基于FLUENT的喷嘴挡板式电-气压力伺服阀的数值计算和试验研究

摘 要:以一种单级喷嘴挡板式电-气压力伺服阀为研究对象,运用Fluent软件对其喷嘴挡板级内部流场进行数值计算,分析了不同喷嘴孔径大小对电-气压力伺服阀控制腔压力特性的影响,并结合试验对数值计算结果进行了验证,试验验证与数值计算结果较为一致,为喷嘴挡板式电-气压力伺服阀的工程设计提供了参考。

Abstract: Researching on a nozzle flapper electro-pneumatic pressure servo-valve, the numerical simulation of flow field inside the nozzle flapper is accomplished with FLUENT software, mainly analyze the influence of nozzle diameter on back-pressure. Experimental study is also provided and numerical simulation coincides with the experimental result, which can give references for the design of the nozzle flapper electro-pneumatic pressure servo-valve.

基于Motion/AMESim的某变载机构的建模与仿真分析

摘 要:某变载机构在运动过程中承受顺载和逆载工况且负载变化范围大,针对这一问题,该文利用LMS Virtual.Lab MotionAMESim进行联合仿真,首先利用LMS Virtual.Lab Motion建立变载机构的三维动力学模型,然后在AMESim中建立液压控制系统模型,最后再对系统进行联合仿真。设计控制方案,通过仿真分析,优化系统参数,为变载机构的运动试验奠定理论基础。

输送带接头试验机液压系统设计与仿真分析

摘 要:输送带接头试验机主要用于测量输送带机械接头动态寿命。该文介绍了输送带接头试验机研制过程中液压系统的设计及其工作原理,利用AMESim软件对液压系统加载和保压过程、机械接头的冲击作用对液压系统保压性能的影响进行了仿真分析,验证了液压自动张紧方案的可行性。

Abstract: The Conveyor belt jointstesting machine is mainly used for measuring mechanical joints dynamic life. This paper introduces the design and working principle of hydraulic system of the conveyor belt jointstesting machine in the process of development, and analyses the hydraulic system loading and packing processandthe impact of the mechanical joints effect on the properties of hydraulic system pressureby using AMEsim software, verifies the feasibility of hydraulic automatic tensioning scheme.

内圆磨床液压自动装卸机构的改进设计

摘 要:该文介绍内圆磨床经液压改装自动装卸料的一种机械手机构,具有摆动和轴向往复运动,这两个运动分别用两个油缸驱动。在自动装卸料的同时,采用了定向机构,确保主轴孔内的自动测量触头的使用,实现了自动加工循环的效果。

电液伺服机构用密封圈气压筛选试验技术研究

摘 要:装在电液伺服机构产品蓄能器活塞上的密封圈,既要保证蓄能器气体的密封性,又要保证液压油的密封性。密封圈在使用前应进行气压筛选,以剔除质量差的密封圈,保证蓄能器正常工作。该文针对气压筛选的全过程进行介绍,对气选后密封件的物理性能进行检测和分析,给出了比较合理的气压筛选试验的参数及气选后密封圈合格判定标准,供电液伺服机构工艺设计时参考。

Abstract: The seal assembly on the electro-hydraulic servo mechanism’s accumulator of piston, must assurance the accumulator gas tightness and hydraulic oil tightness. The seal should be to do the selection of air pressure experiment befor in use, and removel the quality defect seal, to assurance the accumulator’s operational condition. This arctile introduce the processe of the selection of air pressure, detection and analysis the seal’s physical properties, Obtained the parameter for the selection of air pressure experiment and the qualification determinant for seal after experiment, provide reference for electro-hydraulic servo mechanism process design.

主配压阀响应速度特性仿真研究

摘 要:该文利用液压仿真软件建立了水轮机调速系统主配压阀响应速度分析模型,并对搭叠量、控制活塞面积、阀芯阀套径向间隙对响应速度的影响进行了仿真研究。结果表明:主配压阀响应速度与搭叠量、控制活塞面积成反比,与阀芯阀套径向间隙成正比。最后指出在保证主配压阀静态特性的前提下,可通过减少搭叠量与控制活塞面积来提高其响应速度。

Simulation on the Response Speed of Main Distributing Valve

Abstract: The response speed model of main distributing valve of hydraulic turbine governor was established using hydraulic simulation software, and the influence of underlaparea of control pistonradial clearance of spool and valve sleeve were analyzed by simulation. The conclusions are drawn that the speed response is inverse proportional to underlap and area of control piston, while it is proportional to radial clearance of spool and valve sleeve. The response speed can be improved by reducing underlap and area of control piston under the premise of ensuring static characteristics.

射流管式电液伺服阀环境试验分析

摘 要:中船重工第七〇四研究所生产的射流管式电液伺服阀,具有高灵敏度、响应快、抗污染能力强等特点,已广泛应用于冶金、化工等领域的电液伺服控制系统。随着我国工业生产的快速发展,对伺服阀产品的质量和可靠性要求越来越高,因而对其工作稳定性的要求越来越高。该文从常规的环境试验项目对伺服阀的稳定性进行试验考核,验证了射流管式电液伺服阀在严酷环境下工作的稳定性。

Abstract: The electro hydraulic jet pipe servo valve is produced in the No.704 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.It is high sensitivity, fast response and strongly resisting pollution. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and other electro hydraulic servo control system. With the development of industry, the product requires good quality and more stable, which could increase the servo valve stability. All the environmental test of servo valve stability analysis, which verified the electro hydraulic jet pipe servo valve in the harsh environment of stability.

摘 要:利用AMESim软件对长管路液压系统的热特性进行了建模仿真研究,根据管路所处舱室的环境不同进行分段建模,分析比较了机翼区域不同风速对管路散热的影响,仿真所得结果为飞机液压系统管路布局提供了理论依据。

高速公路隧道翻车事故液压扶正仿真分析

摘 要:针对翻车这一高速公路隧道多发事故类型,该文设计了一种用于高速公路隧道翻车事故快速救援的液压扶正设备。在比较现有大吊车救援方法,对其经济效益和应用前景进行分析的基础上,详细阐述了其工作原理,最后利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了高速公路隧道翻车事故液压扶正设备仿真模型并进行仿真实验。借助扶正过程中千斤顶、液压泵、换向阀、溢流阀、油箱等液压扶正设备主要部件的相应变化曲线,仿真结果表明,该文设计的液压扶正设备相比大吊车救援方法操作简便、快速高效。

Abstract: As rollover accidents occur frequently in expressway tunnel, a hydraulic rectifying device for expressway rapid rescue is designed in this paper. On the basis of analysis of the economic benefits and application prospects in comparison to the existing large crane rescue method, the working principle of hydraulic rectifying device for expressway rapid rescue is elaborated, its simulation model is established and the simulation experiment is made using Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results show that, by means of the corresponding curve of main components, such as jack, hydraulic pump, directional valve, relief valve, oil tank, the hydraulic rectifying device designed in this paper compared a large crane rescue method is simple, fast and efficient for operation.

摘 要:一个液压系统在某处都会或多或少地产生一定的压降,但压降在某处是必须的,在某处是不必要的。很多液压系统故障的根本原因就是由压降没有合理解决引发的。通过该文的分析,提出合理的运用(压降必须处)﹑控制压降(压降不必要处)的方法,使液压系统设计更合理,减少液压系统故障率,提升液压系统有效效率。

Abstract: A hydraulic system somewhere will be more or less produce a certain pressure drop, but the pressure drop is necessary somewhere and it is unnecessary somewhere. The root causes of the many hydraulic system failures are triggered by the unreasonable pressure drop. Through the analysis in this paper, the methods of reasonable use (as necessary) and control of pressure drop (as unnecessary) are proposed to make the hydraulic system design more reasonable, reduce hydraulic system failure rate, and enhance the effective efficiency of the hydraulic system.

Abstract: The air-conditioning system is an important component of the aircraft mechanical system. It is mainly responsible for braking, jettisoning the drag parachute, putting the landing gear for emergency and other work. It is one of the key points to maintain the military aircraft’s air-conditioning system, which ensures the aircraft. This article will take a certain type of aircraft in the use and maintenance process as an example, and focus on objective reasons analysis and exclusion of the main air-conditioning system air leak, fault of jettisoning the drag parachute, and inflatable air leak and other common faults. The maintenance essential of major attachments, and important issues for field maintenance inspection of the air accessories are discussed, in order to provide reference for the actual maintenance of various types of military aircraft air-conditioning system.

基于CAE的变幅油缸屈曲分析研究

摘 要:该文首先利用形状系数法、能量计算法和变截面参数加权法得到变截面油缸失稳时的最大临界应力,然后利用CAE有限元分析软件建立了变幅油缸的三维数学模型,并设置相应的求解参数。通过理论计算结果和分析结果的对比,得到可适用于工程实践的计算公式,对今后油缸的设计和稳定性校核有很好的指导意义。

Abstract: This paper firstly uses the shape coefficient method, energy calculation method and variable cross-section parameter weighting method so as to obtain maximum critical stress when the cylinder becomes instability. And then the CAE finite element analysis software is used to establish the three-dimensional mathematical model of luffing cylinder, meanwhile related solving parameters are also set. The calculation formula can be obtained through the comparison of theoretical calculations and analysis results, which can put forward the good guide for future design and stability of cylinder.

摘 要:内孔加工作为液压缸缸筒加工最关键工序,其质量好坏直接影响液压油缸的安全性与可靠性。针对缸筒内孔加工因采用刮削技术,导致内孔产生变形等问题,在深入研究刮削原理及刀具结构的基础上,利用切削理论,建立缸筒内孔受力物理模型,分析内孔受力分布规律,改进刀体结构;运用六西格玛理论对比分析改进前后刀具加工过程能力变化,结果显示内孔加工质量得到较大幅度提升。

On the basis of studying skiving theory and tool structure, building physical model of force inner hole by cutting theory. Analyzing distribution of force of hole, for improving structure of the tool. Comparatively analyzing changing of tooling process capability, the result shows that quality of inner hole machining has being a great improvement.

摘 要:内孔加工作为液压缸缸筒加工最关键工序,其质量好坏直接影响液压缸的安全性与可靠性。针对缸筒内孔刮削之后端口尺寸超差问题,根据缸筒刮削加工原理,建立缸体物理受力模型,结合有限元技术对缸筒端口刮削尺寸超差进行深入研究。研究结果显示刮削倒角是影响缸筒端口刮削尺寸超差最主要因素,并通过实验验证了结论的正确性,为液压缸缸筒内孔加工提供理论参考与指导。
