截面积S值(相当于声速流导C值),且测出值可信。

AbstractThe use of ISO 6358-1 (2013) method for variable upstream pressure test, through the test, the calculation of the pneumatic silencer (hereinafter referred to as the silencer) of critical back-pressure ratio b value in the range of 0.07 to 0.5. This paper points out, this conclusion is wrong. The reason is that sound absorption material is plastic fiber silencer , in the use of higher pressure,silencer will happen some material deformation, resulting in sonic conductance C value becomes larger. According to the C value of critical back-pressure ratio is calculated by method for variable upstream pressure test,of the b value will be very low, even may be negative. In this paper, the use of mapping method can be conveniently measured critical back- pressure ratio b value of silencer and effective area S value under the critical flow (corresponding to sonic conductance C value), and measured value is creditable.

   要:无论正流量还是负流量控制,皆是以内燃发动机(以下简称发动机)驱动的行走类工程机械液压系统之节能为目的。而节能中其关键点还是在围绕着发动机的输出功率和工程机械实际使用功率的匹配。进入2014年中国的行走机械进入欧IV标准阶段,这也标志着发动机控制系统进入了更为精确控制的阶段。CAN总线技术在发动机上的成熟应用,为液压系统的总线升级打下了良好的基础。该文正是在这种的背景下,论述了真正意义上的正流量控制,是要求液压的控制系统,对于发动机和液压负载时时精确匹配来达到能量的最小损失。而这一过程的控制正是CAN总线技术的强项所在。

The key aspect of energy-saving is to match output power of motor with service power of construction machines. China is entering into the stage of IV emission standard, which marked more precise control of motor. CAN-Bus technology’s mature application in motor lays a good foundation for hydraulic system’s bus updating.  In this circumstance, this paper discussed the strength of CAN-Bus technology, which achieves minimum energy loss by constantly matching motor with hydraulic load.

AbstractA brief review of the technical requirement and development trend of marine pump is presented. The application of the reciprocating pump driven by linear motor on the ship is introduced, and the comparison analysis has been conducted with conventional pump. This research expounds the advantages of reciprocating water pump driven by linear motor from vibration noise, structure, intelligent control and so on. This will provide a guidance for the improving design of marine pump. It can be seen that the reciprocating water pump driven by linear motor has a broad application prospect.
