摘 要:该文分析了能适应刀盘切屑阻力变化、盾构推进阻力变化及密封舱压力变化的刀盘驱动自适应系统、盾构推进自适应系统及螺旋输送自适应系统。在保证土压平衡的基础上,以实现盾构施工过程中节能高效为目的,阐述了盾构各子系统的掘进参数与掘进负载的协调控制方法,初步建立了盾构电液控制系统的载荷顺应性理论,为盾构设计与施工提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract: This paper analyses the
adaptive system of cutter-head driving, shield driving
and screw conveying, which can adapt the change of
cutter-head chipping-resistance, shield propelling
resistance or hermetic container pressure. For the energy-efficient during
shield construction, it expounds a cooperative control
method of shield subsystem boring parameters and boring loads, on the basis of earth pressure balance. Then gets the primary
loading-adaptability theory of shield electro-hydraulic control system, providing shield design and construction with certain
theoretical guidance.

摘 要:为了更好的理解和认识电磁截止阀的内部结构和工作原理,以SolidWorks为平台,对电磁截止阀进行了产品零件的3D建模设计、虚拟装配、干涉检查和动态仿真,实现了零件设计和产品虚拟装配的互动,并且动态仿真过程可以录制成动画,有利于新产品的推广和应用。

Abstract: In order to better understand
and recognize the directional-control shut-off valve of the internal structure
and working principle, using SolidWorks as a platform, the directional-control
shut-off valve made parts of the 3D modeling design, virtual assembly,
interference checking and simulation, to achieve the parts design and virtual
assembly of the interaction, and the dynamic simulation process can be made into
animation, there is conducive to the promotion of new products and applications.

摘
要:液动力是设计、分析液压控制阀及液压系统考虑的重要因素之一。该文采用理论推导与CFD结合的方法,利用流体分析软件FLUENT进行不同开口度下的仿真实验,仿真研究了不同开口度以及不同边界条件的滑阀阀内的流场,分析了出口节流滑阀阀芯所受的最大液动力,并提出了优化方法。所进行的研究工作对于系统建模分析和滑阀液动力的补偿研究提供了依据。

Abstract: Flow force is one of the
important factors that we should consider when we design,calculate hydraulic control valve and hydraulic systems. The
paper adopts the method of combining the theory deducing and the CFD, the
experiment is conducted by the FLUENT using different displacement of the spool
valve. Flow field inside the spool valve is gained by FLUENT in different
boundary conditions. The maximal flow force of the spool valve is calculated,
and optimized method is proposed. Research work which is carried out provides a
basis for system analysis and flow force compensation studies.

摘 要:本文叙述了应用PID算法的电反馈负荷敏感液压系统工作原理。基于工作原理,建立了系统的AMESim模型和仿真分析了四种工作状态下液压系统特性。结果得到,电反馈负荷敏感液压系统能够改变泵排量和工作压力以适应系统要求,减少了系统中的溢流发热,降低了系统的能量消耗,实现了液压系统的节能。系统中泵的工作压力取决于执行机构中最高的负载,且各执行机构的运动状态互不影响。

Abstract: Based on PID arithmetic, the working principle of the
electrical feedback load-sensitivity hydraulic system is introduced. The AMESim
model of the system is established and the characteristics of four working state
is analyzed. The results show that the electrical feedback load-sensitivity
hydraulic system self-regulates the displacement and pressure of the pump to fit
the load of the system. It decreases the overflow loss of the system, reduces
emission and realizes the energy saving. The pressure of the pump depends on the
highest load of the actuators and the working state of the actuators does not
affect each other.

摘 要:该文介绍了一种活塞杆伸出量可测并可控的液压缸。该缸利用滚珠丝杆将活塞杆的直线位移转化为丝杆角位移的方法进行位置测量,其结果由光栅编码器输出并传送到控制中心,由控制中心控制伺服阀的阀口方向和开口大小,从而对液压缸活塞杆产生控制作用。本文对其原理进行了阐述,并对可能存在的测量误差进行了分析。

Abstract: This paper introduces a hydraulic cylinder that its
piston rod extension can be effectively controlled, linear displacement of the
piston rod can be changed into the screw angular displacement by ball screw,
then the distance are outputted by grating angular displacement sensor to the
control center, valve port opening direction and size are controlled by the
control center and then hydraulic cylinder piston rod is controlled so. This
paper describes its principles and demonstrates its feasibility.

摘 要:以A4VSO变量柱塞泵结构参数为基础建立数学模型,设计了最小值控制器,通过采用闭环控制策略来实现变量泵的电子控制。运用Simulink软件建立了电子控制变量泵的仿真模型。结果显示,电子控制变量泵响应速度更快、控制更加灵活,能够有效的改善流量、压力、功率转换带来的压力波动。

Abstract: Structural parameters of
piston pumps with variable A4VSO based on a mathematical model designed minimum
controller, through the use of closed-loop control strategy to achieve
electronically controlled variable displacement pump. The electronic control
variable pump was dynamics simulation with simulink software, the results show
that the response speed electronically controlled variable pump faster and more
flexible control, can effective improve the flow, pressure, power convert, the
pressure fluctuations.

Abstract: Introduce the design of pneumatic system of the
grinding experimental platform. Based on the control of the PLC system, it
establishes the hardware and software’s design of the pneumatic circuit control
and electrical control, and analyses the system’s stability. With the
application of the AMESim, it also builds the Simulation model of the pneumatic
system. The simulation results confirmed that the model quality can achieve more
satisfactory level.

基于Simulink的玻璃粉末压机液压缸设计分析

摘 要:在玻璃粉末压机液压控制系设计时,为实现液压缸结构及工作参数的合理配置,使液压缸的工作性能达到系统的要求,该文采用Matlab软件中的Simulink模块对液压缸的速度平稳性和位移线性度进行仿真分析,从而确定合理的结构及工作参数,提高液压缸设计的精度和可靠性。

摘 要:航空发动机作动筒通过改变机尾喷口的截面积而直接影响飞机的机动性和起飞、着陆性能,为此需要专有的试验台对其进行流量实验、密封试验、动作均匀性实验,以严格控制其工作可靠性。现有的作动筒液压试验台检测方法落后、准确度和精度低、效率不高。通过重新设计系统原理、采用分体式结构、精确控制油温、选用高精度检测元件等多项措施,对作动筒液压试验台进行了全新的设计,提高了试验台的准确度、精度和效率,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract: The actuating cylinder directly affects the dynamic
charateristics、 the capability of taking-off
and landing for one aircraft through changing the cross sectiong of its rear
spray nozzle. To assure the cylinder’s reliability, a
specific hydraulic testing table is necessary for the measuring of flow rate、 sealing ability、 acting uniformity.
The present test table using the outdated method is not accurate and efficient
enough. In this paper, one absolutely new test table is designed, in which some
improvements are employed, including the renewed test theory、 modular structure、 the accurate
control of oil tempreture、 the choice of precise
gauge, etc. The application proves the test table’s
good performance and efficiency.

摘 要:该文针对炼油厂催化车间的加氢裂化装置泵P104B在运行中,突然发生泄漏油气着火故障,严重影响了装置的长期稳定和安全环保运行。通过对该泵机械密封失效原因的分析,综合机械密封的工作原理,改进了装置的密封型式、冲洗冷却系统和工艺操作。实践证明,改造后取得了良好的密封效果和经济效益。

Abstract: In the passage, it refers to that when the pump P104B
of hydro cracking unit in the catalyst plant of refinery is in operation,
sometimes it may be in malfunction that is oil and gas leak and even cause fire.
It seriously affected long-term stability of hydro cracking unit and security,
as well as environmental protection. To analyze the cause of mechanical seal in
failure for Pump P104B, and considering the work of mechanical seal, I have
improved the seal of type in unit and the system of cooling, as well as process
of operation. Practice has proved that we can get a good sealing effect and
economic benefits after transformation.

Abstract: Service machine is one of typical hydraulic
transmission technology applied in petroleum equipment. Because hostile working

hydraulic oil pollution.

Abstract: In production process of automation line, besides
automatic working process of machine is demanded, other automatic processes such
as pieces loading and unloading, allocation and clamp, pieces transfer and
shavings clear and so on should be satisfied at meanwhile. This paper introduced
a design principle of automatic clamping device for hydraulic and mechanical
gear hobber in order to load or unload, allocate and clamp pieces on cramping
apparatus automatically using mechanical clamping device based on the principle
of fluid transmission. By this method, there are notable value and effectiveness
of technical economy in production process of automation line.

摘 要:论述了在普通车床上加工活塞杆的连接杆效率低下的原因以及难以保证尺寸精的原因。通过论证思考分析改进工艺流程,可以用数控车床代替普通车床加工连接杆。这样就省去在加工中心铣基准面的工序,但与此同时要改进夹具及其工装才能满足加工要求,改善后不仅提高了产能,而且大大节省了操作工的劳动量,满足了生产生产任务。

the need for datum in machining centers and milling processes. At the sametime

摘 要:该文为解决加载试验机工作时引起磨损的严重问题,提出应用静压支承的原理来减小磨损。对静压支承液压系统采用压力跟踪控制方式,保证了静压支承具有足够的油膜刚度,提高了静压支承的承载能力。用压差减压阀在静压支承实现压力跟踪供油控制在国内尚属首次,虽然尚不成熟,但在此方面的探索是十分有益的,它可以为工业生产带来可观的经济效益。

Abstract: In order to solve the serious abrasion problem caused
by loading test enginery, we introduce the static pressure supporting principle
to deduce the abrasion. the pressure track and the differential pressure control
mode have been applied in the hydraulic system of hydrostatic support. That not
only guarantee the hydrostatic support has enough oil film rigidity, but also
increase the capacity of lode. It is the first time to use pressure differential
relief valve in the static pressure supporting. Although it’s immature yet, the
explore to this field is very beneficial, because it can bring considerable
economic benefit to industrial production.
