要:面对日益严重的能源短缺现状,液压系统的节能问题已成为工程机械行业所关注的重点问题之一。该文分析了高粘度指数液压油的技术优势,并通过对国内外相关机构在此项研究方面所获得成功案例的详细介绍,指出使用高粘度指数液压油是实现工程机械液压系统节能的另一有效途径。

The Another Way of Energy Saving for Construction Machinery Hydraulic System

Using High Viscosity Index Hydraulic Oil

Abstract: Confronted with the situation of the increasingly serious energy shortage, the saving energy for hydraulic system has become one of the key problems concerned by engineering machinery industry. In this paper, the advantage of the high viscosity index hydraulic oil is analyzed, and the several successful case proposed by the correlative unit in this research area was introduced in detail. At last, we draw a conclusion that using the high viscosity index hydraulic oil is an another effective way for energy saving of engineering machinery.

直动式三通电液比例减压阀动态性能研究

摘 要:建立了直动式三通电液比例减压阀传递函数,对不同出口容腔体积时的动态响应特性进行了试验,分析与试验表明合理设定出口容腔体积可使比例减压阀得到高的动态响应,为工程上需要高响应比例减压阀提供了设计依据。

The Investigation on Dynamic Characteristics for Direct Operated Electro-hydraulic

Three Way Proportional Reducing Valve

Abstract: The transfer function for direct operated three way proportional pressure reducing value is presented. The dynamic characteristic of the valve are simulated for different outlet volume. Simulation analysis and experiment show that reasonable set the valve core's outlet control volume size can enable the proportional pressure reducing valve have high dynamic characteristic. It provided design basis on the proportional pressure reducing valve which want to have high frequency-response characteristic.

Abstract: This article discusses the structure and principle and characteristics of a built-in oscillating cylinder type hydraulic steering gear. build-in swing cylinder reciprocating linear motion through the ball screw pair is converted into the rotary mechanical motion of propeller, and in the light of the load capacity and high pair mechanism undertook detailed analysis.

飞机起落架舱门加载控制系统设计与分析

摘 要:该文为某型飞机起落架舱门气动力地面模拟实验设计了一套加载控制系统,针对被加载对象运动干扰产生的多余力,设计了前馈干扰补偿器,有效地减小了多余力,在AMESim中对舱门加载控制系统模型进行了仿真,并对结果进行了分析。

麦尔兹窑煤粉气力输送系统的研究与实践

摘 要:以煤粉为燃料的麦尔兹窑,煤粉气力输送系统是麦尔兹窑的关键组成部分,煤粉的连续均匀输送,及在窑膛横断面的均布是活性石灰优质高产的保证。通过对煤粉气力输送系统应用实践,对设计应用的螺杆空压机、减压阀、设计压力等方面,结合应用实践及出现的系列问题进行理论研究,根据实践与研究对系统进行改进优化,满足生产要求,同时降低运行成本,对今后麦尔兹窑的设计建设提供参考。

Abstract: Maerz kiln pulverized coal as fuel, pulverized coal pneumatic conveying system is a key component of the Maerz kiln, the continuous uniform of the pulverized coal transport, and uniform cross-section in the kiln chamber is active lime quality and high yieldguarantee. Application of pulverized coal pneumatic conveying system, screw air compressor, pressure relief valve design applications, design pressure, the combined application of practice and a series of problems in theoretical research, practice and research to improve the optimization of the system to meet production requirements, while reducing operating costs, provide reference for the design and construction of the of this Houmaierzi kiln.

盾构电液控制系统实验平台液压系统设计与研究

摘 要:该文以盾构电液控制系统实验平台为研究对象,对其刀盘\管片拼装机\螺旋输送机负载模拟和驱动液压系统、推进控制模拟液压系统和多自由度管片拼装运动控制液压系统进行了方案设计及其主要参数的计算。通过仿真分析得出,所设计的液压系统具有较好的动静态控制特性,能够满足实验平台的控制要求。

Abstract: Shield electro-hydraulic control system experiment platform is used as the research object. This paper researches on the driving and load modeling hydraulic systems of cutting wheel driving, screw conveying, shield thrust control modeling, segment assembling. The design of control scheme and calculation of main parameters are made. Through the analysis of simulation results, we can draw a conclusion that the hydraulic systems of platform have good dynamic and static control characteristic, satisfying the control requirement of experiment platform.

基于S7-200PLC技术的机车升降平台控制系统设计

摘 要:介绍了一种接触网作业车立柱升降平台姿态调整的改进方案,此方案能够保证立柱升降平台作业时平台台面始终保持水平;通过可视的数字化操作方式运用触摸屏和PLC来控制液压系统驱动机械机构实现平台的升降、旋转、调平及复位动作,为铁路工作人员提供了一套安全、方便、快捷的操作系统,实现了机电液一体化技术在铁路接触网作业车系统良好应用。

基于变频液压技术的起竖系统AMESim建模研究

摘 要:液压针对起竖系统液压回路节流、溢流损失大的问题,提出了变频容积调速和节流调速相结合的复合调速方法,用正弦加速度函数法规划了角速度曲线,进行了角速度跟踪控制的联合仿真研究。结果表明,相对于传统的节流调速,复合调速方法能够有效地减小泵源输出流量,提高系统能量利用率。

AMESim Modeling Study of Erecting System Based on

Variable Frequency Technology

Abstract: According to the great hydraulic restriction and overflow loss in erecting system, the variable frequency volume control with the combination of restriction control method is put forward. The erecting angle velocity is marked out using sinusoid of acceleration,and conduct the angular velocity tracking control of the joint simulation. The results show that, compared with traditional restriction control, the compound method can effectively reduce the pump source output flow, and improve the system energy utilization ratio.

液压缸筒用钢管椭圆度分析

摘 要:液压缸基本上由缸筒和缸盖、活塞和活塞杆、密封装置与缓冲装置组成,液压缸输出力和活塞有效面积及其两边的压差成正比,而缸筒是形成内腔盛装流体的关键元件,因此液压缸筒对液压油缸的寿命起到关键性作用。在实际生产中,由于钢管的椭圆度过大,造成在制作成品缸套时内径珩磨量和外圆车削加工量巨大,严重影响到材料利用率和成品缸套成材率。

  该文意在对钢管在冷拔过程中产生的椭圆现象进行分析,通过对设备、工装模具、工艺操作、原材料等方面控制,使经过冷加工的液压缸筒用钢管具有极高的精度,避免椭圆现象过大的倾向,以减小制作缸套时内径珩磨和外圆车削量,从而提高材料利用率和成品缸套成材率。

Analysis of Steel Tube Ovality for Hydraulic Cylinder Barrel

Abstract: The hydraulic cylinder consists of cylinder barrel, hydraulic head, piston&piston rod, seal and cusion device etc. The output strength of hydraulic cylinder and the effective superficie of the piston are in dirct propotion with the presure difference coming from the both ends of the cylinder. The cylinder barrel is an essential component containing the fluid, so the barrel plays an important role in the working life of hydraulic cylinders. During the massive production, if the steel tube is too oval, it will increase the grinding cost on OD and honing cost on ID, and inevitablly have a negative impact on the yield rate of finished products.

  This text intends to make an analysis on the causes of the ovality of tubes and tries to minimize the machining stock on both OD & ID and reduce as much as possile the griding and honing cost by controlling the tooling device, drawing benches, drawing passes and raw materials to improve the precison of tube’s OD and ID.

含二级液压缸举升系统的改进PID控制算法研究

摘 要:利用Simulink软件,建立了含二级液压缸的举升系统模型。并对常规的PID控制算法作了相应改进,将改进的PID控制器作为系统的控制环节,对角度信号进行跟踪控制的仿真研究。结果表明,改进的PID控制方法明显减小了跟踪误差,提高了系统的控制精度。关键词:Simulink;二级液压缸;PID;仿真

Abstract: The driven lift system with two stage hydraulic cylinder is proposed using Simulink modules. Improvement has done to conventional PID, and the improved PID controller has designed as the control link of the system, studying of tracking under the control of' angle signal has been carried out. Results show that Improved PID control algorithm reduce errors obviously, and enhance the control accuracy.

基于Easy5的玻璃钢制品液压机四角调平系统仿真

摘 要:玻璃钢制品压机的四角调平系统是整个压机最核心部分,四角调平系统的精度直接决定加工产品的品质。该文采用目前最先进的EASY5软件对玻璃钢压机的四角调平系统进行建模与仿真,通过仿真可以得到液压系统负载越大,其响应越慢,动态调平精度越差。而液压缸容腔对调平精度影响很小。仿真结果可作为调平液压系统的设计、试验和使用参考。

Abstract: The four corners of the Fiber Reinforced Plastic presses leveling system is the most central part of the press as a whole, the accuracy of the four corners of the leveling system directly determines the quality of the processed products. EASY5 software using the most advanced of the four corners of the Fiber Reinforced Plastic presses leveling system modeling and simulation, simulation results can be used as a leveling hydraulic system design, testing and use of reference.

液压混合动力汽车动力单元设计

摘 要:为了减少能量损耗及液压噪声,对其液压泵/马达进行改造,并设计了与其配套的大口径常开型高速充液阀,从而完成动力单元的设计。在ANSYS/FLUENT下对内部流场进行数值模拟,并在ANSYS/LS-DYNA下对阀芯与阀座的接触应力进行了分析。根据仿真结果,对动力单元进行了优化设计。试验显示系统产生的噪声明显下降。

Design of the Power Unit for the Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle

Abstract: In order to reduce the energy consumption and the hydraulic noise, the paper modifies the hydraulic pump/motor and designs a novel high-speed filling valve for the system, which is normally open and large-diameter. The modified pump/motor and the valve constitute the power unit. In the ANSYS/FLUENT, the paper simulates numerically the flow field in the high-speed filling valve. By the use of ANSYS/LS-DYNA the paper analyzes the impact stress of the valve core. According to the simulation results, the power unit is optimized. Tests show that the noise decreases significantly in the vehicle utilizing the power unit.

基于迭代学习控制的起落架加载系统

摘 要:针对起落架加载系统存在多余力,且多余力严重影响加载系统的精确度,同时为提高加载系统的性能,介绍了起落架加载系统的工作原理,对其建立完整的数学模型,分析了多余力产生的机理。基于迭代学习控制算法提出加载系统控制方案,对采用迭代学习控制的前后的模型进行仿真分析,结果表明,迭代学习控制算法能够有效的抑制加载过程中的多余力,提高加载系统性能。

Abstract: Redundant power and redundant power seriously affect the accuracy of the loading system for the landing gear loading system, as well as enhance the performance of the loading system, landing gear loading system works, a complete mathematical model, the excess forcegenerating mechanism. Based on iterative learning control algorithm loading system control program using iterative learning control before and after the model simulation and analysis results show that the iterative learning control algorithm can effectively suppress the excess loading process to improve the performance of the loading system.

摘 要:针对气动油雾器产品质量监督抽查和委托检测的结果,从行业标准入手简要介绍了油雾器的主要性能指标和测试方法,指出了主要存在的不合格项目。为解决压力降-空气流量性能不合格问题,在对油雾器进行结构分析的基础上,提出在不改变阻尼板材料和结构前提下,采用增加流通面积以增大流量的简单方法。并以某型号油雾器为例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。最后对油雾器行业标准的修订提出了几点建议。

Quality Test Standards and Evaluation of Pneumatic Lubricator

Abstract: Focusing on the quality supervision and testing results of pneumatic lubricator products, beginning with the industrial standard, the main performance indicators and testing method of compressed-air lubricators are briefly introduced, and the main existing unqualified items are indicated. In order to find out a solution of the unqualified performance of pressure drop-air flow rate, a simple method without changing the material and structure of the damping plate, by increasing the flow area to increase the flux, is put forward based on the structural analysis of the lubricator. Besides, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified through a type of lubricator as an illustration. Finally, some suggestions on revision of the lubricator industrial standard are put forward.

Abstract: In order to enhance determination correctness of critical pressure ratio, new proposals for GB/T14513 are made on how to choice assistant part, and how to choice joint pipe between tested part and assistant part. Anti-perturbation property of serial sonic exhaust method is analyzed in the paper. It is pointed out that even by constant pressure method or change pressure method, critical pressure ratio can be calculated with a formula in GB/T14513.

摘 要:TZMX75型钻装机是对煤矿井下“双突”掘进工作面而设计的,集瓦斯探放、物料装运于一体的高效新型多功能钻装设备。该机在井下钻孔、装运、行走调动均是由一个液压泵站提供动力源,因此其液压控制系统性能的优劣直接影响到整机的性能,该机型液压泵采用恒功率、压力切断、负载敏感液压控制系统,其控制阀组采用负载敏感比例多路换向阀。

油缸驱动肘杆机构合模部件开模瞬时停顿的研究

摘 要:油缸驱动肘杆机构合模部件触动系统在注塑成型的开模过程中出现的瞬时停顿的不连续运动现象,分析了肘杆机构合模部件弹性变形能的实质,从理论和实例上对瞬时停顿的不连续运动现象进行论证,说明主要原因是由于油缸动力驱动系统与肘杆机构合模部件弹性力学的两者之间的动态性能不匹配所引起。提出的油马达—滚珠丝杆—肘杆机构等组合的传动系统,改变了合模部件弹性恢复能量转化型式,达到弹性恢复不干涉开模运动速度,实现开模的连续运动;传动系统组成型式的改变,打破传动的油缸驱动肘杆机构合模部件传动系统的增力比的设计极限,由传统的约20倍可增大到约100倍,实现肘杆机构合模部件节能降耗驱动的突破,拓展了运动性能优化设计空间。

The Research of Open Mold Instantaneous Halt for the

Abstract: The oil cylinder driving elbow lever mechanism clamping parts touched momentary pause in the injection molding mold continuous motion of the toggle institutions mold parts of the elastic deformation energy in real terms from the theory and examples of the instantaneous pause discontinuous motion of the demonstration, the main reason is caused due to the dynamic performance does not match the hydraulic power driven system with toggle agencies clamping parts of elasticity between the two. The institutions combination of the transmission system with the oil motor-ball screw-toggle, the proposed change to the flexibility of the mold parts to restore the energy conversion type, to achieve the flexibility to restore the non-interference in mold velocity, continuous movement of the mold; transmission system composed of the type changes, clamping parts of the fuel tank driving elbow lever mechanism to break the drive transmission system increasing power than the design limits can be increased by about 20 times to about 100 times, institutions toggle clamping parts energy saving drive breakthrough in expanding the sports performance optimization of the design space.

伸出量可控液压缸中滚珠丝杆的力学分析与仿真

摘 要:该文介绍了一种活塞杆伸出量可控的液压缸,该缸利用滚珠丝杆副将活塞杆的直线位移转化为丝杆的角位移,再由旋转编码器对该角位移进行测量,经过反推计算可得到活塞杆伸出量的大小,为保证测量的准确性和控制的精确性,需要对测量的误差进行补偿。该文在Pro/E中建立了丝杆的实体模型,并导入到ANSYS中,通过热-结构耦合分析得到某一温度下丝杆的伸长量,再经过对数据的分析以及线性化,可作为控制程序中误差补偿的参考数据来应用。

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of hydraulic cylinder with the protrude volume of piston rod controllable, the cylinder by using the ball screw to translate linear displacement of piston rod into angular position of screw rod to measure. Measured results are outputted by a grating or magnetic grating angular displacement transducer. To ensure the control precision, need to compensate for measurement error. This paper using Pro/E software to finish the entity modeling and import into ANSYS software, through the temperature-structure coupling analysis, getting the screw elongation in a temperature. At last by the analysis of data and linear, the result data can be used as a control program application in error compensation.

基于FluidSIM的清洗机器人柔性自动跟踪清洗功能设计与仿真实现

摘 要:该文在中央空调清洗机器人的研究与开发的基础上,具体进行了清洗机器人柔性自动跟踪清洗功能气动设计与仿真实现。完成基于FluidSIM-P的气动控制系统和电气控制系统的设计,并利用该软件进行系统的仿真,得到各回路及电路状态图。结果表明该设计可大大提高设计效率,收到良好效果。

Abstract: In order to further enhance the performance of high-medium, high pressure and high flow hydraulic systems, this paper proposed a new structure of hydraulic control reversing valve. The hydraulic control reversing valve belongs to a main level conversing valve with two-way pressure compensation function, and the movement of the valve core does not need external drive, thereby automatically acting with the opening size of two pivot ends, and achieving reversing and flow control. It is a novel high-performance reversing valve in the hydraulic system.
