液压传动技术在电力系统中的应用及展望

  要:简述了电力系统的构成及其功能,介绍了油压传动技术在电力系统中一些成功应用的实例,包括汽轮发电机组的油润滑系统及数字电液控制系统、大型电力变压器的排油注氮消防系统等。展望了水压传动技术在电力系统中的应用可能性,包括发电环节的抗燃油替代、输电环节的输电线路山火水基型扑救、变电环节的变压器水压消防、配电环节的电力电缆敷设区域细水雾灭火,以及用电环节的重要电力场所水消防隔幕等。

Application and Perspective of Hydraulic Technology in Electric Power System

AbstractComposition and function of electric power system is briefly described, Examples of oil hydraulic applied to electric power system successfully which includes lubrication system of turbine generator, digital electro-hydraulic control system of turbine generator, oil evacuation and nitrogen injection equipment of transformer etc. are introduced.  A vision of application probability of water hydraulic in all the procedures of electric power system is carried, which consist of substitute for fire-resistant oil during generation, water-based transmission line forest fire extinguishing during transmission, transformer fire-fighting during transformation, water-mist fire put-out of electric cable during distribution, and water curtain of major electric sites during consumption.

关于电液伺服阀感生电势的研究

   要:为降低液压系统报故,文章从电液伺服阀层面对电液伺服阀产生的感生电势进行了研究,分析了电液伺服阀感生电势的产生机理和各种影响因素,并结合电液伺服阀结构原理进行了试验验证。结果表明,改变这些影响因素可以控制感生电势的大小,但部分因素对感生电势的影响呈现不规律性。

The Study about the Induced Electromotive Force of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve

AbstractIn order to reduce the warnings of the hydraulic system, the article studied the induced electromotive force which is produced by electro-hydraulic servo valve from the aspects of electro-hydraulic servo valve, the mechanism and various influence factors of the induced electromotive force are analyzed and experimentally verified combined with the structure and principle of electro-hydraulic servo valve. The results show that we can control the numerical value of the induced electromotive force through change these influence factors,but the influence of several factors on the induced electromotive force show no regularity.

  要:目前,有关资料对外啮合齿轮泵工作原理的表述是不全面和较模糊的。通过吸油、输油、排油三个过程对完整的外啮合齿轮泵工作原理进行详尽分析,总结出吸、排油腔的容积变化规律,并说明了这种容积变化不会影响到吸、排油腔的油压变化。

Study on Working Principle of an External Gear Pump

Abstract: At present, the domestic expression of working principle of an external gear pump is partial and fuzzy. Based on the analysis of the working principle by drawing, transporting and pressuring in detail, this paper summarizes the volume variation of oil drawing cavity and oil pressuring cavity, and gives an explanation that the volume variation will not affects pressure changing in the two cavities.

Application Research on Reclaimer Hydraulic System with the

Variable Displacement Volume Control Mode

AbstractAccording to the requirements , a hydraulic system with the variable displacement volume control mode was developed to replace the original iron ore stacker reclaimer system. More than ten years, six sets of equipment have been reformed in famous domestic steel mills.It has been continuous improvement in terms of operating performance, control features and energy saving etc and obtained remarkable achievement.Further simulation studies show, the variable displacement volume control mode and variable speed control mode which was currently popular have their pros and cons. Further simulation studies show: dynamic characteristics of the new system meet operational requirements to the reliability, controllability and stability.

基于AMESim的风力发电机液压偏航驱动系统的研究

AbstractAiming at wind turbine yaw was drived by a hydraulic motor instead of motor,We designed the hydraulic yaw drive system. Through theoretical analysis established the basic equation of valve controlled motor system and AMESim model,did the simulation of the model,studied on the relationship between start and stop characteristic and the load torque and inertia of the hydraulic drive motor.

水润滑下不锈钢表面固氮与聚醚醚酮的摩擦学特性研究

  要:运用低压固氮技术对马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢进行了表面改性,在MCF-10摩擦磨损试验机上考察了马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢低压固氮涂层与聚醚醚酮在水润滑下的摩擦学特性。通过对磨损率、摩擦系数等摩擦磨损数据及试件表面形貌的分析,得到其磨损机理,并探讨了此种材料配对在低噪声回水阀上的应用。研究结果表明,低压固氮后能够改善马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢与聚醚醚酮配对摩擦副的减摩特性,可应用于回水阀的阀芯及阀座,有效提高回水阀的工作寿命。

AbstractThemartensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel has been surface modified bylow pressurenitrogen fixationtechnology.The tribological properties of the low pressure nitrogen fixation coating on martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel and polyetheretherketone (PEEK) have been studied at aMCF-10friction and wear tester. The wear mechanism has been obtained by analyzing the friction and wear data such as wear rate and friction coefficient, and the surface morphology of the specimens have also been studied.The application of this material combination in the low noise return valve was discussed. The research results show that thelow pressure nitrogen fixation technology could effectively improve the antifriction properties of martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel and PEEK. This material combination could be applied in the seat and spool of the return valveand the working life of the valve could be improved effectively.

基于AMESimLabVIEW的比例阀静态特性仿真研究

  要:比例阀是液压比例控制系统的重要元件,直接影响其系统的控制性能。为更好的了解比例阀的性能,该文提出利用AMESimLabVIEW构建比例阀静态特性联合仿真测试平台,对比例阀的静态特性进行仿真研究,实现比例阀性能仿真测试平台的智能化与可视化。仿真得到的3个静态特性曲线与国标给出的特性曲线相一致,证明仿真测试系统具有很好的可靠性,对比例阀性能测试系统的开发具有指导意义。

AbstractProportional valve is a key component in hydraulic control system, which directly affect the performance of the control system. In order to have a better understanding of the characteristics of proportional valve, the co-simulation testing platform is proposed based on AMESim and LabVIEW for the testing of the proportional valve static performance, to achieve intelligent and visualization of the testing system. Three static characteristic curves of the proportional valve obtained by simulation platform which  are consistent with characteristic curves given by national standard, it shows that the simulation result is reliable, which contributes to the development for proportional valve performance testing system.

调速型液力偶合器微型电控单元设计

  要:以调速型液力偶合器为研究对象,根据其工作特点设计一套用于液力偶合器自动化控制的微型电控单元。该文采用FPGA可编程逻辑控制芯片,部署外围电路。完成调速型液力偶合器对油温、油压以及泵轮和涡轮速度的检测、自动控制偶合器的输出转速设计。硬件电路包括信号采集模块、信号处理模块以及驱动外部设备控制模块。采用PID调节技术,控制参数的超调量小、响应速度快、准确。

AbstractWith variable speed hydraulic coupling for the study, according to the characteristics of their work to design a miniature electronic control unit for hydraulic coupling automation control. In this paper, using the FPGA programmable logic controller chip to deploy peripheral circuits. Completed the detection of the variable speed hydraulic coupling on oil well pump and turbine speed, automatic control design. Hardware circuit comprises a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, and a driving external device control module. The PID regulation technology has the characteristics of small overshoot on the speed and temperature, fast response and accurate.

  要:为了提高MJ-120型流量计的计量准确度,根据该流量计的工作原理,首先从理论上推导了流量计瞬时流量的计算公式,通过AMESim软件建立了MJ-120型流量计的仿真模型,对不同参数进行批处理,分析流量计的压力—流量特性以及性能参数和结构参数对其输出流量的影响,这对MJ-120型流量计的性能研究具有一定的参考价值,为提高流量计的计量准确度提供了新思路。

Abstract In order to improve the metering accuracy of MJ-120 type flowmeter

according to the working principle of the flowmeter, first of all, it deduced the calculation formulas of instantaneous flow rate of the flowmeter itheoretically. Through AMESim software established the simulation model of the MJ-120 type flowmeter,using different parameters to carry on the batch and analyze the pressure flow characteristics of the flow meter and performance parameters and structure parameters influence on the output flow rate, the study on the performance of the MJ - 120 type flowmeter has a certain reference value in order to improve the accuracy of measuring meter this study provides a new way of thinking.

重载平台调平方法的联合仿真研究

  要:调平是重载平台应用中的一项关键技术,文章设计了重载平台的调平方案,分析了最高点不动的“追逐式”调平法的原理。针对调平过程的控制难点,将PID与模糊控制相结合,采用模糊自适应PID控制器控制调平过程。运用AMESimSimulink建立了重载平台调平的模型,完成了调平过程的联合仿真。仿真结果表明:最高点不动的“追逐式”调平法适合于重载平台调平,模糊自适应PID控制器的精度高。

AbstractLeveling is a critical technology in heavy load platform application. Leveling scheme is designed for heavy load platform and the principle is analyzed about the highest point not moving "chasing style" leveling method. PID and fuzzy control are connected in view of the difficulty in leveling control process. Fuzzy adaptive PID controller is employed in leveling control process. The leveling model of heavy load platform is established with AMESim and Simulink. United simulation of leveling process is completed. Simulation results demonstrate that the highest point not moving "chasing style" leveling method is suitable for heavy load platform leveling. Fuzzy adaptive PID controller has high precision.

高速动车组制动系统用中继阀改型设计分析

   要:为改善高速列车制动系统中出现的BC压力较大时压力波动的现象,避免AC压力和BC压力特性曲线交叉现象,开展中继阀优化设计,提高中继阀的跟随性和稳定性。通过设计计算,利用AMESim软件进行仿真分析以及实物试验对比验证分析,得出改变中继阀AC腔的作用面积和节流孔孔径可以提高中继阀动态性能。同时,为气动阀类产品的设计优化提供指导意义。

AbstractIn order to improve the pressure surge of brake system and the characteristic curve between AC pressure and BC pressure when brake pressure is high, this paper proposes that relay valve are redesigned and developed for its fast dynamic response and stability. Reducing effective action area and changing throttle hole diameter are introduced to improve the dynamic performance by   designing calculationutilizing AMESim simulation software and testing verification. It aslso contributes to the new design and optimization of pneumatic valve.

轴向柱塞泵柱形与锥形缸体的对比分析

  要:根据柱塞运动特点,针对不同结构型式,从轴向柱塞泵的几何排量、结构尺寸、配流副和辅助吸油压力等方面对柱形缸体和锥形缸体展开研究。以我公司开发的某型柱塞泵为例进行计算分析,结果表明,与柱形缸体相比,锥形缸体可以使几何排量增加1.27mL;缸体最大径向尺寸减小0.65%;配流副磨损量减少8%;最大转速提高为1.1倍;辅助吸油能力最多提高0.26MPa

Comparison and Analysis of Cylindrical and Conical

Cylinder Block for Axial Piston Pump

AbstractAccording to the plunger motion characteristics, from the geometric displacement, the structure size, port pair and auxiliary oil absorption of axial piston pump, the different structure types of cylinder and conical cylinder block were researched. Take the axial piston pump which was developed by our company as the calculation and analysis object, the results showed that compared with the cylindrical cylinder, conical cylinder block can make geometric displacement increased 1.27mL; cylinder maximum radial size decreased by 0.65%; port pair wear was reduced by 8%; the maximum speed increased by 1.1 times; the auxiliary oil absorption pressure increased by 0.26MPa.

基于层次分析法综合评价液压油的性能

   要:液压油的性能优劣直接影响设备能否长期、稳定、安全的运行,目前评价液压油性能的指标较多,简单的对比单个指标的优劣不能合理地反应液压油的整体品质,该文以注塑机用液压油为例,采用层次分析法,综合对比液压油的性能指标。依据层次分析法确定各性能指标的权重系数,并建立综合评价模型。通过计算验证该模型的可信度,结果表明:模型满足检验要求,计算结果可信。

Comprehensive Estimation the Hydraulic Oil of Performance Based on AHP

AbstractThe hydraulic equipment operating stably and safely for a long term was influenced directly and seriously by the performance of hydraulic oil. There were many kinds of index for evaluation performance of hydraulic oil, and the simple comparison of single index was general method to appraise and get the best product, which could not be comprehensive, objective and reasonable. In this paper, taking application hydraulic oil for injection molding machines for example, the analytic hierarchy process was used to comparing of the performance index of hydraulic oil comprehensively. And then based on the AHP, the weight coefficient of each performance index was determined, and the comprehensive evaluation model was established. The result of the consistency test of the model showed than it met the requirements with the higher credibility.

关于电焊机伸缩式气缸的设计探讨

  要:电焊机是现代工业重要的工艺装备,已广泛应用于冶金、建筑、机械、汽车、轻工、电力等不同领域。然而爬墙式电焊机在作业过程中意外断电时,从空坠落,造成严重不安全事故。该文第二代移动升降式电焊机采用多级伸缩式气缸作为升降系统,可对高为04.5m的三维空间结构实施焊接, 从根本上解决了第一代爬墙式电焊机作业过程中不安全的弊端。此外,对气缸进行计算、校核工作过程分析以及防尘结构的创新设计,提高了升降式电焊机的可靠性和使用寿命,从而保证了电焊机安全、高效的工作。

AbstractElectric welder is one of the most important technological devices in modern industry and has been applied in diverse kinds of fields including metallurgy, construction, machinery, automobile, light industry, electric power etc. However, electric welder with climbing type will fall and lead to serious security incidents when interrpution of power supply occur. In this paper, electric welder with elevator type, the second generation welder using multi-telescopic cylinder as the lifting system, can safely accomplish welding in three-dimensional space with the height ranging from 0 to 4.5 metre and avoids the deffects appearing in electric welder with climbing type radically. Moreover, computation, verification and creative design in dustproof structure can enhance the reliability and lifetime in electric welder with elevator type in order that safety and high efficiency enssured in electric welder work.

大功率液压系统油源的节能设计与蓄能器的应用

   要:节能设计是目前大功率液压系统油源设计的重点。该文介绍了一套高压、大流量液压系统油源将装机功率由1100kW降低到440kW的节能设计,该油源由4160mL/r泵机组和36100L蓄能器组成,包含有比例溢流阀的调压回路、恒压变量泵的调压回路和溢流阀的卸压回路,完成了全流量工作时蓄能器群组的快速大流量补油和待机时的小功率保压,实现了液压系统的节能目的。在此基础上,介绍了蓄能器的参数设计,分析了液压系统启、停时大规模蓄能器群组对系统压力的影响。

AbstractAt present,the design applied in saving energy is important in hydraulic power unit of high-power hydraulic system.This paper reviews a saving engrgy design applied in a high-power hydraulic system.The system input power debased from 110kW to 440kW.The unit make up of 4 pumps and 36 accumulators,including adjustable pressure circuit and uninstall circuit.In full flow rate working time,all accumulators can quickly compersate lacking liquid.In waiting time,the system input power is very small ,but the pressure is same.On this bisis, the paper reviews the design parameters of accumulator, and the analysis of system pressure when hydraulic system with large-scale accumulators start and stop.
