  要:当前,中国在二通插装阀控制技术及其应用上已取得重大发展和进步。“MINISO CV”是通过对现有采用ISO7368/DIN24342/GB2877NG16/25/32规格盖板式二通插装阀产品先导控制、法兰控制盖板、座阀主级和插装式连接等多个层面进行重组和创新,而形成的新一代合理化、小型化和紧凑化盖板式二通插装阀专利产品族。“MINISO CV创新”是基于“MINISO CV”,从全局上构建具有新一代模块化、可配组、开放式和集成化的回路级和系统级解决方案特征的创新的“MHVS)”专利产品族和平台。旨在快速扩大中国在二通插装阀已有的技术潜力和竞争优势,实现在包括中小功率和流量控制应用范围内的工业液压[IH]和移动液压[MH]领域中兼用,这是一项对现有液压控制技术和产品族尝试整体性改革和完善的自主创新努力,具有挑战性和可持续性。目前已取得较好进展并受到广泛关注。

AbstractThe application of two-way cartridge valve technology has made great progress in China. MINISO CVcompact two-way cartridge valve is shaping a new generation of patented two-way cartridge valve, which is more reasonable, smaller, and compacter. It is a process of recombination and innovation based on that complying with ISO7368/DIN24342/GB2877 NG16/25/32, which is predominant in the market now. “MINISO CV Innovation” is based on MINISO CV, aimed at providing a systematical and whole solution in accordance with modularization, configuration, open-designed interface and integration. It is also purposed by enlarging the competitiveness and technological advantages which have been obtained by China, ensuring it is compatible in both industrial hydraulics [IH]and mobile hydraulics [MH]with the range of small and medium power and flow. It is a structural reform and self-initiated innovation, so it is challengeable and sustainable. This technology has made a good progress and attracted a lot of people.

液压脉动滤波技术研究

  要:液压脉动滤波技术是近年来液压传动应用领域的研究热点,以滤波自适应性、衰减频带、衰减性能、滤波器结构复杂性为评价指标,分析比较了当前常用的三类液压脉冲滤波技术:阻性滤波、抗性滤波和有源滤波,在此基础上提出两种有发展前景的新型滤波方法:基于听觉行波学说的仿耳蜗基底膜结构滤波和基于纳米技术的多孔硅胶胶体结构滤波,阐述了其工作机理和技术难点,展望了液压脉动滤波技术的研究方向和重点,以期为后续研究者发掘新的研究方法与途径提供参考。

Study on Hydraulic Pulsation Filtering Technology

AbstractHydraulic pulsation filter technology is a hot research of hydraulic drive applications in recent years. Adaptive filtering, attenuation band, attenuation performance and the complexity of the filter structure were parameter in the assessment of filter. Analysis and comparison of three types of hydraulic pulse filtering techniques were given: dissipative filtering, resistance filtering, active filtering. Then two kinds of new promising filtering methods were proposed: bionic cochlear basilar membrane structure filtering based on auditory traveling wave theory and porous silica colloid structure filtering based on Nanotechnology. Their work mechanism and technical difficulties were described. The future research directions and priorities of hydraulic pulsation filtering technology were analyzed. This work provides reference for future researchers to explore new methods and approaches.

基于NX的轴向柱塞泵/马达缸体组件的有限元仿真

  要:基于NX软件,对轴向柱塞泵和马达的缸体组件建立统一的有限元模型进行了结构仿真。通过计算得到了各摩擦副的接触应力以及零件的变形和应力分布等,分析了相关参数对轴向柱塞泵和马达工作状况的影响,说明了造成缸体组件故障的主要原因。对计算结果的分析和讨论表明了本方法的有效性,可以作为轴向柱塞泵和马达设计和优化的参考依据。

FEM Simulation of Axial Piston Pump/Motor Cylinder Assembly Based on NX Software

AbstractBased on the NX software, a unified finite element model of the cylinder assembly of axial piston pump and motor was built and analyzed for structural simulation. The results of contact pressure in friction pairs, as well as the deformation and stress distribution of each part were obtained by the calculation. The influences of related parameters on the axial piston pump and motor during their working processes, which can some extent explain the main causes of the cylinder component failures, were discussed according to the results. The analysis and discussion of the calculation results showed that this method is effective and can be used as a reference in the design and optimization of the axial piston pump and motor.

基于CFD的液压挖掘机负载敏感多路阀

流道改进优化分析

  要:该文结合具体的生产实际,采用数值模拟分析与理论分析相结合的研究方法,对液压挖掘机的负载敏感多路阀的流道流场进行分析研究。通过对仿真得到的压力场进行比分析,找出其结构缺陷,进而对其结构进行了优化,能有效改善其流量特性、提高抗阻塞性、减少阀内静压力和阀口气穴产生的几率,以满足主机的控制要求。

AbstractIn this paper, combining with specific production,combining the numerical simulation analysis and the theoretical analysis to research the load sensitive multi-way valves channels flow field in a hydraulic excavator. Based on the pressure field,finding out the structure defects,then the structure is optimized,to improve its flow characteristic and the resistance obstructive,reduce static pressure in the valve and ,the Valve port’s air pockets,to satisfy the requirement of the host control.

AbstractThis paper established the simulation model according to the wing-sail slewing hydraulic system based on AMESim. For the common malfunctions in hydraulic system, it analyzed the malfunctions in the model respectively and obtained the operating parameters of hydraulic system. Which laid a foundation for the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system, and provides a reference for the fault analysis of other hydraulic systems.

  要:该文针对传统的数字液压作动器机械反馈形式的频响低、无法自动调节增益等问题,设计了一种基于增量式数字阀的数字液压作动器,通过其核心元件DSP对步进电机进行控制,以实现数字阀阀芯开度的精确控制。从而实现对液压执行机构的精确位移控制;并利用安装在液压作动器上的光电编码器进行闭环位置反馈,从而进一步提高控制精度和频响特性。

Design and Control Strategy Study of Hydraulic Actuator with Incremental Digital Valve

AbstractAccording to the faults of the traditional hydraulic actuators that it has low frequency responses and cant provide effective compensation to its non-linear part. And, its mechanic feedbacks cant adjust its gains automatically. In this article, we have designed a new type of hydraulic actuator which is composed of incremental digital valve, hydraulic cylinder and photo-electric decoder. By controlling the step-motor of the digital valve, we can make the valve core open or close and in order to let the cylinder move precisely. As a result, both the controlling precision and the response frequency are improved.

  要:设计了一台蜗轮蜗杆升降机的预磨合装置,该装置采用气缸做为可变负载,实现了不同规格蜗轮蜗杆升降机的预磨合处理,通过合理的气路设计实现了气缸反向稳定负载输出,气缸负载的设计简化了装置的结构,并使装置操作和运行更简洁方便,同时配合相应的电路控制,实现了设备的自动运行。该装置结构简单、动作可靠、装卸方便,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。

液压系统伺服比例阀数字控制技术研究

要:介绍了液压系统中伺服比例阀的功能及特性,对几种常用的比例阀数字控制芯片进行了分析和对比,采用了基于ARM内核LPC1112处理器和TLE7242控制芯片的硬件设计方案,进行了电路设计及驱动软件设计,完成对比例电磁铁的数字控制和精密控制,进一步提高了液压系统的智能化程度。

电液比例泵控马达系统辨识及实验分析研究

  要:随着电液比例控制技术和泵控马达系统的应用的迅速发展,为了使液压系统能够满足生产过程对系统性能的更高要求,必须提高液压系统的响应特性及工作可靠性,而建立系统的精确模型则是进一步改进和完善系统设计的基础。利用长安大学电液比例压力——流量控制实验台上进行的所得实验数据、结合Matlab软件、运用ARMAX模型辨识方法对电液比例泵控马达系统进行了实验辨识,并对系统施加控制策略进行了仿真分析。

AbstractWith the rapid development of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology applications and pump motor control system, hydraulic system in order to make the production process to meet the higher demands on system performance, the need to improve the response characteristics of the hydraulic system and reliability, and the establishment of the system accurate model is the foundation to further improve and perfect the system design. Chang'an University using electro-hydraulic proportional pressure - flow control experiment bench resulting experimental data, combined with Matlab software, using ARMAX model identification method for electro-hydraulic proportional pump controlled motor system conducted experiments to identify, and the system has been applied to the control strategy simulation.

  要:设计了一种气压驱动式的多自由机械手,该机械手具有旋转、升降、伸缩以及松夹四个自由度,针对自由度的运动工作过程,借助FLUIDSIM软件对其回路进行仿真设计,同时通过编写PLC梯形图方式实现对四自由度动作的顺序化控制。文中详细介绍了机械手各自由度的工作过程、气压回路FLUIDSIM仿真过程以及PLC动作顺序控制过程,仿真结果验证了所设计回路的正确性,控制过程揭示了控制方法的有效性。

  要:采用故障树法分析混凝土泵车泵送液压系统的失效状况,建立了失效的故障树。通过对故障树的定性分析,得到最小割集。通过定量分析计算出顶事件发生的概率及底事件发生的重要度。用层次分析法和故障频率相结合的方法评估出底事件发生概率的模糊性。参考定性分析和定量分析结果,制定出混凝土泵车泵送液压系统故障的预防措施。

AbstractApplying the fault tree analysis to hydraulic pumping system of concrete pump truck, the fault tree failure model is set up.  Through the qualitative analysis of the fault tree, the minimum cuts are obtained. With the quantitative analysis, we calculate the top event probability and the importance degree of bottom event occurrence.  Combining analytic hierarchy with fault frequency of hydraulic pumping system, the fuzziness of assessment of bottom event probability is estimated. With reference to the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, we formulate the measures of preventing the concrete pump hydraulic system failure.

组合式半挂车特殊工况下的液压悬架性能研究

  要:对组合式半挂车特殊工况下的液压悬架性能进行研究,建立车辆的1/4模型建立车辆的动力学模型,利用控制阀芯位移的电流与液压缸输出力之间的传递函数,设计出对阀控液压缸进行位置控制的PID控制器,以满足特殊工况下的车辆运行的稳定性。在Matlab/simulink仿真环境中建立相应的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:在特殊路面下液压悬架可以实现位置调节来适应路面情况,以保证载货平台的水平。

Performance Study on Hydraulic Suspension of Assembled Semi-trailer in Special Conditions

AbstractFor the research of assembled semi-trailer hydraulic suspensions performance on a special conditions, a 1/4 vehicle dynamic model was developed. In the same time, Based on the a mathematic relationship between the force that the cylinder produced and the current which control the displacement of the spool, a PID controller for controlling the position of the cylinder was designed to meet the needs of stability when the semi-trailer travels on the slope road. The simulation model was built also by means of the software Matlab/simulink. The result indicated that the hydraulic suspension can ensure the levelness of its loading platform by adjusting its position when the semi-trailer travels on the slope road.

AbstractThis paper develops a set of water pressure testing device, which uses pure water as pressure transmitting medium, a standard digital pressure gauge and pressure gauge pressure is detected in the same hydraulic highly acceptable pressure transmission medium, the output standard of comparison and test pressure gauge, measured the pressure seal, results show that: tightness testing device of water medium pressure gauge in accordance with standard requirements.

压紧环唇形密封圈优化设计研究

  要:为了提高盾构机主轴承密封圈的密封性能,建立主轴承密封圈优化设计流程,利用ANSYS Workbench分析研究压紧环唇形密封圈结构尺寸对其密封性能的影响,结果发现压紧环的直径、密封圈唇口的倾斜角度和密封圈的高度对其密封性能影响较大,结合这些参数,对压紧环唇形密封圈进行优化设计,优化分析的结果大幅提高了密封圈的密封性能,为盾构主轴承密封圈的设计选型提供了参考。

The Research on Optimization Design of Lip Seal with Hold-down Ring

AbstractIn order to improve the sealing performance of shield machine main bearing seals, the author establishes the optimization design process of main bearing seals, analyzes and researches the effects between structure size of lip seal with clamping ring and its seal performance with ANSYS Workbench. Finds that the diameter of the clamping ring, the tilt angle and height of the lip seal have influences on its sealing performance. Optimizes the lip seal with these parameters, the optimization analysis significantly improves the lip seal’s sealing performance and provides references for main bearing seal’ designing and selection of shield machine.

关于液压缸内泄漏的原因分析及理论研究

  要:液压缸是液压系统的重要组成部分,是其主要的执行元件之一,因其结构简单,工作可靠,在现代化大型机械系统中得到了非常广泛的应用。而对于液压缸来说,其质量的好坏又直接影响着整机的工作效率,同时内泄漏又是其最突出的质量问题,至今仍没有得到很好的解决,因此该文将针对液压缸内泄漏问题,从泄漏原因、理论计算两方面再结合间隙式活塞密封结构,进行分析与研究,并提出相应的措施。其思路和方法可以为分析其他类密封结构的液压缸提供一定的借鉴,同时也可以为液压缸的间隙设计和实际使用提供一定的参考依据。

AbstractThe hydraulic cylinder is an important part of the hydraulic system, is one of the main actuator.Because of its simple structurereliable work, in the modernization of large mechanical systems are widely used.As for hydraulic cylinder, its quality directly influences the working efficiency of the machine. At the same time internal leakage is the most outstanding quality problem, still has not been satisfactorily resolved.This paper aimed at the hydraulic cylinder internal leakage problems, from leakage reasons and the theoretical calculation ,combined gap piston seal structure, analysis and research, and put forward the corresponding measures.The train of thought and method for analysis of other types of seal structure of hydraulic cylinder to provide a reference, but also for the clearance of hydraulic cylinder design and the actual use of a reference.

骨架密封圈压入、脱出力测定方法的研究

  要:该文研究了一种骨架密封圈压入及脱出力的试验方法,测定方法是在一定的温度条件下,密封圈在带有测力装置的试验机的作用下,以一定的速度运动设定的位移以使密封圈压入腔体或从腔体中脱出,并得到位移-力曲线和最大力值。此方法规定了骨架密封圈压入、脱出力试验方法,适应于内包骨架、外露骨架及装配式骨架密封圈压入、脱出力的性能评价。

AbstractThis article studies the testing method for metal insert seal press-in load and release load, it is done under a certain temperature. The seal is installed into the testing machine with load device; to a certain speed set to make the seal pressed into the cavity or released from the cavity, and get the load curves and maximum load values. This theory covers the details at how to press in seals and how to release it, suitable to the load measurement for press-in and release of rubber-covered metal-insert seal, outer-metal seal, and metal-insert assembly seal.

高等级换热器管箱密封隔膜的应力分析及应用

  要:为给工程设计提供基础,通过解析式对管箱压力作用下圆平板隔膜和球面隔膜的薄膜应力、弯曲应力及总应力分别进行了分析,并结合案例进行了计算比较。结果表明,周边固支时,随着径向位置离开中心,圆平板隔膜上的弯曲应力从拉应力转变为压应力。无论球面隔膜上周边简支或固支,所有总应力是压应力,且径向总应力大于周向总应力。球面隔膜周边固支时,靠周边范围的应力水平较低且周向总应力与径向总应力接近,周边处弯曲应力为零。总体上可断定球面隔膜优越于圆平板隔膜。提出了关于隔膜结构的建议。

Stress Analysis and Application on Sealing Diaphragm of

Tubes Channel for High Grade Heat Exchanger

AbstractIn order to provide basement for engineering design, membrane stress, bend stress and synthesize stress of diaphragms under pressure of tube channel are analyzed by formulas, which include both of the circular flat-plate diaphragm and the spherical shape diaphragm. Calculation and compare of stresses are combined with case. The results are show that when perimeter of flat-plate diaphragm is fix support, its bend stress is from tension stress change into compress stress as radial far from diaphragm center. But no matter the perimeter of spherical shape diaphragm is fix support or simple support, all of the stress is always compress stress, and radial synthesize stress is always greater than circumferential synthesize stress. When perimeter of spherical shape diaphragm is fix support, stress lever nearby perimeter is low, radial synthesize stress is close to circumferential synthesize stress, and bend stress at perimeter is equal to zero. In a word, it is conclude that the spherical shape diaphragm is superior to the circular flat-plate diaphragm. Some points about diaphragm structure are suggested.

  要:针对航天管路系统中常用的球面密封结构,分析了其密封机理,讨论了密封面的损坏导致介质泄漏的原因。该文以管路系统中常用的37°以及60°球面密封接头为例,研制出相应的系列化锥形垫片。通过工程实践将锥形垫片成功应用于球面密封结构解决泄漏问题,说明了其工程实用价值。

The Study on Serialization of Conical Gasket with Orbicular Seal Structure

AbstractThe orbicular seal structure was commonly used in pipeline system of aerospace, its sealing mechanism was analyzed, and the cause of the leakage for the damaged sealing surface was discussed. Taking 37 degree and 60 degree orbicular seal joint used commonly in pipeline system as an example, a series of corresponding conical gaskets were developed. Through engineering practice that conical gasket had been successfully applied to solve the leakage problem of orbicular seal joint, it illustrated the practical value in engineering.
