真空发生器性能仿真与实验研究

   要:该文运用数值仿真与实验的方法研究了进口压力与出口压力对真空发生器性能的影响。结果表明,进口压力与出口压力对其真空度的影响较大,且存在一个最佳临界值使得其真空度最大。耗气量随着进口压力的增大而增大,但其随着出口压力的增大基本保持不变。

Simulation and Experimental Research on Characteristics of Vacuum Generator

AbstractThe paper researches on the influence of vacuum generator's characteristics in different inlet pressure and outlet pressure by using numerical simulation and experimental method. The result indicated that inlet pressure and outlet pressure have greatly effect on maximum vacuum., and have an optimal critical value at which maximum vacuum.is biggest. Gas consumption is increased by increasing the inlet pressure, but it remain unchanged by increasing the outlet pressure.

闭环电控变量柱塞泵的联合仿真分析

  要:为实现液压变量泵的闭环电控并提高其控制性能,研究基于高速开关阀和嵌入式控制器的闭环电控变量柱塞泵的工作机理及控制特性。建立了基于AMESim的液压仿真模型和基于LabVIEW的控制器,采用联合仿真的方法得到了闭环电控变量柱塞泵系统对压力、流量等动态输入信号的跟随响应曲线。结果表明闭环电控变量柱塞泵实现了液压泵的闭环变量控制,极大提高了液压变量泵的控制灵活性。

Study on the Electronic Servo Control Variable Displacement Pump Through Co-Simulation

AbstractThis paper studies the working principle and control performance of the electronic servo control variable displacement piston pump which is based on the high speed on/off valve and embedded controller by co-simulation technology. Hydraulic simulation model was established based on the AMESim and the controller was built in LabVIEW. The response curses of the input pressure, flow and power signal show that the electronic servo control variable displacement piston pump studied in this paper realizes the closed-loop control of the hydraulic pump, and improves the control flexibility greatly.

超大超薄柔性面板测量机气动系统设计

  要:针对超大超薄柔性面板生产并线的机器视觉测量工艺需求,提出了一种机械臂协同操控的气动系统功能设计方案;研究应用了气动系统的隔离分组优化方法,实现了系统对大小面板切换的自适应柔性化控制需求;在此基础上,设计了系统工作原理和控制逻辑流程,对系统关键控制指标进行了参数计算;并研究提出了操控过程中局部失效与故障情况下的系统安全控制方式。最后通过原型机的工况仿真测试试验,验证了气动系统的工艺功能与安全可靠性。

Pneumatic System Design for Ultra-thin Glass Panel Measuring Machine

AbstractDirected against the process requirements of Machine vision measurement for the Ultra-thin Glass Panel production, a set of pneumatic system was designed, which Cooperated mechanical arm of Ultra-thin glass panel measuring instrument. An adaptive flexibility control method to meet demand for panel size was proposed. On this basis, pneumatic system's operational principle and control logic process was worked out. The key parameters of system control were computed, and safety pattern was devised, under the condition that control system's part loses efficacy or hitches. Finally, after the prototype test, the process function and the safety reliability of the pneumatic system were verified.

新型双列柱塞泵设计研究与分析

   要:轴向柱塞泵作为液压设备的动力源,其性能的好坏直接影响整个液压系统。压力脉动系数是衡量轴向柱塞泵的重要性能指标。长期过高的脉动幅值将导致管路系统和液压元器件的振动和损坏。近年出现的新型双列柱塞泵利用柱塞列数的增加对系统进行二次变量,依靠内外两列柱塞的交叉排列使系统的压力脉动成倍下降。该论文在借鉴对现有轴向柱塞泵研究的基础上,根据新型双列泵的原理和特点,重点对新型双列柱塞泵进行了理论计算分析、主要零部件的设计和优化。

AbstractAs the power driver of the engineering plant hydraulic system, axial piston pump directly affect the performance of the overall hydraulic system. The ratio of pressure pulsation, as one of the most important performance indexes of piston pump, becomes increasingly vital to the stability and reliability of the system in the future high pressure system. It will lead to pipeline vibration and hydraulic components damage if the system is suffered from a long term over-load pressure pulsation. Therefore, how to effectively control the value of pressure pulsation is regarded as a challenge to high pressure system engineers up to now. In recent years, double-ring axial piston pump come into being. It can double reduce the range of pressure pulsation by adding two cross-arranged pistons according to secondary displacement change caused by increase the number of positions. Based on reference of research results of single-ring axial piston pump, and according to the operating principle and characteristics of newly-designed double-ring axial piston pump, the author conducted theoretical calculation and analysis, as well as design and optimization of key parts

粉末冶金模具气压浮动装置的设计与应用

   要:在粉末冶金压制中,为了获得压坯件密度的均匀,就是要解决压模设计中压坯件密度分布的均匀性。可采用凹模、芯杆和上模能和下模能相对移动的模具结构,也就是说采用浮动的模具结构装置。用气压浮动相当于弹簧和橡皮的浮动,浮动压力通过调定气压来进行,而且比弹簧和橡皮的浮动力稳定。与液体浮动力比较,密封简单而且清洁。

基于Bang-Bang控制模糊PID框架式液压机压边力控制研究

  要:框架式液压机压边力控制对产品的质量起到关键的作用。针对框架式液压机压边力对快速响应性、高精度性和强鲁棒性的控制要求,以1000吨框架式液压机液压垫为研究对象,结合了Bang-Bang控制响应速度快和模糊PID控制稳定的优点,建立了基于Bang-Bang模糊PID的智能控制系统。分别通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真与实际实验对智能控制系统进行验证,结果表明该算法较传统的PID算法静动态性能及抗干扰能力等指标都有很大改善。

AbstractBlank holding force control of framed hydraulic press machine is the key to product quality. For hydraulic cushion of 1000t framed hydraulic press machine, which combines fast response of Bang-Bang control and stability of fuzzy PID control, an intelligent control system based on Bang-Bang fuzzy PID was built to deal with it’s fast response, high Accuracy and strong robustness. The results of MATLAB/Simulink and actual experiment Indicate that static and dynamic performance and the anti-jamming ability of bang-based fuzzy PID have improved greatly than traditional PID.

   要:作为液压系统主要元件之一的液压缸,其内腔的清洁度如何,直接关系到产品的质量问题。而面对多样化、复杂化的各种非标产品,传统的清洗机已经无法满足我们的生产需求,针对这一情况设计开发了一种非标准化的新型清洗设备,它由PLC作中心控制,采用齿轮齿条传动往复输送,用于对长度超过8m的长缸缸筒内腔的清洗。

  要:冶金工厂配套的液压系统往往需要配备独立的循环过滤冷却装置,对循环油泵流量的选择如何能够合理有效的配置,是保证系统介质工作温度高效控制及系统可靠稳定运行的一个重要环节。该文主要根据系统的发热及冷却散热功率推导出简便快捷计算循环油泵流量的公式,并对循环过滤冷却装置及主要元件配置的特点进行了论述,具体涉及了油箱有效容积、循环油泵安全阀、冷却水阀、循环过滤器等相关影响因素。

AbstractHydraulic system of metallurgical factories often require filtration cycle cooling device equipped with independent, how to recycle pump flow selection can be a reasonable and effective configuration which is an important link of guarantee system of medium and high working temperature control system that can be reliable and stable operation.According to heating and cooling power system derived convenient calculation of circulation pump flow formula which base on practical experience of circulation cooling device filtering characteristics and main component configuration are discussed, in particular to factors affecting effective volume of tank, circulating pump safety valve, cooling water valve loop filter, etc.

  要:该文总结当前动车组作业平台翻板的工作过程及控制原理,结合在实际使用中所产生的问题,对翻板的功能要求进行了系统地分析,对比当前使用中翻板的优缺点。并在此基础上,提出了采取双活塞带自由缓冲行程气缸驱动翻板的改进方法。经实践验证,此改进方法可以有效地解决当前翻板机构存在的问题。

AbstractThis paper summarizes the current working process and control principle of flip-board on CRH working platform, combining with the problems in actual use, the functional and performance of flip-board requirements were analyzed systematically. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current c flip-board . On this basis, double-piston with free buffer stroke air cylinder were applied on flip-board to improvement its performance. It is verified by practice that the improved method can  efficient make up the insufficient of the current flip-board.

   要:通过对苯酚丙酮车间PC-1A离心压缩机转子频繁出现振动值超标联锁停车故障进行系统分析,根据振动频谱图分析主要发生在工频,转子的平衡问题应该是振动的主要原因,并提出了合理的解决方法,改造后,压缩机实现了长周期运行,保证了机组正常开车运行,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

The Analysis on Vibration Fault of Centrifugal Compressor Rotor for the Phenol Device

AbstractThe vibration amplitude of rotor of centrifugal compressor in phenol-acetone workshop often exceeds the limit and causes the shutdown fault. In this paper, the reasons for this phenomenon are investigated through analyzing the vibration spectrums, and some reasonable solution is proposed. The balance problem of compressor rotor is the main reason and has been overcome. After modification, the compressor can run in a long term, the routine operation of the unit gets guaranteed, and good economic and social benefits are produced.

These reasons are low assembly efficiency and disqualified cleanness which can be solved through some improvement and controlling key points.
