Research of Wheel Brake System for Civil Aircraft

Abstract The wheel brake system is the most critical part of civil aircraft landing deceleration, in deciding civil aircraft landing safety. 基于ANSYS的液压截止球阀设计与分析

要:液压截止球阀是飞行器压力调节系统中常用的部件,目前大都是从工业设计和使用用途的角度研究液压截止球阀,缺少液压截止球阀在不同环境工况下工作过程的应力和变形情况分析,以及零部件的可靠性和安全性技术指标。设计运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某产品的手动液压截止球阀进行强度和刚度分析,得到手动液压截止球阀的应力和变形情况。以分析结果为基础,给出了手动液压截止球阀零部件的可靠性和安全性技术指标。在产品设计初期,运用ANSYS分析软件对产品及零部件进行不同工况下的受力分析,可以得到产品的设计参数,优化设计产品,使得产品综合特性达到最好。

Abstract The Hydraulic Stop Ball Valve is one of important components of the aircraft pressure regulation system. It mostly studied from the point of view of industrial design and intended use and is lack of the analysis of the stress and deformation under the different environment conditions works and technical indicators of reliable and security of its parts. The author analyzed strength and stiffness of the certain type of Hydraulic Stop Ball Valve using finite element analysis software ANSYS and got its stress and deformation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is given technical indicators of reliable and security of its parts. In the initial stage of product design, the designer analyze products and its parts under different environment conditions works using ANSYS software and can get the design parameters of the products and its parts, which optimized the design of product and made the product to achieve the best properties.

基于fluent分析的先导阀内的油液流动特性研究

要:论文对液压系统中先导阀的使用进行了介绍,简单介绍了研究的背景,应用AnsysFluent软件对先导阀的液压油流动特性进行了CFX分析,对液压油中颗粒污染物在先导阀阀芯的运动特性,如运动速度矢量和运动轨迹等进行了计算。论文为液压系统的污染控制和故障诊断技术的研究提供了重要依据。

Study the Fluid Flow Characteristics of the Pilot Valve Based on Fluent Analysis

Abstract The thesis introduced the use of the pilot valve in the hydraulic system and the background of the study, analized the hydraulic oil flow characteristics of pilot valve by using CFX of the software applications Ansys Fluent, calculated the features of movement in the pilot valvethe core of the particulate pollutants in the hydraulic oil, such as the movement velocity and vector trajectory. It provides an important basis for the hydraulic system of pollution control and fault diagnosis technology.

MAWJ喷嘴流场数值模拟及磨损预估研究

要:为得到湍流场流动和喷嘴磨损的特征,该文对喷嘴内液-固两相湍流流场进行数值模拟。利用液-固两相湍流控制方程,建立喷嘴内流场的二维仿真模型,采用交错网格和有限差分法离散方程,通过SIMPLEC法求解。运用FLUENT软件分析速度场、颗粒分布规律、颗粒运动轨迹以及射流特性,得到两相分离流动、出口中心处射流速度最大、颗粒沿管壁分布的特点。研究喷嘴形状与尺寸参数对喷嘴内部流场的影响,结果表明收敛锥角小、聚焦管长的喷嘴,喷射出的射流动能更大,但对喷嘴的磨损也最严重。喷嘴聚焦管出口壁面的磨损率达到1.1×10-4以上,磨损深度在4.7×10-4mm以上,且呈现递增趋势。研究为优化MAWJ

Flow Field Numerical Simulation and Wear Prediction of Micro-Abrasive Water Jet Nozzle

Abstract In order to obtain characteristics of turbulent flow and nozzle wear, the numerical simulation of liquid-solid two-phase turbulent flow in nozzle was carried out. According to governing equations for liquid-solid two-phase turbulent flow, the two-dimensional simulation of flow model in nozzle was established. Staggered mesh and finite difference method are used for dispersing governing equations, and then the SIMPLEC method is applied to solve the equations. Velocity field, particle distribution pattern, particle movement locus, and MAWJ character are analyzed using the FLUENT. The results show that two-phase is separated flow, export center jet speed is maximal, and particles distribute along the focus tube wall. The shape and dimension parameters have influence to the flow field in nozzle. The outcome is more kinetic energy of jet with long focus tube and small convergence taper. On the other hand, nozzle wear is more serious. The wear rate of focus tube export wall is over 1.1×10-4, the wear depth is more than 4.7×10-4mm, and the results are increasing. This research provides a theoretical basis for optimization nozzle structure. It can be used for optimizing parameters to make the better function and longer useful life nozzle.

紊流阻力系数的柯列勃洛克公式迭代计算的收敛区间研究

要:计算工业管道紊流阻力系数的柯列勃洛克公式是以隐函数形式给出的,不能由此公式直接计算出阻力系数。目前这个公式的使用方法是采用图解法,但是图解法精度差而且不能用计算机进行计算。完全可以使用计算机对柯氏公式进行迭代求解,但首先必须解决迭代计算的收敛区间问题,这个问题目前尚无明确的结论。为解决此问题,研究了对柯氏公式进行迭代计算的收敛性,得出了收敛区间,并通过算例验证了所得结论的正确性。此项研究结果为用计算机进行紊流阻力系数的计算提供了可靠的理论依据。

Research on the Convergence Interval of Iterative Calculation for Colebrook's

Formula about Turbulent Flow Resistance Coefficient

Abstract The Colebrook's formula which was used to calculate turbulent flow resistance coefficient of industrial pipeline was given in the forms of implicit functionthe flow resistance coefficient could not directly be calculated by means of this formula. This formula was used by graphic method. But the precision of the graphic method was poor and computer cannot be used to calculating the resistance coefficient. At presentcomputer can be used to iteratively solving Colebrook's formulabut first the problem about the convergence interval of iterative calculation must be solved. So far there has no definite conclusion about the problemin order to solve this problem the iteration convergence for Colebrook's formula is researched and the interval of convergence is obtained. The correctness of the conclusion is proved through the examples. The result of this research provides a reliable theoretical basis for using computer to calculate the turbulent flow resistance coefficient.

要:针对差动缸两腔流量不相等问题,设计了两种定量泵变转速控制差动缸系统,分别通过电磁换向阀和新配流定量泵补偿控制差动缸两腔流量。利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行了建模仿真,比较分析了差动缸的两腔压力特性、输出特性以及系统消耗功率特性,仿真结果对其进一步试验与应用研究具有一定的指导意义。

System Characteristic Research on Variable Speed Pump Control Differential Cylinder

Abstract Aim at the unequal flow of differential cylinder, two variable speed pump control differential cylinder system is designed. By electromagnetic direction valve and novel distributed flow fix displacement pump respectively, the unequal flow is compensation controlled. The system simulation models are established by Matlab/Simulink. Pressure and output characteristics of differential cylinder and power consumption of systems are comparative analysised. The simulation results has a certain significance for experimental and applicable research.

液控导向机构控制仿真研究

要:该文推导了单个液控导向机构的状态空间模型,针对液控导向钻井机构具有的参数不确定性、负载干扰等非线性特点,提出了一种使用终端滑膜面的模糊滑膜控制算法。采用的终端滑膜面,可以保证系统在有限的时间内收敛到稳定值,通过设计模糊调节器柔化滑膜控制的输出能有效地削弱抖振的影响,并兼顾了系统的动、静态性能指标与控制算法的鲁棒性。最后,对液控导向机构进行建模仿真,并与传统的PID控制进行比较,验证了算法的有效性。

Control and Simulation Study on the Hydraulic Control Oriented System

Abstract This article deduces the state-space model of a single hydraulic control oriented system. A fuzzy sliding mode control using the terminal sliding surface is proposed for those nonlinear characteristics like parameter uncertainty and load disturbances. The system converges to a stable state in a limited time by using the terminal sliding surface. The output of the designed fuzzy controller can weaken the buffet effectively which is taking into account of the dynamic and static performances of the system the robustness of the control algorithm. At last, we simulate the hydraulic control oriented system, and then compared with the traditional PID control algorithm which verifies the effectiveness of the designed algorithm.

铲斗负载对斗杆油缸工作状态影响的研究

要:液压挖掘机在沼泽地或泥塘等环境工作时,铲斗内部往往会粘附着污水、粘土、石块等杂物,此部分负载对挖机的工作状态有较大的影响。该文针对挖机斗杆油缸,首先分析了油缸受力情况;之后在铲斗内加载了配重载荷,对此种工况进行了模拟工况试验;最后对试验结果进行了分析,为技术人员设计在环境恶劣工况下使用的斗杆油缸提供了指导作用。

Abstract When hydraulic excavator works in the marshes, bogs or other conditions, sewage, clay, stones and other debris are often adhered to the internal of bucket, the load of which have a large impact on excavator working condition. This paper mainly focuses on the excavator arm cylinder, firstly analyzes the force condition of the cylinder, and then the counterbalance load is loaded on the bucket. Simulated working condition experiment is carried out under this working condition, and the analysis can be obtained by comparing the test results, all of which can put forward the guidance for designing the arm cylinder of wicked working condition.

轧机减速机、伞齿箱密封装置改进与应用

要:针对宣钢75万吨棒材生产线14#16#18#架可平立转换的轧机减速机输入轴密封及伞齿箱输出轴密封易发生磨损,导致润滑油泄漏问题,通过对轧机减速机输入轴端设计安装密封隔环,将离合器内齿套同骨架油封彻底隔开,解决了减速机输入轴润滑油泄漏问题;将伞齿箱输出轴密封装置中的一套骨架油封设计成两套,并在两套骨架密封之间设计加装带止口的隔环,有效地保护油封内唇边,使其不易磨损,解决了伞齿箱输出轴润滑油泄漏问题,保证了正常生产,降低了成本,改善了现场环境。

The Improvement and Application of the Rolling Mill Reducer and Bevel Box Sealing Device

Abstract In accordance with the abrasion and lubricating oil leaking of the rolling mill reducer and bevel box sealing device in bar production line with an annual productivity of 750,000 tons in Xuanhua Steel, designing and installing sealing caulking ring to the rolling mill reducer, making the clutch inner sleeve and frame oil sealing separated to solve the oil leaking. Making one frame oil sealing to two, and installing caulking ring, in order to protect the internal of oil sealing against the abrasion, at the same there will be no leaking. The effort is making sure the normal production, cutting down the cost, and improving the environment.

要:一个完整液压站包含种类繁多的液压元件,孔口错综复杂的阀块及纵横交错的油管,二维图难以清楚地表达液压站的装配关系。以钢厂废水处理自动压滤机液压系统为例,利用Pro-E技术对自动压滤机液压站进行设计,绘制阀块和液压站三维图,液压站内各个部件空间位置清晰,避免阀块孔口互相干涉,大大缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量。

The Fault Analysis and Prevention of the Typical Fuel Acessory for a Kind of Aircraft

Abstract The fuel system plays an important role in the mechanical systems of aircraft. The excellent maintenance of the fuel system and accessories is an important step to ensure flight safety. The function of every kinds of accessories need to be checked when repairing and inspecting. In this paper, the common faults of typical fuel accessories, such as add oil control valve, pressure reducer, speed pressure regulator, safety value and others are analysed during the using and maintance process, the maintenance strategy about faults is determined according to the basic structure of attachments and working principle of accessories, which can provide lessons for the maintenance and repairing of the fuel accessories.

要:介绍了一种数字液压阀及其控制系统,该阀采用了伺服阀的滑阀部分,驱动和反馈采用了伺服电机来执行,可以进行位移闭环控制和力闭环控制,功能上完全可以替代电液伺服阀;频响可以达到200Hz(如果伺服电机动态性能好,频响可以更高),对液压油的洁净度要求NAS9级即可(而电液伺服阀要求NAS7甚至NAS6)。因为直接采用了电液伺服阀的滑阀部分,所以进出油口的尺寸与伺服阀相同,非常方便替换现有液压缸上的电液伺服阀。控制上与液压缸的位移传感器构成位移闭环,与力传感器构成力闭环控制;可以实现规则波和随机波的移动控制。

要:进口IH/R03反应釜轴端密封的摩擦副采用石墨环/硬质合金配对形式,出现了石墨环掉渣影响产品质量的问题。通过将摩擦副改为四氟环/硬质合金,并采用了一种全新的结构,解决了IH/R03该问题。这种结构能极大的扩展四氟材料作为机械密封摩擦副的使用范围,为机械密封提供了另一种解决低速、重载、干摩擦工况密封的方法。

Abstract The materials of friction pair for type IH/R03 agitator mechanical seal used to be grouped by graphite to tungsten carbide. But the graphite dregs that crashed from soft ring will influence the performance of seal. A new structure design and a new friction pair grouped with tetrafluoro to tungsten carbide are applied. After that, the graphite dregs’ influence is reduced. This new structure expands the application range of tetrafluoro rings. And it can be used in such working condition as low speed, heavy load, and dry friction.

Abstract According to the statuses of the less research on the gas seals under the low speed working condition and the sore need in the present actual production, this paper has carried out the discussions on the low speed non-contact mechanical seal by means of dividing it into low liquid film non-contact and low gas film non-contact two categories. The comparison and analysis on two types of seals were made from the aspects of the research situation, the face structure, working principle, and their individual application fields were briefly given. These works will make the technical workers have a broad comprehensive understanding between the two types of seals, and some of the beneficial help to their design and type selection.
