要:光谱、铁谱等油液分析技术既能够反映油液污染的程度,也能够反映机械磨损的烈度。文中依据磨损产生的机理,简要综述了光谱、铁谱等油液污染检测技术在判断机械磨损状况中的研究现状,介绍了图像处理技术、计算机技术、人工免疫系统等技术在判断污染与磨损关系中的应用进展,并指出了油液分析技术应用在机械磨损领域的发展方向。

Abstract Oil analysis of spectra of iron spectrum technology both to reflect the extent of oil pollution, and to reflect mechanical wear intensity. This paper according to the wear of the mechanism, the review summarized the spectrum, iron spectrum and oil pollution detection technology in the judgment of the mechanical wear condition present research situation. Introduces the application of the technology, such as image processing technology, computer technology and artificial immune systems, in the judgment pollution and wear relations. And pointes out the direction of development of the oil analysis technology applications in the field of mechanical wear.

一种调速型液力偶合器综合控制装置

要:该文介绍了一种利用计算机技术,与调速型液力偶合器相结合开发的一种综合控制装置的工作原理、功能及控制过程。该装置实现了对液力偶合器线性调速要求。所有辅助电机、监控元件参数、就地或远程控制功能全部整合在该控制装置,结构简洁,易于操作,可以实现联网、远程监控等。

基于ARM的液压模拟加载系统的设计

要:针对大型工程机械液压实物加载困难、加载精度低的问题,该文设计了基于ARM的液压模拟加载系统,该系统集模拟加载、传感器信号采集、GPRS无线传输、数据分析处理、神经网络控制于一体,通过液压系统压力信号的动态反馈,利用神经网络PID控制,动态调节电液比例溢流阀的开度大小,实现了液压系统的精确模拟加载。

Abstract: For the problem of hydraulic real loading difficult and low loading precision, this paper designs the hydraulic load simulation system based on ARM, this system uses analog load, sensor signal acquisition, GPRS data convey, data analysis and the neural network control. through the dynamic feedback of the hydraulic system pressure signal, using the neural network PID control to adjust the open size of the electro-hydraulic proportional reliefrealizing the accurate simulation of the hydraulic system load.

Abstract: This article summarizes the technology features of a new development mechanical seal for secondary containment spray pump of PWR Nuclear Power Plant, introduces the design entry, conditions, program selection and other aspects in detail, and does the finite element analysis and optimization design on the face state. The results show that we can perform the intended function under all kinds of accidents conditions of the pump by reasonable selection and seal parameters setting.

压力容器液相流体泄漏实验研究

要:目前,国内对压力容器液相泄漏理论分析较多,而实验研究较少。为了探寻其实际泄漏规律,建立了实际压力容器泄漏实验模拟系统,并进行了相关实验。数据分析表明,实验数据与理论计算的泄漏规律大致相同,只是泄漏速率的实验数据比理论计算值变化更快。关键词:压力容器;液相泄漏;实验与理论对比分析;泄漏量梯度;泄漏速率

Abstract: At presentthe theory analysis is more than experimental research about the liquid leakage of pressure vessels in China. Therefore, a set of real experimental system was built and some experiments have been done. Test and analysis of the data shows that it has the same rule for the experiment and theoretical arithmetic, but the fact is more faster than theoretical arithmetic in leakage rate.

基于液压缸的盘旋管测试系统设计

要:依据实际项目“某盘旋管试验台的研究与设计”,针对其要求,设计了一种运用液压缸驱动,借助工控机的信号采集板卡,实时监测控制盘旋管弯曲角度的试验台。通过Labwindows的用户交互界面,可以控制换向阀进而来控制盘旋管的角度。试验结果中,金属盘旋管的各项动态指标均达到设计要求。

The Design of Coiled Tubing, Corrosio Resistant Steel

Life Test Based on Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: According to the reality project about the research and design of Coiled Tubing, Corrosio Resistant Steel test, aim at its test requirements, design a kind of hydraulic drive test systemwith the aid of data acquisition board, it monitor and control the coiled tubing of the bend angle at the real time. Get by the Labwindows of User Interface, it can control the selector valve,support to control the coiled tubing of the bend angle. The test results show that the spiral tube dynamic test indexes conform the design requirements.

液压缸结构设计及运行特性分析

要:液压缸作为液压传动系统关键零部件之一,其动作可靠性直接影响液压系统工作性能好坏。从液压缸可靠性设计出发,基于液压缸组成结构及工作原理,对液压缸主要结构参数进行了设计与强度校核,分析了液压缸运动过程中不同的缓冲状态,并建立了相应的流量方程,基于能量守恒定律建立了液压缸往复运动过程活塞力平衡方程。通过建模仿真求得液压缸运动过程速度-时间特性曲线,分析了不同结构参数下速度-时间特性。

Structure Design and Analysis on Operating Property of Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: As one of the key components of hydraulic transmission system, action reliability of hydraulic cylinder directly determines hydraulic system performance. Considering the reliability design of hydraulic cylinder, describing the structure and working principle of the hydraulic cylinder, main structure parameters of hydraulic cylinder are designed and strength is calculated. Moreover, the different of cushion states of hydraulic cylinder motion process are analyzed, the corresponding flow equation is obtained. Based on the law of conservation of energy, building the force balance equation of hydraulic cylinder reciprocating motion process. The velocity-time curves are obtained by modeling and simulation, to analyze the velocity-time on the different structural parameters.

计算机自动控制液压综合实验台的研制

要:该文综合了液压传动课程的实验项目和实验方法,拟定了实验台的总体方案,对液压系统、电气控制系统及计算机测控系统进行了设计,对液压元件、电器元件、各种传感器及数据采集模块进行了选型。制作了一台用于教学实验的计算机自动控制液压综合实验台,开发了用于本实验台的测控软件。实验结果表明,该实验台性能稳定、工作可靠。

This paper focuses on the operating pressure effects on determination methods of pneumatic component flow-rate characteristics.

基于ANSYS液压螺栓拉伸器的研制与分析

要:针对螺栓拉伸器作业工况恶劣的特性,提出一种基于有限元分析与实验相结合的设计方法。运用ANSYS软件对拉伸器关键结构——缸体进行强度校核和结构优化,并制定拉伸器试验方案,对比两者得到的数据。结果表明:初设参数下缸体应力集中强度大于材料的屈服极限,不满足设计要求;优化结构尺寸后,缸体的强度和刚度均满足材料的要求,安全系数得到极大提高;缸体外端应变数据中仿真值与实验值相符,这为该设备的可靠性和安全性提供了设计依据。

Analysis and Design of Hydraulic Bolt Stretcher Based on ANSYS

Abstract: According to the characteristics that bolt stretcher working condition was bad, putting forward a kind of design method which was finite element analysis combining with experimental. Using the software of ANSYS to check the strength and optimize the structural of the key structure-tension for cylinder, formulating the tensile test scheme, and comparing the data. The results showed that, the stress concentration strength of the initial parameter cylinder was greater than the material limit yield, which did not meet the design requirements; the strength and stiffness of cylinder both met the material requirements after optimizing the structure size of the cylinder, and the safety coefficient was improved greatly; the simulation strain data and experimental value of the cylinder outer were coincidence, which provided designing evidence for the reliability and safety of the equipment.

要:为了实现数字式伺服液压马达连续稳定可靠的运转,设计了以油冷机为主的补油和冷却装置。采用一套带油箱的油冷机,通过液压管路及一些常用的液压元件将数字式伺服液压马达连接,既能给数字式伺服马达补油,同时又能给数字式液压马达恒温冷却,满足各种工况的数字式液压马达正常运转。这种冷却装置可适用于需要实现低转速大驱动扭矩高精度数控机床以及工程机械装置。

Abstract In order to realize digital servo hydraulic motor operating continuous and smoothly, an design is introduced the oil supply and cooling device that mainly use oil-freezer. Use an set of oil-freezer that with oil tank, by connecting some hydraulic piping and some Commonly used hydraulic components with the digital servo hydraulic motor, it can achieve the functions, not only adding the lack of oil for digital servo hydraulic motor, but also control the rising temperature for digital servo hydraulic motor, make sure that the digital servo hydraulic motor can be work smoothly. This cooling device can apply to the high-precision CNC machine tools who need low rotary speed and high torque and the engineering machinery.

基于AMESim的离合器操纵系统建模及随动性能仿真分析

要:离合器操纵系统的随动性能是影响车辆性能和操纵品质的重要因素之一。该文利用键合图理论,基于AMESim软件建立了重型车离合器液压气助力操纵系统的仿真模型。通过相关试验,验证了仿真模型的正确性。利用该模型,对离合器操纵系统进行了随动性能仿真,并且定量地分析了导致“连续两脚离合器”换档工况下离合器踏板沉重以及离合器异常磨损的原因。

Abstract: Servo performance of clutch operating system is one the important factors affecting vehicle performance and handling qualities. In this paper, according to the bond graph theory, a clutch operating system simulation model of heavy vehicle with hydraulic control and gas power-assistance is established in AMESim. Through testing, verify the correctness of this model. Using this model, simulated servo performance of the clutch operating system, and analyzed quantitative the reason of the clutch pedal hard and abnormal wear under shifting of “continuous two clutch” conditions.

To guarantee the safety of aviation and park of aircrafts and ground maintenance staff, mechanical lock devices are designed in actuating cylinders of under carriage of aircraft. Structure, principle, test contents and methods of mechanical lock device in actuating cylinders in hydraulic system of aircraft are introduced in the paper.
